I had paid for bsnl broadband bill ( 879 ) through Google Pay on Nov 1 but hadn't got any confirmation from them. The bank had confirmed that the payment is successful. Upon reaching BSNL office, they were clueless about what is happening and had told me to " just wait ". On 4 Nov my services had been suspended, with no update of payment from bsnl. Nov 6, they resumed my services with adding the bill for this month totalling to 1700+ rupees. I've submitted the complaints online ( doubtful if the website even works ). Bsnl office workers are hopeless, so I have no idea where to approach except for this. I don't want to pay another 879 for nothing.

        The wifi doesn't work properly. It stops working for like every week. I've complained many times but still there's no solution for the issue. Costumer service is very bad. No one is taking care of the issue. And I have to pay bills every month for this wifi that doesn't even work.

                    I am One Of the loyal Customer I use this SIM from Many Years .
                    I am Using BSNL Prepaid mobile services.

                                UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.

                                BSNL is on 3G service and I'm getting pathetic data speed at my location. I am trying to port my number to another network service provider.

                                Have surrendered my BSNL broadband/Landline connection with Telephone#[protected] on September 2019 with closure letter including my bank details where the refund amount needs to be credited back.

                                Its been a year and more and till now i have not received my refund amount.

                                While submitting the request letter, BSNL has promised me that within 3 months(90 days) my refund amount would be credited to the submitted bank account.

                                Need assistance for such a poor behavior of BSNL in not returning back the refundable security deposit.

                                  Hello i have ah problem in 3g coverage . i didn't undersatand why the 3g signal is down.in normal days i have 3 options 1.BSNL 2g 2.Cellon 3g 3.BSNL 3g, in normal days it work properly in BSNL 3g and fine, in suddenly the 3g is gone and change to 2g, the fun factor is while current is cut the BSNL 3g tower is also cut After the current come the signal also comes in 10 minutes later .then only i realised that BSNL towers didn't have the backup. Then i didn't take it serioues, after few days the 3g signal gone without current cut .the i feel "###...! wait, what, why ???".i think in my area the tower Manager will play with on off Switch.i also raised a complaint in bsnl. then when ever the tower is down i CALL TO coustamer care. Kindly take any action please. location is (sivaganga, karaikudi, burmacolony, thandai periyar nagar 8th street - 630003, Tamilnadu)
