I am subscriber of BSNL pre on post connection bearing no [protected] with JK20plan.
The 398 plan for validity of my connection had expired after which I recharged with Rs 398 through BSNL portal. I have paid bill amount of Rs 20 which was due . However, still my outgoing calls and data is barred.kindly resolve the issue.

    Our hospital is having a BSNL landline connection (landline no[protected]. It's not working for the past one month.so we contacted BSNL customer care several times and they didnt rectified the complaint .

      2019 dec i requested for bsnl plan change from tri annual to monthly plan, plan change was done but refund of balance amount of 19000/- still now credited to my bank account details given to them

        Transaction failed due to invalid service class!

        I paid my GSM Bill.
        Tried to top up on pre on post connection. It says transaction failed due to invalid service class. Kindly help. I need my phone to work ASAP.

            I have paid Bsnl broadband bill of rupees 1190 on 19/12/2020 through paytm gateway from phone pay, transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my SBI Account but in the Bsnl portal paid bill is not reflecting and again am getting message like i need to pay bill. Kindly resolve my issue.

              I'm using this sim last 10 Years but now yesterday suddenly my BSNL sim Stop working...I have check my phone with other sim they all are working perfectly.

              Please let me knw how will i get new BSNL sim, asap.

                My wife cell no. [protected], A/c No:[protected] service disconnected since 4 to 5 days. December Bill for an amount of Rs.816/- was paid on 8th December through GOOGLE PAY vide UPI transaction ID:[protected]. Further Disconnection effected even before due date of 21Dec. When Curstomer care was contacted one day they say no bill pending, one day there is about 3000/- pending, to-day they told no pending. For no fault o[censored]s service has been terminated.

                    Team to hide their mistake forcefully refunded my Security amount. Kindly provide an answer to following

                    1)Why Charges of Mar20-Mar21 has been charged and deducted from my security amount
                    2)I submitted  the request before the cycle of my bill and BSNL delayed the process and bill generated and I am paying the penalty
                    3)Why BSNL employee become rude to my old mother when she visited the office, any action against those employees?

                              There is a BSNL pole near beside my house.

                              It is disturbing us because our lane is very short and people have cars. So, people are facing difficulties in car parking.

                              Currently nobody in our area is using BSNL phone.

                              So, we request you to please get this pole removed for the betterment of all residents here.

                              If we have to contact a particular person/office, then please provide number of that concern person/office.

                                I am having BSNL mobile connection prepaid since 2003.I used to take yearly Plans. and the last yearly plan was over on 12/12/2020 and the grace period for Plan selection was upto 19/12/2020. I wanted to recharge yearly plan on 13/12/2020.When I was about to recharge on 13/12/2020, I found that from my cell balance Rs75/- has been deducted and Plan 75 has been updated, I immediately called 1503 at 6.27am and raised my complaint.. I was informed that it is auto debit and when I questioned that grace period is upto 19/12/2020 and I wanted to take yearly plan, I was asked to wait and call later. I called again at 07.15 am and I was informed that I can recharge yearly plan now and Rs 75 will be credited back to my account.I raised the doubt that if I make a yearly plan now, how the Rs 75 plan will be treated. I was told that the last recharge plan will be taken and Rs 75 will be refunded.After this assurance, I recharged Rs 1999/- at 09.59 am and did a few outgoing calls.from 10.04am.Now I am told that since free calls from plan 75 has been used I cannot get back the amount.Rs75 is not the criteria but the act is wrong.I have complained in Twitter also ...It is not my fault, No reaction from BSNL

                                    My Landline is not working properly since April 2020. Line becomes dead many times. I complained 5-6 times, called personally to all concerned authorities personally. They just give assurance that complaint will be resolved. But no body is resolving it. I am paying all bills since april 2020 without using landline. Currently outgoing is working but incoming call are not working.
