    For two months my landline connection is dead.i have observed in a year i have merely talked from my bsnl connection 6 months and other six months it remain dead.This is going for last 7 years.every alrernate months the phone is dead.but money is automatically deducted from my ECS scheme.Now i want to stop.my ecs scheme ..when i went to JAdavpur telephone exchange i was told it has been shifted to another place in kamalgazi.Now either i will instruct my bank to stop payment to bsnl.if that is not working i.will withdrew all my money from the account so they can not deduct money .frkm next billing cycle.

      Dear sir

      We are having bsnl pole right in front of our house, house no 137 Masid ni same adas anand Gujarat 388305. There are no BSNL connections anymore and electrical cable operators wires are also tied with the support of the pole which are coming in front of our house.
      So I request to please remove this pole

        I have BSNL broadband in my home. Due to some government pipeline constructions on road, my broadband is not working for two months... I'm a school students and I'm in need of wifi for online classes... This lethargic nature of BSNL workers affected my studies... Still my broadband issue is not solved. But I'm receiving broadband bills since two months... When I asked this in BSNL office, they said that this issue doesn't come under their department... And also they are not giving me a clear suggestions to move further... Should I want to pay for something which I actually didn't use?? Money is secondary only, but my studies is greatly affected... Persons at BSNL office are not giving me satisfying answer .. they are careless about their consumers... I'm expecting a good solution from anyone 😩😩...

          I have a BSNL prepaid mobile connection, which I am using for last 17 years. Since 25 December, 2020, BSNL 3G data is not available and since 28 December, 2020, Network is not available. My mobile number is [protected].

            Due to Sim failure I brought a new Sim 4g at tirupur I am give the proof aadhar card resent address but they are not accept pls kindly change the address as per aadaar and activate my Sim

                  Hello!, I had opted to recharge my cellular account with Rs. 98 which included Data and Voice calls, the amount has been withdrawn from my bank account, but the service has not been reflected on my cellular account, in other words, I have not been subscribed to the service!.

                  The Transaction status is showing "Failed", no amount has been refunded to my bank account yet. I have already sent an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in with no response yet. The transaction ID is PGSM[protected] dated 28/12/2020. Kindly do the needful.

                      Dear Sir,
                      My bsnl Mobile number is [protected]. Rs 74 deducted from my main balance on 03/12/2020 for validity extension. But I have contacted to customer care for the same they told me validity extension not possible through main balance and I have recharged for this reason. I have logde complain And Complain no 1L[protected]. Till Complain not solved. I have contracted to customer care several times but then didn't solve my problem. I am puzzled for that. Please solve the issue.

                              I did a recharge of Rs.94 for extending my BSNL number validity for 3 months using online app paytm. My money got deducted but I received no validity extension for my BSNL number. I also called BSNL several times but no response I got in this regard.

                                I have a BSNL post paid mob connection at Bareilly. Since one month the SMS services and Incoming calls have stopped completely. I have visited BSNL customer care office personally in Bareilly several times and they ask for 24 hrs. Because of this issue, I am unable to get calls or even OTP generation is not possible. My name is Rajendra Jagdish Rane. Need urgent assistance please.

                                Airtell office was approached based on interaction with BSNL office personally on 26 Dec . Now Airtell office at Bareilly too has now confirmed that there are no dues from their side. Various proofs are attached for early resolution by BSNL office

The BSNL customer care at Bareilly has been visited at least five times in past two weeks to request that there are no incoming calls and no messages comming / going. Only outgoing calls are functional. Despite all bills having been paid. My name is Rajendra Jagdish Rane. I urge for immediate resolution.

                                  The BSNL office has placed the onus on Airtel office which has clarified that there are no outstanding balance. Hence BSNL is now requested to restore the services immediately. I am also attaching the screenshots of Airtell no dues

                                  It has been more than a month without solution and added misery. The BSNL Online Grievance Cell has posted a message as resolved which infact is NOT resolved. BSNL is requested for immediate solution. Attached is the screenshot for the message posted by BSNL.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am planning to port from BSNL to airtel. When I send the sms to port the only reply I get is the request has been delayed and the request could not be processed. Its a mere tactics used by BSNL to stop customer from porting. There is no proper network of BSNL in my region, that is the reason I am applying for porting. Please check and help to resolve this.
