If my complaint is heard here then its worth typing or else its another waste of

time.
BSNL Broadband has not provided me the speed that has been told as per the plan i

have. I have Home 500 and i should get 256 Kbps/Upto 2Mbps as per the plan and I have

not even got the BSNL Broadband speed (check the picture), every time i am told to

either check the line or call the local exchange. The linesman is not computer

literate and he does his job of checking the line only (stating it as solved). We as

consumers wait like monkeys for the ball. The system will never change nor will

anything happen. In spite i am complaining to see if it is heard by some sole. God

My phone remains Dead for 4-5 Hours Daily in Morning and while talking, we are not able to hear properly.The problem is with the instrument.Kindly change the instrument soon.

        landline phone dead

        Dear sir
        my phone no[protected] is out of order for the last three months inspide of complaining several times,
        complaint is still pending I am fadup with the service of BSNL and last I request the BSNL management to take the matter seriously and rectify my complaint and do the needful at the earliest or els I have to take drastic steps to solve my problems....

          dear sir,
          this is regarding our telephone landline2549228(udupi district patla exchange), this phone is not working since 15 days, we have complained so many times regarding this on phone to all the officers including DIVISIONAL ENGINNER, every one of them are pointing each other, but absolutely no response.
          i never expected this way of service from BSNL, we where thinking that they are providing good service, but now absolutely no service.the phone is in my fathers name ANANDA SHETTY HIREBETTU POST UDUPI DISTRICT 576107.
          we are waiting for 2 more days if it doent work, we are decided to file a case against this in consumer court, this is high time to bear this dept.everymonth bsnl is taking rent regularly, so why should we pay rent when there is no service and connection.

            I have a BSNL Mobile prepaid connection of 249 plan( My no. : [protected]) where calls to BSNL mobile within Kolkata is to be charged @Rs. 0.05/min . But whenever I am making a call to BSNL mobile nos. they are charging me @Rs. 0.20/min. I raised a complaint to the customer care but they told me that this is a network problem and would not happen next time (so they did not provide me with a complain no., Person attended my call was Mr. RAMKRISHNA) but it seems to be false and still I am charged with the excess rate. I again raised a complaint the next day and I was said that very soon they would revert me back from their concerned Dept. and asked me to have patience.The surprising issue is once they have given me a complain no. but nothing turned up and when I complained again they provided me with another complain no. and mentioned the same speech as the earlier guys. This is really ridiculous.The details of the complaints made to the CUSTOMER CARE BSNL are given below:

              The BSNL Land line Connection at Purva Panorma, Kalena Agrahara, Bannergatta road is dead atleast 15 - 20 days in a month.

              The customer support at IIM BSNL exchange, bannergatta road are not taking this matter seriously, even after repeated complaints. Unfortunatly we have to pay the rent for the whole month.

              We hold a BSNL connection for our landline. ITs really hopeless and every week atleast 3-4 days our phone is dead without having to know what the issue is. Everytime we need to login a complaint through BSNL customer care which is equally hopeless.We unfotunately hold internet connection and paying the rent for the entire period.

              Im unsure if BSNL authorities would even bother to check this?

              Have registered so many complaints, but in vain.

              Can someone pls bother to assist us?

              BSNL is such a hopeless, useless and low quality organisation with useless, energyless lethargic and rude professionals. my BSNL lne would be dead almost every day in a month. they just close the docket without investingating it. they should give it some private organisation. they just enjoy the tag "central Givt employment" and huge pay package. infact they are not worth even 1/4 of they take home. Most of them do not know how to talk to people. they are
              I am also working in Pvt. telecom industry but now a days the BSNL service is becoming worst. BSNL is a big in Indian govt.telecom by giving voice and data with private operator.If the complaint is booked before, their is no procedure or any call back. Directly approaching and telling door is locked or shouting infront of the house. IS IT WAY
              I had given a complaint that the line is dead. Due to this i am unable to call or browse the internet also. Simply i should pay the rent for not usage. But one day late the fine is added why.

              Now a days every body is busy no body will sit and welcome BSNL LINE MAN in the residence to get the telephone repair. So he is coming at around 12.30 afternoon and telling that i cannot come in the evening. While giving complaint you know to give but nobody is their.

              Let him think that i am paying for the BSNL he is not doing ant favour to me.He is telling that how many times i want to come for one complaint. He know that what time we will be their, but then also he is doing the same.

              Now onwards you arrange to call back at what time your line men will come for attending the complaint, Or else i will cancel the line also but your internet service is poor that i want to cancel

                i was the user of nic card usb that issued on 19-03-09 but at present i am using landline broad band connection from 21-04-09 so i want to reuturn the card but office people refused to accept, they told your bill for the card is not available .It has been one month passed i m sending here n there and nobody ready to hear me.So I very kindly request to you please sort out my problem because I am charging unnecessary which is burden for me. thanks with favourable soon action.

                  I am awaiting for land line connection & broadband connection since six month . we have made one showroom of mahindra navistar which deals in commercial vehicle .
                  we need of landline & broadband to run the business smoothly but your officer are not taking interest to provide us the same one due to that we are facing too much problem to run the business . All work depends on our mobile network which is not proper & sufficient for communicate the all report to higher authorities .
                  Near our showroom, three customer are also in que for broadband connection, Tata showroom -shanker motors deals in tata utility vehicle, NRL pertolump deals in NRL, gm choverlet deals in general motors products like spark, beat etc.
                  Request you to pl. see the matter & provide us to the connection for Internet .

                    I am TULSI KUMAR SHARMA mobile no.[protected]. nearlly before 7 days, bsnl network not working properlly at roaming. i am facing so many problem to bsnl connection. there is not out going only incoming. when i call to anyone displaying error in network connection. i said many time to bsnl customer care but they are unable to solve my problem. i am totally fedup to bsnl connection. i faced 6th time this type of problem.plese help...
                    I took a BSNL conection (prepaid) on July'2009 from Didihat district-Pithoragarh. (uttarakhand). i'm facing a problem from the beggnig when i took the conection.

                    PROBLEM-WHENEVER I CHANGE THE SIM FROM ONE HANDSET TO OTHER THE SERVICE PROVIDER CHARGES RS.2/*-.FOR IT.
                    I CONTACT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TREE TO FOU TIMES .THEY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD CLOSE THE SIM CONFIGRATION SERVICE 'OF' .BUT IT WAS ALREADY 'OF' IN EACH HANSET.
                    PLEASE SORT OUT THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

                      myself Sushil Kumar singh a customer who has gone to buy a vanity no[protected] from Patna Office of BSNL.. on 5th of March 2009. SDE Commercial IMPCS has taken Rs Six Thousand Three hundred Nine only through Demand Note No 90 at CTO, BLDG Patna and give me a SIM Card No[protected].and recipt.
                      BUT till today my vanity no[protected] hasn't been activated. I have in touch with the officials but they are not taking it seriously. i have phone conversation with the GM. but in vain. Sir plis look after my problem.

So please try to maintain services and save our BSNL.

In Tikabali area many times the network is failure we use mobile 15 days of a month. The employees cut off the network many time may be 15 days in a month so we can't communicate in serious situation . sir you know Kandhamal is a violence place we lived in village we communicate by mobile phone so we are not safety please take necessary action to avoid the network failure.

                        Dear Sir, My self Ganesh Panigtahi from Phulbani, Kandhamal.Odisha, Pin-762001 state that except Phulbani town there is no netwok coverage except some rare areas. In Kandhamal area 90% users are using BSNL but network coverage is very very poor. Sir phone use karne ke liye sab log to town me nahi rahe sakte na...?? Rural areas ke liye kuch..to..kuchh...to kijiey!!!...
                        now in evening time all lines are busy & network also busy in phulbani.so i request u to solve this major problem

                          I have recently taken New Connectionfor BSNLat No.23534345, its hardly a month i got the Bill, but the Phone is not working, its dead from almost three weeks, recently my son had a very high fever and it was almost a life and death experience. This house without a ph. is very inconvient, is the service of BSNL, HOW WILL I RELY FOR FURTHER SERVICES from the company.

                          BSNL Bangalore — Telephone is out of order

                          My phone number is dead from last 1month, I have already registered the complaint 4 or 5 times but no action till now.
                          Sir

                          My residence telephone is dead The no is [protected].Kindly do the needful
                          I am also facing the same issue, my phone 26642058 has been dead for 2 months. I have raised a complaint with BSNL but as usual no response. They have been charging me 1400 / month for broadband with no service.
                          My telephone no. 22582187 is out of order since one week. I have already lodged complaint. Please do the needful immediately.

                          our telephone number, 26589249 is not out of order since 10 days and several complaints have been registered by calling BSNL complain registration no.: 26582198. But no action has been initiated so far. Please look into the matter

                            Sir, my no is [protected]. i have been charged Rs15/month for astro love sms from last 03 months which has been subscribed automatically. when i want to contact to customer care service, the phone disconnects automatically. then i got a message saying your astro love sms will be renewed in two days.to unscribe send sms UNSUBSLOV TO 55888.So i did the same thing and send the sms. but i have been charged another Rupees 15 for subscription of joke service.i am unable to contact customer care.i don't know what the hell is going on.pls help me out.

                              no network

                              dear sir,

                              i am using a bsnl mobile network. i get full signal but then too i cant speak. no:[protected]. i have 11 cug connection all are facing the same problem. i have chenge many hanset bcoz of this problem. but its no use. i request u to take a serious action on this complaint. i pay rs.8000+ as my monthly bill but its no use. i dont find worth to pay so much money for such a bad network

                              Customer care not reachable

                              Hi,
                              I got a BSNL Prepaid card 2 days before from Kalyan and activated ACT 12 plan, as we can enjoy all calls in 50ps per minute but unfortunately I found the service is very poor as compared to Private sector telecom service providers. I have suffered for below problems.

                              1. When ever I am trying to call any number (STD/Non STD/Any Network) I am getting msg "Network busy", At least you have to try 12 to 15...

                                I understand that every time the bill shows the amount due and the current bill charges. This way the bill should show the latest billing details ( dues as on billing date + current charges) and the amount is paid in cash accordingly at KPHB BSNL centre.Even then the phone [protected] is disconnected on 31st May, 2009.When enquired the authorities show some outstanding dues intermediate bills etc.To my understanding, the BSNL CELLONE authorities are unable to update their database regarding bills paid and dues even when computerisation is in full swing.It appears there is a flaw somewhere regarding updation of bills. Concerned authorities are requested to look in to this matter immediately and activate the my phone [protected] immediately as they have already put me in to inconvienience and also seriously look in to the software regarding updation of amount paid and the latest bill should always show the dues+ current charges on billing date and that amount when paid should not lead to any disconnection.Also BSNL should not expect the customer to store all the receipts since it's not possible.In otherwords BSNL should have a reliable latest database at any given time.

                                  I'm bearing Dombivali BSNL no.2426598 facing the same problem of not getting dial-up modem internet service through land line which was available till January-09. Also there is humming / disturbance in the line. Lodged the complaint at exchange. Not getting efficient, propmt service from BSNL as of past. Pl attend such complaints on priority.

Also i have given letter to Tarapur BSNL on 17/06/2009.such incident happen 9-10 times in June 2008 to June 2009. Many times phone was dead for 15-30 days.

                                  Also i want explanation for Rental charges, why u billed rental charges if Phone is dead.

                                  Attend for same otherwise we have no opation for other communication.

                                  After paying your bills, still it is showing pending for payments with the remark date already lapsed, where as it should be mentioned no dues pending or already paid.
                                  Further, the payments made through net / in cash details for max period should be available on your site. please mention the bsnl site to check the payments made atleast for 6 months
                                  my landline connection is cancelled on 13 /07/2009. all the formalities of documentation are fulfilled . but till date i have not received my refund cheque. mrs. bonge and mr. lende are responding properly. last three monts they are giving excuses that our printer is under breakdown..icould not understand their intension of holding refund cheque.
