My Land Line No.[protected] was dis-connected in September 2019.
I did submit ID Proof, Aadhar copy, copy of bank pass book and a cancelled cheque leaf at Kannur. Several phone calls were made to know the status of refund. Often no body pick-up phone. Two weks ao I wrote to Accounts Officer Telephone Bhavan, Kannur. That too has not yet been replied. I am nearing 80 years of age and have got some constraints during this pandemic period to travel by bus.

for caller tune bsnl i have subscription by recharging pv365, but yet now the caller tune is not activated.Still its under processing.
I have already lodged the complain for this to customer care but no action is taken yet.

I have done a recharge on my bsnl mobile number [protected] which was in grace 2 period through Amazon of Rs 365 for validity extension on 13 February 2021 the recharge is successful and also a receipt of it which I have attached with this mail. Even after the recharge the number is shown to be blocked when will be the recharge validated please revert with the details.

My name is Akash. I have a bsnl SIM number [protected]. This SIM is registered from Punjab circle. But now i live in haryana. I want to port this SIM from Punjab to Haryana. But company blocked my number to send port SMS. All other SMS are working properly. When I talk to costumer care they did not provide me any solution. They tell me to go at BSNL service center in Punjab circle. But i am in Haryana now. I am unable to go to punjab. Please activate my PORT service.

SMS to all other nos is getting sent but BSNL is not allowing SMS to 1900 to be sent from my mobile.

Sir 15 days back i call them to transfer the connection to new door no.
Yesterday they transfer the connection to new door no, But from yesterday they did not activate from internet connection.

Iam calling many times to the concern person but he is canceling my call from yesterday.

I am not able to make calls or receive calls. Every time i had to dial 5-6 times and then one time call gets connected. Same is with incoming. When people try to call me 10 tmes out of that only 2 times they are able to connect and that too after waiting too long. Once i press call button it takes approx 2 minutes and then the call gets connected. Why the service is such horrible in bsnl?

I recharged BSNL number through Phonepe, with 2399 pack. It showed pack validity as 600 days. (Screenshot attached)

But I received pack benefits of 437 days only.

On complaint, they are saying 600 days is for SIM validity. But it was nowhere mentioned during recharge.

I checked on Google, BSNL has recently changed the plan validity recently from 600 days to 437 days. Why will I spend 2400 rs for SIM validity. Please help to cancel this recharge and refund my money, or extend the pack validity till 600 days.
