Please solve the solution am not getting even sing point also in mobile its showing no service. Please solve the solution i have been called so many times to the customer care but no solution please convey my complaint to higher authorities solve the signal problem. Can you please find the solution or else i will portable my network to other network.
How many times i have to call to customer care there is no response previously
My mobile signals are very good now am facing signal problem even calls are also not coming.

The BSNLland line underground cable for my connection of my telephone no.[protected] were cut while laying a new drainage line, in Rd.no.4, Doctors colony, Saroor nagar, Hyderabad - 500035. Can you restore my land line at the earliest.

Exchange office on dated 22.10.18. But it's a matter of great regret as govt dept. That no step has yet been taken by bsnl authority. So your early action in this matter will be appreciated.       Sir,
      My land phone number 2462579 comes under aegis of pooyappally circle was not working more than 4 weeks.in this regard i have lodged complaint through 198. Accordingly it was rectified for sometime without receiving incoming call facility. Further, i approached at pooyappallybsnl office and lodged complaint. However, they could not resolve the issue so far and now phone is totally out of order.

      Kindly look into the matter and advise to concern staff to resolve the issue at the earliest.

          I am using bsnl land line from 1973 onwards.
          I got broad band connection in 2008.
          Modem was supplied by bsnl.
          It was working till 3rd october. 2018. It was tested at bsnl exchange and found not repairable. New modem was suppled by bsnl and connected. But there is no internet from modem. Please resolve the problem.
          Or else i have to go to other service provider, which i do'nt want.

              I have raised multiple tickets about my internet not working. Everytime they call and say that technical person visits to resolve it but no one turns up and in next couple of days they close this ticket as resolved without doing nothing. Worst service and if they are not able to manage, better they shut down their services instead of fooling customers with their worst connection and services. I want to take this to the consumer court and make this kind of organisations pay for what they are doing.[protected] is my number.

                Hi,

                We had cut out bsnl landline number [protected].Attached are document for it.But then too we received landline telephone bill(pro cutting connection).Had gone to bsnl Valsad -396001 (Gujarat) office for refund of 500 deposit rupees. But still it is pending.

                Same mail was written to [protected]@bsnl.co.in from my gmail
                p.[protected]@gmail.com.Subject of mail is
                " [protected]-Did Not Received Deposit Refund Rupees".

                But still no response from them.Mail has evidences of documents.

                Needed information, what is status.

                    I have been BSNL customer since more than 25 years. However, for quite some time now, there is too much disturbance in the line and it also becomes dead for several days many time in a year.
                    GPON connectivity down since 14th October, 2018. Not rectified until today, i.e., 19th. Should not they deduct the proportionate amount from the next bill for the days service was not provided?

                      I am from kodungallur. I am the castomer of bsnl from 25 years. First my bsnl landline no is [protected]. When i change my house same area one kilometres from old house they told me there is no cabe is available on that area so the chang and give me a new bsnl tarang phone it's no is [protected]. Now this service is stopped.in my house area mobile network is very weak. I already requested to change my tarang to landline. But from office people telling they will provide mobile.                         Please cancel my landline connection with immediate effect as the same is not working past one month - line is dead. Made many complaints / escalations and till now not resolved, i am unnecessarily charged where the line is dead.                           Since so long I am facing landline disturbance issues and poor internet connectivity and slow speed, I have complained so many time and every time they assured me that my complaint will be resolve soon. But only two time their technicians came to my residence to look into the issue. And they knows nothing, they disconnects the cables from phone and router and connects it again and tells us that problem is solved now. But this problem is never been solved. They sends technically very poor guys. They have no Idea how to solve the issue. I have complained so many times that I can't remember exact numbers. I am paying approx 1400 inr every month to BSNL for nothing because in return they are providing me poor telephone connection and worst internet. BSNL claims that they provides 10mbps broadband speed, but please see the screenshot I have attached, you will get idea that what kind of speed I am getting. I am tired now I have no option except discontinue the BSNL services. I am requesting to whom so ever concerned person to please look into this issue because in BSNL no one has ability to solve the problems of their customers.

                          I lost my mobile in my college ..after a day I got it from my friend it was stolen by my friend ...when my mobile was stolen ..he thrown away my sim card ie. My bsnl sim card ...I need to block and get new duplicate sim card ...how can I get my bsnl sim card ?? Help me to get it

                              On oct 21st 2018 they deducted amount of rs.20 on my mobile number and i spoke to customer care executive and i explained the problem that i'm not activated zindagi rocks and also the customer care person told me that u subscribe the service but they have no prove and i asked them to refund the amount they told money will not be refunded.
                              Please take necessary action and ask them to refund the amount i'm complaining on behalf of all the customers future nobody should suffer

                                Malkajgiri telephone exchange - bill cash counter collection employee unethical behaviour is hurting everyone who comes to pay bsnl landline telephone bills -

                                1) always asks for atm card pin details and notes them down instead of allowing the opportunity for the customer to enter the atm pin # by themselves in atm pos machine (Note: banks inform never to reveal pin details to others)

                                2) does not behave ethically while tendering amount change or when asked about some problem related to landline connection as the answers provided are very rude behaviour causing mental disturbance to customers who come to pay telephone bills & solve their bsnl landline connection woes
                                (Zero marks for customer service)

                                      I am in Mananthavady Wayanad Dist Kerala 670645, Down Bazaar Road.

                                      I am experiencing very poor mobile signal since about a year . Needs to make several calls to complete a conversation.
                                      I am an old customer of BSNL and the signal was good till one year ago.
                                      Since I am a medical doctor many patients contact me for emergencies. The signal problem is so serious that many a time a co mmunication can not be completed in spite of several attempts. Please help.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        This is my bsnl number [[protected]] as post paid connection. I have given a request for mnp from bsnl to airtel on, we have no contractual obligation with bsnl kerala. I was told from airtel that your port number bsnl company rejected your request. And i have no dues. This seems to be just ridiculous. We are fully fed up with bsnl service. I need you to help me for this. You can contact me on [[protected]],

                                        I am a BSNL customer for past 10 years, but from last few months getting unnecessary OTP on my number ([protected]). Please resolve.
