[protected] post paid sim provided to me by ntpc in the year 2009 from bhubaneswar went missing in the year 2014. I thought it will be automatically blocked by ntpc since i was transferred elsewhere.

But today i discovered that someone is using the same. Ring is going but the fellow not answering.

Please enquire and block the same if it has not been re-issued in any other's name.

        We have complained many times to BSNL, Udaipur but still our landline phone not active and no sufficient reason given by the company. My landline number is[protected] in the name of Himmat Singh Mehta. I am a retired and senior citizen person and most of time become ill. I am not in a position to visit BSNL office regularly for resolve the issue. Although I have paid all my bills regularly, it is ridiculous. Please take appropriate action to resolve my complaint immediately.

          Since i transferred from mangalore to hyderabad i send a letter to bsnl office for disconnect in month of feb, by requesting to reback of caution deposit, but instead of that they are sending bills to old address where i am not there, what should i do

            It was a new connection, which was taken a month ago. Firstly, BSNL installed the landline very fastly but when it comes to ON Broadband Service they was 7 days late, after this broadband starts, but from day 1 I cannot get proper speed of the Broadband. I had got ₹1199 PLAN of broadband in which 2mbps speed unlimited and unlimited calling you may benefits. I complaint so many times on customer care of broadband and also go to the exchange viz vaishali nagar, jaipur, meet the SDO MISHRA of chitrakoot Area, MR, JAGDISH 3 days before but did not get the solution after sending a engineer Sunil to test at user end, he came to our house and he mention in their report that it was parameter problem,
            Upstream 509 kpbs received and downstream 97 kbps received, after giving this report again my broadband not working.
            I today again go to the BSNL Exchange Vaishali Nagar, jaipur, and asked about that issue they behaved very rude over that, I dont understand from customers who they to talk like this, and they told "krlo jo krna h, hmse nhi hga, upr chle jao DE sahab ke pass", what is this??? I asked to different telecom employees for Mr Jagdish they said he never worked like parasite of Officers in the exchange, he had broadband duty but he never check them wisely, get the salary freely without going into the field, I think BSNL should take action regarding such staff.

            I want when my connection restore with proper 2 mbps speed and in how much time????

              My landline[protected] is not working for past 10 days. I have booked complaints and called the JE and Lineman but of no use. After booking the complaint in two days Im getting msg as my issue has been resolved but it wasnt. I have booked complaint four times in 10 days due to irresponsible behavior of bsnl staff. I request the bsnl to resolve my complaint and not send me msg as issue has been resolved without resolving it he they have any shame left.

                Dear sir

                I have been paying my telephone bills through bsnl payment portal. On may 10 i made payment for april bills for phone no [protected] and [protected] (Jammu) for rs 1675 and the money was deducted from my account vide sbi txn no iu[protected] and the bsnl transaction was showing pending. Now the bsnl txn no egf [protected] is showing failed but my money has not been returned to my account. Earlier for failed transactions money was returned imediately.

                Sir as advised by tel no 1500 i contacted our exchange at talabtillo who directed me to accounts officer at rani talab jammu. The concerned officer advised me to redeposit the bills and wait for the refund of failed transaction. I also contacted sbi but they informed that refund is to come from bsnl.
                I request you to kindly see to it that my payment is either adjusted or refunded to me.

                  Yesterday i traveled in uber share (Etios 8574) from madipakkam to ticel bio park. I was picked at 9.43 am at madiptakkam and dropped at 10.03am at ticel bio park. After getting down only, i noticed that i missed my mobile handset in front seat of the car. Driver name vinod kumar. As i have no mobile and no contact number of driver as the same struck in my mobile itself, i made complaint to uber. My sim no.[protected]. Though i made complaint to uber till date no response. Please block my sim [protected]

                    Bsnl 333 data plans sucks because it does not provide speed above 1Mbps and many speed checking sites show less than 500 kbps most of the times this is really disgusting because I was using a 2gb bsnl data plan before this and it provided speed more than 2 Mbps and 333 plan is a cheap trick by bsnl because I know it has nothing got to do with my phone or range

                      I am using bsnl both service landline and broad band. Pritampuri manpur west rampur road haldwani. But whenever there was a connectivity problem. Or wire is broken. I always complaint to our near by complaint office and they register our complaint. But the lineman sankar who was very rude never do his work in time and last time he solved the problem in four days. After so many complaint made aganist him. Then he does his work.. But now when we call him he cut our phone call and feed my number in blacklist. And i am unabel to call him back.
                      Sir we are paying our bill every month in time which is fixed but why we are getting such type of service. Sir its big request to you that please take an against the line man sankar who is very irresponsible towards his duty.. He always do same thing. And talk very rudely...

                        During online bill payment of my BSNL landline no[protected] amount deducted two times from my Fedaral bank account. During online bill payment there was an error payment was not successful then I refreshed and then payment. Was successful but later I found in my bank statement that amount was deducted two times I.e.831 two times from my account. Kindly look into the matter and reimburse me ₹831 asap.i did online payment on 25.05.2017 .please mail me further communication on my email id cs.[protected]@gmail.com

                          After time to night 11.55pm no data speed maximum speed 20kb/s for 3G network

                            Dear sir / madam,
                            Kindly deactivate hungama packages for the landline number[protected]. Wehave charged rs.1548.87 inthe monthly bill no.[protected] dt.06/05/2017 for hungama plan which we didn't subscribe for it. We received a call from bsnl on 27/01/2017 indicating the plans of hungama and also they have taken my mail-id and mobile number and asked to go through those plan in the hungama-bsnl site.
                            I would like toinform that this service ia activated without my knowledge and consent. Kindly deactivate of all the bsnl hungama service immediately from our landline number[protected].
                            I don't want to recive any extra charges for next month and also make the reduction in the next month bill.

                              The bill receipt that usually comes by 17th or 18th of every month came late this month (around 23rd or 24th) but since i pay the bill online the receipt itself was not any problem, so i paid the bill well before due date, but when the bill did come my brother filled it again and it was submitted twice. I'd like you to look into the matter and reimburse me the sum as soon as possible, I've attached both the paid receipts with this note.

                                    Sample SMS received (1): Hi 888xxxxxxx please call me 52000502

                                    (2) Earn Rs. 40000/- per month by sitting in home, hurry up ! Only limited seats available SEND J3 TO 59000

                                    (3) Ab smartphone aur Rs 1000 ka recharge payiye. Nitish Kumar kis state ke chief minister hain. A Bihar B Delhi. SMS win A or win B to 55678. Eg Win A

                                    (4) another sms tricking to call 54000303

                                    Dear BSNL, although we all know you are very hungry to make money in partnership with those bulk SMS senders playing crore rupees game yet we expect you to Respect the registration in Full DND category and stop sending spam.

                                    I further advice everyone to not respond these SMS or call any of those numbers.

                                    These are premium services with hefty subscription charges and it will result into balance deduction drastically and subscription to these unwanted services.

                                    It is next to impossible to get rid of those subscriptions and the only option left is to port your number to another service provider. Imagine the trouble !!!

                                      I have been using bsnl broadband. My bsnl landline number is[protected]. I want to complain regarding that no as we have not used the hungama music on demand, hungama movies on demand, hungama games on demand service and also unaware of activation of that service. As we have received the bill of last few months than we came to know that the demand on services is being activated and the charges has been levied on us.

                                      So please i request you to de-activate these demand on service as soon as possible and try revert back the charges if possible

                                      Waiting for your prompt reply at earliest and hope that it would be de-activated as soon as possible
