I am a senior citizen. I had been a customer of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited since 2002. My landline Telephone number was[protected]. Due to totally unsatisfactory services and redressal system, I had to apply for the disconnection of my landline and the same has been disconnected w.e.f.[protected].
Though my telephone line having number[protected] has been disconnected from[protected], I have not got my deposit back or not got any message . I have given my bank details with my application. I attach the last bill showing the refund figure. My complains vide GUJ/CO//13488 and 14278 and email to [protected]@gmail.com could not get any result.
