I have applied for BSNL connection twice, last year and this year as well, but when I reach there office, they refuse to provide me the service stating that the area i am living in is unserviceable, but all the government buildings in my village are working with BSNL broadband.

Please help me in getting the connection as they clearly refuse and advise me to call a private agent who charge me triple the amount almost and also not receiving the call,

        I am not getting UPC code when I message to 1900 and it is replying as try after sometime and it is been 7 days since I send my 1 st request and I am trying each day several times

          Hi there, i tried to port my number. So i kept message to 1900. But bsnl was not responding.

          I got message as Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

          Request for upc for your mobile no. 94xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

          Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 48 hours. After 2 weeks i have contacted today. The reply is wait for another 2 weeks.

          Reason is technical issue/server problem.

          Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

                I tried message "PORT mobile_number" so many times. Every time i recieving "request for UPC for your mobile no. ************ could not be processed. Please retry after some time." I think BSNL doesn't to port. date of incident - 13/5/2021.

                  This is regarding the extra amount added in my bill for the 3rd time consecutively.
                  My Telephone number is [protected] and account number is [protected] this.
                  from the feb months onward some extra 90 rupees is come as extra amount in my bill. In the bill it's mention that this amount is for BHARAT_FIBER_ONT_TYPE_A.
                  I am not consuming this kind of service, i am using only Rs525 plan.
                  Don't know why this amount is added in my each month bill.
                  I also raised the complain regarding the same from the self care portal. Complain no is [protected] this. it's still in open state from the last one and half month and assign it to AOTR team. which is doing nothing for this issue
                  I am suffering financially due to this. Can you please look onto this.

                    Warm greetings to you. I’m using BSNL network for more than 7 years. I’m a loyal customer of bsnl. Now I am facing this issue. My sim shows no service. I corrected the sim in the sim socket. Even after it is showing the same. I agree that sometimes this kind of problems happens. But the company has to repair it as soon as possible. I stay in a hostel. In this pandemic time I couldn’t contact anyone from my phone for the past two days. Kindly take action on this issue.

                            I have reactivated my number and I am able to make calls but I am unable to send or receive any sms. The number was not used for more than 6 months. Now it's activated and has validity but still sms service does not work. Can you please activate sms service again.

                              My land line tel #[protected] was disconnected on june 2020.A deposit amount of rs 500/-which is suppose to be credited to my bank a/c still pending, and the lame excuse is shortage in man power.What kind of cheating is this ?
                              i made several visits to the bsnl customer care office in alappuzha just waste of time.

                                I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
                                Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (10Jun)
                                Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

                                I need this urgently.

                                    I couldn't use my BSNL SIM since 2019 due to unavoidable reasons. I recharged it today yet I'm not able to make the calls. It tells me that SIM is temporarily blocked.

                                        I have been following up with BSNL from 1st of May to generate UPC code.
                                        I get only below auto sms.

                                        Request for UPC for your mobile no.xxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                        I have called their customer care twice and I get only standard reply server/ technical issue and it will take 2 days.

                                        This I have been hearing from 1st May.

                                        Request to kindly escalate this issue.
