My number is [protected]. I am a bsnl prepaid customer. I have charged rs 30/- per month from 5567803, i got message from 5567803 from that "you are charged rs 30 for subscribing the service new_zindagirocks of validity 30 days. For de-subscribe send sms stop to 155223" called customer care on 1503. They are refusing to return my balance. Please stop all these. I don't want any subscription.

    Respected sir,
    I want to tell you that tower is installing in our place. Me and sorrounding people are living there, they only want to please kindly shift this tower from given place to other place. These tower are installing in residential area, this is also very near school, hospital, is living around there. Many old people already have health problem, if this tower will setup in this location, this will more affect, these people. This electromagnetic rays are very harmfull for these small school children and hospital patients. Etc. This is very near on side of busy road. These also not following rules of tower installation guide. If these tower will success to setup there then in future various diseases like cancer, tumer, birth defect, etc will comes in to existence. We people again kindly request to you, shift this tower installing into other place. Please help for atleast small childen and hospital patients.

      This is with regards to employee by name, padmini, who works at 4th block jayanagar, bangalore telephone exchange office.
      She's one of the most arrogant & rude person.
      Do not have patience to answer customer queries who walk up to jayanagar office.
      She do not bother to ask what is the issue, she starts howling, as if customers have encroached her property!.

      Higher authorities at bsnl office, should help her with trainings on "how to handle customers & their queries".

        This happened continously from 25august to 25 september still is going on.The cisf staff fraud me. His name is shrikant from rajasthan.he posted an add on olx to sell iphone 7 imei (protected).he sent me his adharcard so i trusted and fixed our deal i sent him 23000 via paytm.i have his adhar card and transaction details.now all i want is refund my money not phone.

          My cellphone no. is [protected] a d it was post paid. However, just a day back, I got it changed to prepaid card and I inserted the new simcard given to me n my handset.

          While trying to open the cellphone, display was SIM LOCK and it was asking for password. I have not put any password. How to reset it or how to unlock the SIMMy no. is [protected].

          I called up customer care and there they found no prolem in my connection but I am not able to use my cellphone nor I am getting any calls or messages. All important documentations are verified through my cellhone no. Pl advice.

            Dear sir / madam,
            My land line number was total dead from last 2 months. I had already given written complain about dead land line number & give us re bet in our land line bill. But till date bsnl not taking any serious action on this.
            From june-2018 we are facing this problem. 2 - 2 and more days continuously we book complain on tollfree number then line man come and fix this problem for 10 - 15 day again same problem occurs.in last month we book complain on tollfree number mr. Raghunath sande (Line man of bsnl) come & say don't book complain i will personally come solve ur problem we definitely give your re - bet in bill. By bsnl rull more 3 day land line is dead then you are eligible for re - bet in bill.
            On[protected] we give written complain about dead land line & re - bet in bill. Now today again our land line was dead with this we are not making calls from land line to any other cellular phone, even not hear clear voice from both sides (On incoming & outgoing calls).

            We are very very fad-up by this type of problem please we request you to solve this matter as soon as possible on high priority basis.

              I am sharad ramakant bhonsle, having the bsnl landline connection in my house and the landline phone number is [protected].
              But, in the telephone bill, my name is printed as bhosale sharad ramakant.

              And the address of my residence is not full as i need the full address for giving the bsnl bill as a resident proof for my passport application.
              The full adress of my resident is:
              759/126 b, flat no.5, vrundavankunj society, prabhat road, deccan gymkhana, pune - 411004

              I want the changes in my name from bhosale sharad ramakant to sharad ramakant bhonsle.
              And i want the address to be updated as i have mentioned above.

              Kindly help me in sorting out this problem at your earliest. I will be waiting for your help in the form of solution for my problem.

                    Last year i have applied for bsnl landline connection. I stay in mantri splendor, bangalore. Few people came and charged 500rs. Next day they gave telephone and other accessories. After few days again they came to give connection. But it was not working. They told "i will come and fix in sometime". Thats all they never came back to connect. But bsnl started sending bill and asking me to pay every month.

                    I have raised the complaint and they are asking me to come to main branch and give complaint letter. Which i refused to do cause i cant spend my time to travel that for bsnl poor customer care. And i have to remove everything and pay my 500rs back. And one guy came after a year and told few accessories are missing i cant take it back.

                    Still bsnl sending bill.

                    Really felt very disappointed of indian govt. Service.

                      Internet lease line is down daily at frequent intervals. Today line is down since 2.00pm. Daliy the same the problem is occured and we are fed up. Though we have spent lacs of rupees avaling the lease line we are facing problem which we us to face earlier i. E almost silimar to broadband conncetion. We have almost 15 systems connected to the lease line. Due to the disconnection of internet all the work get struck up of 15 persons and is creating hurdles for us. Please look into the matter and resolve.

                          After 15 yrs service with bsnl. Now i have decided to close bsnl landline. Because i have never seen how the crazy peoples are there. Poor customer care. They have unable to handle any problem or have no power to solve any customer problem. I have used my landline number[protected] under behala circle, kolkata. Giving complain regarding phone dead. Each and every day i contact with customer care, they told one thing always your problem has taken, it will be solve with 3 days. There is a limit to wait. Now i have decided to close the connection.
                          At-last i request you to close my connection. No need anymore.

                            उपरोक्त विषयांतर्गत निवेदन है कि मेरा फोन कनेक्श्न पिछले बहुत समय से मेरे किसी काम नहीं आ रहा है, इसके लिए मैंने जब पिछली बार दिनांक 08.08.2018 को बिल जमा करवाया था, ( जिसका बिल नंबर-[protected]
                            बिल दिनांक-08.08.2018 राशि-869.0 ) तब उक्त कनेक्श्न को बंद करने के लिए एक प्रार्थना पत्र भी संबन्धित कार्यालय जो कि एन टी पी सी कॉलोनी, शक्तिनगर जिला सोनभद्र उत्तर प्रदेश में स्तिथ है, में दिया था । परंतु उसपर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई और दिनांक-03.09.2018 को फिर से मुझे बिल भेज दिया गया, जो कि सरासर गलत और उपभोक्ता के हितों के विरुद्ध है ।
                            चूंकि यह फोन मेरे पहले भी काम मे नहीं आ रहा था और अब भी किसी काम नहीं आ रहा है, अत: आपसे फिर अनुरोध है कि इस फोन कनैक्शन को बिना किसी भुगतान के तकाजे के बंद कर दिया जाए क्योंकि मैंने पहले भी आपके कार्यालय में सूचना दी थी, जिस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जाकर फिर से बिल भेजकर मुझे प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है, जो कि गलत है ।
                            आपसे करबद्ध निवेदन है कि यदि अब भी इस कनैक्शन को बंद नहीं किया तो मैं भविष्य में आने वाले बिलों का भुगतान भी नहीं करूंगा, जिसकी ज़िम्मेदारी भी आपकी स्वंम की होगी ।
                            अत: इस संबंध शीघ्रतिशीघ्र कार्यवाही कर मुझे अनुग्रहीत करे एवं सिक्यूरिटी डिपाजिट शीघ्रतिशीघ्र वापस करें ।

                              My internet connection is working from 2 months straight, i go to area office they give me answers like we are looking in to it . And now they starting to miss behaving with me . I am unable to find out what to do to fix my internet connection now i can't even go to them to ask to fix it cause they will start to miss behave with me and customer care line is no help at all they will tell me to visit area office.

                                Our BSNL landline is dead for several days. They would come up with some temporary fix(wire change, box change) which would not last for 2-3 days. This is ever continuing and frustrating . We are unable to use our landline efficiently
                                I request to kindly you to communicate with the service provider and provide us permanent solution. We are ready to surrender our landline connection if this problem persists.

                                  Hello, i’m from kattamkavala. A village in kasaragode district. Here i’m getting only bsnl 3g as decent signal. Even though i should place my phone in some particular place for connectivity. All other providers like idea, vodafone, airtel are not giving 3g signals here. All are using bsnl at my home. All are having internet connections too. I’m telling 2 complaints against bsnl now.
                                  1. Should increase 3g connectivity here, because most of the users are bsnl customers here & has smartphones too.
                                  2. From last 5 days, at sharp 12:30am the 3g internet will be unavailable to use. It’s simply showing can’t connect to the server.
                                  Every websites & every browsers.
                                  But everything works on 2g at the same time.

                                  At present we are getting signal from malom. The nearest village. So i request you to either increase the signal strength of that tower or plant a new tower at our village. Kindly take my request seriously & do something to resolve the issue. Thanks

                                      We are staying in kereguddadahalli near chikkabanvara bangalore.
                                      From past 2 months we are facing of lot of slow internet problem.
                                      It's not only in my cell phone, it's for the whole surrounding.
                                      The speed is very very slow. It's the worst internet speed that i have experienced so for.
                                      I'm eagerly waiting from past 2 months that it would be proper.
                                      But no sign of solving the problem.

                                      Sir, please forgive me it's Airtel not BSNL . So please ignore my complaint .
                                      I requested a region port from Andhra to Assam, it's been 16days but I haven't got signal for the new sim that has been issued. They said it would take 15days for me to get signal in the new issued sim card, but nothing happened.

The reply i received from your side through phone call was we will receive a message from your side regarding the deactivation of voice chat service. To my disappointment i did not receive any message. But rs 10 was deducted since 28.8.2018. Kindly deactivate my voice chat services immediately.
