My land line no[protected] is not being attending properly. The phone went dead and the line man attended the complaint on the 7th day of complaint. After attending he went back and the phone again went dead. I think it is their business tactics to attend the complaint within 7 days to avoid consumers" claim. They again will attend the complaint with in 7 days and again the phone will be dead for 7 days. It is pity how an organisation like bsnl in noncommercial manner. This is competition era and one who do not attend its client properly, will go.

Updated by Dheerendra Singhvi The land line telephone is dead since 30th May. the line man approached us on 7th June and got the phone activated. But as soon as he left, the phone again went out of order. It appears that they got it activated to avoid the penalty being claimed they have activated . Please look in to matter and correct the system under advise to me

The service us wrost. Just check the complaint page u will get the complaint for the no[protected]. There is no internet connection. They will rectify the problme and after an hour the light goes to red and no internet. We are have landline phone since 20+years please check the connectivity and make the problem free as v r the oldest customers thank you.

They do it every single time i recharge, i think it's happening with everyone.
When i use internet without any internet plan (Data special plan), it works fine!!
But whenever i recharge data pack, the speed slows down even below 5kbps!!
Then after some time no net at all!
And i can guarantee, no matter how many times i call their service center, i will get the same age old procedures, even a little kid knows nowadays!!

I got my broadband bill on 12 jun 2017 and there is a column for one time charges rs 450 (Rupees four hundred and fifty) for higher speed and restoring charges. The above phone is not functioning fr the past 20 days. The complaint has been lodged in person with your adyar chennai office, eventhough a line man has come, inspected a week back and confirmed that there is a cable fault requiring replacement noting has been done so far. It is really frustrating that neither the phone nor the wify could be used. My professional business is very badly affected. I humbly request you to take some urgent action.

My no. Is[protected] and it is not working properly for sometimes.in pas t have lodged complaints frequently and they have changed instruments to no satisfaction. Now, i have phone without caller id and they were suppose to change after a while but did not do so. Hence, i request you to please change it immediately with caller id facilities. Also the present instrument is making too much of noise.

I lost my mobile Lenovo this afternoon near Kunjibettu Udupi, After attending World Environment day at Manipal, I had my lunch at Ocean Pearl. and while driving my car back home by mistake while opening the car I leaft my mobile set on the top of the car and forget. After a few minute, I found my mobile is missing or lost.

My landline phone is also dead since 10 days. The dsl doesnt show sometimes. Even if the dsl gets connected my internet doesn't work at all.
Even the google.co.in takes 1-2 minutes to load.

I request you to take possible action as soon as possible.
Else i will have to cut the connection from you...

I have given a written application for disconnection of my phone on 24th may 2017. But even after 17 days it is not disconnected. A bill has been generated on 2nd june 2017. I have sent an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in but no reply. Such a poor company bsnl is. They can not provide you satisfactory service and even if you want to say them bye bye they are capable enough to disconnect a connection. When your line is not working they can't fix it and when you tell them to cut the line still they can't do it. Use less company with use less employees.

I am using bsnl 3g internet. It's showing very poor connection speed. They say that the maximum speed is 500 kbps, but i am getting very low speed about average 20-60 kbps. I have already informed many time on there customer complaint helpline. But there is any progress on the speed it is same as before. Please do something. I have recharged about rs 333. But i can't use it. Plz do something. The bsnl customer care is very bad. Responce and problems clearing is not good

The BSNL EVDO Internet service went down on 7th June 2017 @ around 3 PM in Hoskote, Bangalore.
Since then i've complained about the issue with the Hoskote CSC and also with Bangalore CSC.
The response from them are very terrible.
They just say its a server problem, and there are not aware when its going to get fixed. And ask to wait until they fix at their wish! That's it.
And today is the 3rd day; not yet resolved the issue.
Please fix it asap.
