Dear sir,
i draw your very kind attention towards lazyness of B.S.N.L. LUCKNOW employees.
(1) I cut the broad band connection of B.S.N.L(500/-RENTAL PLAN)on 29-08-08, and take a w.l.l.connection of b.s.n.l..
regarding this i had done all the paper work.
(2)But b.s.n.l.unneccerily sending me the bills, first few months i think this is my monthly telephone bill, but when i saw same amount bills coming again and again, when i contact local telephone exchange(chandan nagar), they told me this is due to "your broad band is not cutted due to some official resons, then they cleared the amount in the latest bill(the money excess taken from me) and said that they write my phone no. in the diary, in future you are (suman chaturvedi) bother about that, some 295/-rs remaining are adjusted in next bill.
(3)Again the efficient employees of bharat sanchar naigam limited, lucknow, send me the bill with the same mistake, they add the broad band charges.
(4)I am a senior citizen with diabeties and blood pressure like disease, this is not possible for me to run again and again for the same cause, in which i am not guilty.
This time too i try my level best but frustrated by the working of b.s.n.l.lucknow, chandan nagar, and decided to mail, if no one is ready to my voice this time i am ready to disconnect phone.

Pravesh Kumar Jain — New BSNL Landline connection
Sir,I have applied for a new BSNL land line connection on 15.09.2009 by paying Rs. 500/- under Sulabh Scheme and my Demand Note no. is N230823 dated 15.09 and order no. BJLDLC-227.Sir only on 14.10. after one month they gave line (wiring, phone etc)but the phone is not working as the number has not been given till date. Sir please help me out at the earliest as there is 2 days holidays from 17 to 18.10.09.
Without any request or any form application BSNL (ambernath) have disconnectrd our outgoing calls
We pay the bill before due date each time.
We registered the complaint at BSNL ofiice in writting almost 1 month is over.
though no one has come to see the problem
We directly concerned to branch manager Mrs Kamble she told we wi;l soon pay attention
and our area enginner from BSNL Mr. Chaoudhary we told to him also
Finally NO REPLY FROM BSNL What should we do????
Coz Every time we cant have leave from our office to approch to BSNL.
Kindly Pay Attention to our problem..and Please help me out as early as possible.Thanks..
