Hi team,
When i called up to bsnl office complaining about fake website created and provided our landline number as a contact number, many people call us seeking for a job in railway everytime we need to say wrong number.
Same issue we told to bsnl customer care, they suggested to come down to office and give a complaint. We are still working on old structure of coming to bsnl office and go round the tables taking our complaint form around. Although it telecast it is easier to get connected to bsnl and resolve query. Looks like nothing is proper still we are in same old structure.
Customer care dont have ethics to properly talk to customer, no proper records, many times they disconnect the call.
I want proper solution or timeline to resolve the query, although i was ready to send them query by email attaching all the supporting document but they dont have proper broadband to check emails or they dont work on emails.
This is really pathetic to work, i want compensation from bsnl for not taking any serious action on fake website account using wrong landline number and stating it is from government. By this way we are allowing crimes to go forward which is wrong.
