I came to know only in feb-2018 about the fraudulent recovery of rs-240 (70+170) in the name of hungama music and hungama entertainment which i have never asked for. It is purely a day-light robbery and cheating of bsnl customers without their knowledge and consent. When i contacted the customer - care on[protected], with great difficulty and told about the hungama-fraud, they told a blind-lie that i have opted for hungama service in july-2017. Sensing the problem hungama-service was un-subscribed immediately by them. When i went to bsnl office-guindy and explained about the excess recovery to ao-2 he asked me to submit the complaint.
I hereby request to refund or adjust in my future bills the fraudulent recovery made in my bsnl bills for the months of august-17, sept-17, oct-17, nov-17, dec-17, jan-18 and feb-18, otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer-forum and then discontinue bsnl service.

    My landline phone number was,[protected]. It was disconnected in apr 2017. But my security is not refunded till now.
    Amount 4100/-approx.in this regard i visiting sirsa office and account officer (Lady) mailed to higher authorities. But after disconnecting phone ten months no response given by bsnl. While other customers who were disconnected their telephone after me, they have received their security from bsnl.
    Why my security is not refunding..

    We are working in pasumai pharmacy, here bsnl connection is available.but internet is not working, we had many times compalints to the bsnl office...they are not proper response.

      Regarding my BSNL Landline-Broadband Bill, I got an additional amount of charges added to my Landline Bill which were about 343.87 for the month of January 2018. No such services were activated with the concern of either me or my family. There were a few calls from BSNL regarding Hungama services, but we never gave any consent to activate the value-added services, rather we strictly refused to add such services to our regular broadband plan. Such addition of value-added services to our regular plan has happened earlier also, and the process to deactivate the added services is very hectic. The customer care[protected] which I called in regarding the issue gave me a different number[protected] which was not available 24/7 and most of the time congested. The BSNL page showing details regarding value-added services is always down.

      I request the deduction of the value-added service charges for this bill and never to get any calls regarding such services or addition of such services to my regular plan. Even if a pay this concerned bill I request to get the refund of the value-added service charges in the future bill

        I'm located in sector 45 gurgaon. The closest telephone exchange is bsnl south city 1.

        But i'm being not given proper information.

          In reference to subject mentioned, for tel no.[protected], vadodara, gj. Pin-390025 for my bsnl fthh connection terminated in month of october 2017. Last outstanding cleared on 15/11/2017.
          Bsnl official taken back necessary equipment and also extra wire's for wlan which didn't come in package.
          90+ days already, still i haven't received any refund/cheque/ notification, neither my calls are attended in different nos. For complaints provided every time i call in new numbers.
          I wonder how country own govt. Telecom provider is being such a crap by fraud and money snatched by common people and lectures are given in the name of democracy and no corruption levels where these govt. Employees sleep in the back offices doing # job after being highly paid.

          Change the system and refund the money belonging to me and many other's like me.

          Request the consumer forum, kindly look into the matter and resolve this at the earliest.

            I got new connection and instrument for landline today. However I am not satisfied with
            1) the display quality of the instrument, it is extremely poor.
            2) The menu access is very complicated, not at all user friendly.

            Hence I want the instrument to be replaced with another better model, better than Betel model. I am ready to pay anything extra required.

              I was called 14546 ivrs for aadhaar linking re verification on dated january 03 2018. Followed all the procedure for aadhaar linking and i was received a message immediately that "reverification caf submitted successfully for gsmno: [protected] and caf_serial_no: re14386869.

              But till today no linking with aadhaar. When i called customer care they said we have not received any request from you.

              Kindly help me.

                I have already registered complaint but they automatically closed my complaints. My broadband speed is slow as compare to 10mbps speed,
                I had already told my problem to [protected]@gmail.com. But no resolutions yet,
                If it will not resolve with in one day, i will file a complaint to consumer court and i will tell that higher authorities like manoj kumar patel cfa, general manager of cuttack link road, sdo (He told that speed vary day to day automatically may resolved) not ressolve this issue, they dnt know how to treat a consumer compliant

                My BSNL cell no. is [protected]. Daily I am getting unwanted SMSs from BZ-650500, BZ-613900 etc.

                Daily I am getting more then 10 such messages from BZ numbers. It is annoying me.

                I am not interested in this kind of SMSs.

                Can you please help me to stop receiving such SMSs?

                In my BSNL kerala sim I am not able to make outgoing calls..but there is no problem with receiving the calls.

                  Bsnl cheating to all customers in the subject with internet speed. There are saying 3g speed, and giving very very low speed. And taking the charge of 3g. This is cheating. Clear cheating. The old 2g's speed is better than 3g. Cheating of all customers that who are using bsnl prepaid gsm internet service. Very poor data speed. What is the actual speed of 3g? I attached a pic of bsnl's downloading speed. I have this problem last 3 years. So many complaints are given from my side. But no use. You are cheating all indians. Shame on you bsnl. Shame shame.

                      Sub: removal of mobile tower in midst of residential area dhanam nagar, 2nd cross street, pallikaranai - chennai at plot no 17, unapproved land.

                      We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of dhanam nagar - pallikaranai and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                      Our complaint is specific that, one mr/ms…mallika., empty unapproved land plot not 17, had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in his empty unapproved land at dhanam nagar, 2nd cross street - pallikaranai.

                      When residents of dhanam nagar, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the mr. Renu for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous, but for the past 5 years it is over, again the agreement between bsnl and him continuing, many times we said, but he not ready to hear any thing,
                      The effect of radiation, which emanating from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

                      In spite of this, the said mr. Renu, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of dhanam nagar, pallikaranai that” do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license.

                      As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their unapproved land. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                      As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                      We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above unapproved land in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                          As our telephonic conversation, i am sending you mail related port issue of my bsnl mobile number [protected].
                          Sir i would like bring in your knowledge that this number has beed allotted to me on name of aditya chhipani, naagda (M. P)

                          Alloted date — 30/09/16
                          Place — orrisa

                          This number allotted by bsnl on my name (Aditya chipani) on the mention date and place.
                          As i was using this number from the date it has been issued. Since i was travelling for my business trip for 25 to 30 days while travelling in train i misplaced my sim about which i tried to update and had spoken to bsnl orrisa customer care, but they informed me to launch police fir of lost sim and come to orrissa personally to collect new sim and activate that number in same state.
                          I tried to file fir in mumbai and pune but they refused for fir as i am not local from maharashtra.
                          So mean while i tried all my best to admit fir in home town, so as to be sure that it is not misused.
                          And after all this incident when i reached to my home town i tried to have new sim of my mobile number [protected] from orrisa with help of my known business friend in bhuneshwar but bsnl office employee didn't help me because i had not send fir copy and i was not physically present in orrissa and during that course of time my number was already ported to vodafone and airtel which took to sheer surpirse and shock
                          Since i was in trauma of lossing my number and work which was done on that number i tried to investigate further by calling the person using the number and i came to know that it was initially issued as prepaid card to mr. Seva ganpathy at trivendrum, and before three months it was converted as post paid to mr shripal kothari at chennai, which as per my knowledge is as per telecom rules is not possible.

                          After so many effort i got mail i'd and number vodafone & airtel nodel officcer chennai.
                          I called him on mobile number [protected] had discussed whole matter but it was all in vain.
                          So i request you to please go through the case because it is tecnically not possible to overlap time and duration of porting and i still am not ready to accept my loss of number in such fraudlent manner again i have my own doubt that some where someone in involved in this case who is connected to your vodafone and airtel store or company employe because many formalities in this number porting process had been bypassed.
                          And my biggest concern from my side first it's was ported to trivendrum guy address and in short time again transferred to chennai addresses guy in post paid.
                          There is someone who involved in this fraud who is connected to vodafone and airtel because normal person can't do such process so speadly.
                          I trust on vodafone and airtel as it is best service provider company and hope that you guys will go through this case honestly.
                          As i will be filling this case in my local judiciary after i get positive reply from the appellate office after examine the complete case in very legally step wise.

                          This would had been completed in second conversation.

                          Note: after all this mail conversation even today also when i called on nodel desk mr. Pravin is still asking for valid document to prove the ownership of mobile number

                            This is to inform you that, I had submitted one Surrender application of my land phone on 11/12/2017 at Joka, Telephone Exchange at 11:35 a.m., after completion of my all previous dues amounting to Rs. 1, 299/- on 07/12/2017.
                            At the time of submission of Surrender application one counter Assistant of Joka Telephone Exchange advised me that, I have to deposit my Old telephone set after receiving of "Work Order" which will be sent by you through email or Sms. Till date I had not received such email or Sms.
                            On 09/01/2018, surprisingly I got one email from you (BSNL) where you have asked me to deposit Rs. 2, 261.41 and again on 10/02/2018 I had received another bill or Rs. 2, 306/-.
                            On 12/01/2018 i had made one online complaint vide docket no. KOL/CO/2018/79 & on the same date I had sent one mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, at 4.20 p.m. but sorry to inform you that till date I had not received my legitimate refund from BSNL.
                            Please do the needful and acknowledge me accordingly.

                              Respected sir, just wanted to complaints against bsnl employee mr. D jani[protected] & mr. Kumar ([protected]) these two employees behavior for the customer very rudely. Even they don't pick the phone (Which govt has given to them for customer service. I had done all the formalities form my end. When i called them then both not answering. Sir i am very fed up just because of these two people irresponsible behavior. I shall be great thankful to you if you will take some necessary action against them. With best regards

                                I had subscribed a bsnl prepaid number in 2016 by providing my aadhar card & rent agreement. Post activation i had registered for dnd service as well which was successfully done initially however have been rcvng limited nos o[censored]nsolicited messages particularly from real estate businesses very frequently & annoying even though had subscribed to "no call & no sms" option. When i downloaded the dnd 2.0 app from play store (Made by trai, which again is a govt body) & tried reporting the unsolicited messages, to my surprise i found my number was only registered for banking services & not for all 7 categories as was confirmed initially by the bsnl cc rep at 1909. This is the level o[censored]nderstanding of the cc reps in our country. Majorly these reps are all women who rcv our calls. Now if the customers shout at them for their irresponsible actions, the blame is on the customer for misbehaving with women employee. What a hypocritic state of affairs has become in this country. Govt employees are not liable for their inactions & misinformation given to a customer. Dats is why i said in my earlier post on t24 mobile that be it public or private company, in india the state of operations are simply disguting & frustrating for a customer to get value for their money. I don't hope anything better will ever happen here in this country.

                                the DND app of TRAI was not compatible as it never let me report the messages successfully. everytime i reported a sms thru DND 2.0 app, i rcvd a reply "Dear customer your request could not be processed, plz call 1909". So frustrating this is. When spoke the CC rep at 1909 regarding this issue, the rep had no idea on this subject. This the kind of employees that the govts hire that they also don't have any knowledge on Govt provided apps. What a shame & the govt speaks so high about making india a digitised nation

                                  I had applied for disconnection of my landline and broadband connection on june 7th, 2017 and the connection was made inactive on june 20th, 2017 i. E. After 13 days. Further, as per my bill for the month of june, i am entitled to a security refund of rs. 2847/-. As informed by the bsnl exchange, the security was to be refunded through cheque within 60 days from the date of disconnection of service. However, i have not received my security refund till date. On enquiring multiple times in the exchange, i was told to wait till march 2018.
                                  As per trai,
                                  “the service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service.in case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days”
                                  I tried reaching bsnl customer care over call for the same matter, but i was told that the refund is to be issued by the bsnl exchange and there is nothing that the customer care can do about it. Further, i was advised by the customer care to wait for the duration of period communicated by the exchange i. E. Till march 2018.

                                    Dear Sir/mam,
                                    My BSNL mobile no. [protected] has been charged by Rs 42 for the activation of PRBT which was activated without my any consent.
                                    As I have talked to customer care of BSNL he has directly ignored me for giving me refund.
                                    I have activated bsnl tune when my balance was Rs 2.Then a msg has came informing me to activate it when the balance is suffucient.but I had already deactivated it then also after 1 day when I recharged my balance ''IT APPROVED THE PRBT SERVICES WITHOUT MY CONSENT''
                                    It is a cheating by the company to the consumers It is company's mistake for sending the SMS of PRBT activation as an advertisement.
                                    I want my refund of Rs 42.

                                      We have the landline connection at 69, nattu pilliar koil street, chennai - 600001, but in the billing address we have found the address as 106/107, narayan mudali street. We have been complaining from past 3 months regarding the disturbance in line, but no action has been taken yet. The reason said was the wrong address in billing. Please do the needful and take action immediately.

                                        I have surrendered my bsnl landline and broadband connection in the month of july 2017. I submitted the telephone receiver, broadband modem and ups to bommasandra, bangalore 560099, bsnl telephone exchange. They told me providing me with a acknowledgement that i shall get the refund within 3 months of surrender of the connection but still i haven't not received any refund from bsnl. I have got a bill of sept 2017 where refund of rs.2591 is clearly mentioned. Under circumstances i want to know the status of my refund and raise a complain against bsnl. My bsnl customer id [protected].
