This is with reference to the attached receipt of the bill payment done. Although we have timely made the payment our outgoing services is being discontinued since 1st of Apr 09.

This issue is being several times raised against your representative through telephone, and even though after continuous follow up of the same, till date out going services are not yet started. We have followed up even in Abad exchange and Porbandar exchanges on phone[protected] as well as on paper.

We had been suffered a lot by such type of inconveniency produced by BSNL. Hence under frustration we have decided to close the services from BSNL.
Please terminate this connection and we are not liable for paying any sort of hidden charges.

    If my complaint is heard here then its worth typing or else its another waste of

    time.
    BSNL Broadband has not provided me the speed that has been told as per the plan i

    have. I have Home 500 and i should get 256 Kbps/Upto 2Mbps as per the plan and I have

    not even got the BSNL Broadband speed (check the picture), every time i am told to

    either check the line or call the local exchange. The linesman is not computer

    literate and he does his job of checking the line only (stating it as solved). We as

    consumers wait like monkeys for the ball. The system will never change nor will

    anything happen. In spite i am complaining to see if it is heard by some sole. God

        My nameis hemal shah living in paldi area. I've registered complains at your Vasna Exchange so many times about my dead phone. It is still not attended. My phone remains Dead for 4-5 Hours Daily in Morning and while talking, we are not able to hear properly.The problem is with the instrument.Kindly change the instrument soon.

          Dear sir
          my phone no[protected] is out of order for the last three months inspide of complaining several times,
          complaint is still pending I am fadup with the service of BSNL and last I request the BSNL management to take the matter seriously and rectify my complaint and do the needful at the earliest or els I have to take drastic steps to solve my problems.

          BSNL Landline Service — BSNL landline phone dead from long time

          Sir,
          bsnl landline phone is dead from last 7 days I am daily contacting and complaining to bsnl about my problem but there is no response. when my phone was working then too it was not working properly. means there were distortions, humming and sudden cut off due to loose connection bsnl told that this distortion is normal.
          yesterday line man came and he rapired the line and he asked me for money. I told that bsnl gives you salary for maintenance of line why should i give u money and i didnt give him money. After one hour the phone was again dead. what should i do now. is it necessary to give money to line man to keep the telephone line o.k.?

          My BSNL landline Phone No.[protected] is dead since last ten days. My complaint No. is 935, but till date the complaint has not been attended even after persistent complaints.
          Dear Sir,
          Our Landline Phone No:[protected] has been dead since last 15 days, I have also resister the complaint regarding this to telephone officer of Gondia Mr. Bagade whose No is[protected] but no one has come to attend the problem and still phone is in the same condition, it is not my phone only but all the phone of this exchange are dead, this is not the problem of first time most of the time these phones were found dead, & there is a exchange at Pandhrabodi but no one were present there. Can you tell me when the exchange is not working .what are officer responcible are doing at office?
          BSNL is only punctual in the service of sending the bills on time.

          Dear Sir,
          My self Joseph Alex Lopes, staying at Nallasopara (W) in Umrale, Valamhao village, my BSNL landline no :[protected] is out of order for the last 3 months I have give several complaints also, but all in vein, I am also paying my telephone bills regularly. I do'nt understand what is the problem with BSNL company. now at the most i'll wait 15 days more and if my phone doest not start i will lodge a complaint in consumer court and also switch to Tata indicom as it is one of the best service providing phone company in india.I once again request the BSNL Management to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest ...Also advice me.
          My landline No.[protected] is not proper working from last few Months. The Telephone set is 9 year old and 10 pair in 150mtrs wire. Phone set is not proper working (dialing problem) and make a lot of noise on call time. I complaint on 198-customer care number and 12727 in few months ago. I met concern SDO to replace Phone set and Damage wire but he verbally replies set is not in stock. We can change your phone set with old phone set not with new (why old set? Am I not pay bill?) in 2 or 3 Days. But nobody comes to change phone set and wire. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible.

          Landline Telephone in Takarla is really in bad condition. Telephones are not working from more than 2 weeks. If there is little wind or rain than landline telephones dead for 2-3 weeks. There is no one to sort out this problem. Please provide someone who is responsible to listen to complaints and can solve the problems as soon as possible. Thanks

              dear sir,
              this is regarding our telephone landline2549228(udupi district patla exchange), this phone is not working since 15 days, we have complained so many times regarding this on phone to all the officers including DIVISIONAL ENGINNER, every one of them are pointing each other, but absolutely no response.
              i never expected this way of service from BSNL, we where thinking that they are providing good service, but now absolutely no service.the phone is in my fathers name ANANDA SHETTY HIREBETTU POST UDUPI DISTRICT 576107.
              we are waiting for 2 more days if it doent work, we are decided to file a case against this in consumer court, this is high time to bear this dept.everymonth bsnl is taking rent regularly, so why should we pay rent when there is no service and connection.

                I have a BSNL Mobile prepaid connection of 249 plan( My no. : [protected]) where calls to BSNL mobile within Kolkata is to be charged @Rs. 0.05/min . But whenever I am making a call to BSNL mobile nos. they are charging me @Rs. 0.20/min. I raised a complaint to the customer care but they told me that this is a network problem and would not happen next time (so they did not provide me with a complain no., Person attended my call was Mr. RAMKRISHNA) but it seems to be false and still I am charged with the excess rate. I again raised a complaint the next day and I was said that very soon they would revert me back from their concerned Dept. and asked me to have patience.The surprising issue is once they have given me a complain no. but nothing turned up and when I complained again they provided me with another complain no. and mentioned the same speech as the earlier guys. This is really ridiculous.The details of the complaints made to the CUSTOMER CARE BSNL are given below:

                  The BSNL Land line Connection at Purva Panorma, Kalena Agrahara, Bannergatta road is dead atleast 15 - 20 days in a month.

                  The customer support at IIM BSNL exchange, bannergatta road are not taking this matter seriously, even after repeated complaints. Unfortunatly we have to pay the rent for the whole month.

                  Could you please do the needful.

                  We hold a BSNL connection for our landline. ITs really hopeless and every week atleast 3-4 days our phone is dead without having to know what the issue is. Everytime we need to login a complaint through BSNL customer care which is equally hopeless.We unfotunately hold internet connection and paying the rent for the entire period.

                  Im unsure if BSNL authorities would even bother to check this?

                  Have registered so many complaints, but in vain.

                  Can someone pls bother to assist us?

                  BSNL is such a hopeless, useless and low quality organisation with useless, energyless lethargic and rude professionals. my BSNL lne would be dead almost every day in a month. they just close the docket without investingating it. they should give it some private organisation. they just enjoy the tag "central Givt employment" and huge pay package. infact they are not worth even 1/4 of they take home. Most of them do not know how to talk to people. they are
                  I am also working in Pvt. telecom industry but now a days the BSNL service is becoming worst. BSNL is a big in Indian govt.telecom by giving voice and data with private operator.If the complaint is booked before, their is no procedure or any call back. Directly approaching and telling door is locked or shouting infront of the house. IS IT WAY
                  I had given a complaint that the line is dead. Due to this i am unable to call or browse the internet also. Simply i should pay the rent for not usage. But one day late the fine is added why.

                  Now a days every body is busy no body will sit and welcome BSNL LINE MAN in the residence to get the telephone repair. So he is coming at around 12.30 afternoon and telling that i cannot come in the evening. While giving complaint you know to give but nobody is their.

                  Let him think that i am paying for the BSNL he is not doing ant favour to me.He is telling that how many times i want to come for one complaint. He know that what time we will be their, but then also he is doing the same.

                  Now onwards you arrange to call back at what time your line men will come for attending the complaint, Or else i will cancel the line also but your internet service is poor that i want to cancel

                      we need of landline & broadband to run the business smoothly but your officer are not taking interest to provide us the same one due to that we are facing too much problem to run the business . All work depends on our mobile network which is not proper & sufficient for communicate the all report to higher authorities .

                        I took a BSNL conection (prepaid) on July'2009 from Didihat district-Pithoragarh. (uttarakhand). i'm facing a problem from the beggnig when i took the conection.

                        PROBLEM-WHENEVER I CHANGE THE SIM FROM ONE HANDSET TO OTHER THE SERVICE PROVIDER CHARGES RS.2/*-.FOR IT.

                          myself Sushil Kumar singh a customer who has gone to buy a vanity no[protected] from Patna Office of BSNL.. on 5th of March 2009. SDE Commercial IMPCS has taken Rs Six Thousand Three hundred Nine only through Demand Note No 90 at CTO, BLDG Patna and give me a SIM Card No[protected].and recipt.
                          BUT till today my vanity no[protected] hasn't been activated. I have in touch with the officials but they are not taking it seriously. i have phone conversation with the GM. but in vain. Sir plis look after my problem.

In Tikabali area many times the network is failure we use mobile 15 days of a month. The employees cut off the network many time may be 15 days in a month so we can't communicate in serious situation . sir you know Kandhamal is a violence place we lived in village we communicate by mobile phone so we are not safety please take necessary action to avoid the network failure.

                                  i am using a bsnl mobile network. i get full signal but then too i cant speak. no:[protected]. i have 11 cug connection all are facing the same problem. i have chenge many hanset bcoz of this problem. but its no use. i request u to take a serious action on this complaint. i pay rs.8000+ as my monthly bill but its no use. i dont find worth to pay so much money for such a bad network

                                    I got a BSNL Prepaid card 2 days before from Kalyan and activated ACT 12 plan, as we can enjoy all calls in 50ps per minute but unfortunately I found the service is very poor as compared to Private sector telecom service providers. I have suffered for below problems.

                                    1. When ever I am trying to call any number (STD/Non STD/Any Network) I am getting msg "Network busy", At least you have to try 12 to 15 times to get properly connected, Once you will be connected the voice is breaking too much in the heart of city also.

                                    2. When I dialed the customer care no ([protected]) to register the complaint I got IVR announcement "Dialed no does not exist" Its very shameful for BSNL as the Customer care is not exist in their database.

                                    3. When I am dialing Orissa airtel no I am getting same announcement "Dialed no does not exist"

                                    4. As I got the SIM from Kalyan, I should get complete coverage in Kalyan, but my cell goes on Roaming for MTNL network, So I can't avail the ACT 12 services. Even In the heart of Kalyan city.

                                    So please take my advice don't go for BSNL mobile, its very pathetic.

                                    Please somebody takecare of these problems and try to rectify these ASAP.

                                        I understand that every time the bill shows the amount due and the current bill charges. This way the bill should show the latest billing details ( dues as on billing date + current charges) and the amount is paid in cash accordingly at KPHB BSNL centre.Even then the phone [protected] is disconnected on 31st May, 2009.When enquired the authorities show some outstanding dues intermediate bills etc.To my understanding, the BSNL CELLONE authorities are unable to update their database regarding bills paid and dues even when computerisation is in full swing.It appears there is a flaw somewhere regarding updation of bills. Concerned authorities are requested to look in to this matter immediately and activate the my phone [protected] immediately as they have already put me in to inconvienience and also seriously look in to the software regarding updation of amount paid and the latest bill should always show the dues+ current charges on billing date and that amount when paid should not lead to any disconnection.Also BSNL should not expect the customer to store all the receipts since it's not possible.In otherwords BSNL should have a reliable latest database at any given time.
