Give up subsidy deactivation

Dear sir, madam
Mr. SRIKANTH called to complain that he did not receive the subsidy amount. System showing as opted out of subsidy Status Yes Date:- 01/05/2020 Method mobileapp. Customer said that he did not requested for opt out and want to opt in. As the custome prevuious complaint no is 6927673 and as per the given resolution "Complaint resolved" The problem has no been resolved Please give proper resolution.

Problem in getting upc to port mobile number

I am getting the following message from BSNL in connection with MNP

Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for upc for your mobile no. 94xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.Reason is technical...

Not giving UPC to port to other network.

Just because I happened to have BSNL my days are not being good.

There was pathetic network speed, when enquired I was told to upgrade to 4g.
When I visited the office ( BSNL - Sulur branch 641-402 ) I was treated absolutely like a piece of ### by the women sitting there .
She was so reluctant even to speak & told simply except for the Aadhar card no oher proof would be accepted.

she spoke so much...

Not providing UPC code since the last 20 days.

I have been trying daily since the last 15-20 days to generate a UPC code. I get a message your process delayed & then sorry could be processed try again later. The response from the BSNL CUSTOMER service is " there is a server issue, it will be resolved soon "

Already the CUSTOMERs are treated like ### despite visiting the office in person, network quality is poor, even for 4g sim upgrade they do so much of torture.br...

I'm not getting UPC code for sim porting

I have sent several sms to 1900 for porting,
But I'm only getting back

"Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for UPC for your mobile no. ########## could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

Kindly help resolve or will escalate to consumer court.:...

Porting Code Generation

I am trying to Port from BSNL to another number...I have been using this BSNL number past 6 Years. When I am trying to port by sending SMS (my mobile number) to 1900...

"I am getting Request for UPC for your mobile no. cannot be processed. Please retry after sometime."

I am getting the same message everytime I try sending message. But money is deducted from my account everytime i send message to 1900...

For UPC

Hi ConsumerCourt,

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (10Jun)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.

MNP not accepted

Im trying to port out from bsnl to jio, but when I'm sent a port request to 1900, , reply I'm getting is request for IPC for [protected] could not be processed, please retry after some time, and next your request for UPC has been delayed, please wait while your request being processed....

Cricket commentary as dial tone

Not getting UPC code from BSNL

Last 3 days i send sms to 1900 not recieving UPC code.
every time could not processed.only amount deducted but code not recieved.my Number [protected].

UPC not received from bsnl since 5 days.

I have been trying since last 5 to get UPC code to port out from BSNL. Everttime I get charged for the SMS but I don't receive the code. There is no proper response from the customer care and no timeline on when the issue is expected to be resolved....

UPC Code for Porting not generating

I have requested for porting code using send SMS to 1900 but BSNL always return message something not right and try after some time. But same issue is faced everytime...

MyBsnl app Ftth bill payment

At 01/05/2021 around 05:00 pm I initiated bill payment for my FTTH connection using (recommended)myBsnl app using UPI. As I approved the transaction in BHIM app and returned to mybsnl app money got deducted from my account but my BSNL app showed error 500.
After waiting a couple of hours I tried again 01/05/2021 around 09:00 pm using paytm but again the same thing happened. Please consider to refund extra money and complete the recharge....
