Just because I happened to have BSNL my days are not being good.

There was pathetic network speed, when enquired I was told to upgrade to 4g.
When I visited the office ( BSNL - Sulur branch 641-402 ) I was treated absolutely like a piece of ### by the women sitting there .
She was so reluctant even to speak & told simply except for the Aadhar card no oher proof would be accepted.

she spoke so much & insulted as if I was some beggar who had requested her something just like that as a favour.WHen I asked why are you treating like this she was like note my name I'm from so & so contract service provider . Do whatever you can & now get lost from here.
( definitely its not the typical ego clash, I have been extremely humble & in requesting mode, but still I dont know for whatever reason she fired me like that )

After being honoured so much with the royal service I decided to port to some other network .

Now when I tried that you are not providing me with UPC code .
I called multiple times to 1503 & they say server down, try again in 24 hours.

Now I'm simply wasting money to send this port SMS again & again.
FIrst of all when the request is not processed because of your fault. Why should I even raise a request again by default it should be in your que list right.. & you should update once the server is ready.

Its almost 10+ days now.
My day today work & professional job is getting affected a lot.

Why do you toruture us like this?

I know even for this there won't be any big response from your side.

But still I am sending this to have on record the struggle that I have undergone.
have already raised a complaint in the consumer portal further. I'll process it to all the possible levels from my side.

Stay blessed ! Keep torturing the citizens like this even in this testing times !!

HURT CUSTOMER !!!

I have been trying daily since the last 15-20 days to generate a UPC code. I get a message your process delayed & then sorry could be processed try again later. The response from the BSNL CUSTOMER service is " there is a server issue, it will be resolved soon "

Already the CUSTOMERs are treated like ### despite visiting the office in person, network quality is poor, even for 4g sim upgrade they do so much of torture.

Not being able to bare all these struggles I decided to finally switch over to some other network. and even for that they do these mischief & deny providing UPC code.

Because of this my day today work & profession is getting affected.

I have sent several sms to 1900 for porting,
But I'm only getting back

"Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for UPC for your mobile no. ########## could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

Kindly help resolve or will escalate to consumer court.:

The coustomer care is not supporting in resolving the issue

I am trying to Port from BSNL to another number...I have been using this BSNL number past 6 Years. When I am trying to port by sending SMS (my mobile number) to 1900...

I am getting the same message everytime I try sending message. But money is deducted from my account everytime i send message to 1900

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (10Jun)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.

Im trying to port out from bsnl to jio, but when I'm sent a port request to 1900, , reply I'm getting is request for IPC for [protected] could not be processed, please retry after some time, and next your request for UPC has been delayed, please wait while your request being processed.

When some one calls me, they get cricket commentary as dial to ne on my mobile [protected]. I tried calling 123 to raise a complaint, no answer on customer care. Can you please make my incoming dial tone as ringing tone

BT-ONMOBL

I am not sure how the BT-ONMOBL is opted on my mobile [protected]. I do not use this service or even I don't how to use. Please deactivate BT-ONMOBL on my mobile [protected].

Last 3 days i send sms to 1900 not recieving UPC code.
every time could not processed.only amount deducted but code not recieved.my Number [protected].

I have been trying since last 5 to get UPC code to port out from BSNL. Everttime I get charged for the SMS but I don't receive the code. There is no proper response from the customer care and no timeline on when the issue is expected to be resolved.

Pls help me.my bsnl number is lost. Pls help me to close the number.

I have requested for porting code using send SMS to 1900 but BSNL always return message something not right and try after some time. But same issue is faced everytime

At 01/05/2021 around 05:00 pm I initiated bill payment for my FTTH connection using (recommended)myBsnl app using UPI. As I approved the transaction in BHIM app and returned to mybsnl app money got deducted from my account but my BSNL app showed error 500.
After waiting a couple of hours I tried again 01/05/2021 around 09:00 pm using paytm but again the same thing happened. Please consider to refund extra money and complete the recharge.

Hi I'm not receiving UPC for porting despite several requests...it says pending and then says unable

Since two days I'm trying to port out from bsnl to other networks but not getting upcoming code to port out from bsnl.BSNL services pathetic.

each time amount of Rs. 1.2/- debited but, I won't get UPC Code..

Dear All
I am having a landline number of BSNL with number[protected] which was discontinued 3 years ago but still I have not revived the security deposit amount .I have also visited BSNL office they said you will soon a refund . So kindly either courier me the cheque of 1500 rupees which was taken from me saying a security deposit
