Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I have surrendered my broadband connection[protected] during November 2016. I have given request form to accounts officer at Peelamedu Telephone Exchange to refund my deposit to my bank account. I have surrendered the landline telephone instrument with necessary adopter & sockets and got acknowledgement from them.

But till this date, I have not received back my deposit. Whenever approached, they are giving the same answer...

Pls stop messages on my hissar, haryana circle mobile no [protected] & [protected] from 655888 and all such advertising or erotic or spam nos forthwith & stop recovering charges from my balance on any such sms. I dont even kno how & y these messages have started. My both these nos have been ported from j&k bsnl to haryana bsnl in year 2015(for your info & avoiding confusion please).thanks...

Sir, i am kinkar sing work in ministry of defence but my land phone has death about 5 days on 14may and also very few days ago same had problem but technician work not properly and also have broad band internet had discount but
Every month bill pay time to time service very bad. So please khadki branch[protected], also plan change without information. But not properly work. Sound had many problem. Please do something....

My bsnl mobile no not working internet properly I using in 3g plan amount is 333 plan I complain every day bsnl customer care executives his telling every day it taken 1 hour after that the issue is solve but nearly ten days already done my problem still not cleared that customer care executives is talking with rude words it is very problem please solve the problems thanking you...

My broadband connection no.[protected] has not been working for the last six months. Broadband availability is very poor despite repeated complaint booking and attending. BSNL personal expresses that the cable problem is there at our area. My bill payments are regularly and found burden on my part to pay without availing the connection facility. My telephone number is[protected]. From last three months I am getting extra bill on my telephone number stating that Hungama one time charges. With out our acceptance they activated and the bill amount also varies from month to month. I already requested to deactivate the Hungama service on[protected]. Please refund my unused and unnecessary charged amount I have paid for. I don't want any extra bill on my next telephone bill anymore....

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at Satara. My mobile no. Was [protected] and other sim card no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

My mobile number is [protected]. I am not able to send sms from this number and get the message message sending failed. I tried changing the message service number but i am not able to open it. Pls advise as to what i need to do to send sms as i am not able to send messages and am put to lot of hardship. Not able to speak to the customer care executive to resolve the issue...

I have received an extra charges (One time charges) of rs 100 and rs 600 to my broadband usage. But i did not activate this one time charges last two months. Please deactivate my account from one time charges, same time deduct the said amount in future bill.

I want to convert my sim from Bsnl to airtel. Validity of my Bsnl sim expired on[protected] on that day at about 8:20 I recharged my phone of Rs-10 n sent an SMS to 1900 for porting my sim but they didn't reply when I contacted customer service they told your account has been expired so first activate your account then you can port. They are not listening anything at all....

Sir, i am the subscriber for bsnl broadband at gwalior. Due to service exigencies i unable to deposit the bill amount on due date. My telephone was suspended after due date and i unable to get the service of bsnl. After 20 days when i deposited the due amount but data not updated by bsnl. I never asked for the activation and yet they have activated the hungama plan without my consent. Now i want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan immediately. My land line number is[protected]. Please provide the Hard copy of Invoice at our office address since we are not getting the Hard Copy of Bills from last 3months & paying the bills with penalty amount. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. We had also given our mail id & mobile no. for E-Bill but we are neither receiving the E-Bill on E Mail ID nor on mobile no.
Kindly resolve this issue or else we have to disconnect the landline connection.

I hv not activated hungama entertainment programme. My bill always comes to rs 770. But this time for the month of april 2017 it is rs 1169. Please de activate hungama and take action againat this sort of harrasment to consumers. BSNL is charged unnecessory and unusable services unknowigly and it charges almost 1400 rupees.
I am a normal bsnl broad band user with unlimited package only cause 748 rupees monthly. But now the bill amount is almost 2500 rupees.
