Dear sir, madam
Mr. SRIKANTH called to complain that he did not receive the subsidy amount. System showing as opted out of subsidy Status Yes Date:- 01/05/2020 Method mobileapp. Customer said that he did not requested for opt out and want to opt in. As the custome prevuious complaint no is 6939794 and as per the given resolution "Complaint resolved" The problem has no been resolved Please give proper resolution.

    I have been following up with BSNL from 1st of May to generate UPC code.
    I get only below auto sms.

    Request for UPC for your mobile no.xxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

    I have called their customer care twice and I get only standard reply server/ technical issue and it will take 2 days.

    This I have been hearing from 1st May.

    Request to kindly escalate this issue.

      I am trying to recharge data booster through my imobile app and online portal but it is showing "Transaction Failed due to Invalid Service Class" with no sense.
      I tried to connect with customer service representative but unable since poor IVR service, so I am complaining here.

        I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

        Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

        Request for upc for your mobile no. 85xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

        Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

        Reason is technical issue/server problem.

        Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

        To whom i have to approach now.

          I disconnected broadband on 31-Mar-21 due to pathetic service before next cycle starts. BSNL still charged me for 01-13 April. This is not at all justified. This is loot.

          Could you please help me to resolve this.

          Its been almost 20 days passd, bt still issue persist. Y you want me 2 pay for the days after BB disconnected?. As well as u hold my advance amt, which still nt refunded.
          Really pathetic BB provider. Its better 2 stay away 4m BSNL i[censored]ser want 2 have healthy life.

            On 9 may 2021, I recharged my
            bsnl number and the amount was deducted from my account.first I have recharged 19 rupees and again I paid 11rupees.still I did not get any response from you.i am unable to make a phone call.

              [protected] from this number i had received a call regarding KYC update, he told me that he block your number if KYC not done. I already port my number from BSNL to JIO last year. This is a fake call.

                Hi

                My BSNL no is [protected].
                I tried sending the SMS for UPC code but getting a reply as "Request for UPC of your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after sometime."
                I'm facing severe network reception issues at my current location and wanted to port the SIM to another carrier. Please resolve this issue ASAP and send me the UPC code at the earliest so that I can proceed on the MNP.

                    My mobile number is [protected] with BSNL CHENNAI. Mine is one year prepaid plan expired 7.5.21. I was trying last one week for porting my number to some other service provider, my request for porting is not processed. If I am contacting BSNL customer care they are saying there is server problem try after 24 hours. No progress. Each SMS request Rs.1.20 is deducted. I have spent nearly 20 rupees towards this.
                    Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                          The payment for the month of May of the landline number [protected] .. Has been done twice.. Mistakenly.. Please anyhow is it possible that you can refund the amount or you can attach the extra amount to the next month.. Is it anyway possible?

                              Neither BSNL is providing better network, nor are they allowing us to leave.

                                I am a senior citizen. I had been a customer of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited since 2002. My landline Telephone number was[protected]. Due to totally unsatisfactory services and redressal system, I had to apply for the disconnection of my landline and the same has been disconnected w.e.f.[protected].
                                Though my telephone line having number[protected] has been disconnected from[protected], I have not got my deposit back or not got any message . I have given my bank details with my application. I attach the last bill showing the refund figure. My complains vide GUJ/CO//13488 and 14278 and email to [protected]@gmail.com could not get any result.

                                    I want port my number from BSNL,
                                    I have sent text msg as "Port 9493XXXXXX" to 1900. After that I got reply from 1901 as "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed". Then a few minutes later I got another message from 1901 as" request for UPSC for your mobile number 9493XXXXXX could not be processed. Please retry after sometime."
                                    I have tried 5 times later but I receive same kind of reply.

                                      I would like to port my mobile number urgently. for that i have been sending the message to 1900 continuously for the past two weeks. but i did not receive any code. i am getting an irresponsible reply from the customer care side. it is very shameful that a telecom company like BSNL is providing such a service. i request he concerned to rectify this issues immediately, as i am urgently in need of this facility.

                                        I want to port my number from bsnl to other operator . Though i have sent message to 1900 with port (My mobile no.) i am always getting the reply as "it cannot be processed. Please retry after sometime." i am trying it since 2 days and it is the same. My balance is deducting for every message but i am getting the same response. I want my upc code to be generated and it's an emergency. Please resolve my issue .
