The service us wrost. Just check the complaint page u will get the complaint for the no[protected]. There is no internet connection. They will rectify the problme and after an hour the light goes to red and no internet. We are have landline phone since 20+years please check the connectivity and make the problem free as v r the oldest customers thank you.

They do it every single time i recharge, i think it's happening with everyone.
When i use internet without any internet plan (Data special plan), it works fine!!
But whenever i recharge data pack, the speed slows down even below 5kbps!!
Then after some time no net at all!
And i can guarantee, no matter how many times i call their service center, i will get the same age old procedures, even a little kid knows nowadays!!

Sir/mam, my telephone number[protected] and my plan is rs 249. I got my broadband bill on 12 jun 2017 and there is a column for one time charges rs 450 (Rupees four hundred and fifty) for higher speed and restoring charges. I could not understand about that charges. Could you send me a message to my email id [protected]@gmail.com and deactivate this amount?

The above phone is not functioning fr the past 20 days. The complaint has been lodged in person with your adyar chennai office, eventhough a line man has come, inspected a week back and confirmed that there is a cable fault requiring replacement noting has been done so far. It is really frustrating that neither the phone nor the wify could be used. My professional business is very badly affected. I humbly request you to take some urgent action.

My no. Is[protected] and it is not working properly for sometimes.in pas t have lodged complaints frequently and they have changed instruments to no satisfaction. Now, i have phone without caller id and they were suppose to change after a while but did not do so. Hence, i request you to please change it immediately with caller id facilities. Also the present instrument is making too much of noise.

Its been since a week my broadband is not working properly...
My landline phone is also dead since 10 days. The dsl doesnt show sometimes. Even if the dsl gets connected my internet doesn't work at all.
Even the google.co.in takes 1-2 minutes to load.

I request you to take possible action as soon as possible.
Else i will have to cut the connection from you...

Dear sir/madam, my complaint id 1596432, lodged this morning against vodafone essar ltd.. It appears to me ur website is hacked by some professional fraud. I recd. A call from vodafone asking the actt. No. To deposit my security amount in my acctt. Instead they have deducted amount from my acctt. It is to inform u this type of activities will lost trust on ur website.
Please note my problem make secure and safe ur web site. The fraud calls are from no. [protected] and[protected] between 6.30 t0 7.15 am

And its my new number that's why some people doesn't contact to me because they have my old bsnl number and still that number is deactivate.
And the bsnl network and tarif is not more costly. So i think to continue with my old number.
I want to activate my old bsnl no.[protected]

I have given a written application for disconnection of my phone on 24th may 2017. But even after 17 days it is not disconnected. A bill has been generated on 2nd june 2017. I have sent an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in but no reply. Such a poor company bsnl is. They can not provide you satisfactory service and even if you want to say them bye bye they are capable enough to disconnect a connection. When your line is not working they can't fix it and when you tell them to cut the line still they can't do it. Use less company with use less employees.

I have recharged my bsnl nestam plan with 110 and 30 rupees in different days through paytm. I did not get recharge balance but money was deducted. I am attaching details of orders please correct the complaints.

I am using bsnl 3g internet. It's showing very poor connection speed. They say that the maximum speed is 500 kbps, but i am getting very low speed about average 20-60 kbps. I have already informed many time on there customer complaint helpline. But there is any progress on the speed it is same as before. Please do something. I have recharged about rs 333. But i can't use it. Plz do something. The bsnl customer care is very bad. Responce and problems clearing is not good

By mistake i have activated the hangama plan. So now i want to deactivate this plan. This plan is no use to me. So i requested you to deactivate my hangama plan. This plan was activated on 01/04/2017. H i have call coustomer care also many times but no use, so my kind request to u that as soon as posible deactivate my hangama plannumber [protected].

The BSNL EVDO Internet service went down on 7th June 2017 @ around 3 PM in Hoskote, Bangalore.
Since then i've complained about the issue with the Hoskote CSC and also with Bangalore CSC.
The response from them are very terrible.
They just say its a server problem, and there are not aware when its going to get fixed. And ask to wait until they fix at their wish! That's it.
And today is the 3rd day; not yet resolved the issue.
Please fix it asap.

I have lost my mobile hand set of Microsoft company which i was useing for no - [protected] BSNL pre paid. on 8th june 2017 i lost that mobile hand set in Dwarka area of Delhi. As I have already registered an online FIR for the same and request you to please block the above said number so that nobody can misuse the number.
kindly block the above said number and oblidge.

I am a bsnl 3g prepaid user, i am getting worst speeds than 2g jam trying to complaint them but it easy not happening. If try to complaint through call they make me to wait for 30 minutes on call. And at last tried to file complaint online filled all details at the last step we proceed it show's simply error, different browsers tried so, i am requesting you sir please take a action on this and help us to file complaint online also in bsnl website.

Even after repeted followups no action has been taken. Till date i have not received any satisfactory solution. I will switch to any private broadband service provider. Kindly return me my payment made for yearly broadband service. I will ant to surrender the same.

My number is barred please help me as soon as possible. My bsnl number is [protected]. With due request i pardon you to check my number and sent me a message. It is difficult even for me to make calls outside. Only incoming is being done no outgoing calls. It is becoming difficult for me to make any calls during my emergency period. Please sort out my problem as soon as possible....

We are facing a ton of issues with the bsnl network in Mallapur village, Kaigawada area, Karwar taluk. Other networks just work fine in this area except f BSNL. Im living in Kaigawada area which is 1.5km areal distance from BSNL tower. We are facing problem of internet 3g/2g data signal. Sometimes we are not even getting proper signal to make phone calls.
This matter already shared with mallapur BSNL Junior Engineer but till date no action has been taken for improving 3g/2g signal strength.
Also I contacted the bsnl customer care numerous times and they did not even noted down my complaint.
Hope you pay heed to the complaint this time and take action as soon as possible.

I suffered a great problem regarding accessing of network connection for the period of 01 week and eventually, i lodged a complaint with customer care vide docket no. [protected]. Again, i lodged a complaint as my problem pertaining to internet connection was not resolved in time. After a lapse of 07 days my problem was not attended by any employee of local bsnl office (Dum dum chiria more). Two messages were sent to me mentioning the employees of local bsnl office namely sri mantu paul ([protected]) and namely sri samar ash ([protected]) but none of them contacted with me for resolving my problem. Furthermore, i tried to establish contact with the aforesaid officials but their mobile phones were kept switch off. Finding no other alternative, i surrendered my land no. Having[protected] before the local bsnl office duly filling up a form issued from the local bsnl office on 02.06.2017.
Till date no effort was made from the bsnl office to close my landline having no.[protected].
Therefore, i request you to close down my aforesaid landline no[protected] and oblige thereby.
