Hello!, I had opted to recharge my cellular account with Rs. 98 which included Data and Voice calls, the amount has been withdrawn from my bank account, but the service has not been reflected on my cellular account, in other words, I have not been subscribed to the service!.

The Transaction status is showing "Failed", no amount has been refunded to my bank account yet. I have already sent an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in with no response yet. The transaction ID is PGSM[protected] dated 28/12/2020. Kindly do the needful.

    I recharged my cellular account with Rs. 98, the amount has been withdrawn from my bank account, but not credited to my cellular account, the transaction page on BSNL portal shows the transaction status as "Failed". The Transaction ID is PGSM[protected], dated 28/12/2020. I have already sent an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, with no response yet. Kindly do the needful.

      Dear Sir,
      My bsnl Mobile number is [protected]. Rs 74 deducted from my main balance on 03/12/2020 for validity extension. But I have contacted to customer care for the same they told me validity extension not possible through main balance and I have recharged for this reason. I have logde complain And Complain no 1L[protected]. Till Complain not solved. I have contracted to customer care several times but then didn't solve my problem. I am puzzled for that. Please solve the issue.

              Hello,

              I did a recharge of Rs.94 for extending my BSNL number validity for 3 months using online app paytm. My money got deducted but I received no validity extension for my BSNL number. I also called BSNL several times but no response I got in this regard.

                I have a BSNL post paid mob connection at Bareilly. Since one month the SMS services and Incoming calls have stopped completely. I have visited BSNL customer care office personally in Bareilly several times and they ask for 24 hrs. Because of this issue, I am unable to get calls or even OTP generation is not possible. My name is Rajendra Jagdish Rane. Need urgent assistance please.

                Airtell office was approached based on interaction with BSNL office personally on 26 Dec . Now Airtell office at Bareilly too has now confirmed that there are no dues from their side. Various proofs are attached for early resolution by BSNL office

                  I am in Bareilly. The BSNL customer care at Bareilly has been visited at least five times in past two weeks to request that there are no incoming calls and no messages comming / going. Only outgoing calls are functional. Despite all bills having been paid. My name is Rajendra Jagdish Rane. I urge for immediate resolution.

                  The BSNL office has placed the onus on Airtel office which has clarified that there are no outstanding balance. Hence BSNL is now requested to restore the services immediately. I am also attaching the screenshots of Airtell no dues

                  It has been more than a month without solution and added misery. The BSNL Online Grievance Cell has posted a message as resolved which infact is NOT resolved. BSNL is requested for immediate solution. Attached is the screenshot for the message posted by BSNL.

                    Hi,

                    I am planning to port from BSNL to airtel. When I send the sms to port the only reply I get is the request has been delayed and the request could not be processed. Its a mere tactics used by BSNL to stop customer from porting. There is no proper network of BSNL in my region, that is the reason I am applying for porting. Please check and help to resolve this.

                            I am subscriber of BSNL pre on post connection bearing no [protected] with JK20plan.
                            The 398 plan for validity of my connection had expired after which I recharged with Rs 398 through BSNL portal. I have paid bill amount of Rs 20 which was due . However, still my outgoing calls and data is barred.kindly resolve the issue.

                                  Transaction failed due to invalid service class!

                                  I paid my GSM Bill.

                                      I have paid Bsnl broadband bill of rupees 1190 on 19/12/2020 through paytm gateway from phone pay, transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my SBI Account but in the Bsnl portal paid bill is not reflecting and again am getting message like i need to pay bill.
