I have subscribed a plan o[censored]ld 675 but they are sending me bills of rs.1040. every month this is happening . i am a user from bihar-patna . even in the first month of broadband usage they sent me a bill of rs.4200. i dont know what are they doing . i request refund of all extra amount that they took from me till now asap. it is very bad to see that government owned isp is creating such a mess.
my cusomer id is [protected]. please solve my problem and return all the extra money that is taken by bsnl.

I tried to send Port message.But message is not sent.I tried many times.
BSNL might blocked my number.

    Dear Mam/Sir,
    My Name is Gulab Singh I have Brought A broadband Connection from BSNL, The Plan is of 249 per month (1Mbps/250gb limit). My BSNL Number is[protected]
    . While Buying Connection From Local Bsnl Exchange Darola (Near My Village), The Technician told me that i have to pay rs.500 for security fee and 249(+ taxes) each month. I have paid the security fee. After using 15 days of internet I got bill amount of 1396.40 Inr. I Have Only used 40gb data . I have brought Modem/Router Separately which cost me rs.2000. So Many Times I have Asked The Customer Care Nobody Really Given me clear answer. This Is the worest service i have ever seen. After 1 month my line is got disconnected And the bills are keep coming the next months bill is 1693.00 inr. It is huge amount to pay for bill i have already paid 2000 for router.
    The no. Of exchange is[protected] from where i brought this connection. I have not used a byte of internet aftet 1 month buying connection (because of disconnection).

    Last Time I contacted in the exchange the technician told i will try to return your extra payable rupees. Please take hardest action possible.

    This is to inform you mam/sir
    No action is taken by the day . I have waited alot, i have received call from BSNL that told that i have only bill rather than extra charges 1089
    Please note than 1089 is added to my first bill so it means (1089+286 approx) here 286 is bill that i can pay (including taxes) . My internet stopped working (disconnection) after one month. So I can pay only 286 inr. Because I have used internet for only one month. Please note that i have brought modem for rs.2000 separately. I have contacted bsnl local exchange worker[protected] who gave the connection he said you only have to pay 286. But no response is found by the company.

    Your payment portal https://portal2.bsnl.in is down. I am registered user on selfcare.bsnl.co.in and since last week I have been trying to pay the postpaid mobile bill. Now only option left is to go personally and pay the bill. I will opt out from BNSL very soon. Very bad and pathetic service.

As we don't want to use this hungama service so it is request that please deactivate all types of plan from above said landline, customer id, etc. I have not activated or used this hungama service still I am being charged for the same.

        I booked several complaints about my connectivity issues on BSNL customer care. But most of the time I was told to call again after 2 hours and when I tried calling after that time frame I was told the same once again. I managed to book 2 complaints which were both closed down without resolution. Actually I recharged with ₹333 which gives 3gb/day for 3 months in my prepaid bsnl sim. I wasn't able to use the internet with proper speed. I couldn't even load light websites or download files. I informed about the same to the consumer care executives every time I booked a complaint. I always got a text stating my issue has been resolved and the docket number is closed but the issue was never resolved. It's been one month now that I've recharged, and I can't use the internet and get adequate speeds even now. I recently moved to other city (Bangalore) and tried calling them once again that even after moving out to such big city I can't even get proper speeds even now I was told that they can't do anything and I should rather contact directly to BSNL Office. My issue hasn't yet been resolved and my 333rupees recharge is almost about to exhaust now. Neither I'd get the refund for compensation nor I was able to use the Internet. I was really in need o[censored]sing Internet at that moment and I don't really know what to do now.

          Look in my earlier complain on 12.06.017. I raised a complain regarding cb massege in my mobile inbox is disturbing me. So many time i lodged complai to your customer-care but is in vain.
          On 13.06.017 fr. Bsnl landline no. Patna someone official assured of solution but he too failed to solve the problem. As your system is ignoring my simple issue if you doesn't solve my undue massege problem in 48hrs. I may raise the issue legally.

            Frequent no internet connection
            Dear sir /madam
            I am p. Subramanian residing at thirunagar, madurai. For the past two month, internet connection (Evdo) was cut off several times. When i made complaints, technician would turn up to set right it. But after couple of hours, there would be connectivity issue. Subsequent no internet connection. I have checked my modem after taking it along to bsnl office to verify its working condition. Thats was working fine. I would like to have permanent solution to this issue. Kindly look into this issue to resolve it.

            please resolve quickly.
            Ita been two months i have got bsnl landline. But it continuosly keep on getting disconnected. Recently it stoped working and i have gone to bsnl exchange for more than 5 times. Its been a week but no one is comming to repair it. And the response from their side ia worst.
            UPS Fault LED is flashing and its not charging
            My landline is out of order for nearly 1 and half months. It being out of order so frequently that I can't make out whether it is working or not. The BSNL representative in my area i not responding properly when we complain to them. I often complaint in this portal and the problem is not yet resolved
            I have paid bill amount of rs.1, 348 on 22/06/2017, can nat print the receipt, So please send our receipr to our email id [protected]@GMAIL.COM

                I took the landline connection and it is not working on 14th june 17 to still now. I have already complained to the near by bsnl office but no one take action. This same problem come again again more 7 times in the past one year. But they take an action 15days of after complaint register date. So please take our complaint for your vision and solve our problem immediately.

                  I lost my sim card at ashoknagar, north 24 parganas, west bengal. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one misuse it and at the same time i want the same no with fresh new connection. But the bsnl officials say that as the sim was issued from up and it was not port to west bengal, they unable to give the same no. Please advice me in this regards.

                    If i am paying for 3g connection why dont u give me 3 g services, if i have paid for it u r giving me very slow internet speed is rhis fare. Your speed is worst at current moment. I am not facing this problem for days its from weeks every time when i call your customer care they ask me to call another number and when i try it it is being said to be invalid. Why is all this??

                      My latest complain no. Is [protected]. I have complain three time earlier also but there was no response. Every time it shows solved but they never solved the problem. [protected] this no. Is allowted to us by telephone department. This no. Is of mahesh kumar, who never picks up the call. This is really very disappointing that telephone department charges so high but their service is very poor. And people working in telephone department are so careless that they are not even paying attention to our complain.

No. I recharged a plan of rs. 333 of 3gb high speed data daily for 3 months but after 1 months data speed is only 40-60 kbps now and i am not able to use original high speed data of 3gb daily. I am updated complaint to bsnl office nit calicut one month before. But i didnt get any response from office. This month i got bills also.                             My self nishant shingdilwar has applied for new landline connection and paid connection fees of 750 rs in march 2017 to mr shukla mob no [protected]. He has said we will give you landline connection with in 3 days.
                            After few days i have tried to contact him for my landline connection many times but he never replied till yet. Still i am waiting for connection.
                            He haven't given connection till yet.

                            Now i have received the telephone bill of rs 1194 on dated 26/06/2017 attached with this complaint, seems disgusting, without giving connection how to pay such amount of bill.
                            I am requesting you sir please first give me landline connection and withdraw/correct the bill you have sent to me as soon as possible.

                                    My tel number[protected]. I booked one complaint on 20th for a same issue as 3rd time in this moth. From last 3 days trying to call exange but no one pic the call. Many times called c'care keep saying ur problem vl solved soon. The line taken from post to home was less than 15' hight. When heavy vehicle pass it get cut. Again and again they simple connect the wire and go. Same prob very next day. Each time they took 4-5 days time. So more than 12 days no net in this moth. But i have to pay full amount of bill. Ever worst service i faced. Finaly decided to cancel the line in this moth. No other way.

                                    Internet is not working and if it works for 2 to 3 days, then it won't be working for the next 1week. The service is very poor and they don't look into the matter at all
                                    I have BSNL broadband service..Its not working during night hours..signal strength is very weak and it goes of[censored]nexpectedly..this is happening frequently eventhough complaint has been registered

                                      in my home i have broad band conection
                                      but its not working properly
                                      but i m paying monthly 1500 rs
                                      we complaint so many times but no proper response
                                      i feel very poor service
                                      they are not solving, instead they said service is like this only, i[censored] dont want surrender any time no issue for that

                                      I'm iam using BSNL more than 10 years but now days signal problem is much more worsen

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have surrendered my land line connection with my instrument. I have completed all documentation formalities at indore nehru park head office of bsnl. My connection no was[protected]. I was promised that with in a month time i will get my deposit amount.
                                        Date of submission of application[protected] and submission of instrument and dues payment was done on[protected]. Office clark was mrs kanase. I gave details of my bank account also to them.
                                        I have phoned them on several occasion but not getting my problem resolved.
