Sir, on 12 jan 2018 i had a recharge of 333 via online. But that recharge is not activated till date. No body is taking serious step, facing problem. Date 15/01/2017.

I am tired of contacting cust care, no body is takeing it seriously. Continuously misguiding me, or misleading me, by continuous recharging, sometimes sending settings.

I already have a complaint no, where puja mam, one senior one said, within 4 hrs it will be solved. Complain no is 1a14601146.

I personally went to bsnl office bokaro, same reply, soon it will be resolved.
But when, no body cant tell.

How long should i wait, most importantly why should i wait?

Hence, its a earnest request, if you please can resolve my issue, i will be obliged.
Please do something, bad service, extremely bad cust service, no body knows how to solve.

    My bsnl landline in goa[protected] is registered by ronnie pereira.
    Regarding my broadband speed (Line sync rate) is capped at 4mbps when my plan is for 8 mbps
    There are two old broadband usernames:
    1.) pr[protected]
    2.) ronnie_1
    Kindly delete both usernames and create a new one so that a new dslam port is used which supports 8mbps speed,
    My connection was started before 2007 and are registered on old dataone usernames commissioned on nib 1
    The new bsnl nib 2 is not commissioned on my old username so kindly delete both the usernames and create a new one on a new dslam port
    Following are my plan details:
    Plan name:bb-home-uld-545-monthly
    Speed: up to 8 mbps till 15 gb, up to 1 mbps beyond
    Rental:545
    Kindly update my speed profile for 8 mbps
    I have attached screenshots of my snr margin and attenuation values which proves that the cable has no problem and a speed of 8mbps is attainable.
    The following reasons could also be the cause of the speed being capped at 4mbps:
    1.) on the cwsc it shows that i have a bb_modem_type-b1 which should be updated to bb_modem_type-w2
    2.) it could be due to the speed profile not updated for the speed of 8mbps

    even after informing authorities about the problem it is still unresolved and they mark all unresolved complaints as resolved, the complaints are closed by them with our name used without our consent, no remission or action taken and they dont even follow protocol of bsnl to check their end after finding no problem at my end

    My bsnl sim card was blocked and asking for a PUK number. I have tried many bsnl helpline numbers but no use they give me other numbers to call. Atlast I called a number and gave all details and they were verified and correct but says he could not provide the number as his server is down. But I need my number working, I am in urgent need of it.

      My broadband on landline number [protected] is not working. It keeps connecting and disconnecting. I have lodged numerous complaints to the office but the issue keeps recurring and they are not able to solve it, and i am charged the full month amount in the bill inspite of getting partially working broadband service for just 10-15 days. This has been the case for about 13 months now.

      Please do something about it.

        I have complained so many times on the low conctivity speed and changing from 3g to 2g connection while i am browsing. Irritating with the things happening to me. After complaining also they were not taking it as serious issue from customer care. I can switch to another network but some offers are good to me (F&f). I am facing this issue from last six months

Net banking ref.No: LSBI[protected]OIGACRJROE0. I am requesting you reverse my amount else recharge my mobile.
        Please remove the caller tune for my phone.my phone number is [protected]
        BSNL deduct Rs 5.00 and Rs 8.00 regularly for various unwanted services like Video bonanza games khajana as per SMS from 57171 without my consent and even after sending SMS to STOP 155223.

          Dear bsnl team,

          We had submitted an application for updating mobile and e-mail id for bsnl telephone number +[protected]/229 & +[protected] as on[protected] at guwahati bsnl office, assam, india

          But the same has not been updated because of which we are unable to add both the telephone numbers in our bsnl selfcare portal and its showing a message that mobile number has not been registered to the said telephone number.

          Please update the registered mobile and e-mail address as per the application submitted at your office.

            Hi,
            We are using the land-line number [protected] for so many years. V demolished our old house and reconstructed it. During the course of time, v not used the phone, but paid the bill online. Can't surrender of gave for transfer coz the subscriber (My brother) is in kenya. Even i'm in kenya. As parents can't run around for the transfer, v decided to keep it idle. Now i request u to reconnect the connection as the house has been constructed and my parents shifted to the new house. Address is same as registered in the number.

              I was having bsnl prepaid internet connection due to transfer i could not use the services so i am not using their internet any more but still every month they are charging 2955 rupees

              Even though they have fixed the credit limit 3000 rupees they are still sending the bill with every month increasing 3000 rupees
              Since i am away i was not able to go to bsnl office i checked their website any online method to close the account there is no provision for closing the account

                In my area bsnl not working h+, only h and connection too slow. Other sims worked perfectly.
                I never seen h+ in my area on bsnl sim.
                Also poor castomare care services. They don't even know how to talk with a castomare.
                Main issue is-
                When i recharged 3g data, i am not even getting 2g speed. When contacted i was told that your technical team will contact me within 48 hours and a complaint was registered but no one contacted me and after 3 days when i again comtacted your executive i was told there was no 3g tower in malancha, which is my locality and hence i will not be able to get 3g speed. So do you think i have to check the towers also while selecting an offer. It takes 2 to 3 minutes for sending a whatsapp message which is unthinkable in these days. Now who is responsible for my money...

                  Bsnl agreement with pdd chadoora is 15kw for chadroo exchange since from 2006 but bills were send by subdivision chadoora on 23kw agreement. And are demanding huge outstanding on the bases of 23kw agreement instead of 15kw agreement.. The matter may kindly be taken serious as pdd employee are on and off snapping power from exchange results results combination failed in the district

                    We have portability in bsnl lanline and the service from the bsnl is ungratified. When we call in the lanline no. The phone is ringing but as we receive the call there is no communication between the calls and no outgoing calls.

                      So kindly change the address to phc naldhera p/o durgapur distt shimla 171005 as soon as possible.

                        On jan 1st 2018 they deducted amount of rs.30 on my mobile number and i spoke to customer care executive and i explained the problem that i'm not activated zindagi rocks and also the customer care person told me that i called and ask them to subscribe the service and i asked them to refund the amount they told money will not be refunded.
                        Please take necessary action and ask them to refund the amount i'm complaining on behalf of all the customers future nobody should suffer

                          I requested to bsnl office for incoming rental plan in moth of july-2017, by submitting application to bsnl office, jaipur.
                          But again i got bill of same rental and when i call to customercare, they didn't respond for this.
                          Every month i am getting bill by adding more amount and there is not any response from bsnl office. I have marked many times mail also to bsnl, customer care, but very bad experience.
                          Bill copy is attached for your reference.
                          I am not using services and removed the landline.
                          Kindly refund my security deposit.

                            My offer permitted me to have 3g 1gb data per day for 3 months, but i am not even getting 2g speed. I was complanit several times, but still not ready my phone, very poor service for bsnl thrissure division, first 2, 3 times informed our local exchange mellor. But nobody coming there. Then i informed to 198 number (Ref no re[protected]/12/2017) again same nobody come there. Again i am complaint (4609 27/12/2017) after 2 days one technician came there and remove all cable and also shouting to my mother, he said why are you compalint to our office. This cable is problem he can't do nothing. And he go. And again today also i am complanit[protected]. Still not pending my payment. Kindly refund amount comaplint day payment. And kindly advise what we will do?

                                  I am trying to porting out from bsnl to another network and one day after submitting request sometimes i get a call from bsnl (Somethimes not get any call) they asked why i requested to port out and i will explain it and requested to him/her to accept my porting request but after an hour i get a message that is your current operator cancel porting request. Then after i call to bsnl customer service number but they are not explaining anything.
                                  I am trying to porting out from june 2016 and approx 10 times my request was rejected.

                                  Can you please explain why are all these happens?

                                      It is a horrendous experience with the bsnl the chronological explanation is as appended below (My phone no[protected]
                                      Bad broad band network. The network is abysmally slow how to prove it is a thousand dollar question.

                                      Duplicate bill. I get re-imbusement for the broad band bill and the oct 17 period of bill was not posted by bsnl and hence i do not possess a hard copy and i asked for the same through 1500 call centre promptly they have given the request id nos [protected] &[protected] both dtd 05 jan 18. Till date the complaint stands still.

                                      On 5th of the month i receive a pop up stating the broad band data is exhausted and you may like to top up otherwise it will be operative at a minimal speed. I am on a unlimited 999 plan.

                                        My landline [protected] is dead for past 10 days and a complain has been registered. I got sms stating that one chikkanna will attend to the complain. Nothing has happened for 10 days.
                                        What is compensation bsnl will provide for deficency in service. As per trai guidelines if the landline is faulty beyond 2-3 days than compensation of rs 100 per day is payable by bsnl.
