Dear All,
Although it will be the most expected one, even you will think so, bcoz like me there are million of consumers who have to enjoy such a pathetic service that they will digest the fact that BSNL is in the 3G phone connectivity.Wheather you provide so much value services but fact remains the same that your landline always got disconnected.
Landline ph no[protected], this ph is not working from last 5 days, & if this ph is in the high society what you do for ordinary people.
Pls do the needful

I had never applied for Personalized Ring Back Tone but I get this tone from last many days and my balance is deducted for this service. I had registered a complain at customer service but concerned person didn’t give Docket No. But they saying that it will be deactivated by sending SMS “UNSUBSCRIBE” TO 56700. I had done this from my number [protected] at 3 times for which I have also to Pay sum of Rs.5/- each SMS, but still I am suffering from this service.
My two numbers are [protected] and [protected], still having activated PRBT.
Concerned persons are requested to deactivate the same immediately on both numbers and manage to refund the deducted amount for the same.
