I have bsnl land line broad band service. Since last @ 3 months i suffered from irregular service. I frequently complained @ the matter to the authority. But no fruitful sevices provided. Earlier the local exchange concern call to go at the exchange office with mordem to repair/ replace it. And if mordem is to be replaced i have to purchase from market. Then & then the service may restart.
I am paying bill amount of rs.1150.00 (Avg.) per month.
Pl. Give me proper guide in the matter.

    I live in village - Fatehpur, Post office - Bulhowal 146113, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
    Bsnl tower which is being placed in front of our village is not delivering 3G range. It is not working from 2 days. I am facing a big problem without 3G. Edge is not giving desired speed. Its humble request to repair ut as soon as possible. Or increase the range of yower which is placed in Bulhowal town so that i can use my internet.

        My company at daman u. T.396210.
        My bsnl landline no:[protected].
        Its totally dead for more then 5 months.
        No complains are entertained, no response nothing.
        Need to cancel it. Since no proper channel to maintain.
        No office in nearby are where we can give letter or can visit personally to solve the complain. Whenever give call to customer care, they give complain number and says in 24hrs your matter will resolve, after that i called up couples of time without solving complain they again give me new complain number.

          Dear Sir,

          As I had Internet issue since a couple of weeks. I submitted my complain 2 times but still not found the any kind of satisfactory solution. After registering my complain I got the contact number of engineer who supposed to visit, but he didn't visited any time. When I called him both of time he respond in a very rude way and refused to visit. After all of these I went to my nearest BSNL office and met with deployed DIOS, but still he took the side of him.
          Sir request you to kindly look into this matter and take the action against the same.

            We have two bsnl landline numbers and a broadband connection which have been dead for 8-10 days now. After calling on their customer care number they said the issue will be resolved in 12-48 hours. However it is still not resolved. I'm calling them every single day but never got a satisfactory answer. Extremely dissapointed with bsnl service.

              I have been trying to port my number [protected] from bsnl to airtel. Last month when i initiated then it was not done as airtel told that bsnl has not released the number. Then i tried recently and got upc as cbx15372 which was not getting accepted at airtel portal. I tried numerous times even the same upc code is coming. How to port and where to lodge complain. Even i tried bsnl complain message comp area code description and sent 55635 it is not sent. Please help.

                I recharged my no.with ₹333 plan of BSNL (in this I have to enjoy 3G service with moderate speed of internet speed 3GB/day for 90 days) I got nearly 100kbps speed for 3-5 days but now data speed is only 30 kbps
                I contacted on customer care 1503, two times according to them I SMS START to 1925 & changes settings accordingly
                But still speed is 20-30 kbps
                Why ??????

                  Immediately after mobile recharge top up some amounts are deducted without any reason. I am a subscriber of VOICE 159 and DATA 198. Without any logic amounts are deducted. For eg. today (31.5.2017) morning I made a top up for Rs.220 when the balance in the account was Rs.31+ After that I made an international call for which Rs.48 was deducted. No other chargeable calls were made by me. But now the balance in the account is Rs.169/- How this amount came.

                    In karaikal the current network coverage is very poor although i am residing within 2km range within the tower.
                    3g internet speed is around 50-100kbps near tower and elsewhere it is 50kbps max. I am having stv333 plan but unabe to use internet.
                    I had contacted customer care few times but they said it will resolve within two days but nothing changed.
                    Please boost the signal strength as soon as possible.

                    A spam call activated a BSNL Hungama account on my landline. I unsubscribed everything immediately.

                      I have one prepaid connection and use it only for voice calls.
                      Other services offered by BSNL are never attended by me.
                      The day before yesterday the balance in my account was Rs.150/- plus and what I saw today that it has comedown suddenly to 102/- plus.
                      I have made only a few calls that all are @ 0.30p as per STV purchased.
                      I have understood the amount has been deducted for services actually not given and asked for even.
                      So I request to credit my account by reimbursement.

                      I have a prepaid connection and don't require any other service except for voice calls.
                      I don't know for which service bsnl is charging and deducting from main balance. I never asked for any service. Although they are offering various types viz. Music, tunes songs etc. Day before yesterday my balance was showing 150/- plus and today morning i noticed the balance at 102/- plus. It seems that they have previously also charged some amount which goes unnoticed.

                      Therefore i request to reimburse the amount deducted unauthorisedly.

                        This person is unknown to us and has been repeatedly calling my daughters mobile number and harassing. We have been politely suggested him that he is calling a wrong number. Since his intention is to call again and again and plong with the conversation we blocked his number but we can notice at least 20 calls everyday. His number is : [protected].                           [protected] post paid sim provided to me by ntpc in the year 2009 from bhubaneswar went missing in the year 2014. I thought it will be automatically blocked by ntpc since i was transferred elsewhere.

                          But today i discovered that someone is using the same. Ring is going but the fellow not answering.

                          Please enquire and block the same if it has not been re-issued in any other's name.

                                We have complained many times to BSNL, Udaipur but still our landline phone not active and no sufficient reason given by the company. My landline number is[protected] in the name of Himmat Singh Mehta. I am a retired and senior citizen person and most of time become ill. I am not in a position to visit BSNL office regularly for resolve the issue. Although I have paid all my bills regularly, it is ridiculous. Please take appropriate action to resolve my complaint immediately.

                                    It was a new connection, which was taken a month ago. Firstly, BSNL installed the landline very fastly but when it comes to ON Broadband Service they was 7 days late, after this broadband starts, but from day 1 I cannot get proper speed of the Broadband. I had got ₹1199 PLAN of broadband in which 2mbps speed unlimited and unlimited calling you may benefits. I complaint so many times on customer care of broadband and also go to the exchange viz vaishali nagar, jaipur, meet the SDO MISHRA of chitrakoot Area, MR, JAGDISH 3 days before but did not get the solution after sending a engineer Sunil to test at user end, he came to our house and he mention in their report that it was parameter problem,
                                    Upstream 509 kpbs received and downstream 97 kbps received, after giving this report again my broadband not working.
                                    I today again go to the BSNL Exchange Vaishali Nagar, jaipur, and asked about that issue they behaved very rude over that, I dont understand from customers who they to talk like this, and they told "krlo jo krna h, hmse nhi hga, upr chle jao DE sahab ke pass", what is this??? I asked to different telecom employees for Mr Jagdish they said he never worked like parasite of Officers in the exchange, he had broadband duty but he never check them wisely, get the salary freely without going into the field, I think BSNL should take action regarding such staff.

                                    I want when my connection restore with proper 2 mbps speed and in how much time????

                                      My landline[protected] is not working for past 10 days. I have booked complaints and called the JE and Lineman but of no use. After booking the complaint in two days Im getting msg as my issue has been resolved but it wasnt. I have booked complaint four times in 10 days due to irresponsible behavior of bsnl staff. I request the bsnl to resolve my complaint and not send me msg as issue has been resolved without resolving it he they have any shame left.

                                        Dear sir

                                        I have been paying my telephone bills through bsnl payment portal. On may 10 i made payment for april bills for phone no [protected] and [protected] (Jammu) for rs 1675 and the money was deducted from my account vide sbi txn no iu[protected] and the bsnl transaction was showing pending. Now the bsnl txn no egf [protected] is showing failed but my money has not been returned to my account. Earlier for failed transactions money was returned imediately.

                                        Sir as advised by tel no 1500 i contacted our exchange at talabtillo who directed me to accounts officer at rani talab jammu. The concerned officer advised me to redeposit the bills and wait for the refund of failed transaction. I also contacted sbi but they informed that refund is to come from bsnl.
                                        I request you to kindly see to it that my payment is either adjusted or refunded to me.

                                        I called many times to 1503 for data not working. But their no good response given to me. I lived in Nuhon colony, ropar-140113. Signal will be good but data not working. My complaint no 2E17106663. But without solve my complaint, it removed my complaint from portal. Please do needful. Thanking you.
