Nehal shah, i have recharge data pack of 333 on 18th june '17, after that recharge my internet not working, i have tried to solve the matter through customer care executives, but they are not able to solve it, so i need to come to you, because i have paid my money 6 days back & my internet is still non operational, so please reply when my internet will be operational or will you refund my money?

    My name is vikas mishra and mn is [protected]. My complaint number is 2f03891372. I had a problem regarding data speed on my mob. No. I recharged a plan of rs. 333 of 3gb high speed data daily for 3 months but after 1 months data speed is only 40-60 kbps now and i am not able to use original high speed data of 3gb daily. I talk to customer care on number 1503 but they could not resolve this problem and send me a msg that please contact with csc or via email on [protected]@bsnl.co.in but today is 22 june 2017 and i am facing same problem regarding data speed.

    They are not resolving my issue they are making fool of their customer because plan of 3 months but giving for only 1 month high speed data.

    This is totally fraud by bsnl.

    Please resolve this issue as soon as.

      I have telephone conn... No..[protected] at ujjain mp.
      I have been trying to pay the bill online but there is always failure of the transaction of payment. Saying the "sorry and try again"
      This happened continue months together.
      Today i again tried to pay online for invoice no.[protected] dt. 02/06/2017for rs. 1265/= but as usual the transaction failed. The ref. Is... Fcdr[protected] and it happened at their own portal site.!!!

        I was holding a bsnl broadband connection in electronic city, bangalore and it has been terminated few months back (On 11th jan 2017) as per my request with the proper procedure to be followed.

        Telephone number: [protected], customer id : [protected], account number : [protected]

        They supposed refund rs. 2496.54 (1646.54 excess paid amount + 850 is deposit amount) to my bank account.

        I have written emails to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, [protected]@gmail.com with all the details. But till date the refund is not initiated.

        I'm still looking for higher authorities emails/phone numbers to proceed on this. Please let me know if anyone have the contact details.

          Hi team

          On thursday and friday that is 15 and 16 june 2017, we receive a call from bsnl customer care number on my mobile number '[protected]' as we received the call amount of rs 120 and around rs 70 were deducted.

          Request you to please look into this on priority.

          Multiple times called customer care number - [protected], every time they say server is down please call later.
          Once customer care executive ms nidhi said they are not able to check the details please contact ' [protected]' number to get all details.

          When dialed [protected], operator say incoming call to number is not available.

          Is this the way to support customer?

          Requesting bsnl team to look into the matter on priority and help me in getting my money back.

            I pay bills to bsnl for not getting any connection & i mentioned them that "please keep doing your best to interrupt internet connection (Really?!) as much as possible. But nowadays they are providing internet! I am amazed! I paid for no connection but how come i am getting net? :o then my mom told me that i pay for getting internet & they take the money to interrupt the connection!
            *did you get the sarcasm? Bsnl is the crappiest network provider in india & modi ji should choose jio or other caring service provider/s as pilots for #digitalindia project! Shame on you bsnl, you suck!! Got it?! You s u c k!!!

              I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at bengaluru railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected] i want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                  I have been using bsnl broadband for the past 8 years. My bsnl landline number is[protected]. Till now i was happy with the billing of bsnl. But last 04 month i saw that an additional amount of rs.410/- has been charged against mod (Music on demand) movie on demand and games on demand. When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl. Hungama.com. I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

                  I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

                  For the 02 month, i am trying to escalate the issue with support. [protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

                  It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humialing (Even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of bsnl.

                  If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

                  I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

                    The bsnl landline no. [protected] is not working for more than 15 days. No action has been taken after giving the complaints, whoever, every time they gave false commitment of 24 hours deadline. My father is 82 years old retired person staying at the residence with my seriously ill mother. Since we are staying outside it is difficult to communicate with them without the telephone connection. I am really surprising the reluctant behavior of their technical service, while they are very prompt about the monthly charges. Why there is no action on the irresponsible technical support staffs? Kindly take some necessary action to restore the telephone.

                      As it is a toll free number written on website /or google it you will get answer

                        This phone has been dysfunctional for almost 2 years and i have been paying the bills regularly - the minimum amount of re. 286+.
                        I have asked for disconnecting the line, but no action has been taken, and i have been getting the monthly bills every month.
                        Despite repeated request to the concerned authority no action is taken. It is highly unfair that when the phone is dead and bills are being sent every month.

                          On day of june 16 2017; i did phone recharge through phone pe account to wrong number [protected] amount of 110/-, actually recharge should be done for my uncle, i call customer care 1503 of bsnl mobile, there told that third parties such as phone pe and other online recharge network, should take care of this cases and i contact the phone pe portal person and they told they can't do due to absence of mobile service operator's refund policy

                            Internet service is not available as of 17/06/2017, 7.45 am and upto current time, which is 9.40 am. This lack of service occurs quite usually and the company doesn't take any action to rectify it. Also, the customer service of bsnl haven't attended my calls. Also, even though they claim to have only 3g service, i can't get 3g service in any rural areas, like my hometown. (They charge the 3g rates). I humbly request the proper authority to look into the issue and take proper steps to curbe the issue, and to rectify the inconvenience caused to me and others like me.

                                      My balance is getting automatically deducted in bsnl. Please refund back the same in my balance. If not, then do let me know the procedure to get it back more than 100 rs have been deducted till now. Whenever i recharge, balance is reduced in few days. I am not making any calls, nor sending any messages. Neither i am using data pack. Then why the hell is money getting deducted

                                      I'm doing a survey and it asked me for my mobile number, after given i was subscribed automatically, please unsubscribe me from hungama music [protected]. (plus it didn't ask me for my email in the first place)

                                      My balance of rs.123 automatically deducted, I remember for the last call I have dialed the *444# no.
                                      I have received the message your data pack has been expired so give a miss call to that particular number.
                                      I thought there is network issue so I am unable to dial any other number, but yesterday night when I have dialed *123*1#, then I was shocked without my usage all balance has been deducted..
