I am customer of your BSNL Broadband service, and having an unlimited broadband connection,
3 days back my dsl modem was restored as factory default settings, so i have lost my previous username along with its password also. now I am unable to find those things. so please give me my user name along with passwod that I can reuse the service accordingly.

    Sir,
    I am sandeep Kumar Srivastav address- Vill-Koili Purwa, Post- Mustafabad, dist-Bahraich. sir i rechareg my BSNL Prepaid cell fone no is [protected] I recharge my number amount of 195 and i got Rs 10.99 talk time. and one month (30 day) validity of GPRS use. I recharge my account on 09 may 2009, time 9:13 am, Reference No is[protected]. transfer mobile no which recharge my account is [protected] then i use GPRS free after 5 days date 13 may 09, my gprs service is deactivate from the service provider. When I call call center then inform me that your account is not recharge. your last recharge date is 29 april this information is provided by the Customer Care dated on 15 may 09, Time 10:15am provider name amit kumar. after that I try to inform him my problem but service provider company take no intrest my case. Plese tell me What I can do.

      This phone has not worked since installtion .After several feedbacks i
      receive a letter cancelling the connection and waiver of all charges
      till date.

      Now you have not disconnected the phone but are still sending the bills.

      BSNL has been my tormentor since when I took the landline and subsequently dial-up Internet and broadband. They have thousand ways of hoodwinking the customers. Let me tell you just a few:

      1. EARLY 2000: I was asked to guarantee deposit after they cut my connection by saying they did not receive my payment, though that was duly placed through post office. Then I had to cough up !500 as security deposit at Ranikuthi Exchange, Kolkata and I was told that the sum will be adjusted with bill after one year. That never took place as yet. Mind you, Before that they took the then statutory deposit of 3000 before sanctioning the phone. I tried to contact with senior personnel and each time they were either "unavailable" or "busy in meeting".

      2. MID 2000: There was huge billing on the dial-up, to the tune of[protected] and I could not ever convince them that I did not use that much of Internet.

      3. LATE 2000 (Ongoing) I changed my residence in between and thought to go through the customary process of "shifting" system of BSNL. Not only that took long time to materialize, but made me weary of running to their zonal head office time and again. And there is no end to the harassment: I'm still receiving "monthly billing" Mail for both the old number (that shows 0 amount by God's grace) and the new number. In between there are occasions when I had to provide "complementary sum" to the BSNL personnel who would come to repair my connection after repeated calls.

      4. LATE 2000 (continued): A staff of BSNL appeared one day and offered me a "manikjod" sim card and said it's absolutely free. Eventually I lost that sim and even informed the local office, but they said they cannot help if I cannot provide the number! It's from the next month they started billing me Rs 40. And there's more! Even after I paid that sum for the last month at their authorized kiosk, the next bill on that "promised free sim: carried forward that amount to the new month's amount.

      5. AND THE LATEST (JUNE 2009): Few minutes back I received a mailed bill for this month, a bundled one with Internet billing. To my amazement I found the broadband bill amounted to 1054, while my usage exceeded just 674 MB (that too according to their portal). I use a 2.5 GB Home 500 plan.

      AND THERE WAS MORE: I checked my phone calls of the month of may from their "view bills online" section. I found the number o[censored]nits actually called is less than what their fortnightly meter billed for the month. It's in the tune of 50-55 units. Then I checked the bills of the previous months and found the same thing in them.

      It's for our tight schedule and lackadaisical attitude they carry on with their mission to siphon thousand customers. I'm carefully preparing the dossier of their misdeeds through decades and I wish someday I'd pray for justice from the competent authorities, thus letting them playing in for some more time.

        Sir/Madam,
        I am suffereing BSNL's poor service since few years now.

        (1)At the moment, my phone is dead for over 15 days and inspite of logging in a complaint, no one cares to repair the same.I have been given numerous numbers by numerous BSNL employees and no one comes to repair, inspite of requesting humbly.
        (2)The drop wire to my phone has been cut at places due to the poor quality.I have done repair jobs for over a dozen times because the line-man never turns up.No one is willing to replace the drop wire at BSNL.
        (3) I am residing on Varthur road close to Kundalahalli junction in Bangalore.My phone goes dead moment the rains come and is live again when the skies are clear.I am not sure what kind of service is this.

        I feel I am up against a wall called BSNL.Fortunately I have another line from Airtel which always works and my communication is on.

        BSNL — wire are cut

        dear Sir, i am a bsnl broadband user. the wires of bsnl line are cut near Bharam Toli Bariatu, Ranchi. near Don Bosco. it is almost a month the line has not been restored. despite complaint at the Bariatu office (near Rims) no action has been taken. it has put many bsnl customers into inconviniences. plz pass this complaint to the office. thanks

            My number is[protected] and I am not receiving my monthly bills since February. I am managing to pay thru Eseva but I need the bills hard copy to know the details of my usage of telephone calls local and STD and also broadband seperately. I request the authorities to send me atleast this month bill immediately to my address.

            this is Mir Inayath Hussain my no. si[protected] i had got connection 2 months ago but still i did not recived my bill, i just get dummy bill from the Charminar Exchange and pay, i need the hard copy of the bill at my home to pay the chargable amount at the correct time.

              Dear Sir,

              I have a BSNL pre-paid mobile connection under the scheme 'Excel Saral Anant'. My mobile number is [protected]. Recently, I received a message from[protected] stating ' Thanks for downloading this java game. You have been charged Rs. 100 @ 17:05 on 10/05/09'. I have not downloaded any java game from any source. But, to my surprise, I observed that my account has been deducted by Rs. 100/-. Since the deduction was unauthorised, I sent a SMS message to the number[protected] stating that I had not downloaded any game and hence to refund the amount for which, I did not receive any reply till date. To my surprise, I received another message from[protected] stating ' Thanks for downloading this video. You have been charged Rs. 30 @ 16.59 on 14/05/09'. Again, I received another message from[protected] stating ' Thanks for downloading this javagame. You have been charged Rs. 100 @ 7:46 on 16/05/09' In short, my account has been deducted by Rs. 230/- unauthorisedly during the month of May 09. I am experiencing such an incident for the first time. I am writing this message to enlighten all the mobile subscribers of BSNL! I would also seek your help to get refund of the amount looted from my account.

The message are continuous forwarded on my mobile Even Today 04.02.2010 at 10:04AM, 12:54PM & 04:39PM, & Today 05.02.2010 At 10:31AM also, Please Cancel the Service 53030, which is UN necessary disturbs me. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for TWOMEN5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter? The unwanted messages are received continuously on my mobile through 53030

                      I have a broadband (BSNL) connection in the number[protected].
                      the connection has problem everyday. Sometimes LINK is not present. When linkis present, I got speed lower than Dial-Up connection. Sometimes it shows error.
                      They have not given any kind of concession in my bill, but they told me that I can get concession .
                      I not only complained but also told them on phone or personally many many times but nobody has done nothing.
                      So after being disgusted I am trying my last option i.e. complaining here.
                      so please help me, so that I can use my internet properly.

                      I am user of your DATAONE BROADBAND service in PLOT NO E6, SECTOR A3, TRONICA CITY, LONI, GHAZIABAD.
                      Extremely sorry to inform but your service in Tronica City is very bad. It has only been a month and I am facing lot of problems. The broadband service hardly works. When the service is down, the concerned department disconnects the landline and does not receive calls on mobile. When I complain to higher authorities, they speak very rudely as if I am doing them a favor by using this service.
                      I would also like to tell you that twice the service has been down for a week. They have only one computer engineer. I am only using this service because this area has no other internet connectivity.
                      You are requested to kindly look into this matter and further do not give any cause for complaint.

                            This is correct and the BSNL service is the worst service ever seen. Our JE is the worst guy I ahve ever seen. He just hangs up with out giving proper answer. It has been 15 days we have the same problem. He just says its a software problem. God knows what does he mean by it
                            since we got connected with broadband service the internet goes off frequently.
                            When i complaint about this to the office every one in the office says this is not my dutty or the higher authority has not informed us about your problem. So tell them and when i complaint about them then they too ignore this. Why...?
                            If BSNL people start working properly then the BSNL would be known for its good and prompt services. But at present BSNL is only famous for its offer and schemes if we apply for that service then we come to know its only good to hear

                                I HAVE A PREPAID SIM NO. [protected]. I AM REQUESTING BSNL CUSTOMER CARE FOR ACTIVATION OF GPRS, I SENT MESSAGE GPRS E TO 53733. BUT MY GPRS WAS NOT ACTIVATED AND I AM BEING ALWAYS MISGUIDED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE STAFFS.

                                I am too the victim of non getting of GPRS settings from BSNL for my mobile set of Nokia 5130. There is not such model in their database.
                                I want my mobile GPRS settings on to my mobile no: [protected] but i am unable to get it from BSNL customer care cause they are not taking my complaints seriously. i have made two complaints over there but there is no process upon them. Please if anyone is there who can help me then please just give settings of BSNL GPRS on my FLY DS410 handset. please help me

                                BSNL has given Big Cabins to there cust care executives, but they don't know, how to send gprs setting to any mobile phone
                                i asked mr. N. Banerjee, SDE bsnl, Howrah for the setting, he said me to visit other bsnl office to get the same, when i said that i could not go there, he said come anothere day server is down today.

                                I have not recieved the GPRS setting for my mobile Nokia 5130 express music.
                                i want need gprs activate on my hand sets but. i sent sms for gprs activation for five days ago, but till time we havn't got any mail from their side and i already refilled GPRS voucher of 98/-.
                                I called him many time on customer care but we havn't got any satisfactory reply. all new executive called send a sms after that service will be activate in 48 h but we had spent my six days for one reply. pl suggest me.

                                  I, Karabi Talapatra have a Kolkata 249 sim, whose number is [protected]. Two months back when I recharged Rs 249 my sim converted to Kolkata 99 from Kolkata 249. It was said that in Kolkata 99 plan the call charge are 5 paise to any local BSNL Mobile, 20 paise to any local BSNL Landline, 50 paise to any other connection except BSNL. But in this month when I recharged Rs 249 I have found that call charge to all BSNL Number is 20 paise even in local mobile instead of 5 paise. I have registered a complain on 4/5/2009. They told me that they will rectify the problem. But nothing has changed yet. I have made several call after that to the Customer Care but the answer was same they will rectify soon. When I called them on 13/5/2009 I get soon bad behavior from them.Firstly they converted my plan from 249 to 99 with out my concern. Secondly this problem.Please do the needful as quickly as possible otherwise i am facing a lot of problems.

                                  Myself is Avijit Chakraborty. I have got a BSNL prepaid mobile, no.[protected].

                                  On 28th of April I have lodged a complaint regarding my GPRS services.
                                  Nature of complaint: I am unable to connect to the internet through my mobile with bluetooth. It says "subscribe to packet data first". I have got my GPRS activated in my mobile and previously I was also able to log onto the net through bluetooth.

                                  Repeatedly I have requested the BSNL Call Centre Executives to look into the matter and sort it out. Not once but 6-7 times I have called up the tech-support. Nothing happened so far. Today at around 1.00 am I again called up the customer care of BSNL and the same reply came to me. They are repeatedly telling me that they have forwarded my complaint to the respective dept. But my problem remains the same irrespective of whatever steps they have taken.

                                  I asked to talk to a senior person regarding this issue and the executive told me to go to the bsnl site and write to them. I have tried this previously but to no avail. Nothing has happened so far. This time I lost my cool and abused Mr. Prabir Majumder badly.

                                  I humbly request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary steps at your earliest. A consumer is being harassed regularly without any cause. Why should this thing happen? Are we not paying the charges then why should we be deprived of the services?

                                  I want to activate dnd service and i did sms (START DND) send to 1909 . But do not activate. I do sms on 25/10/2009.

                                  I have a kolkata 99 sim bearing no. [protected], which had its talk time expiry date on 26.11.2012 depending on previous recharge. I recharged it with Rs.124.00 on 10.12.2012. The credit increased but the validity period did not, whereas the validity period of RCV 124 is 30 days.Please rectify and increase the validity period of the recharge for convenience.- Anupam

                                    I have been getting internet connection intermittently since last two months and that too much below the subscribed speed. Many times complaints have been lodged but response in poor. Twice service executive have come and seen the problem and acknowledged but no one has addressed it till date.
                                    Would request to sort out problem and reverse the rental charged for last two months.
                                    In absence of any redressal from your side I shall be forced to change to alternative service provider.

                                    BSNL — intermittency in internet connection

                                    I got BSNL broad band internet connection at my house. i am unable to use internet services due to most frequent failure of connectivity and many time error code 678 is generated. I wiil be greatly thankful if my complaint is resolved.

                                      I have given an application to BSNL to disconnect landline and broadband connection on 27th of May 2009. But they disconnect the connection on 6th of May. After requesting to reconnect the connection again at the BSNL Kaval Basandra and Banaswadi Bangalore office. But there is no proper response from there side, they are just roaming me from one office to another office, one contact no. to another contact no.

                                      I had given an application for transfer of my BSNL landline from doorvaninagar post to lingarajapuram. When I went to lingarajapuram, they asked to contact Banaswadi exchange. When I requested the Banaswadi exchange to do the needful, they gave me an OB No. 58009013 and asked to call them for an update. I have been dialing the number past from two weeks, there is no response, none of them in Banaswadi picks up the call. We working people, find it very difficult to often apply leave to solve such issue. Is there anybody who can help us on this. Why is this public sector are so careless in providing the services, are they doing it for free or the people working in BSNL not getting their pay to work for public...It is so frustrating. I wish if I had some other network connection like Airtel in our area, I would have gone for it and never bothered this BSNL connection...
