I have taken a new connection for Landline along with broadband which came after 2 weeks from the day of my application that too after multiple follow-ups.
Just a week after it, my phone along with Broadband is dead and raised a complaint 3 days back and following up every day on the same.
Today I got a message stating the services are restored and issue resolved, but when I checked, nothing as such happened. Immediately called up the CUSTOMER CARE again and they said their technicians already looked into it and it' resolved. In fact, no technician reached out to us and the issue remained the same.
Then they said we will take another complaint on this and escalate.

I strongly recommend BSNL to be under private undertaking rather than the government so that both the govt and people get benefited.
The current crew behave in a manner, "do complain whomever you want to, Doesn't matter to us"...attitude. Because of these lazy buggers, the private players are taking advantage of the situation.
Hopeless service. without another choice have to go back to a private player.
