I have exchanged my damaged prepaid bsnl mobile sim([protected]) on 1 September, 2018 at 12 noon and the sim had not been activated yet.it is very shameful for you that being a government organization, your customers are facing such problems.so kindly resolve this problem as soon as possilble.
