This was the mistake of the retail shopkeeper (Mobile phone no. :- [protected]), at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 on dated 29.01.2018 at 12:20:37.
If, the retail shopkeeper recharge rs. 190.00, then my mobile phone balance increase of rs. 220.00.
The retail shopkeeper, at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 has take rs. 30.00 more from me.
But, the bsnl customer care are supporting the retail shopkeeper.
The bsnl customer care is not caring the person of customer.
The bsnl customer care is caringthe retail shopkeeper.
Kindly, take necessary action from your end as early as possible.
