    I have a broadband (BSNL) connection in the number[protected].
    the connection has problem everyday. Sometimes LINK is not present. When linkis present, I got speed lower than Dial-Up connection. Sometimes it shows error.
    They have not given any kind of concession in my bill, but they told me that I can get concession .
    I not only complained but also told them on phone or personally many many times but nobody has done nothing.
    So after being disgusted I am trying my last option i.e. complaining here.
    so please help me, so that I can use my internet properly.

    Sir,
    I am user of your DATAONE BROADBAND service in PLOT NO E6, SECTOR A3, TRONICA CITY, LONI, GHAZIABAD.
    Extremely sorry to inform but your service in Tronica City is very bad. It has only been a month and I am facing lot of problems. The broadband service hardly works. When the service is down, the concerned department disconnects the landline and does not receive calls on mobile. When I complain to higher authorities, they speak very rudely as if I am doing them a favor by using this service.
    I would also like to tell you that twice the service has been down for a week. They have only one computer engineer. I am only using this service because this area has no other internet connectivity.
    You are requested to kindly look into this matter and further do not give any cause for complaint.

        Narsinha reddy anaganti, vi.thoragal, mdl.kanagal in chinnamadaram exchange.

        actually this Land line was not working for the last 4 months I was given the complaint many times to near
        by exchange but still no use but we are paying bill every time.

        Please give me an number or email id for complaint for quick response.

        or give me details for wireless conversion as early as possible...

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Sub: Action required (My land line number is not working from last few days).

        We use to pay the bill on time and no due from my end. We really fedup with the bsnl reponse. If I tried to call to my area tellephone exchange (Nasingbatla), No one is picking call. I have tried to call to exchange number thousand times from date of installation of my phone, till today, it will ringing always, but no one is picking the call. I am unable to understand what BSNL AE/DE is doing?

        Last time, I have observed that they are fixing this problem from exchange it self. I do not understand what they are doing in the telephone exchange.

        Every time, I need to send the complaint and then I am escalating to Babji, then problem is resolving.. This is the eight time to give complaint on the same number within 3 months span.

        This time I am requesting to call to [protected] once the problem is fixed. Also I am requesting to monitor for one week and close based on the customer feedback.

          This is correct and the BSNL service is the worst service ever seen. Our JE is the worst guy I ahve ever seen. He just hangs up with out giving proper answer. It has been 15 days we have the same problem. He just says its a software problem. God knows what does he mean by it
          since we got connected with broadband service the internet goes off frequently.
          When i complaint about this to the office every one in the office says this is not my dutty or the higher authority has not informed us about your problem. So tell them and when i complaint about them then they too ignore this. Why...?
          If BSNL people start working properly then the BSNL would be known for its good and prompt services. But at present BSNL is only famous for its offer and schemes if we apply for that service then we come to know its only good to hear

            I[censored]r PIN(Personal Identification Number) is entered wrong for 3times, ur phone will be blocked .u need to enter ur PUK(PIN unblock key) number which you can obtain from your service provider, for which you need to give them your SIM number which is a 19digit number written on the back of your SIMcard. If you happen to enter a wrong PUK for about 9times ur SIM will be blocked permanently.You might have to again contact ur service provider to unblock or obtain a new SIM with same number "charges may apply".

            My Cell No. is [protected], i am facing a lots of problem due to blocking this number. the last day for recharge of my cell number was 26 dec'2011, and all incoming and outgoing call has been locked and this number is in dead status. i have complaint many times and recent complaint on 31/jan/2012, also assured on 2/feb/2012 that your complaint is already forwarded to Patna, but there is not any result. i have also a land line number[protected]. please take up this matter urgently, at least start incoming calls urgently.....

              I am too the victim of non getting of GPRS settings from BSNL for my mobile set of Nokia 5130. There is not such model in their database.

                I, Karabi Talapatra have a Kolkata 249 sim, whose number is [protected]. Two months back when I recharged Rs 249 my sim converted to Kolkata 99 from Kolkata 249. It was said that in Kolkata 99 plan the call charge are 5 paise to any local BSNL Mobile, 20 paise to any local BSNL Landline, 50 paise to any other connection except BSNL. But in this month when I recharged Rs 249 I have found that call charge to all BSNL Number is 20 paise even in local mobile instead of 5 paise. I have registered a complain on 4/5/2009. They told me that they will rectify the problem. But nothing has changed yet. I have made several call after that to the Customer Care but the answer was same they will rectify soon. When I called them on 13/5/2009 I get soon bad behavior from them.Firstly they converted my plan from 249 to 99 with out my concern. Secondly this problem.Please do the needful as quickly as possible otherwise i am facing a lot of problems.

                Myself is Avijit Chakraborty. I have got a BSNL prepaid mobile, no.[protected].

                On 28th of April I have lodged a complaint regarding my GPRS services.
                Nature of complaint: I am unable to connect to the internet through my mobile with bluetooth. It says "subscribe to packet data first". I have got my GPRS activated in my mobile and previously I was also able to log onto the net through bluetooth.

                Repeatedly I have requested the BSNL Call Centre Executives to look into the matter and sort it out. Not once but 6-7 times I have called up the tech-support. Nothing happened so far. Today at around 1.00 am I again called up the customer care of BSNL and the same reply came to me. They are repeatedly telling me that they have forwarded my complaint to the respective dept. But my problem remains the same irrespective of whatever steps they have taken.

                I asked to talk to a senior person regarding this issue and the executive told me to go to the bsnl site and write to them. I have tried this previously but to no avail. Nothing has happened so far. This time I lost my cool and abused Mr. Prabir Majumder badly.

                I humbly request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary steps at your earliest. A consumer is being harassed regularly without any cause. Why should this thing happen? Are we not paying the charges then why should we be deprived of the services?
                i applied for gprs activation on 5th june 2009. i got a confiration settings on that day but could not able to access gprs. always facing problem like subscribe packet data first, link not available. since 5th june i called customer care over 25 times and i have talk to ms papri, amitava, sourav, upal etc. but i have not got a proper response from customer care. so i need your kind attention as early as possible. thanx

                I Mano Ranajan Das have a Kolkata 99 sim, whose number is [protected]. 5 days back when I recharged Rs 699 my sim converted to Kolkata 99 from Kolkata 249.                 Mano Ranajan Das have a Kolkata 99 sim, whose number is [protected]. 5 days back when I recharged Rs 699 my sim converted to Kolkata 99 from Kolkata 249. It was said that in Kolkata 99 plan the call charge are 5 paise to any local BSNL Mobile, 20 paise to any local BSNL Landline, 50 paise to any other connection except BSNL. But in this month when I recharged Rs 699 I have found that call charge to all BSNL Number is 20 paise even in local mobile instead of 5 paise. I have registered a complain on 4/09/2009. Complain No-3721003. They told me that they will rectify the problem. But nothing has changed yet. I have made several call after that to the Customer Care but the answer was same they will rectify soon. When I called them on 7/09/2009 I get soon bad behavior from them.Firstly they converted my plan from 99 to 249 with out my concern. Secondly this problem. I broke down in frustration.Please do the needful as quickly as possible, otherwise if anything happen to me bsnl will remain responsible.

                  I have been getting internet connection intermittently since last two months and that too much below the subscribed speed. Many times complaints have been lodged but response in poor. Twice service executive have come and seen the problem and acknowledged but no one has addressed it till date.
                  Would request to sort out problem and reverse the rental charged for last two months.

                    I have given an application to BSNL to disconnect landline and broadband connection on 27th of May 2009. But they disconnect the connection on 6th of May. After requesting to reconnect the connection again at the BSNL Kaval Basandra and Banaswadi Bangalore office. But there is no proper response from there side, they are just roaming me from one office to another office, one contact no. to another contact no.

                    I had given an application for transfer of my BSNL landline from doorvaninagar post to lingarajapuram. When I went to lingarajapuram, they asked to contact Banaswadi exchange. When I requested the Banaswadi exchange to do the needful, they gave me an OB No. 58009013 and asked to call them for an update. I have been dialing the number past from two weeks, there is no response, none of them in Banaswadi picks up the call. We working people, find it very difficult to often apply leave to solve such issue. Is there anybody who can help us on this. Why is this public sector are so careless in providing the services, are they doing it for free or the people working in BSNL not getting their pay to work for public...It is so frustrating. I wish if I had some other network connection like Airtel in our area, I would have gone for it and never bothered this BSNL connection...

                      I bought BSNL modem and broadband connection to work at home part time but I ever since I bought the connection I have been having some with phone or with internet. The phone is very noisy, and my modem restarts frequently. I pay around 1300 per month including broadband and phone, but the service they provide is pathetic. I have tried to complain to BSNL consumer service "1500", but they know only to forward the complaint, their knowledge is just limited to that. Please help what should i do.

                        I dont know why such uneducated, voilent and work-enemy person appointed in BSNL KALYAN, ULHASNAGAR.

                        I had victim of such a negligence and need to pay them four month of telephone bill with broadband charges. For three month my telephone is disconnected and I need to pay for this three month. Now any how make it connected, but now there no broadband connection. Since one week I try to connect my bsnl net, poeple are giving numbers of eachother. Some poeple not picking the phone, some poeple says we are not technical person, some poeple directly cut the line. I dont know why such a big bad custmer service. I think BSNL broadband is the best service among rest compare to speed and quality then why such things happening in the support section. Still I dont have net connection and I think, I thing need to pay again one month charges to the BSNL even I didnt consume their service.

                        I have paid my kalyan telephone bill through net banking on 27th may, but still i didn't get receipt that i have made the payment.kindly send me the payment receipt .
                        I APPLY FOR NEW LANDLINE & BROADBAND CONNECTION ON 2-4-09.LANDLINE CONNECTION ACTIVATED ON 26-4-09. BUT EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS, INOT ABLE 2 GET MY PHONE BILL.WHEN CONTACTED IN TARAPUR EXCHANGE I GOT 2 KNOW THAT MY TEL NO. STILL NOT COMPLINCE WITH MY CONSUMER NO. EVEN THOUGH 2 TO 3 TIME VISITS IT IS STILL NOT DONE, RESULT OF WHICH MY BRODBAND CONNECTION IS DELEYED.PLESE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER.
                        I had applied new landline in 1st week of Sep-09 and I was told by BSNL official that new connection will be given with in a week but new connection has come in last week of Oct-09.                         Thus I would like to ask, why these guys are giving the false statement.

                        BSNL Vision give at http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/login.aspx says "We, at BSNL believe in providing our customers with world-class customer experience. I really do not understand whayt does this world class mean for BSNL.

                          BSNL ERNAKULAM online bill paymrent through FEDERAL BANK not working .It is not possible to enter federal bank payment site from bsnl ernakulam site.Federal bank authorities told the problem is with bsnl enrnakulam site, which they informed the bsnl authorites, but nothing happend.Kindly do needful.

Apparently all my efforts to enroll my BSNL land line have been gone in vain. I was surprised to know that the online enrollment form doesn't have Kerala state as service circle in it's drop down menu.                           I have one BSNL Land line Connection my
                          Consumer No : is[protected].
                          My landphone is not working for more than six months, my mother complained more than 100 times in our exchange, they are not responding, one time they chaned the phone, but they didn't rectify the correct problem
                          The main reason that i compaint because my mother is staying alone at home, we are all abroad, moreover there is no range for any other mobile connection, this palce is near to Kilimanoor, but there is no range for all mobile connection, so this BSNL line line connection is the one and only way to contact my mother, she is old and sick
                          Now she cant go to exchange to compalin because she is sick
                          This kind of irresposibility from BSNL is really horrible
                          So i requested to make a solution for this problem

                              Its so irritating. I changed my broadband plan in the last week from 250 to 750. Now I cant use internet at the same speed of 250 plan. If you can please do the sufficient actions. Even though the plan is unlimited its not the best value for money according to the speed.

                              i change my plan from 250 to 750.and i feel very sad..about the speed that was only about 30or 40 kbps..that was shocking because it is written on the site of bsnl that the speed is same about 250 plan, that is about 256 kbps.so you understand that this was not a mistake it's a cheating to all of the users of 750 plan.i am sure bsnl is involve in this and doing something to slow down the speed.so that the application is belonging to not from me but on the behave of all the users of 750 plan.

                              i have changed my plan and its speed is too slow .I want to know who will take action against it??
                              on 250 and 500 plan, bsnl provides 2mbps speed which is equal to 256kBps and for 750 plan it provides 256kbps which is equal to 32kBps. The thing is that all u people didn't understand the units of speed which bsnl has provided.
                              8bits=1Byte
                              1024Bytes=1Kilo Byte
                              1024kilo Bytes=1Mega Byte
                              1024Mega Byte=1Giga Byte therefore, 256kbps(Kilo bits per second) which is equal to 32kBps(Kilo Bytes per second) so if any ISP claims to provide a specific speed than it should be divided with 8 to get the results in kBps which is Kilo Byte per second.

                              Plz. if anybody out there wants to change d plan to 750 unlimited don't do it. you will end up with just 1 kbps, and to just open the browser window it takes literally unlimited of your time. they really mean unlimited time to open browser only. just forget about downloads, your modem might burn down due to on continuously on but the thing wont download 2mb.
                              BSNL cheated me, because i dreamed many things through the change to 750 plan, but i can't do any thing!
                              plz sir i want to change my plan 250to750.
                              In 750 plan now BSNL provides 512 kbps speed which is equivalent to 64 kBps, that is quite good. But in 500c or 500c+ plan there is an advantage in speed. It gives 4 times speed than 750 unlimited plan and free landline calls too. So I will be very glad if BSNL increases it's speed in 750 plan to atleast 1mbps. I know it may be loss of BSNL in increasing the speed. But there can be a solution too. I suggest to retain 1 mbps speed upto 50 gb usage and after that decrease the speed to 512 kbps or 256 kbps.
                              I download only few things in a month, but i play onl9 game a lot that is equivalent to surfing net. So can this plan's speed increase for surfing only but download speed is low? I have post this question in this forum because I think there can be a solution of my problem. I don't need much download speed but need surfing speed in this rate. Can there be a solution of my problem?
                              Pay attention, all sad people .. . . Now, 750 plan gives 512 Kbps --- Kilo BIT (NOT byte) per second ...this equals 64 KBps (Kilo BYTE per second) ...

                              Most people neglect the difference between 'b' --- bit and 'B" ---- Byte

                              A simple computer book would have stated this fact that 8 bits = 1 byte


                              And why do you expect BSNL to give same speed as in 250 and 500 plan ?? Might be for many Indians Rs 750 is a big amount . But, consider if I download day and night throughout the month with the speed of 60kBps ..

                              You would have downloaded 148 GB by the end of month. So, how many of you above have hard disk space above 1 Tera byte, because after 1/2 an year you would reach a mark of Terabyte

                              If you are still not satisfied, then better go for 500 plan, and put your downloads between 11pm to 7am (use shutdown scheduler, download scheduler etc, i[censored] don't wanna wake up late night) and have you 200 KBps around speed : )
                              i am using bsnl broadband 750 UL plan, but my surfing speed is too slow. it takes a lot of time to open a page. also my link gets disconnected frequently.can there be any solution or my problem. at first the speed was good, but after i paid my bill the speed decreased.
                              I bought bsnl unlimited 750 about 4 months back and speed of the downloads is about 190-200kbps! at that time.

                              I bought new connection a few days back(as I discontinued old connection due to distractions) and speed now is about 55-60 kbps!

                                My Bsnl no[protected].On my shifting of residence from 37 th street, Nanganallur, chennai-600061 to the present address ar Plot no A25/A, Door no.20/8, 36th street, (off)3rd main Road, Nanganallur, chennai-61, I have been provided with Wll telephone which is not at all working..The land line is not still given citing the ground that cable is not available for that stretch of road(3rd main road).This is a main road in Nanganallur .The lack of infrastructure and defiiciency of services on the part of Bsnl has to be set right so that immediate connection of land line telephone facility may be provided.
                                My BSNL No 22244423 which is at Nanganallur exchange and i have put complaints somany times but there is no response

                                  Due to old and thin wire the phone remains dead very frequently and after complaint we don't receive proper service. I have asked our area Customer Care head to make it an underground connection but he doesn't showed a single interest.
