I had a recharge for my mobile No. (BSNL) for Rs 198 through Payzapp app's wallet on 12.01.2021. My amount was debited but recharge was not done. I request that the amount may be credited back to my wallet asap. the below details are for your information and necessary action.

I recharged BSNL number through Phonepe, with 2399 pack. It showed pack validity as 600 days. (Screenshot attached)

But I received pack benefits of 437 days only.

On complaint, they are saying 600 days is for SIM validity. But it was nowhere mentioned during recharge.

I checked on Google, BSNL has recently changed the plan validity recently from 600 days to 437 days. Why will I spend 2400 rs for...

Removal of pole.

We are having bsnl pole right in front of our house, H.No: 8-3-234/309, Lakshmi Narasimha Nagar, Yousufguda Hyderabad. There are No connections anymore from that pole and this pole is used by other local tv and net cable operators wires and advertising banners are also tied with the support of the pole which are coming in front of our house.

I was using airtel number and then I thought to port it in bsnl but after the process of MNP, my sim activated and working fine in internet or calling but unfortunately I am no longer to receive or send message from my sim card. And because of this I am not able to receive OTPs....

I have surrendered my BSNL Land Line[protected] on 27 th September 2018.
My customer ID [protected].and Account No. [protected]
i have also given during my surrender My bank details as IFSC IOBA0002773 and Account No. [protected]
while contact on this refund in[protected] on 24th Jan, 2019, it was stated that the refund amount Rs.1341/- sanctioned but funds awaited.
But so far no refund is credited...

Yesterday I recharged through bsnl portal as per portal in 2399 pv 437 day validity 3gb per day internet+ unlimited voice call
But after recharge I get 600 day validity with unlimited call no data benifit I want back my 2399 rupees or give me same data benifit as you show in your portal. For your reference I give screen shot...
