About the speed

Sir,
Its so irritating. I changed my broadband plan in the last week from 250 to 750. Now I cant use internet at the same speed of 250 plan. If you can please do the sufficient actions. Even though the plan is unlimited its not the best value for money according to the speed.

Phone dead frequently

Due to old and thin wire the phone remains dead very frequently and after complaint we don't receive proper service. I have asked our area Customer Care head to make it an underground connection but he doesn't showed a single interest. My phone no is[protected].I don't know what for the officers are there in a customer care....

I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (maharashtra circle) using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 112/- + 112/- TOP UP on[protected] and haven't received any refill as yet (12.30 pm on[protected]. Amount of Rs 224/- already debit to you from my ICICI saving account.

I got my phone no[protected] disconnected in Feb 2009, but after visiting the area office at the local Telephone Exchange with the SDO and writing letters to the BSNL authorities I am still waiting for the Refund of my Security Deposited paid by me at the time of getting New Telephone landline connection. My bsnl landline[protected] is dead from last 20 days.I have already booked complain through bsnl online complain booking system as well as on tollfree number also, but still till today no one has responded....

COMPLAINTS ARE NOT ATTENDED FOR 12 DAYS

Deadline of BSNL Landline since last 20 days

From last 20 days, my BSNL, landline phone had got dead. Also i had booked the complaion for the same. AS per my knowledge, if your landline connection is dead sincel last 10 days, then you have not to pay the monthly rantel for the phone. Call service barred from may 3,2009

My call service is barred since May 3, 2009 even after getting it recharged on may 2, 2009.
I did the complaint to costumer care UP East on may 4, 2009. I was told that it is due to technical fault and the service will start from tomorrow surely. Since then I am being told the same repeatedly and yet no response from company.

Nobody from bsnl brookefields exchange bothered about repairing the phone

Sir,
My telephone is out of order for the last 30 days. I have complained many times to the automatic complaint system, manual system and written the number in the complaint box. Till today (09-May-2009) no body from bsnl brookefield exchange bothered to look at the problem. I spoke to the JTO, who is supposed to be the senior most officer in the exchange, but without any help.
He is saying that he is helpless in ordering the...

I have landline phone of BSNL, Phone No[protected]. throught this phone i m not able to make outgoing calls. i had registered so many complaint in BSNL office. but they r not responding to my complaint.
