I have been using bsnl sim since 6 years, and now daily 5/- is being deducted from my main balance. I haven't subscribed to anything like allinone5p still daily deduction.
I have send sms for deactivation but no response regarding deactivation.
Please request you not to behave like private operators. Else only option left is to change the operator.
Please do the needful.

I recently opened a 3-storey building prestigious restaurant in pedda rushikonda in visakhapatnam and spoke to the local ae for phone and internet connection. He told me to go ahead and apply. I therefore paid sept 28, 2017.
After my application, he tells me that he can't give me the connection since the wiring distance is more than 100 meters.
Meanwhile a private party has come with a wiring distance of more than 1000 meters. They promptly gave me the connection within two days.
It is almost two months now the government owned public servants didnt even bother to visit my hotel or at least return the money i paid.

Today ie 20.11.17 i have made a written complant to the mrs. K. Laija customer care engineer at ernakulam boat jetty office with regard to unwanted sms receivd from no.57171 stateing that otp for http;//bsnlsouth. Netcell.com daily i am receiving 10 to 12 sms from this number.
When i given a written complaint she was not interested to receive the complaint and she was busy with her personal work ie she was takeing print model question paper for her personnel purpose. Useing goi stationery and resources at around 5.50 pm
And after her personnel work i asked any acknowledgement for my complaint
She is irrateing that she cant give any such acknowledgement.
Kindly do the needfull at your end.

Hello, few days back i got offer from bsnl of 429rs with benefits of 1gb internet and unlimited local+std for 90days.
Last night i thought to recharge this and called bsnl customer, they told me about details and benefits from 429 recharge

So i told them that i am interested and want to recharge, they told me that you have to go to near shop or you can recharge from main balance.

Later i recharged 220x2 to get full balance of 440rs

When i got total balance i called them from different mobile and asked for procedure of recharge.
They told me you can sms to 123
I tried but failed, so i told them sms is not working, tell me next step, he told me to call on *123#
I did and asked for next steps, he told me to go to bundle then voice then select this number.
I followed his step but later got msg of voice495.

I thought something is wrong so i called them again and they told me that you recharged of 495 not 429,

I denied and told me that neither i had 495 in account and i even followed steps of customer care while recharging and how it is possible to get pack of 495 when i had only around 450rs balance

He told me that doesn't matter and gave me stupid answer:
"you got discount on 495 pack and you got that in only 430rs."

I asked for refund but they denied to accept their mistake.

I have made on line complaint and also given letter to hasthinapuram exchange even after that land line number not closed but bill is coming every month. Phone and modam are my self department has not supplied any item. Really it is very much hurting the non used phone i have paid for several months. Even after making online complaing it is coming resolved and people will come and rectify, but nobody has come and done any rectification work.

I have subscribed internet broadband with bsnl since mar 2017.

As per plan, i should get speed of 4mbps. But did not get this speed ever.

I have complained to bsnl many times but of no use. Last time when i complained, the bsnl peronnel came and checked, they told that our speed is kept at 2. Mbps and not 4 mbps. I was not even getting speed of 2 mbps. I term this as fraud by bsnl.

From last two days i am getting speed of 21 kbps, which is negligible. My wife is working online and is under tremendous stress due to low speed inetrnet as she is not able to use internet

Kindly direct bsnl to resolve the issue at the earliest

Provider is refusing to disconnect the connection and refusing to pay my advance money.
We have a bill of 778rs without using.
People in bsnl is very lazy and do not pick up the phone and after picking up in a while, they ask us to call another number

I surrendered my mobile connection[protected] on 7th february 2017 vide rk nagar branch receipt no : surrender/rkn/2016-17/71057 - more than 7 months back.
I requested for refund of deposits and additional advance payments macde by me and credit the amount to my icici bank account[protected] of north mada street mylapore branch bsnl chennai and the cell no was attached to rk nagar exchange - chennai 600 028. This has been indicated by selecting the name of exchange from drop down list by me. Please take up the matter with chennai office and arrange for eatly refund

Dear sir/madam
I used to use the bsnl landline since 2005 and my landline no is [protected].
I was disconnect this no in june 12, 2005 but the security amount doesn't receive yet.
I visited exchange so many times even i submitted a security amount refund form also but the amount did not receive yet they said to me that the security amount takes 6 months and above, then i called 1500 no for security amount inquiry and they said security amount take maximum two months
So please sir do needful as soon as possible.

I am not able to send message from past 15 days, i have sufficient balance and i am able to make call.

Everything is working fine except messaging.

I tried to log complaint from bsnl web site but the web site is not working properly, when i try to go from complaint, it ask for circle and when i select the circle rajasthan, in next page it is not showing anything in the dropdown.

I think some of the services are down of bsnl web site.

Request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

My name is skand mahajan. I have done my graduation and starting a new pharmaceutical unit at 39, mini industrial estate, sahawar road, ganjdundwara dist-kasganj, up-207242. After gst, for maintaing the account and billing, i need an internet connection. So when, i went to local bsnl office, ganjdundwara, they refused to give me connection and demand me for bribe, but when i said no to give bribe to him, they refused me to give me connection. They are giving me reason that there is no internet cable point available near my factory location, but when i investigate i found there is an internet connection available on an essar petrol pump near my factory which is only 150 meter away from my location. Only because, the owner of petrol pump is influencial and powerful ], they get the connection.
Please help me, bahut pareshaan ho gaya hun chakkar lagate lagate bsnl office ke... Mera form bhi accept kar rahe aur na hi receiving de rahe hain... Jab sarkaar internet connection hi available kara sakti, to aisi jagah per industrial area develop hi kyun karte hain...

I got a call on my bsnl landline on 14/11/2017 at 18:45 approx from someone who stated that he is bsnl representative & asked about the problem in broadband. Since i had complained 3-4 days back i thought that bsnl is trying to resolve the problem. He asked about the details like name, contact no, etc and told he would look into the matter and resolve the problem. He further asked to send a sms "bvas" to 56677 and inform the complaint code received through the sms in return. After i sent the sms (Through non bsnl number) a reply came from txbsnlhn stating me that the mobile number from which the sms was sent is incorrect and i was asked to resend the sms from the registered bsnl mobile. I didn't resend the sms. The so called bsnl representative told me that there are few services which are activated in your bsnl account & have you ever visited such website. This is where i became suspicious about the call and asked him which services are you talking and from where are you calling. The person told he would call after few minutes and never called back.
Till now the services are not activated but after reading from other complaints regarding humgama service being activated i'm quite sure that the services will be activated soon on my number also. I wish you to take proper action against such fraudulent company hungama.

I made complain regarding the disturbance in calling via landline (Outgoing/incoming) since i got new connection 4 months back
And in this complete 4 months interval i made about 10 complaints regarding the same issue but yet there is no action by any technician and no contact. For this i call bsnl broadband service and they said your complain is resolved but how is that possible and the customer care representative connected with me was also facing problem in call so he place complain one more time and said i am transferring your complain to higher authority but i think they are just joking
Becoz i called them for this 7 times with 7 complaint numbers there reply is same sir; your problem is solved

Our phone line and brod band is not working. Regularly we are facing this problem no body is concern about the matter. From past 4 months i have stopped using your service no body has care about matter and i have been receiving bill every month. And even i have cleared all the out standing amount.
My request is to refund the amount what i have paid for non usage and take the necessary action against this issue if you assure me the good service i will continue with your network or i will spread your bad service all over. Hope you understand our pain.

Hello sir, i’m using bsnl broadband and my landline number is [protected]. My bsnl broadband is not working for more than a week now. I’m running a travel and tourism business and i’m not able to pursue my business properly. I’m living in begur, bangalore. I have called the bsnl broadband office and also went there in person to solve this problem. They did that some line has been cut somewhere in bommanahalli during the metro works.
Can you please check the problem asap coz i’m completely frustrated for a week now? If immediate actions are not taken then i’ll be changing my broadband connection to airtel.

Hello sir, From (papanasam bsnl), located in tanjore district .we are having land line and internrt connection here.LAND LINE NO:[protected]
We are paying more than 1500 rupees a month .altough we are not getting good internet connection properly.please take any action . Please take any action seriously .Already i informed this problem to you. And it was clarified and settle.
But againg and again this problem is coming out .please do something.

I had also given a letter with details of my bank account for electronic transfer of the deposit money as i am not staying at the place anymore. But till date i have not received the refund. Kindly expedite and refund the money at the earliest.

Landline number[protected] at ezhamkulam, adoor kerala from bsnl. My aged parents are there. A complaint was sent one months back that the landline is not working. There was no response from any ones. My aged father was went personally to the bsnl office and complained again. The officer was giving some excuse for non availability of staff.
