Frequent Dropout in network connection

My self Brham Prakash. I have got BSNL broadband connecion on my landline telephone No.[protected]. I am facing constant dropout in net connection for the last three month. Speed is good, but my time is consumed in connecting the net every two minute....

Hi,
My no is [protected]. I want to deactivate the caller tune service, has in the process iam trying the send message "UNSUB ALL" to 56700 as specified in the bsnl site. But i am unable to send the message and i am repeated getting the failure status fro the message i am trying to send.
So, Please look after the problem and take an appropriate action.

Broadband/Telephone Cancellation

Dear Sir,

I have personally sent my application to the BSNL office in Ghaziabad (near delhi border) to cancel my broadband. It is more than days now. I got the stamped copy of the application. The connection is still active and we are wondering how long it will take.

We have called their office but haven't received a proper response.

telephone out of order

In spite of repeated complaints, my tel no 2431247, at D10 in SEc 44 has been out of order for last 20 days, not that it works continuously anyway, but still this is the longest duration that it has been dead & looking at some other complaints i wonder if they have disconnected, i am paying my dues regularly so there is no reason as such, but with bsnl noida you never know !...

Inactive SIM

I've TamilNadu BSNL SIM Card +[protected]. I used past two plus years. Actually last week my SIM card shows "Inactive SIM". I try to some other mobile (Sony to Motorola). It is getting same. So, I couldn't call any body and same that, I didn't get any call from others. So, Immediately I call the BSNL Customer Center (TamilNadu). They told that SIM is not locked it is activated. Billing Errors

6 months back i availed BSNL broadband with telephone connection of Rs 500 scheme.
I used to get charges around 560 to 650 rupees including call charges and Broadband charge.Total call was around 150 to 200.
But this month i got bills for 810 calls stating Rs 1275.
My connection is only home purpose.
We asked call list,
But BSNL is giving Mobile number list and 95 Number list only. Even the call list says...

I, Sounak Nandi have recently taken kolkata 249 sim.It was taken on my mother's name(Samita Nandi).It was said that 450 min bsnl to bsnl would be free.But when i call any bsnl mobile it charges as usual 20 paise.I registered a complain to the cust care.They gave me a complain No.3343369. they told that the money would be credited but after two days my phone still hasnot be credited.I only took this seem to enjoy this free calls from...

net speed and phone connectivity

Sir, I started home based medical transcription 1 yr ago for which I need very high speed net connection. So I have taken bsnl broadband connection unlimited solely for that purpose. Ever since I am facing frequent troubles in the net connection:
1. Many a times the DSL will be disconnected.
2. Though it displays 100 mbps that speed will not be there..even yahoo messenger cld not be connected.
3. Land line phone almost...

I am using "unlimited 750+" plan from 17.01.2009. But now i cant access the internet.Even complained about this issue there is no response till now... It was a worst reaponse from BSNL customer care......

Misbehaviour of the customer care officer

I called to customer care on 19/01/2009 at 06:40 PM from[protected]. The way customer care officer was talking is rediculous. Instead of giving proper information he started shouting when i asked when my complaint will resolved.
Please take the proper action against BSNl customer care.

dead telephone

my residence landline telephone- telephone nbr is dead since last 20days. repeated complaints
pertaining this is done through 198 ( computerised complaint cell of Ghaziabad) but in vain.

Everytime the complaint is cleared without even checking it out.

It has been dead for the past 20 days and still to be attended.

Would be greateful if the matter is takenup in all earnest and the telephonebr...

sir,
i had applied for dataone broadband connection on december 12, 2008 . still there is no response from the so called india's largest telecom service provider. when enquired, all the staff from the branch( marthandam, tamilnadu) gave irresponsibe replies. they say the connection may take more than 2 more months and they are not still sure. please take necessary action .....
