In erode district, people from villages [lingagoundan valasu, poondurai semur and aaluthupalayam] facing bsnl network coverage issues. Couldn't even make calls. There is no point in using data plans.

Issue has been reported to local bsnl office [modakkurichi] but there is no action to rectify this issue.

I don't know whether this complaint request will solve our issue or not. But almost all people from our villages are using bsnl network only. If the problem continues, it would be better to change our network to other private networks where we will get good services of network coverage.

    My bsnl mobile [protected]. Voicechat is activated. I don't want it. But it is not unsubscribing. What do i do? My unscub request are getting cancelled 'invalid request' *777# is not allowed or failed. What to do? I can't afford rs deduction on a value added service i don't even use. Is it being a mistake using bsnl services? Shall i discontinue it forever? Return back my amount i am not interested in this service. Why it is not unsubscribing all my efforts gone in vain.

      I requested my mobile number to be ported from bsnl to jio on 16th july, 2018. The request was cleared on 20th july, 2018, and in the sms it was mentioned that the number will be activated on the jio sim on 23rd july, 2018. It is 10:30 pm on 23rd july and yet my sim has not been activated on my jio sim. The bsnl sim works instead. I have been told that it should not take more than 7 days to get the number ported and it has been a week now. I recently shifted to delhi and bsnl has horrible service here so i can't make calls. I am only relying on whatsapp for now. I've been juggling 2 phones and would like to make a convenient shift to one phone and my new sim as soon as possible. Please help.

        It is going to be about more than a 5 month since my broadband is not working after 7 pm.in this regard i have made many complaints to your dept. They have attended the problem but there is no improvement. Yesterday also your lineman attended the problem. Situation is still pathetic & unsolved. Please take the initiative to look into the problem as soon as possible for which i shall be highly grateful to you.

                Ek refund lene ke liye bhi itna time lag rha h to services kitni poor hogi sochiye. Connection dene k time pe sab jaage rhte h but refund dene ki baat aati h so jaate h. Worst services BSNL. And computer technology hone k baad bhi itna delay kar rhe h.. Wow.. Hats off
                Jis tarah penalty lagate h refund ko with interest repay karein if BSNL realise their mistake or i will have to take some other action
                I hope it will be shameful for bsnl to such inconvenience to their customer and as soon as possible they will refund it.

                    I have tried reaching BSNL several times but sadly couldn't. I have given application for disconnecting of my account on 7th February 2018. My active number was disconnected on 26 feb 2018. I had deposited 2 instruments for the same and local office SDO in sector 15 faridabad had assured me that it will be taken care of and the last bill will be adjusted in the deposit amount. It's been more than 5 months since the disconnection and I am still receiving bill. My security refund of Rs 5000 is still not processed. I called the GM and multiple times to accounts office and they never pick up. I went to office and asked and nobody cared to give any response.
                    I am really worried about the service and need help in this matter.

                    I sincerely look forward for your help and fixing the issue quickly of disconnecting the other number and process the refund.

                      I had taken new land line connection and with continues followup with BSNL i was allotted new connection with No[protected] on[protected]. From the day 1 the phone was note working properly. There was lot of disturbance while speaking. Cannot hear what the other side was speaking. Sometimes gets dead by itself. Several calls and complaints were made but there was nos response. the wiring done at residence is very shabby i is can get cut any moment. Such very poor response I have have never come across. I feel i made a blunder mistake in going for BSNL. Stern action has to be taken against the Officer for not providing proper service and not ready to speak to the customer.Feel one day or the other they will lot customers to the private service provider who are coming up with better and latest technology service.
                      Now please disconnect my landline connection and refund the amount immediately.

                        I have recharged my phone with the 187 offer that comes with a free CALLER TUNE. I have tried with the BSNL tunes app and also with the SMS method. Nothing is happening.
                        I took this offer only because of the CALLER TUNE subscription and now I don't get that.
                        I believe this is a serious issue where you are not providing what you promise for. It is a blackmark on the company's reputation. Hope you will do something very soon.

                          Today I had been to BSNL office in Anna nagar to surrender my landline alongwith the deposit receipt of Rs.15, 000/- paid during 1997. To my shock the official informed that the deposit amount is nil as the same has been returned to me in the form of rebate of telephone bill. As per the demand note it says the amount will be returned back on surrender to the applicant or legal heir on submission of death certificate. Then how come the same is adjusted. Whom should I complain further

                          BSNL Land Line and Broad Band Connections are NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Lot of disturbance in the line. Especially when it rains.
                          The sorry part is that the responsible officer is NOT WILLING TO LIST ION TO THE COMPLAINTS. Disconnects the Phone.

                            Our honorable PM Mr. Modiji declares digital India But BSNL service in Shriwardhan District: Raigad is very poor quality and unreliable. The staff ignores customers complaints though monthly bills arrives at the door step on time without discount and office insist us to pay within due date. The staff does not seems to care and either not competent enough to understand technical/ problem solving knowledge or unwillingness to answer the complaints or direct to waste basket.
                            If this is not your area to solve the situation please direct to proper BSNL's jurisdiction area and who may look after with real interest to improve the service. My BSNL lanline # is [protected] ( at moment is dead! & complaint several times))

                              MY LANDLINE No. IS[protected].The land line is out for several months . I have lodged complaints several times on your customer care. But it remain unresolved. It s not possible to keep changing the service provider because the land line phone once installed, provided to many other places.

                              Even without using the landline, I have paid Rs1074 on 9th July 2018, to bsnl as your reminders keep coming without attending the landline. hope somebody would notice and attend the line.

                                Sir I requested a Port my no.to another company and I send SMS and I get porting code and though this code I bought a new sim card of another company and bsnl give me 7 days for this process but after 7 I called bsnl and ask him to what's my port status then they tell we cannot find your request please try again . What a hell is this I brought new sim from that code but they tell we cannot find your request and bsnl exicutive behave very rudely . Bsnl you cheat with me I hate you please resolve my problem .

                                  The BSNL wimax network in SIVASAGAR DIST, (ASSAM) is not working properly since last two months . The network often fluctuating time to time and sometime it shows DNS server not responding .The Deoartment workers also never take care of responsibilities on this matter .                                       In May, 2018, my landline phone was completely dead for 20-25 days and still I received a bill of around Rs 1200 and in June also dead for 10-15 days and still I receive a bill of Rs 600 as I changed my plan in June.

                                      I dont understand why should I pay for service I not used. BSNL is cheating their customers. I sent so may emails to their customer care team and BSNL CMD but no response.

                                      Please help me in this matter.

                                        I am using bsnl landline broadband service. Today i got a call saying he was a bsnl representative and asked me whether i am facing any connectivity issue, to my bad luck i was really facing an issue and conveyed to him. He told me to send a message bvas at 56677 from my alternate number and my issue will be solved. When i sent him the message he said that i have successfully subscribed for bsnl hungama services. I was shocked to here this and immediately questioned him why such service is activated when the call was for solving connectivity issue.

                                        Bsnl hungama has cheated me by giving false information and made me subscribe to a service fraudulently.

                                        I request you to kindly deactivate the service and take strict action against them and request you to reimburse the charges which they will be charging me.
