I surrendered my land phone on 26/7/2018 completing all formalities. But still I have not received the deposit money. Complained also before this. But nothing happened. Please arrange to refund the same earliest....

My BSNL sim is not working

We have tried every possible way to reset it but nothing seems to be working

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.

BSNL is on 3G service and I'm getting pathetic data speed at my location. I am trying to port my number to another network service provider.

During the process of generating porting code I am getting below message :

Not returning back the refundable security deposit

Have surrendered my BSNL broadband/Landline connection with Telephone#[protected] on September 2019 with closure letter including my bank details where the refund amount needs to be credited back.

Its been a year and more and till now i have not received my refund amount.

While submitting the request letter, BSNL has promised me that within 3 months(90 days) my refund amount would be credited to the submitted...

Hello i have ah problem in 3g coverage . i didn't undersatand why the 3g signal is down.in normal days i have 3 options 1.BSNL 2g 2.Cellon 3g 3.BSNL 3g, in normal days it work properly in BSNL 3g and fine, in suddenly the 3g is gone and change to 2g, the fun factor is while current is cut the BSNL 3g tower is also cut After the current come the signal also comes in 10 minutes later .then only i realised that BSNL towers didn't have...

Disconnection needed

Dear Sir/Madam
My Bsnl connection no[protected] landline and broadband both are faulty since months.After series of complaints nothing has been done and every month huge bills are billed. In such case its my earnest request to disconnet the line totally. I do not want to have any more service from Bsnl.
It ll be helpful if you do the disconnection asap

Deduction of Unwanted Money

Respected Sir,

I haven't subscribed any services related to BSNL, mainly "Allinone5p". But my balance amount is deduced on each day at a cost of Rs. 5.00 This is the unwanted one.
I couldn't understand why these services got automatically activated. I even send 5 to 6 times SMS to stop these service.
I request you to immediately stop this subscription now on my number [protected] and refund my deducted money...

Regarding refund of the deposit amount

Have booked for the Bharat FTTH connection (Plan 1277) on June 8, 2020, and paid the plan amount as a deposit. Initially, the BSNL JE and local cable operator agreed to give a connection and we brought the necessary things like modem, wire, etc. After one month they denied providing the connection stating various reasons. So I gave the closure letter to JE Thengamputtur on July 8, 2020 to request the refund of the deposit as the connection...

BSNL Landline/Broadband Disconnect Request not being attended to

Been using BSNL Landline cum Broadband for past 8+ years. Used Annual prepay mode throughout. This September my subscription ended and I decided not to continue. Been calling their customer care, sending emails to initiate the disconnect. Surprisingly the option to disconnect is not available in selfcare (online mode).

Though it is prepay mode I have got the bill for the next month - whereas I have even physically disconnected...

Sim card doesnt work

From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand is not working too.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help....

Removal and refund of wifi device

Hi I was using bsnl wifi broadband from last 2 and half years. My bsnl landline no. was[protected] and account no. was [protected]. I paid around Rs. 2950 plus gst for the wifi device which was installed on the roof of my house and I was promised that during the disconnection i will get the refund of Rs. 2950 for the wifi device. I wasn't happy with their services so I requested bsnl to disconnect my wifi connection and requested to refund...

Receiving bsnl messages very late.

I am not able to I am not able to receive OTP and text messages instantly.I receive otp so late that it later becomes invalid....

Broadband and landline service issue

I started the services of BNSL broadband service on 1 Aug from there onwards I'm getting service issue.

charges paid while installation 2600/-
After installation Rs-2083/-

1- On the first day they just installed the ONT devices only no landline phone installation has done till 1 month, even after multiple follow-ups with the customer care...
