    Disconnected my bsnl landline telephone on 1-sep-2016, & also deposited the instrument in working condition..
    I've paid my bill in advance but disconnected before the time period of advanced bill paying period.
    It's more than one year now but they have not refund my advance bill paid money nor my security deposit.

    Complained many times but no response comes, just said they don't have enough balance to repay.
    It's a government based service provider.

      I had applied for restoration of telephone no [protected]. But there is no response from the bsnl authorities after a 10 days. Plz restore my phone as mentioned above. I visited the telephone office so many times but they didn't take any care.
      It is very astonishing that the order for restoration was issued in some other persons favour.
      I made another request for correction it is still pending.
      Now it is requested that kindly restore my telephone as soon as possible

        I am aresident of godhra, gujarat. I have deposited my above mentioned land line telephone on[protected]. For which i got a message from bsnl. On[protected], i got a message from bsnl that my no.[protected]is billed rs. -751, in my account no.[protected]. Message also written about due date[protected]. But further on no communication. I enquired at godhra office, they say you will get direct cheque.

        I am not getting a considerable network for the last 2 months, even the news feeds in facebook are not loaded or while opening a photo in internet takes minutes or I will have to reload it several times, please look into my problem and repair it as soon as possible

          My land line phone no.[protected] of thoubal telephone exchange not working since a long period. Complaint lodged with sde/jto of telephone exchange. No action taken till now. So. Please take up immediate action for compensating telephone bill amount for period not in service for long period. Damaged under ground cable of phone line also not repaired till now. No response from sde/jto of above telephone exchange.

            I paid mobile bill on 17/02/2018 of rs 397/- by internet banking-
            Sbi bank pass book entry is:- inb bsnl transer to[protected]
            Rs 397/-
            Sms by sbi reads:-thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no. Is igacxwenw2 for rs 397/- on 17-feb-2018 at 09:19 am
            My account was debited with rs.397 but bill was not cleared. Again the same was paid through the billdesk on 06/03/2018. The amount debited earlier was not credited so far. Kindly solve the issue by crediting of rs.397 which is laid with billdesk.

            PLEASE REVERSE THE AMOUNT OF RS 429 WICH IS WRONGLY RECHARGED TO [protected]
            Amount RS429 for has been recharged to [protected] instead of [protected] cudnt reverse the amount from BSNL.

                Please deactivate hungama plan of land line no. [protected] as soon as possible. Earlier the hungama plan was automatically activated for which we have paid so much monthly charges. Today i got a call saying that there won't be any charges for this plan. But i know it will be charged.

                Kindly do the needful asap.

                    I am a Armed Force Personal posted in Walong, Anjaw of Arunachal Pradesh. A BSNL CDMA tower is there. Network here is not available since 12 Jan 18. and most of the time it's not working.
                    CDMA service is our only mean of communication.

                        OUR BSNL LANDLINE NUMBER=[protected] is used for business purpose like BROADBAND INTERNET, POS, FAX. But since 9th Feb. 2018 this line including the whole locality is not working. We face a lot of problem for cashless transactions.
                        Billed rs 935 which I paid, even though my landline no[protected] was disconnected.On 16/10/2017 bsnl confirmed by sms that my a/c no[protected] is billed rs -935 as refund of above excess billing.But I have not received cheque still today.

                          I, n. Lokanathan having bsnl [protected] simçard had paid for bsnl plan 99 by paying rs.99 on 26.02.2018 through mobikwik.
                          It was approved and connection given on 26.02.2018.
                          Only3 days it worked.
                          Mobile worked for 3 days and today say "no balance".
                          The plan is for unlimited calls for 26 days.
                          Please restore the connection back so that the plan works fully.

                            I've recharged with 83rs for sms pack... Its been working correctly.. But today when i tried to send a message it takes charges from main balance... The pack is not expired or i haven't crossed the 100 messages... The problem must be resolved within time... I hope this reaches to the representatives..

                            Check your company sms chargeable days
                            Every mobile company issue calender and provide those days when sms is not free even you have free sms package.
                            May be you have been charged because of holi festival.
                            Some mobile companies do not offer free sms package even you have recharged earlier for it.

                              My landline telephone no.[protected] under bhangakuthi exchange, bardhaman is fully dead from 17.01.2018. I contacted bhangakuthi exchange on 18.01.2018, they expressed their inability to repair the same as cables are disconnected by pwd dept in connection with road extension.
                              In that circumstances, i bound to surrender my said landline telephone on 09.02.2018 duly paying full bill of rs 566/- upto 07.02.2018 including disconnection period also (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018). It is not understood, why bill has prepared for disconnection period also? Hence i request you to arrange refund the bill amount which i already paid for the disconnection period (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018).
                              Again surprisingly on 28.02.2017 i received a sms, stating land line bill of the said telephone of rs 115/- on 01 02.2018 and the due date is 17.03.2018. This bill details are not available in bsnl portal also. It is not understood, why this 2nd bill has prepared, where as i have already paid the full amount of bill of dt. 07.02.2018 and no outstanding bill is pending. Kindly let me know the bill details and action taken at your end to cancel this 2nd bill and arrange to refund the bill amount which i already paid extra in previous bill for the disconnection period (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018). Thanking you,

                                I am using bsnl prepaid connection past 4 years and this is the first time my incoming facility is disconnected. Anyways outgoing is working.I am tried of contacting customer care.I have even tried different recharge packs but of no use. I need to get back to everything i have missed.                                     I have applied for disconnection of my BSNL landline with broadband on 24/02/2018 but till today it has not been done.I shall therefore be glad if you please take necessary steps to disconnect my Telephone Line No.[protected] with immediate effect as I am not in a position to bear the expenditure due to financial constraints. In this connection I would like to inform that I have already submitted surrender applicaion along with payment receipt of the current bill to the appropriate authorities viz. GM, BSNL and the concerned SDE

                                      I paid my bill thru paytm for rs 452 for landline phone no.[protected] (A/c no.[protected]). I was on continued rail tour and was keen to pay the bill on time. I therefore paid the same bill again as i did not get receipt from bsnl and it was still showing on paytm. Finding debited two times for the same bill, when contacted, paytm advised me to deal with my operator as it wrongly accepted payments twice vide references 5f1f82f019f611e8b5966dad2530e8e15f1 and c6c1e0b01a0a11e8b5966dad2530e8e1c6c. Therefore, rs.452 needs to be credited back to my paytm wallet, mobile no.[protected] by bsnl.
