respected sir,
myself Sushil Kumar singh a customer who has gone to buy a vanity no[protected] from Patna Office of BSNL.. on 5th of March 2009. SDE Commercial IMPCS has taken Rs Six Thousand Three hundred Nine only through Demand Note No 90 at CTO, BLDG Patna and give me a SIM Card No[protected].and recipt.
BUT till today my vanity no[protected] hasn't been activated. I have in touch with the officials but they are not taking it seriously. i have phone conversation with the GM. but in vain. Sir plis look after my problem.
Wating for ur positive and active response as early as possible.

    network is very poor at my home. Which is at plot no. 33, Aravali vihar, borkhera, baran road kota(Raj)-324001.this problem is in total borkhera area. and this problem is also at DCM area.

RAJA TELECOMMUNICATION MINISTER sahab call rates low karne se kuch nahi hoga. services maintain karni hogi. agar services achhi hogi to jyada call rates par bhi log Bsnl ki SIM lena pasand karenge. hamne low call rates ke kai plans to nikal diye hai. lekin uske baad bhi log BSNL use nahi karna chahte. So please try to maintain services and save our BSNL.

    Sir, I am Living in the area Tikabali in Kandhamal District, Orissa . I am using Bsnl Mobile. In Tikabali area many times the network is failure we use mobile 15 days of a month. The employees cut off the network many time may be 15 days in a month so we can't communicate in serious situation . sir you know Kandhamal is a violence place we lived in village we communicate by mobile phone so we are not safety please take necessary action to avoid the network failure.

    Dear Sir, My self Ganesh Panigtahi from Phulbani, Kandhamal.Odisha, Pin-762001 state that except Phulbani town there is no netwok coverage except some rare areas. In Kandhamal area 90% users are using BSNL but network coverage is very very poor. Sir phone use karne ke liye sab log to town me nahi rahe sakte na...?? Rural areas ke liye kuch..to..kuchh...to kijiey!!!...
    now in evening time all lines are busy & network also busy in phulbani.so i request u to solve this major problem

      I have recently taken New Connectionfor BSNLat No.23534345, its hardly a month i got the Bill, but the Phone is not working, its dead from almost three weeks, recently my son had a very high fever and it was almost a life and death experience. This house without a ph. is very inconvient, is the service of BSNL, HOW WILL I RELY FOR FURTHER SERVICES from the company.

        Sir, my no is [protected]. i have been charged Rs15/month for astro love sms from last 03 months which has been subscribed automatically. when i want to contact to customer care service, the phone disconnects automatically. then i got a message saying your astro love sms will be renewed in two days.to unscribe send sms UNSUBSLOV TO 55888.So i did the same thing and send the sms. but i have been charged another Rupees 15 for subscription of joke service.i am unable to contact customer care.i don't know what the hell is going on.pls help me out.

          no network

          dear sir,

          i am using a bsnl mobile network. i get full signal but then too i cant speak. no:[protected]. i have 11 cug connection all are facing the same problem. i have chenge many hanset bcoz of this problem. but its no use. i request u to take a serious action on this complaint. i pay rs.8000+ as my monthly bill but its no use. i dont find worth to pay so much money for such a bad network

          Customer care not reachable

          Hi,
          I got a BSNL Prepaid card 2 days before from Kalyan and activated ACT 12 plan, as we can enjoy all calls in 50ps per minute but unfortunately I found the service is very poor as compared to Private sector telecom service providers. I have suffered for below problems.

          1. When ever I am trying to call any number (STD/Non STD/Any Network) I am getting msg "Network busy", At least you have to try 12 to 15...

            I understand that every time the bill shows the amount due and the current bill charges. This way the bill should show the latest billing details ( dues as on billing date + current charges) and the amount is paid in cash accordingly at KPHB BSNL centre.Even then the phone [protected] is disconnected on 31st May, 2009.When enquired the authorities show some outstanding dues intermediate bills etc.To my understanding, the BSNL CELLONE authorities are unable to update their database regarding bills paid and dues even when computerisation is in full swing.It appears there is a flaw somewhere regarding updation of bills. Concerned authorities are requested to look in to this matter immediately and activate the my phone [protected] immediately as they have already put me in to inconvienience and also seriously look in to the software regarding updation of amount paid and the latest bill should always show the dues+ current charges on billing date and that amount when paid should not lead to any disconnection.Also BSNL should not expect the customer to store all the receipts since it's not possible.In otherwords BSNL should have a reliable latest database at any given time.

              Since last three months I'm unable to use internet service through my BSNL landline. I had used this service for more than a year. Pl provide me info on this at yr earliest.               I'm bearing Dombivali BSNL no.2426598 facing the same problem of not getting dial-up modem internet service through land line which was available till January-09. Also there is humming / disturbance in the line. Lodged the complaint at exchange. Not getting efficient, propmt service from BSNL as of past. Pl attend such complaints on priority.

              My land line number is[protected] is dead from 10/006/2009. I have lodged complaint on 198 dated 13/06/2009 . Compalint number is 1564. Also i have given letter to Tarapur BSNL on 17/06/2009.such incident happen 9-10 times in June 2008 to June 2009. Many times phone was dead for 15-30 days.

              Also i want explanation for Rental charges, why u billed rental charges if Phone is dead.

              Attend for same otherwise we have no opation for other communication.

              After paying your bills, still it is showing pending for payments with the remark date already lapsed, where as it should be mentioned no dues pending or already paid.
              Further, the payments made through net / in cash details for max period should be available on your site. please mention the bsnl site to check the payments made atleast for 6 months
              my landline connection is cancelled on 13 /07/2009. all the formalities of documentation are fulfilled . but till date i have not received my refund cheque. mrs. bonge and mr. lende are responding properly. last three monts they are giving excuses that our printer is under breakdown..icould not understand their intension of holding refund cheque.

                I hav purchase a bsnlbroadbandwifi modem 1mth ago..and till date its not working due to which my work is held up..and and after complaining so amny times...no action is taken from ur company regarding this matter..so kindly pls take some action asap..otherwise i hav to some legal action towards your company(bsnl).

                  Dear sir,

                  I had requested to BSNL for shifting of my Land line Phone - 0712.2560371 in Nagpur, on 20th of March 2009.( Two months back ) .
                  But uptill now there is no action from BSNL.
                  BSNL sended one bill of Amt Rs 162.00.
                  I have contacted to all responsible officials from BSNL, Nagpur Circle( in person, on mobile & on INTERNET . But all efforts are gone to vain.
                  Pl give me Justice & guide regarding how to tackle this case.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Underground cabling in our area was completed some four years back. But the landline connections have not yet been fully provided with this cable network. I live in Kurunthodath Lane, South Eroor. In this lane some houses have been given connections from the underground cable, whereas some of the connections are still working in overhead cable. My telephone number is 2780985. Three or four houses alone are denied this facility now. Why don't you make arrangements to convert all the landline connections to the underground cable. Provisions have been given inside our premises years back. Unless this facility is extended to a few o[censored]s also, we are thinking of surrendering our BSNL telephones. A response from your will be highly appreciated.

Then you have raised your technology and instrumentation for increasing the coverage area. Subsequently being the customer, I have enjoyed your service.

                      With great pain and shame, I am informing your office that my cell phone has not respond the incoming calls and my contacts with other mobiles including BSNL have been suddenly dropped.                           BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I have taken that scheme in 27th April and i have requested them to activate my two number by sms. i have also registered complaints three times. But till now my Exlpower is not activated. All the customer care executives give the different reply and feedback. My problem should be solved or money should be refunded.

                          BSNL — higher charge than the usual local call rate

                          Sir,
                          I am Ram Dulal China from Kolkata. My mobile No is[protected]. This is a BSNL lifetime connection. On 22.04.2009 i got magic recharge of Rs 162.00 which is a excel power voucher for getting lower call rates for local calls (@0.30 ps instead of 0.90 ps/call/unit). But after four days (on 26th onwards) I have been charged by BSNL by Rs 3.00/call/unit for local calls (10 TIMES MORE THAN THE CALL CHARGE UNDER THE POWER EXCEL PLAN FACILITY PROVIDED). I tried to contact BSNL customer care. after many attempts when I could talk to the customer care representative, they assured me that there has been a mistake and they will refund me the extra amount charged against all calls I have made for which Rs3.00 has been charged. But even after three days my complain is not attended and still I am getting call charges of Rs 3.00 / local call.
                          I plea to you to please look into the matter and see that this types of negligence is not done with the customers by the BSNL. Getting back money (as refund to your talk value in your mobile ) by BSNL is a dream!! AT LEAST PROPER CALL CHARGES WHICH I AM AUTHENTICATED TO GET IN THIS FACILITY IN MY MOBILE FOR THE PERIOD AS PER THE PLAN MAY BE RESUMED BY THE BSNL AT THE EARLIEST.
                          I anticipate your kind cooperation and necessary actions in this regard, Sir.

                          For your kind information, i am informing you again that during 11 and 12 Aug 2010 my bsnl 2G service is by default converted to the 3G service (according to bsnl customer care). I am using Rs. 300/- monthly free local calls own network service but due to bsnl internal network or other service problem my local call charges become Rs. 1/local call and therefore i was losed Rs. 30/- (approximately).

                          Regular correspondence with bsnl customer care currently my free local call service is active but my account did not credit with Rs. 30/-. I did contact with CMD-BSNL, Customer Service Centre -CM (General Managers), many times but i feel that they is not interested in my complain.

                          So please as soon as take appropriate and immediate action on my complain.

                          I have recharged a msg card of Rs.13/-in[protected] which covers 1paisa local/std sms to any mobile.But from starting it cut down Rs.1.5/- for any network number and some BSNL mobile number from main balance.i told miss neha she is bsnl customer care exicutive give answer that call again 24 hours ,but i have already complaind no.and no response give any againist complaind no.i have already complaind about this matter two times ,but till now no feedback I have received.

                              dear sir,
                              we are subscriber of broadband connection on no.[protected]. we have complaints regarding it.tried to solve many times but couldn't get answers.
                              1) whenever we switch on we got message of "limited or no connectivity" it remains in on &off
                              2) we have package of 250/ monthly for that perhaps 500MB but can't know how much have been used.
                              3) tried to be member or bsnl portal but in add on phone account couldn't find UNIQUE ID as shown in sample.
                              4) request to change a package is also not taken.
                              hope you will take notice to our probelms. otherwise when connection works it works excellentaly.

                                When the whole world is making progressing in the use of Internet and IT, mostly assisted by Indian IT labour, this country and this particular company is going backwards !!. They didnt even notify the registered customers like me who were paying bills through this website that they have or will be discontinuing payments through the website !! Isnt it disgraceful?

                                I want to de activte caller tune from my mobile phone. I tried to get regional authorities by phone. I contact two bsnl officers and both of them advised me to submit a written application to the Deputy manager, Customer care, BSNL.The attitude and the behaviour from them was very negative.Now I realise that most of the customers are not satisfied.

                                It is very easy to get cller tune by pressing star and 9.Then why can't them make an easy method to de active the caller tune with out their help.

                                  i am living in kalpakkam. I am having bsnl broadband connection. My telephone number is[protected]. My broadband is not working form 11th may 2009. i have logged many complaints to bsnl office in kalpakkam. But no response from them. My Broadband adsl link is down. No one is giving proper response. Dont know what todo?
                                  Me too having same problem in Madipakkam. Escalated the complaint to Senior officers... do the same.

And when I checked the balance the cell phone shows only Rs 32 and 42 paisa May I know why so much amount is deducted and please inform me immediately.
