Exlpower not activated

BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I have taken that scheme in 27th April and i have requested them to activate my two number by sms. i have also registered complaints three times. But till now my Exlpower is not activated. All the customer care executives give the different reply and feedback. My problem should be solved or money should be refunded.

I have been facing problem of connectivity as dsl gets disconnected every 5 minutes.
I have called bsnl customercare several times on number 1957/2317111/2351800
but there was no response from their side.

To day 31/05/09 10:58 am I have recharged my Mobile # [protected] for Rupees 110 and I have received confirmation from you thru sms and the ref No. for that is [protected] and the sender no. is 58081. And when I checked the balance the cell phone shows only Rs 32 and 42 paisa May I know why so much amount is deducted and please inform me immediately.

low gprs speed and wrong bill

this is harshad kulkarni. i m cellone postpaid custmer ([protected]). when i send msg " AMT" to 53333 the displayed my ussage ad rs. 930 which is not possible as in my plan their is free unlimited gprs(whose speed is also only 2 kbps) and free bsnl to bsnl calls and sms. i hardly made calls to other network of 90 mins (call rate is 0.40/60 sec). i have taken conection 15 days before only. i investigated this matter to costomer care...

ADSL link goes down after every 5 minutes

i m using BSNL broadband from more than a year. i hv 750 home plan.my problem is that the ASDL link here goes down after 5-10 minutes, i complainted at my nearer exchange (Sanehwal) many times, once a guy from exchange visited my home to check it, but still the problen is not been solved, i m not able to use the braodband for downloading, chatting etc because when i starts, the DSL link goes down, kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible...

POOR SERVICE, ULTRA POOR NETWORK

BSNL is the worst in the GSM networks, i guess
it has the worst network, iam using Bsnl from past 3 months, n iam suffering a lot because of this nonsense network, calls r just bound to disconnect,
n u have a probability of not getting connected to network, 9/10 times .

n the coustomer care, Oh my god, does that thing exists,
if it was legal, IF IT WAS LEGAL, I WOULD HAVE MURDERED EACH AND EVERY WORKING...

delay in connection

I m a resident of Agra, UP. i had applied for broad band connection on the 3rd of may '09. we have also paid for the conncetion. the employees at the agra BSNL office are saying that they will do, but it is not done till now, they are delaying the connection, After repeated approaches no improvement, It would be a great help i[censored] pls take note of this matter,

Last two weeks we cannot see bbusage as the page is not displayed. we also try to gothrough by Usage detail Portal at www.dataone.in, but that tries are also in vain. The page http: bbservice.bsnl.in
is not open. i have contacted with local BSNLcustomarcare centre at Kalyani, they told, " this problem generates from central server and we here can do nothing " and can not assure me when and how the problem will...
