I had paid my BSNL landline phone bill through Google pay.on Apr 28, 2021.The same was debited from my bank account. However the bill still remains unpaid.

    The payment for the month of May of the landline number [protected] .. Has been done twice.. Mistakenly.. Please anyhow is it possible that you can refund the amount or you can attach the extra amount to the next month.. Is it anyway possible?
    I have attached the two transactions which we have done.. I will be very obliged if you kindly look into this matter.

      Respected sir/madam
      I have been trying for the past few weeks to get the UPC code for porting my number.
      But I receive the message as porting delayed but try after sometime.
      Tried contacting the customer care but got no response. (Even from the Kerala branch).

        I have been trying to port my BSNL number due to network issues in the area. But the messages keeps saying "Request for UPC for your mobile number could not be processed. Please retry after some time"

        Neither BSNL is providing better network, nor are they allowing us to leave.

          I am a senior citizen. I had been a customer of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited since 2002. My landline Telephone number was[protected]. Due to totally unsatisfactory services and redressal system, I had to apply for the disconnection of my landline and the same has been disconnected w.e.f.[protected].
          Though my telephone line having number[protected] has been disconnected from[protected], I have not got my deposit back or not got any message . I have given my bank details with my application. I attach the last bill showing the refund figure. My complains vide GUJ/CO//13488 and 14278 and email to [protected]@gmail.com could not get any result.

              I want port my number from BSNL,
              I have sent text msg as "Port 9493XXXXXX" to 1900. After that I got reply from 1901 as "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed". Then a few minutes later I got another message from 1901 as" request for UPSC for your mobile number 9493XXXXXX could not be processed. Please retry after sometime."
              I have tried 5 times later but I receive same kind of reply.

                I would like to port my mobile number urgently. for that i have been sending the message to 1900 continuously for the past two weeks. but i did not receive any code. i am getting an irresponsible reply from the customer care side. it is very shameful that a telecom company like BSNL is providing such a service. i request he concerned to rectify this issues immediately, as i am urgently in need of this facility.

                  I want to port my number from bsnl to other operator . Though i have sent message to 1900 with port (My mobile no.) i am always getting the reply as "it cannot be processed. Please retry after sometime." i am trying it since 2 days and it is the same. My balance is deducting for every message but i am getting the same response. I want my upc code to be generated and it's an emergency. Please resolve my issue .

                    Dear Sir,
                    After around 10 request for UPC, BSNL doesn’t process my UPC request. Every time I receive a message stating it has been delayed and then couldn’t process the request. The same was intimated through customer care and followed their instructions to resent after 24 hrs. But the result is same. Every time they deduct 1.2 rupees for the message.

                        I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
                        Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (05 to 06 May)
                        Even after 10-15 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

                        I need this urgently.

                          I could not get porting even after sending SMS several times to 1900.

                          It always says please try after sometimes from the last 3 days

                            I have been trying to port my mobile number but am unsuccessful for every try. I have added the screenshot. I called up BSNL, they say porting services are not working. Then I tried from different network(Vi) but it was working fine. Please help

                              I, Gajender Singh holding a BSNL Prepaid number [protected]. I have tried to generate MNP code many times in last 3-4 months due to bad network service of BSNL but every time i receive a message (UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.). I have complained to customer care many times but my issue is not resolved till now. You are requested to please look into the matter.                                 I am getting the following messages from BSNL, in request for MNP.

                                1.Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.
                                2.Request for UPC for your mobile no. 98xxxxx08 could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                Contacted customer care. The reply was wait and try until issue resolves from the server

                                Reason is technical issue/server problem. And there is no option for complaint regarding MNP.

                                What can i do now?

                                      I am getting the following message from BSNL in connection with MNP

                                      Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                                      Request for upc for your mobile no. 94xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                      Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.Reason is technical issue/server problem.

                                      Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

                                      To whom i have to approach now.

                                        Just because I happened to have BSNL my days are not being good.

                                        There was pathetic network speed, when enquired I was told to upgrade to 4g.
                                        When I visited the office ( BSNL - Sulur branch 641-402 ) I was treated absolutely like a piece of ### by the women sitting there .
                                        She was so reluctant even to speak & told simply except for the Aadhar card no oher proof would be accepted.

                                        she spoke so much & insulted as if I was some beggar who had requested her something just like that as a favour.WHen I asked why are you treating like this she was like note my name I'm from so & so contract service provider . Do whatever you can & now get lost from here.
                                        ( definitely its not the typical ego clash, I have been extremely humble & in requesting mode, but still I dont know for whatever reason she fired me like that )

                                        After being honoured so much with the royal service I decided to port to some other network .

                                        Now when I tried that you are not providing me with UPC code .
                                        I called multiple times to 1503 & they say server down, try again in 24 hours.

                                        Now I'm simply wasting money to send this port SMS again & again.
                                        FIrst of all when the request is not processed because of your fault. Why should I even raise a request again by default it should be in your que list right.. & you should update once the server is ready.

                                        Its almost 10+ days now.
                                        My day today work & professional job is getting affected a lot.

                                        Why do you toruture us like this?

                                        I know even for this there won't be any big response from your side.

                                        But still I am sending this to have on record the struggle that I have undergone.
                                        have already raised a complaint in the consumer portal further. I'll process it to all the possible levels from my side.

                                        Stay blessed ! Keep torturing the citizens like this even in this testing times !!
