Recently I upgraded my bsnl internet broadband plan to Bsnl Bharat Fiber broadband. I was approached by the BSNL official to upgrade to this plan. I was mainly using my internet for my office purpose for which I was using VPN network. After upgrading to the BSNL Fiber internet now i am not able to connect to my office VPN for which I am not able to work. Frequently I have informed them about this issue but they are not taking any action. In reply they are saying Fiber plan has the issue with VPN and they are not sure when it will resolved. My concern is when they were advertising this plan to me they should have clearly mentioned about this VPN issue but they didn’t. They should understand when someone is working from home mostly they will be using their VPN. I want this resolved as soon as possible.     I have already ported my sim from bsnl to jio network but still i m receiving bsnl bills i once paid Rs61 to avoid interacting with bsnl but again in april i am receiving same Rs 73

        I have BSNL broadband connection since last 5-6 year. my bsnl no. is [protected]. Since last week[protected] i am face issues regarding the internet connection. On broadband the internet light bling red. I was reset my broadband but the problem still have.
        First of all I contacted my nearest exchange(no: [protected]/150) and they assured me they would send someone to resolve the issue, but no one came. after 2-3 day again i complained they told me that they try to solving my problem. After 3-4 day I tried contacting the other bsnl exchange (Golmuri, jamshedpur) on number [protected] they told me same line.I am very displeased with BSNL services. please try to solved my problem.

              Dear Sir i have surrendered my Telephone connection with Telephone instrument at Old Sangavi Tel Exchange on 30 Dec 2020. My Tel Connection was disconnected on 31 Dec 2020 and was told at the time of submitting application that my Deposit amount will be refunded after deducting My Dec 2020 Bill amount and credited to my SB account as per details given by me.

                  Hi its almost more than a decade the pole is placed in front of our house and on constant request nothing has happened so far till date which is 05 April 2021. Initially we had customer's who where using BSNL connection and now hardly any one in our road uses that connection. But still the pole is not removed or moved from its position.

                  Its causing problem from day 1 as its placed exactly in front of the gate. Currently also causing car parking problems due to this pole. Have submitted a couple of letters to the BSNL office but no one cares. Do we have the right to get the pole cut then that's the last option which we see.

                    I have 3gb data but its not connecting to internet. Also its showing only edge, some times h+ but my network coverage (range) is stable what to do?

                                "transaction failed due to invalid service class"
                                I tried recharge from online portal of bsnl it shows me the above error for 2-3 days. I am unable to recharge because of this. I tried to extend validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.
                                Please resolve this error.

                                  I have surrendered my BSNL BB/Landline Telephone[protected] during the year 2017 but till date I have not got refund of security Deposit. I made several visit to local TRA, BSNL HQ Jhansi Cantt and as per their requirement I submitted the forms, affidavit etc but till date not received and they do not entertain. They behave like boss and say that similar cases are pending since 2014. Please do the needful

                                      I have applied for the new BSNL connection for my WFH purpose on 24-Nov-2020. I have paid 777rs for the same. All input documents submitted. the new connection receipt also generated by BSNL. But still there is no response for the new connection. As per exchange staff information this is the situation for all new connection customers. and they cannot able to take any action for the same. they said if required you can apprise the same reginal office a they are the decision authority.
                                      Request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and resolve the issue.

                                        I got a call from BSNL Bajirao road office at 1717hrs. A lady named Mrs. Jadhav called me on my alternate number and told me that in regarding to the TRAI audit my number will get disconnected tomorrow on 31st March 2021. Reason she gave me is that my photo in my document is not clear. And I have to fill a new CAF with documents again. she gave me a mobile number of their senior to get more clarification on the issue but even Calling three times he is not taking up my call.
                                        All my bank account and many others document are connected to this number. Kindly help ASAP.
