With due regards i beg to bring to your kind notice that in telephone connection[protected] telephone disorders have gone to serious problem, most of time's it lies dead. We have paid full amount and no work is done from last 6months, most of times complaint in parvathipuram bsnl office but they have not solved problem properly so requested to kindly take personal interest in the matter and apply effective measures to relieve us of the inconvenience caused by frequent telephone disorders.
An earliest action is requested for. I shall feel highly obliged to you.
