I am having BSNL mobile connection prepaid since 2003.I used to take yearly Plans. and the last yearly plan was over on 12/12/2020 and the grace period for Plan selection was upto 19/12/2020. I wanted to recharge yearly plan on 13/12/2020.When I was about to recharge on 13/12/2020, I found that from my cell balance Rs75/- has been deducted and Plan 75 has been updated, I immediately called 1503 at 6.27am and raised my complaint.. I was informed that it is auto debit and when I questioned that grace period is upto 19/12/2020 and I wanted to take yearly plan, I was asked to wait and call later. I called again at 07.15 am and I was informed that I can recharge yearly plan now and Rs 75 will be credited back to my account.I raised the doubt that if I make a yearly plan now, how the Rs 75 plan will be treated. I was told that the last recharge plan will be taken and Rs 75 will be refunded.After this assurance, I recharged Rs 1999/- at 09.59 am and did a few outgoing calls.from 10.04am.Now I am told that since free calls from plan 75 has been used I cannot get back the amount.Rs75 is not the criteria but the act is wrong.I have complained in Twitter also ...It is not my fault, No reaction from BSNL
