    My landline number is 22495035 coming under Pammal Exchange, Chennai. Account usage site is not available to-day. To-day is 29.1.09, only two days are left for the consumption of allowable limit.When the site is not available for the consumers to plan their usage, it is highly regrettable to note the pitiable condition under which the site is maintained by the biggest ervice provider.I wonder why the authorities are keeping quite to allow innumerable number of complaints are poured in to site. Authorities kindly wake up and rectify the mistakes without necessitating by the customers any further.9dd47

    I am not able to view the account usage site very often and it is not certainly not available during last week of every month. Now it is not available from to-day. If this is the case recurringly How could the consumer view the site and plan their downloading without over utilisation/Under utilisation. If the authorities are not ensuring its availability at all times /during last week of the month.the purpose of the site is meaningless. The authorities kindly react to the consumers complaint with utmost care as you are coming under service industry. Kindly do the needful.

    Till yesterday Account usage site for broad band was working. Today morning onwards the site shows that "NO RECORDS FOUND FOR MARCH 2009". Hopw it could be? Till yesterday it was showing some usage Mbs and to-day it is no uasage, therefor the site transparancy goes off. Kindly look into it and restore the site immediately.     My landline number is 22485035 coming under Pammal Exchange. From[protected] onwards "Account
    usage site" is not working. Even if it gets opened it shows"No record found for the month March2009".I wonder how it couldbe? I have utilised nearly 1 GB for March 2009and your site shows"No records" The same problem persists every month. I am frequently making this complaint and no effective steps have
    been taken towards rectification of the mistake. Kindly rectify it without allowing the customer to suffer any further.

    I have been using BSNL Broadband connection for last six seven months. But now some problem occurs regarding non access to view the usage report. That link is not working all the time for the last four days. If this is the case I won't be able to use my allowed usage verge. So please take it seriously and do the needfull.

        I am not getting internet bills from the date of connection -from Sept. 08. After disconnection without sending bill, I made payment of 1st bill by inquiring at tel exch Anekal. 2nd bill I downloaded and paid it. In between I made this type of complaints at each occasion. There was a mail replay stating billing fault was rectified. But I am not getting bills even for this month.

        Why Is BSNL so much careless towards its Customers?

        INTERNET - BROADBAND — CONNECTIVITY AND NON RECEIPT OF BILLS

        My hathway a/c no.661944 - Name Mr. Dilip Karmarkar.

        when I start the pc and once it is open and i click on internet it doesnt work. The remark box is there is no Internet connectivity to this PC. But when I re-start the PC and then only the Internet works. who so?

        Secondly I hv not received my bills for last three months. Before that I have paid Rs.500/- advance to our Mira road branch.I want to know what is my latest bill amount.

          Four months back i got a message of activating my caller tunes though i never applied to it.
          Calling customer complaint was of no help repeatedly.
          Now every month i get a message of renewing my caller tune without giving an option of continue or discontinue.
          I also get charged for it every month.
          I do not want it. Pl get it deactivated

            Every time when i switch on the handset or change sim in another mobile than automaticly Rs 2 reduce in my current belance. When I talk to costomer care they told me some options changiges in my hand set but that options they have told me on ph theses options are not avaliable in hand set. I am also working as a engineer in (nokia care). sir deu to my working in this mobile filed i have so many time switch off & switch on and change my hand set and every time i will face this problem again to again. Sir all off yours costomer care person deu to lace of knowlage they dont know how to resolve the problem

              I had been submit my application to Erode BSNL to change the post paid service to prepard service for my mobile No.[protected] on last 24/01/09, friday morning 10.00am. They were disconnect my mobile from network service immediately. But, still now (28/01/09) wednesday evening, they are not activating my mobile phone. Since last 6 days regularly i am complainting to Erode BSNL office to activate my mobile phone. But, no reaction from there.               We took internet 3G connection, paying top up lost my pocket, bag and total finance. No BSNL who sitting in customer care doesn't know about the scheme. Where to get the details. Why people are getting salary in ERODE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE. I hate this BSNL because of this ERODE Customer care .

              Response of this edits is not making sense Below is the answer for my queries.

              Q: How much I will get recharge, if I go with 100 rupees top up.
              BSNL : 100 rupees but I dont know how much will get add.

              Q: I recharges for 800, with in half an hour every thing is over, how it possible.

              I have Landline connection [protected] at my home with Broadband connection under plan BBG FN Compo 500 and the bandwidth speed of the above scheme is 2 mbps. but I am getting bandwith speed of only 400 to 550 kbps. I have lodged complaints several times for the past two months with the BSNL department Sathyamangalam and lodeged complaints to Nodal officer, Erode circle, Nodal officer, Tamilnadu Cirlce Chennai. As per the advice of the BSNL officers, Sathyamangalam, I have upgraded the capacity of RAM from 500 MB to 1 GP and re installed and up dated the operating software and upgraded the Antiviurs and anti malware softwares. But I have ont get the speed of 2 mbbs. The BSNL officials at Erode inform that they are getting 2 mbps and the fault is with Sathyamangalam exchange. The Sathyamangalam BSNL authorities telling that they are getting only 500 to 520 kbps and even at Erode exchange the speed is only 500 to 600 kbps and not 2mbps. For the past one week the broad band is getting disconnected and reconnected with every 15 to 30 minutes. Because low bandwidth speed, it is taking 5 to 10 minuts to load the mail browser to see the mails. So kindly advice your people to solve this problem

              mi no[protected]x i have 2g student spl plan . i was usig gprs pack7 which is very slow less than 36k speed and i am not getihg contiues speed at all and will become 00speed download even not able to cheak even email. tnen i call customer care they said to use 3g datd then i use 3g data pack it is all so very slow in all place of chennai.. less than 23k speed ... then i went to bsnl ofice to 3g sim . they sad ur not able to this no to 3g.. then how to use bsnl sim without proper service ... waste bsnl in this india... better to close bsnl... ok... i will buy airtel, vedo for speed and super sevice even 2g... so no one will buy r use bsnl network worst network in india... whole part of tndia...

                my broadband connection is not working is last ten days. i have registered a complaint in vikas nagar barnch BSNL with Mr, Katiyar . My Complaint no.is 650236.
                after daily contact to mr.katiyar by phone & by phase but his behavier is not good & not respond properly.
                yestarday he told me. ( AGAR MAIN APKA BROADBANK CONNECTION THEEK KARTA HOON TO AHSAAN KARONGA. )

Till today my complaint is pending and nobody bothers to check the same. So my humble request is to contact the concerned person and asked why their phone is not reachable and why they are not looking into my complaints.

                  i recently buyed bsnl prepaid sim and know i think that i hve made the biggest mistake after buying, i dont receive any sms from other network..i dont know why company issued this sim starting from 9455..., when there is irregular service..i requet u to plzz check out ur service properly and dont just bluff with the customer or it wont be a good sign for the company progress...well i think its better to use other network service instead using bsnl..thats all

                      We are from Bageshwar district’s Dafaut ( Gadlikhet/Nayal/Mushuli) Gram Shabh Mushuli Simkhet. Our major problem is mobile operator’s connectivity (BSNL Cellone, Idea and Airtel) their network services are so poor, all o[censored]s complaint about it several time to operator but they didn’t hear about it.                       I have myself experienced this problem last year when i had been to my native place in Dhapolasera, Kanda near Bageshwar. My Airtel postpaid was of no use during whole of my journey. I used a BSNL connection which i borrowed from one of my relative there. The BSNL service was a little bit better than tha of Airtel.
                      Yes, I definetely agree, Govt. should take firm steps for the developmet of these rural areas. We are 4th strongest economy in the world but looks like we still need a lot of improvement. If we want to become a developed nation we need to make a good system. 60 % people live in villages and we need to focus our development here. Communication which is back bone of any development should be firm and robust. I request all government employees to support villagers and fix there issues right away.

                        I am a cellone customer. All the messages that i send, get delivered very late. so, i would like the authority concerned to do the needful.
                        I am facing this problem since I subscribed for BSNl 2 years back. It still that slow. NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL.

                          Sir,

                          I have recieved a broadband bill of 18000/- rs for the month of November and December. The problem is I have submitted my request for Plan change from Home 500 to Home UL 750 on 1st November 2008. The Work Order was generated on the same date. BSNL Employees of our area ensured that the plan change is effective from the date Work Order is released, which was true for past changes...
                          My plan got changed on 3rd December 2008 and I was charged for the usage till that time.
                          Additionally, I was charged the rental of 750 rs and 500 rs both the plans for the month of december.

                          Please suggest ...

                          Now they say that all the plan changes were put on hold for Nov month. It was not informed to us..

                          Will I get a refund.?

                          .In the bsnl mela in Pathanamthitta on january 2009, we registered the connection.We selected the yearly plan in which Rs5000 had to be paid yearly but my mother is a government employ so there is a 20% deduction for her.BUT WE got three different bills from february2009 to april30, 2009. The first was for the broadband alone and its charge was Rs 2556.Second bill was for telephone connection and its charge was Rs 552.The third bill was combined bill and was Rs5721 and overall we payed Rs8829 whithin 3 months.When we asked about this in the bsnl office they have said that for yearly plan there is no deduction but in the bsnl mela at pathanamthitta we registered this connection after hearing about this deduction from the bsnl officials. So Please tell me how this much bill came.Deduction for government employs is not valied here.So please inform me the right money i have to pay and if I get back the extra paid money.

                            My last bill dated 10/12/2008 amounting to Rs. 1104.00 was to be paid by 27/12/2008. The same was deposited at the Cell one customer care shop by cheque No. 449328 on 22/12/2008 and cleared by clearing from my account on 27/12/2008. However, the company barred all outgoing calls from 30/12/2008 on the plea of non-payment of dues. On calling up customer care at [protected] the problem was rectified after 2 days. I am shocked to see that the company has charged reconnection charges of Rs. 100/- x 2 = Rs. 200/- in the bill dated 10/01/2009, under the head "Reconnection Charges dated 02/12/2008.
                            I am claiming imediate refund of the above Rs. 200/- wrongly claimed from me and an apology fromthe company.

                            What should I do now? Pay 1, 237.00 or total bill amount less 700.00

                            Please don't send me to your local office, as that costs me a day's break from office.

                            What should I do now? Pay 740.00 or total bill amount less 365.00?

                                  when I was trying to contact one of my friends, one hearing some recorded voice, I pressed the star button BY MISTAKE. Immediately, I received a message from 56700 saying I copied the song and Rs.35/- will be charged; and Rs.12/- p.m. will be debited to my account. Mine is a PREPAID one. Without knowing what is happening, I gave a SMS to the same 56700 to stop any action in this regard. But, to my irritation again, I received another SMS within seconds saying that I should register my request in a proper FORMAT/KEYWORD. That message did not guide me as to what format and keyword should I use for stopping the back tune and I never confirmed any downloading of any such tune. For a simple fault of mine pressing the star button inadvertently, the service provider cannot take it for granted and rob away any amount from my account. The BSNL should not allow such robbery from the customers. When I called the Number 56700, I was boomaranged with several voice guidance, ultimately to land up in loosing some more call chages. No proper message is given to me for deactivating or stopping their proposed hasty action of robbing from my BSNL prepaid account. After several attempts, getting help from one of my friends who is working in BSNL. I was able to get the correct format/key word BT DACT and I immediately sent that message to 56700 on the same day.. Again I got a reply messae saying that "I have not yet subscribed to the tune and on the contrary, that message again prompts for downloanding songs and provides the "so called" format/keyword for such downloading only. It did not provide anything for DEACTIVATION. It is a sheer business tactics and shameful action for such a service provider. At any cost, such cheating by any service provided could not be encouraged by BSNL. I request the concerned BSNL Officers to use their good office to stop such fradulant means of cheating the public. MY CELL NO.[protected]. I am expecting a reply from BSNL concerned Officer. The cell one Help line Customer Service Support Officers in [protected] (Shri VINODH. S.T. employee No.44269 was also evasive in his reply - refer complaint No.267794 of 23.01.09.
                                  Not even the Telephone No. of the concerned Official's was given for taking up the matter with higher level of officers to put an end to this day-robery by the service provider 56700.

                                    hii sir, i m pripaid customer of bsnl. at the dated[protected] at 8:50pm a balance of 51.10/- has lapse automotically and balance become zero. after this i registered several complaints but till now there is no response neither bsnl office mathura, nor customer care nor gm office, i have tired by done the complaints . so kindly help me, and tell me about my lapse amount, thanks ravi chandren, mapusa, GOA. -- [protected]

Again Contect with BSNL([protected]) Mr Rakesh about 9.10 hrs same deduct Rs 7.00 in my A/C Appoxi Rs 80.00 reduced in my balance on incoming calls till now So, I request you, solve my problem and return my amount in my mobile balence.Thanks

                                    I have an BSNL prepaid no. i put top up rs:100 easy recharge on 20/07/09 at 8:41 PM but still now i am not received any amount to my mobile, i called customer care for several times a day but no response the customer care executive said to go to the shop and call again ask them to connect rajesh. i went to near shop i called again to connect the Rajesh but they said no we cant. i gave phone to shopkeeper. the shopkeeper talked as an customer like me. But then also no response the Customer care Executive is not talking properly. Again the shopkeeper called customer care again they gave one no:[protected] to call. The customer care service is very worst. i called several times a day the customer care executive said i will block the no if you call again. This is not proper response. I spent my money to top up and am getting scolding from the Executive. I lost my patience. If i call this no [protected] they are not picking call.Please suggest me because i cant able to ask the shopkeeper.
                                    i have often compaint for my other bsnl no.[protected], on that i have o/g msg problem since last 2 months but there isnt any solution avail till now & not any setisfactory reply by BSNL.

                                      I Karan Agarwal have applied (Application date 1/10/08) for a connection for a landline with BSNL with OB no. NRN8739 and with a alloted phone no. [protected], but still the connection is delayed from past 3 months.

                                      I Ashwath T.R have applied for a new connection for a landline with BSNL & BROAD BAND with OB no. 48010675 and consumer no.53937210, but still the connection is delayed from past 2 months.
                                      I have already met JTO Mr.Jevali (Bangalore, jayanagar 4 th block exchange)2 to 3 times. They told me cable is not available.And also Met with Mr.Siddapa (engineer) ((Bangalore, jayanagar 4 th block exchange) 3 times. They told same story. But my building bsnl cable junction box is alredy connected. They are connected 3 to 4 person. Why the peole are doing like that?

                                      Pls take necessary action & connect immediately

                                        BSNL Number[protected]

                                        We have cancelled BSNL broadband connection from July 7th 2008, and still not yet received the deposit amount 1500 Rs. We need to enable the broadband connection again, they are asking us to pay the new deposite again, for the previous deposit refund they are not giving the correct response.
