I have complained so many times on the low conctivity speed and changing from 3g to 2g connection while i am browsing. Irritating with the things happening to me. After complaining also they were not taking it as serious issue from customer care. I can switch to another network but some offers are good to me (F&f). I am facing this issue from last six months

I have done voice-209 to my mobile [protected] on[protected] at 18:57:48 through https://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/authorize.do my amount deducted but recharge not done yet.I did mail also but no respond.Transaction Id: PGSMO[protected]. Net banking ref.No: LSBI[protected]OIGACRJROE0. I am requesting you reverse my amount else recharge my mobile.

BSNL deduct Rs 5.00 and Rs 8.00 regularly for various unwanted services like Video bonanza games khajana as per SMS from 57171 without my consent and even after sending SMS to STOP 155223.
