Bsnl had charged rs. 8580.45 as data usage charges in my april 2017 bill of mobile no. [protected]. Only on a single day i. E. On 25.04.17 the data usage charges was rs. 5998.33. While the actual fact was that due to poor call and internet connectivity of bsnl i was forced to withdraw myself from bsnl services. On 26th april bsnl services were disconnected from my mobile. But the bill charged by bsnl was very unexpected and surprising. I have never used too much data ever on my mobile and it may be verified from my bill history. However this bill was not accepted to me but i was compelled to pay the bill as i have to port out my mobile to other service provider. I have emailed to cmd, bsnl on 7th june 2017, 19th november 2017, 25th november 2017 in this regard but no action has been taken yet in this regard.

In view of above it is requested to pl arrange to investigate my bill and refund the excess amount charged from me.

    I am from patna, bihar. Rajendra nagar exchange zone. The service is at its worst. After every 10days the phone deads and after complaining no one comes and after so many days of hustling we have to visit multiple times to the exchange office. After 10days the workman comes to repair. It only works good just for 10 days. I want to ask that why this happens every time and service is worst i. Must say.

      My name is joy prakash singh phone no [protected].
      Recently bsnl hungama started doing advertisement calls for almost all bsnl customers. They ask for your email address and mobile number saying that its for record purpose and auto activate bsnl hungama without any consent or notice. Everyone gets to see that hungama was activated in their account only after the bill comes.

      In india there are many people who do not understand all these things. For them they do not know that hungama is charging some amount every month and some even after knowing, do not know how to deactivate. I would also like to bring in that hungama toll free number is a call of infinite waiting as it does not get connected even after you dial it 100 times.

      Looking at the number of bsnl broadband connections indians got and the secret amount hungama is charging, it can almost be called as a 'scam' of few crores by hungama.

      And it is because of hungama, people will start to lose trust in a well organised bsnl. I request you to take this issue seriously as many innocent people are being suffered by the fraud business tactics by a company.

      My current month bill (March) include a item called as one time payment (Hungama) rs 307
      Please make arrangement for refund of rs 307+ 18% gst as it was without my consent.

        Good afternoon,
        We have been using bsnl landline (Phone no.[protected] since 1990 under the name o[censored]rambath chandran. The connection that we are using is at the town named chelakkara, thrissur, kerala. I had registered the complaint 10days back and till this very minute none of your technicians have turned up to resolve the issue. They just keep giving excuses for not coming. We use the landline and der is a bill payment every month of atleast 2000rs. You can check the bills up till now. There is an old lady of age 87 years who resides at the place where the landline connection is and not even one person had the decency to help and fix the problem. There is a limit for waiting for this long. Even the day before we contacted them and still there was no response. We did not expect such a horrible service from you people. Why don't any of you have the minimum decency to get the problem resolved? Your technicians are taking everything for granted and this poor lady at home is waiting for the landline to get fixed as she doesn't use any other mode of communication. She is sturggling because of you. Just because of this reason what if she needs to make some emergency call and your phone has been dead then how the hell do you expect her to contact anyone at all. You people have given the worst service anyone can ever imagine. Even a little while back i called up the thissur bsnl head office the person is not even willing to listen to what the customer wants to say. They kept saying "if you want you can call 198 and check the status of your complaint. And if the complaint is registered and still no response make one more complain". Who the hell talks to their customer like that?? Bsnl customer care is supposed to help and resolve the issue of a customer and not talk like we are piece of garbage.
        I want the problem to b fixed asap.
        If not we will contact the customer coitmrt regarding your horrible service and behaviour.

          I had contacted customer care and they saifmd that by recharging by 1099 rupees you will get full unlimited 3g data without any reduction in speed. On 29 march i had recharged my mobile no
          [protected] by rupees 1099. But i am getting very low speed. This is not fair. Bsnl customer care does not help me.
          So i request bsnl customer care to take my problem seriously and solve my low speed problem

            Dear sir
            From last five days, there is no network coverage of bsnl in my area and because of this we are facing great problems from last five day.. Every month netwrk coverage is totally missing atleast for 7 days and nobody is listening to our complaints.. We called the nodal officer as well as the concerned authority of this area but no solution is there for our problem. Customer care service asked me to contact respective bsnl office of area. Those ppl are not listening to the complaints.
            Kindly look into the matter and solve our problem of bad network coverage of bsnl. Thanks regards,

              I am unable to make outgoing calls or send sms with my bsnl (Up east) number - [protected]. I tried calling their customer care number [protected], but it fails every time whenever i select any language to proceed further (With a message of invalid or no data selected).
              I can't even check my balance with *123#. This is my primary number and my most of the works are in queue because of this issue. Since i don't live in up east now, so i mailed bsnl also, but no response. I think this is the way digital india works. Please help me out with this issue or i will be escalating it if i get no response

                I have recharged wrongly rs.339 to the other number similar to mine thro' paytm against operators reference (Bsnl): [protected] on 28th march 2018.
                Paytm advised me to contact the operator by quoting the said reference number.
                There is no possible way to take up the claim thro' bsnl customer support. Request for the refund to my paytm account at the earliest by reversing the amount from the wrongly recharge done number.

                  I got disconnected land line phone[protected] installed at my residence 186 motimagri scheme udaipur
                  On 03may 2017, i surrendered the instrument and deposited in the bsnl store chetak circle udaipur
                  I have provided a cancelled cheque and requested cao, bsnl, udaipur to transfer the amount in my bank account.
                  As i have shifted to gurugram, i request for pay by bank transfer.
                  Bsnl has not been responding to my repeat requests.

                      I have been using bsnl service for the last two years and the service they have provided within this two years was pathetic, it is real head ache if you are bsnl customers. This people are nothing but leeches who will suck you up financially by sending bills on time and other than that don't expect anything thing regarding their service. Forget about their service even if you want to disconnect the connection you have to go through such lengthy process that by the time your connection is disconnected you will receive bill for the disconnection period.
                      So my advice if anyone going for bsnl connection better to use your jio or any other phone connection through tethering and still it will be faster than bsnl i guarantee it. Bsnl worst service providers in india.

                          I have my bb monthly bill amount rs. 1466 on 26th march 2018. Amount has been cleared from back successfully. However, no response from bsnl about receipt of money. Further is very frequent from bsnl. Again i don't receive any monthly bill; only get through sms. If it continues i will have to think differently.
                          The responsibile officer can take action to rectify the shortcomings, i would be grateful to bsnl.

                            I have taken a new connection for Landline along with broadband which came after 2 weeks from the day of my application that too after multiple follow-ups.

                            Just a week after it, my phone along with Broadband is dead and raised a complaint 3 days back and following up every day on the same.

                            Today I got a message stating the services are restored and issue resolved, but when I checked, nothing as such happened. Immediately called up the CUSTOMER CARE again and they said their technicians already looked into it and it' resolved. In fact, no technician reached out to us and the issue remained the same.

                            Then they said we will take another complaint on this and escalate.
                            ###!!!

                            I strongly recommend BSNL to be under private undertaking rather than the government so that both the govt and people get benefited.

                            The current crew behave in a manner, "do complain whomever you want to, Doesn't matter to us"...attitude. Because of these lazy buggers, the private players are taking advantage of the situation.

                            Hopeless service. without another choice have to go back to a private player.

                                  On telephonic discussion in the landline phone no.[protected] instruction me for complain any problem in bsnl line & billing information for send sms "bvas in no. 56677". After sending sms i got a message in my mobile no [protected] that bsnl-hungama is activate.
                                  Please note that i am not interested to activate in bsnl-hungama plan. & immediate disconnected the scheme & refund my money of rs.410 which is added in my bill for the month of february.

                                    I am a customer underbarrackpore bsnl zone. Address sreepalli palta pin 743122.. I am not getting the proper speed from bsnl though i am paying for 4g. It is not possible to upload and down load a official file within a reasonable time. Though again and again i produced my urgency to barrackpore telephone exchange - but. Your officials are still sleeping. This type of neglegency of duty and selling of low speed data in the price of high speed data is a crime ofcourse. More over frequent data-drop is a added curse.

                                    They activate the hungama value added services fraudulently and charge the customers monthly.
                                    Please stop this fraudulent activity as soon as possible and end your tie up with hungama.com

                                      I tried to recharge my number with bsnl 78 data offer. The amount was debited from my account but it did not reflect on my mobile number. I repeated the same and again i lost another 78 rs.

                                      I don't know what happened, but overall i lost 156 rs from my account trying to do the recharge. Kindly refund all the amount back to its source.

                                      I got the below provided information in my number during the process.

                                        Since 3 months our landline was dead due to cable problem. I v complained about it in the office but they told that it wl b corrected soon and will be adjusted soon and no need to pay the bill for the next three months. There os no deduction in the next bills, bt bill was getting added up. Please check the issue as soon as possible. My landline number is[protected].
