I have paid the bill amount of rs.778/- for mobile post paid bill through amazon pay on dated 23.10.2018 vide transaction reference number no. Bd01a0068298 but till date bill amount not adjusted. Kindly look into this matter and adjust my bill amount as earliest possible to avoid the disconnect of mobile number. I am looking from fast response from your side.

I have been BSNL customer since more than 25 years. However, for quite some time now, there is too much disturbance in the line and it also becomes dead for several days many time in a year.
GPON connectivity down since 14th October, 2018. Not rectified until today, i.e., 19th. Should not they deduct the proportionate amount from the next bill for the days service was not provided?
Dear sir My bsnl cell no. is94595 at home.because of some unwanted calls and abuses

I want last 2month call details of outgoing and incoming in my Email id.

    I am from kodungallur. I am the castomer of bsnl from 25 years. First my bsnl landline no is [protected]. When i change my house same area one kilometres from old house they told me there is no cabe is available on that area so the chang and give me a new bsnl tarang phone it's no is [protected]. Now this service is stopped.in my house area mobile network is very weak. I already requested to change my tarang to landline. But from office people telling they will provide mobile. Its useless for me. The service of kodungallur branch office is very bad services to the castomers. I need a solution on this. I request to send feedback to my e-mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

      Please cancel my landline connection with immediate effect as the same is not working past one month - line is dead. Made many complaints / escalations and till now not resolved, i am unnecessarily charged where the line is dead. I only get call from carmelaram telephone exchange (Which is just 250 meters from my residence) asking for line is working or not on my mobile phone, i pleaded many times to ask the person to come and have look for resolution, none of them turned up.

        Since so long I am facing landline disturbance issues and poor internet connectivity and slow speed, I have complained so many time and every time they assured me that my complaint will be resolve soon. But only two time their technicians came to my residence to look into the issue. And they knows nothing, they disconnects the cables from phone and router and connects it again and tells us that problem is solved now. But this problem is never been solved. They sends technically very poor guys. They have no Idea how to solve the issue. I have complained so many times that I can't remember exact numbers. I am paying approx 1400 inr every month to BSNL for nothing because in return they are providing me poor telephone connection and worst internet. BSNL claims that they provides 10mbps broadband speed, but please see the screenshot I have attached, you will get idea that what kind of speed I am getting. I am tired now I have no option except discontinue the BSNL services. I am requesting to whom so ever concerned person to please look into this issue because in BSNL no one has ability to solve the problems of their customers.

        No action taken by BSNL till now... Still facing the same slow speed issue, and my work is suffering.
        I lost my mobile in my college ..after a day I got it from my friend it was stolen by my friend ...when my mobile was stolen ..he thrown away my sim card ie. My bsnl sim card ...I need to block and get new duplicate sim card ...how can I get my bsnl sim card ?? Help me to get it

          I have written a letter to the manager bsnl b/o kakadeo for disconnection of my telephone connection no.[protected] as i am going to out of station on 11th october. But they have not disconnect my telephone uptill now. So, i request you, please instruct them to disconnect my telephone connection and charge only upto 11th october 2018. Of my date of application.

            Sir,
            On oct 21st 2018 they deducted amount of rs.20 on my mobile number and i spoke to customer care executive and i explained the problem that i'm not activated zindagi rocks and also the customer care person told me that u subscribe the service but they have no prove and i asked them to refund the amount they told money will not be refunded.
            Please take necessary action and ask them to refund the amount i'm complaining on behalf of all the customers future nobody should suffer

              Malkajgiri telephone exchange - bill cash counter collection employee unethical behaviour is hurting everyone who comes to pay bsnl landline telephone bills -

              1) always asks for atm card pin details and notes them down instead of allowing the opportunity for the customer to enter the atm pin # by themselves in atm pos machine (Note: banks inform never to reveal pin details to others)

              2) does not behave ethically while tendering amount change or when asked about some problem related to landline connection as the answers provided are very rude behaviour causing mental disturbance to customers who come to pay telephone bills & solve their bsnl landline connection woes

                    I am experiencing very poor mobile signal since about a year . Needs to make several calls to complete a conversation.
                    I am an old customer of BSNL and the signal was good till one year ago.
                    Since I am a medical doctor many patients contact me for emergencies. The signal problem is so serious that many a time a co mmunication can not be completed in spite of several attempts. Please help.

                        30th june 2018 i disconnected the land line phone. On 13th sep i gave my account number, ifsc code, security receipt of 2000/-and application. Phone number is [protected].                         Till now i didn't get any thing at least some notification should show in my mail and someone should call me about this

                          I am a BSNL customer for the last 10 years.For the last one year I am getting message from BT-BSNLCG stating "Your Pack Voice Chat (59797) is renewed with Rs.6.00 for 3 days" I am losing so much money once in 3 days In spite of sending STOP message so many time it is not stopped. They are deducting the money I also raised complaint under complaint section If you don't take any action & if it is not deactivated then I have to disconnect & shift my connection to some other services

                            I found the this seller listed in quikr selling puppie with ad i'd :[protected].
                            I ordered one and was asked to pay advance of 1500/- on 5/9/18. I made the payment through upi with transaction i'd :[protected]. After making payment the seller is not responding to my call and kept on delaying the delivery. When asked for refund he is not refunding. Quikr is not taking any step to recover my money.

                              My land phone number [protected] comes under aegis of. Pooyappally circle is not working since last week. I have lodged complaint in this regard through 198. But, no action has been taken to rectify the same so far. Since, this problem is being faced by me over three months, sometimes, it will be rectified within 2_3 days after lodging complaint


                              In vie of the above, please look into the matter and rectify it at the earliest.

                                I am not able to get upc code through sending sms to 1900. I am able to send messages to other numbers, but not to 1900. I want to port my number to a different service provider. Kindly help

                                  Now i am residing at suraj kund road, faridabad, haryana. Very very poor signal. Sometime i compelled to get the mobile 'off' then 'on' and call drop also there. Consequently, i wanted to 'port' the no. To other operator on 03.10.2018 but failed. (Reason - upc code mismatch as per msg). Again online formalities done for porting on 13.10.2018 but again 'code mismatch' msg has come. Why it is happening i don't know.
                                  For information, i rechrged my no [protected] (Sim - kolkata circle) of rs. 429/- on 30.08.2018 but i am not getting as per tarrif. Again i recharged for rs. 45/- (As advised by cust. Care kolkata) for unlimited calls as per tariff but in vain.
                                  I talked to bsnl cust. Care kolkata & haryana but problem not solved.
                                  I want either smooth functioning of bsnl operator otherwise to help to port to other operator.

                                    I am in the Bhagath singh street of Madurai circle in tamil nadu. I am not getting a proper bsnl signal and 3G internet service in my residential area. I have recharged my mobile with STV187 pack. But I could not get an internet service to my mobile.

                                    So I request you to kindly rectify this problem.

                                      Hi... I had recharged my phone [protected] with 1099stv with net banking but first time transaction failed but after that i recharged again and it succeeded but i came to know that money has been deducted from first transaction also so i went to bsnl office and they said they will give refund but its been almost 3 months and still no refund given... Please contact me at given number and solve issue at the earliest

                                        cannot place an outgoing call it says all lines are to the route are busy

                                        So i cannot place a call on my bsnl mobile number which i am using in delhi it says all lines to the route are busy pls try again after sometime i am facing this issue since many days and i contacted the customer support they say that they cannot do anything in the matter as they cannot find my mobile no in their system i’m very disappointed with the service at least not expected from bsnl....
