I've recharged with 83rs for sms pack... Its been working correctly.. But today when i tried to send a message it takes charges from main balance... The pack is not expired or i haven't crossed the 100 messages... The problem must be resolved within time... I hope this reaches to the representatives..

My landline telephone no.[protected] under bhangakuthi exchange, bardhaman is fully dead from 17.01.2018. I contacted bhangakuthi exchange on 18.01.2018, they expressed their inability to repair the same as cables are disconnected by pwd dept in connection with road extension.
In that circumstances, i bound to surrender my said landline telephone on 09.02.2018 duly paying full bill of rs 566/- upto 07.02.2018 including disconnection period also (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018). It is not understood, why bill has prepared for disconnection period also? Hence i request you to arrange refund the bill amount which i already paid for the disconnection period (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018).
Again surprisingly on 28.02.2017 i received a sms, stating land line bill of the said telephone of rs 115/- on 01 02.2018 and the due date is 17.03.2018. This bill details are not available in bsnl portal also. It is not understood, why this 2nd bill has prepared, where as i have already paid the full amount of bill of dt. 07.02.2018 and no outstanding bill is pending. Kindly let me know the bill details and action taken at your end to cancel this 2nd bill and arrange to refund the bill amount which i already paid extra in previous bill for the disconnection period (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018). Thanking you,

Dear Sir,
I am using bsnl prepaid connection past 4 years and this is the first time my incoming facility is disconnected. Anyways outgoing is working.I am tried of contacting customer care.I have even tried different recharge packs but of no use. I need to get back to everything i have missed. So please look unto this issue as soon as possible.

So please solve the issue as early as possible

I have applied for disconnection of my BSNL landline with broadband on 24/02/2018 but till today it has not been done.I shall therefore be glad if you please take necessary steps to disconnect my Telephone Line No.[protected] with immediate effect as I am not in a position to bear the expenditure due to financial constraints. In this connection I would like to inform that I have already submitted surrender applicaion along with payment receipt of the current bill to the appropriate authorities viz. GM, BSNL and the concerned SDE

I paid my bill thru paytm for rs 452 for landline phone no.[protected] (A/c no.[protected]). I was on continued rail tour and was keen to pay the bill on time. I therefore paid the same bill again as i did not get receipt from bsnl and it was still showing on paytm. Finding debited two times for the same bill, when contacted, paytm advised me to deal with my operator as it wrongly accepted payments twice vide references 5f1f82f019f611e8b5966dad2530e8e15f1 and c6c1e0b01a0a11e8b5966dad2530e8e1c6c. Therefore, rs.452 needs to be credited back to my paytm wallet, mobile no.[protected] by bsnl.

My bsnl landline was not working since october 2017, and only recently got fixed on 19th feb 2018. I have been giving complaints since october 2017 and have been following up with them.in november only some 10 days the phone worked and again went dead. They cited some cabling issue and all cable men being busy with some critical work. But the bsnl landline rental bills were generated for all these months. How do i get the rentals waived off, as the phone is not in service due bsnl cable issue.

My name is rajendra singh. My phone number is [protected]. It comes under palghar district maharashtra. The bill of january month is rs 1544.in which around rs 950 is for calling. When i have checked the call details, i have found that sunday calling was also included.
First of all bsnl have not informed me that from january onwards there will be no free calling from, 21 hrs.
Please don't cheat us like that.
Kindly recheck by bill and correct it.

On dated 29.01.2018, the bsnl giving offer on topup, recharge rs. 190.00 for balance of rs. 220.00.
This was the mistake of the retail shopkeeper (Mobile phone no. :- [protected]), at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 on dated 29.01.2018 at 12:20:37.
If, the retail shopkeeper recharge rs. 190.00, then my mobile phone balance increase of rs. 220.00.
The retail shopkeeper, at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 has take rs. 30.00 more from me.
But, the bsnl customer care are supporting the retail shopkeeper.
The bsnl customer care is not caring the person of customer.
The bsnl customer care is caringthe retail shopkeeper.
Kindly, take necessary action from your end as early as possible.

When ever i recharge my phon they cut lot of money after i cut any call if i called and talk 10 sec. 30 sec. They cut minimum 1 rupees and we talk above 1 minute they cut 2 rupees. And other services like airtel, reliance, ect. They didn't cut that type off money. I think for me other are much better than bsnl after some time i will change my sim.

Sir, my bsnl landline phone no. [protected] of thoubal telephone exchange not working during night since long period. Complaint lodged with thoubal telephone exchange. No action taken till now. Kindly take necessary action in view of inconvenience caused to the subscriber. During daytime also phone not properly working. Matter already informed to concerned official several times.

Recently i called bsnl thrissur branch in kerala to book a complain on my unstable internet connection. On hearing my complaints the guy just said that bsnl is not providing internet connection to anyone anymore and just hung up the phone. He didnt even care to direct me to another phone number. He was talking like bsnl is his private company. It was rude egoistic and unprofessional of him to say that. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take the required initiative

I want to port my bsnl up west number to jio uttarakhand. But bsnlhas rejected my request due to the contractual obligation, which is false. My mobile number is prepaid and there are no dues with bsnl hence why they are creating a problem by rejecting port out request. Kindly pass my mnp request and let me port out my number [protected].

I have taken bsnl broad band connection few month back on plan rs. 249/ p. M. I am being charged for more and rs. 410/ is being loaded on the bill mentioning 'other charges". I have not opted for any other services. So please redress th complaint and my services at plan rs.249/ p. M. Should restored. This is my land line number, when approached by bsnl worker who told me that my broad band connection will cost me rs. 249/ p. M. And then i agrred to it and filled the form.

My telephone no [protected] is at 1925 basant avenue ludhiana telephone exchange gill ludhiana is not working since last three months. Complaints have been lodged even since but no action has been taken. Both internet and speaking facilities are not working. I have been paying telephone bills regularly earlier. Since despite of complaints they have taken no action to repair i stopped making bill payments and they now say that they have disconnected the phone from this month because of non payment of bull. Disconnection is of no effect since the telephone has not been working earlier since last three months.

Deducted balance 309 from my sim with out any service only data was on at night (Not browsing, not receiving whatsapp msg, mail or any other...) at early morning i talk to bsnl care but they not respond me, they not refund my balance, on the other hand they reply "you may do anything but we don't care". Also i sent a porting msg, but they not giving me upc code

BSNL landline bill is keep showing after the payment. I have paid the exact amount through SBI online banking. After few hours when i checked the bill pending and still remains in BSNL portal. How come its showing like that. You may pls check this.
