          I have a humble request regarding a false deduction of Rs 106 amount from my account in the course of a recharge of three months Validity plan of cell one on 12.04.2021 .

          For one recharge there are two times deduction one was failed but amount was deducted while second was successful.
          But in the course of failed recharge my amount was deducted. Which has yet not been credited to my account.

          Please do the needful so that I could get my money back. I will be highly obliged to you for the same.

            I am not able to make or receive calls. Neither i am able to send or receive any messages. There is no tower showing in my phone. Handset is perfectly fine. Tried using the BSNL Sim in other handset also, but still no luck. Some issue is there with the SIM card. Please help. It is my office number. The work is getting hampered due to it.

                    The Internet connectivity is getting disconnected once in 3 days whenever I question the concerned dept people are responding very harshly they are even saying to me that's why we don't give connections to working people I need a sincere solution for this issue to be sorted out if there is an unexpected issue happening it is adjustable if the issue is repeating often but no proper responses then it is highly disappointing as a consumer

                          Im facing lot of internet and poor network issue. I tried to contact with the service provider but they where unable to solve my problem, My whole locality is facing the same slow internet speed issue and service provider are not helping us to get rid of our problem. The place where i live there are more than 1000 users in 1km area and all of them are facing same problem all of them have tried to contact with the service provider but no help is provided from the service provider end.

                            From last two days, my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set. When I tried to use my Sim card in a different hand set the same result received. Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help as soon as possible.

                              I am using mi a3 with sim 1 slot bsnl sim and sim 2 slot jio sim. I recharged my bsnl sim with bsnl 99 but it didn't work. It kept showing me error code 41. I restarted my device. Change settings reset settings talked twice to customer care also reset my device but it didn't work. Please tell me what to do?

                                  I have bsnl sim with recharge but when i am trying to send message from my number it's showing kind of error stating "error 28" i talked to bsnl customer support they told me to wait for 24 and after 24 they are telling me again to wait 24 i am stuck at this situation.
