Bsnl postpaid mobile bill paid through paytm walletfor the month of october[protected]-10-2020) on 04.11.2020 was successful. Also confirmed with paytm services that transaction completed. However in bsnl portal it shows the amount is due for payment till today(25.11.2020). My complaint registered online was marked as resolved by bsnl authority /cuddalore without solving the issue....

I am trying to port my BSNL Prepaid number to other provider. When I Sms PORT number to 1900 the message fails and amount is deducted from my balance. Im frustrated....

BSNL employee Kirpal Singh at BSNL office Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar sold us Rs. 949 plan saying that it offers 500GB data at upto 50mbps. Later we became to know that this plan has 10mbps only, not 50mbps.

We are getting poor upload speed. Plan is expensive but upload speed is just 200-300kbps. Download speed is 3-4mbps but still internet seems slow. Several BSNL workers don't pick the call mostly.

We bought a BSNL landline broadband plan SUPERSTAR_500_GB worth Rs. 949 on Nov 9, 2020, from BSNL Ranjit Avenue Amritsar office (Customer ID: [protected]). BSNL employee Kirpal Singh (Contact: [protected]) was at the front desk. Kirpal informed us that there is no Fiber internet available in our area Parbhat Avenue. According to him, fiber internet would take "around a week" to reach our area, so we could wait for it. But, as we were facing...

I paid my landline bill of Rs.176 through amazon pay it notified as payment was successful but again after few minutes it notified as payment was failed asked me to retry the payment after i done the retry payment again Rs 176 was taken from my account as i contacted AMAZON customer service they said the bill was paid twice.Can you return my amount

Complaint registered on 14-Nov-2020 regarding low internet speed and told them it is not working since 11-Nov-2020. After that bsnl helpline is not responding to my call...

I lost my BSNL sim with number [protected] .So I request you to deactivate my sim as soon as possible active...

It is to bring to your kind notice that I had recharged the number [protected] with 50 Rs and the amount has been debited but no benefit has been credited to my number.

If the benefit is not credited within 24 hrs of you receiving this mail then I will lodge a formal complaint in CPGRAMS and then you keep replying to the govt authorities.

I got a bsnl fiber net(100MB/sec) connection on 26 oct, 2020. They took 1 month to just setup the connection. After doing setup, they just went away. They didn't even checked the speed of internet. I raised a complaint on 29oct, 2020. I am also calling bsnl customer care daily to fix the issue but noone came yet. Each day they told me same things that "A person from bsnl will come in 24 hours to fix the issue." but noone is...

My Kolkata Landline[protected] is dead since April, 2020. Even after multiple visit to Baruipur Telephone office and verbal complaints, no one is eager to check and rectify.

Telephone office bearers had been asking and pushing to get the bill paid for the period for which the telephone has been dead. I had to pay that money (Rs. 741) too from my pocket.

Finally, I decided to get the telephone disconnection...

I've been trying to recharge my number from past 3 days but I am not able to. I tried Google pay, paytm, yonosbi even bsnl website but everytime it failed. Can it be resolved?...

I have paid bsnl landlines bill using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal.
money is deducted from my bank account but bsnl portal shows status as initiated only.
i am receiving calls from bsnl office that pay the bill otherwise they will cut the connection.
request you please let me customer care number of BSNL.

There is a BSNL pole in front of my house(S-5/75 Greater Green park Bareilly, ) which is creating a problem of extension of the entrance gate of our hose.The pole nowadays being generally used by local cable operator and has become theft prone because of close proximity to my house.
