My bsnl prepaid mobile number has been debited rs 56/, leaving only rs 0.018 in the account, in the name of caller tunes on 15/16th may'17, without any request and also no tunes have been provided. This indicates an ongoing fraud through bsnl mobile network. I have shared this info on facebook also. Please take necessary action. I had to recharge the account with rs 220/ because frequent irritating reminder smss else i had no intention of recharging.

The signal strength stength is very low and the internet speed is very slow please look into this matter as sokn as possible

      The above no[protected], not working propertly. Heavy noices are coming and as well lot of cross talks. I cud not use the at all. Repeated complaints has been made. Especially the 2nd alternate line on the same no is dead for years. I happened to discontinue the other one[protected] for the poor voice and as well data. Is there any competitent people to rectify or you want me to discontinue the connection. I am unnecessarily paying for a systems which is not working at all.

        My landline no is [protected]. Chombalaexchange kerala circle. I registered the complaint. The officials not ready to hear my complaint. My location is no mobile range zone. So iam very much disturbed. Daily iam contacting the officer at chombala exchange. They are not making any initiative to end my problem. Always giving reply that it will be sort out within 2days. After lodging the complaint they are not ready even to look at the location. Pls do the needfull

          I made a request to M/S Hungama for the deactivation of hungama plan immediately as it was activated without my consent and never used. However, the charges for the said plan are being added in the bill issued by BSNL. I contacted the bsnl office at Pantnagar for the deactivation and correction of bill but the officer refused to receive the complaint.
          I again request you to kindly deactivate the plan and correct the bill so that payment could be made.

            On 20th may 2017 i called up customer care regarding offers of data plans, the customer care executive suggested me a plan of rs. 333 which gives 3 gb data everyday for 3 months and i was told to activate it by sending the msg to activate and i should be having the minimum main balance of rs.333. So i recharged my mobile. Then i tried to activate by sending the msg but i m getting the reply "subsription unsuccessful kindly call customer care" i called the customer care and explained the executive told me the format of sending the msg which i was told earlier by the previous executive and which i did typed the same and the call disconnected. I tried resending several times but in vain, i again called customer care n spoke with the executive he told me remove sim card and insert after some time and try and disconnected, i tried the same but no use i m still getting "subscription unsuccessful kindly call cust care". After getting tired of calling cust care and trying whole day. I tried again on 21st i called cust care an executive again repeated the same and told me to do the same as previous, i told him i ve tried all i have said but still i couldn't then the executive said it's the only procedure to activate the plan by msging so i told him i couldn't the he said he coins do anything abt the issue i told connect my call to ur senior authority so i can can talk to em then he said ok then kept me waiting for 15 mins and then the call gets disconnected automatically. Then again i called the customer care and the executive named "monish" took my call and i told him the same then he ignorantly denied to solve the issue even though i told him to connect my call to his senior authority he disconnected the call. So basically no one taking responsibility to solve the issue. It's so much mental stress and ordeal to deal with such people who are so ignorant, irresponsible wasting our time and money.

                I am continuously suffering from call drop & cross connection. I have complaint against this in BSNL customer care but there is no any improvement done from their side. Problem is as it was be.
                We have to call a person at least three or four times to complete our full message. BSNL never give me any refund for the call drop while TRAI had announced that every telecom company had to pay 1 Rs for a call drop and max.

                    A customer care executive called me and asked me my email. He told me that if I want hangama service please go to the link in the mail and use the login id and password they have provided. But I did n't get the mail so I did n't do that.I had not completed BSNL Hungama Activation procedure and assure that I have not taken even a single trial. Now I got bill of Rs 1334 from bsnl. It is a one time chargeof hungama service from february to may 2017. This is cheating. i called bsnl cutomer care, but they said they can't do any thing. Then I called hungama care and they deactivated it. I got their mail today 20/05/2017.
                    Now I want my cash back. please refund or adjust my cash Rs1334.75

                      Sir i would like to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan that i had activated. I have got a huge amount as telephone bill for the month of April. I would want to discontinue the services of bsnl hungama. I am not using it now. If my complaint is not given heed, i will have to cut off my landline connection from bsnl.Kindly deactivate the plan.                         I surrendered my land line no.[protected] on 22.10.2016 which has been discontinued by BSNL wef 09.11.2016 and the due amount of Rs. 100.74 as on 09.11.2016 also has been paid by me on 09.02.2017. The phone was in the name of my wife Abha Kanojia. There was security deposit of Rs. 3000/- against phone No.[protected]. I made my request for refund of security deposit along with the request for surrendering phone. I received a bill No. [protected] dtd. 11.02.2017 which is showing security deposit as "0.00" and amount payable as (- ) 2999.62. But so far we have not been refunded the Security deposit of Rs. 3000.

                        Since my wife Abha Kanojia is not alive now, it is requested to refund the security deposit of Rs. 3000.00 through cheque in favour of ' G L KANOJIA' on the address Shop No. 63, Kanchanjunga Shopping Complex, Sector 53 Noida at the earliest possible.

                          Sub - request for_ adjustment of amount under earlier land-line connection _ to the newly allotted number

                          As I faced significant diffuculty with my earlier landline number of my residence bearing number [protected] which was complained about through several calls over the last many months and without whose functioning I was paying the basic amount over all those months.
                          Now as a solution I was awarded a new number bearing [protected] in the recent past.
                          The nonfunctional system due to your technical difficulties caused lot of inconvenience and above all I paid to the tune of few thousands as can be seen from your accounts it is obligatory for the organization to take the onus of the maintenance and hence the amount be adjusted under my new connection that was provided recently.

                              I am using bsnl broad band. My bsnl ll no. Is[protected]. My complaint is that we have not used the music, movies and games on demand.. Uptill now no login has been done, not for a single time. Bill for the month of april2017 shows that all three services has been activated and corrosponding amount has been added in the bill.
                              Please deactivate all three facilitis on demand. As we have not demanded try to revert back the charges.

                              Dear team, dmart store is in basement of triton mall and total dmart staff is approx 150 peoples and average 6k customers also comes on daily basis at dmart store.

                              So you can guess how many people use bsnl network, and i do not want any loss of BSNL because i am big fan of BSNL ( total 13 BSNL connection in my family ).

                              So I humble request to you team BSNL, pls provide 3G network in Triton mall ( -1, -2, -3 basement ) ( Dmart is in -1 ) I'm facing a big problem from 1st April with bsnl network in dmart, pls resolve my problem, Otherwise I have make changes to both of my numbers with another company.

The person in charge keeps saying you will get your connection in 5-6 days but now it has been 5 months. Even today when I go there he tells the same story that "your work will be done in 6-7 days".                                       मी ०८/०५/२०१७ ला फोन कनेक्शन बंद करण्या बाबद विनंती पत्र दिले पण माझा फोन बंद न झाल्या मुळे माझ्या नावाने बिले पाठवून माझे बिल भार बिना कारण वाढवून आले आहे कृपया माझे कनेक्शन बंद करा ही विनंती

                                      I am using my own broad band modem for which bsnl is collecting monthly rent from the beginning.

                                        The worst quality of customer service both at the call center and the customer care office
                                        11 calls in 2 days, 4 abrupt call disconnects, 2 wrong q transfers, 2 wrong information purposefully done. Do they even care about their customers?
                                        The issue - my 3g sim is a dongle sim (128kb) and it works only in dongle and does not get recognized in any 2g, 3g, or 4g mobile phone. I had made a data recharge of rs78 (2gb for 5 days) (Recharge from [protected] on 15/05/2017 at 04:09:40 pm hours. Ref no. [protected]). I’m unable to access internet as it is very slow and the webpage gets timed out. My dongle gets registered on network but cannot browse or open any website.
                                        I called 1503 more than 5 times and each time i got a different answer from the agents. First one agent told me to wait for 2hrs, the second time also another agent told me to wait another 2 hrs. The third time the agent said he is transferring me to his senior and put me in the hindi q and again i had to repeat the whole issue. The agent abruptly disconnected the call. I called again and another agent asked me to call 1504 but there was no response on that number. So i called 1503 again and the agent said he is transferring me and this time it was kannada q who simply disconnected the call. I called again and another agent said there is a network issue in the area and to wait for 2 days and to call 1925 for network issues. I called 1925 and was told there were no network problems in the area and to top up main balance. I made online recharge of rs33 but it did not reflect as top up amount (Recharge from [protected] on 16/05/2017 at 06:53:36 pm hours. Ref no. [protected]). I called 1925 again and was told it was a roaming pack though nothing was mentioned while making the recharge. I made a topup of rs30 again (From [protected] on 17/05/2017 at 11:14:53 hours pf: rs.3, st: rs.3.91, net amt is rs.23.09, bal: rs.31.32, refno.[protected]).
                                        I had to repeat the same issue for 11 times to different agents and still there is no resolution even after 3 days. Within the next 2 days the data stv 78 will lapse. I have lost time and my money on a useless network provider.
                                        I have not been able to use even 1mb of the 2gb data pack. The call center agents don’t care. The people at the customer care office also don’t care.
                                        Who is going to address and solve this connectivity issue? Do they even care about csat quality and is there a quality system in place? Do they care about csat? Do they care about fcr? Don’t they have any self respect and respect for their jobs?
                                        With such dismal quality can bsnl match other players in the market? Without good customer service no amount of tv and print media ads or plan offers would work in customer retention. Maybe bsnl management does not care. They are content with free chai and biscuits, free lunches, free salaries.
