I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is [protected].Wthout our request BSNL HANGAMA is connected to our telephone no. and started charging the amount.
Please note that i am not interested to activate in BSNL-HUNGAMA PLAN. & immediate disconnected the scheme, arrange to refund money.

Actually we cannt able to access the internet since 4months i have given money complaints but it is automatically is been closed. As u aware that we run a college we are facing many problem for online works. I’ve surrender my both landline in december 2017 and submitting all documents along with one cancel bank cheque.
Account officer of barrackpore asked me to come in april 2018 to know status of my refund status along with bank statement.
I’ve visited twice to your barrackpore office in end of april 2018 and may 2018 but now account officer reply that bsnl having no fund to refund my security deposit and no tentative date shared.

Request look into this matter and help me to get my security deposit refund.

My both numbers given below and i’m 60 + female senior citizen, hope you concider my point on humanitarian ground.

I am a bsnl pensioner, drawing my pension at canara bank, srirangam, trichy. My pension is credited by cppc bangalore. I was receiving sms alert on pension credit upto february 2018. From march 2018 onwards no alerts received. They say they have sent sms and got the report as delivered whereas the sms has not reached my handset. Please solve this issue. My mail id. There is being much spamming from these bt accounts :
1) bt-652000: they are asking me to dial[protected]. The offer is free number.

I have a broadband with land line connection in the name of jatindra nath sahoo having telephone no[protected]. Since one and half year there was problem in land line only broadband was being used smoothly since long. But since one month the broadband is also not working. After giving complain at bsnl office jajpurroad neither sdo nor je nor lineman are taking any kind of interest to solve the problem my phone line. They are saying that if one km of cable will be replaced then only the problem will be solved. I have complained and my complain registration no is-[protected]. Without resolving my complain a message has come to my mobile that my complain has been resolved. I am astonished how this is possible. So please take necessary action to solve this problem as soon as possible. While we are the coustemer of an urban area our problem is not being solved quickly then what would be the result in rural area.

I cant send sms to company to porting. Last 15 days i contact to customer care but there is no any resposce i contact the executive says there is no any problem u send again sms the code ll come.

But i cant send sms to 1900 port my bsnl number is [protected] plz give the proper solution. And asap resolve the my pro dont give the wrong info its very imp no for me i.

I have apply many times for a new connection.
I want broadband connection for my home.
My neighbour is using bsnl broadband already but when ever i apply for new broadband connection bsnl workers or officers says that there is lack of machinery for new connections or other reasons.

I dont understand there reason becuase bsnl is indias biggest company.

Please help as soon as possible

They blocked my number without any information.. I'm in bangalore now, i called to bsln helpline number, cc provider person given some northeast helpline number but all are not exist, i can't explain how disgusting it is.. I don't know whom to i concert. They don't have tripura's helpline number as well as northeast. They even don't know whether northeast is exist or not in india. Unblock my number or give a call ([protected])

My sim is blocked, please reactivate it. Also explain why sim was blocked. Date of incidence is 1 may 2018. My number is [protected].

I called customer care and received puk number, but that is also not helping as it is saying wrong puk.

I tried recalling customer care but not getting agents.

I saw some other people in this segment getting their complain resolve. So i hope my number also gets reactivated.

Dear sir,
My mobile number [protected], district madhubani circle (Bihar) has been dead without any notification. Present balance was rupees 150/above. My this number already linked with my aadhar number. (Time of issuing new sim)
My all communication with my relatives is the only one mobile number including bank transactions also.
I am 76 years old widow and staying alone in my village. If any due is there please intimate me. But reopen my same number immediately.
Hope that bsnl service will solve my problem very soon.

I am from meghalaya (Shillong) and i'm here to complaint about the bsnl broadband internet connection, which i find disappointment in almost all the time, that it is either not working or if it does work it is very damn slow and for this time it has been goes upto 4 days that it does not work i'm very very much disappointed for bsnl, it is not recommendable if it keeps on happening like this. Since i paid my bill for every month, please do fix this repeated fault rectified because im tired to fetch this complaint all the time.

It is requested to delete the railway inquiry for the jolarpet no[protected]. This number belongs to the m/s sun beedi factory&jolarpet. They are receving unwanted calls dialy. Hence, it is requested to delete the contact no[protected] at the earliest pl.

I have recharged my prepaid bsnl number with rs.485 special recharge, from paytm yesterday i. E., 21st april 2018, 7:30am.
The amount got deducted and in paytm it shows success, however, i never got any recharge message from bsnl and the offer is not activated yet.

I have reached out to paytm customer care and they have confirmed that from their side the transaction is completed and gave me operator reference number. They claim that this is something that bsnl shares with paytm as proof of recharge success. Since bsnl has shared an operator reference number with paytm they claim that this recharge is a success and hence cannot reimburse the amount back to me.

Hi, my name is omar farooq. I am from srinagar and my bsnl cell number is [protected]. I have contacted customer care service and visited bsnl office almost a dozen of times but they couldn't resolve my issue. I was instructed to recharge few times which i did and still incoming on my cell number is barred. None of your employees seems to have any idea about resolving my issue. Kindly help

I made my bsnl landline bill payment through canara bank netbanking, an amount of 225 should be credited from my account but bill did not generated.. It shows pending. And pay again. Please resolve my problem soon as possible.

I recently upgraded my broadband plan to bbuld 1275, the plan says upto 10 mbps speed till 40 or 60 gb then the speed will be reduced to 2 mbps. It's completely a hoax, getting speed below than 2mbps, tried to complain about this via cust. Care. But no response. Usage till now is less than 20gb. Planning to switch to airtel. Worst experience. Clear case of miscommitmemt

Hi my mobile no. Is [protected]. I received a call from [protected] i just did cut the ph. N after that i received a msg
"you are subscribed for service vc app for 15 days. To unsub send sms stop to 155223."
Of 30rs deduction for some crap vc app bsnl service activation for 15 days. I called the customer care but they refused to accept my complain. I said to write down my complain in thier system, she said ok. You will receive a msg of this complain no. I didnt get any complain no. Msg.

My bsnl no is [protected]. It belongs to bihar circle and currently roaming in delhi.
The problem is outgoing sms always fails. I searched for messaging centre on bsnl website but could not find it. Customer care centre number does not work if mobile number is in roaming.

Please state bsnl messaging centre on your website or here. If there is another problem what can it be and possible solution for this.
