That, myself, chayan banerjee, residing at tentulberia, garia station road 1st lane, p. O.: garia, near bank of baroda, kolkata 700 084, having a broad band & landline connection against phone no.: 2432 7103 vide ref. No.: [protected].

That, for the last couple of months, i’m facing one serious problem regarding the billing amount against my aforesaid connection. Sometimes amounts reached to rs. 984.00 /- (Paid on 03.05.2017 vide transaction id: fcdr[protected] and on this month amounts reached to rs. 720.00 /-. But as a matter of fact that my monthly charge has been fixed at the rate of rs. 499 /- per month as per my plan it will never exceed beyond rs. 600.00 /-, i[censored]sage of telephone will not occur.
