Land line phone no[protected] of govt. Middle school rajowal is not out of order and broadband is also not working since may 5, 2018 . I had logged complaint so many times at nearest telephone exchange and also customer care but no solution .
Its a school connection . We are facing so may problem to check daak send by our department .
You are humble request to please take series action against sdo to solve our problem .

    Frequently I am getting calls from the following numbers and when I take up the receiver, no body speaks from the other end. It seems that he is listening to what I am talking or just make a fun by making me to attend the useless calls

      I do approach your good self to submit my complaint for early solution.
      As per above transaction receipts I have recharged my bsnl SIM No. [protected] online with Rs 65.00 & Rs 159.00 respectively but these were dishonoured as Invalid Denomination OxiTransID-[protected] &[protected]. So it my earnest request to refund and credit the said amounts to my SBI account from where these have been debited as earliest possible. Kindly expedite my issue war footing. copies are attached for your reference.

      With due regards I do submit my complain to your kind perusal for early solution.
      I have recharged my bsnl mobile with Rs 159.00 & Rs 65.00 & Rs 46.00 through Oxigen Pvt. Ltd. & Easy mobile recharge.com but not a single recharge was neither honoured nor refunded to my debit account. So I request your good self to instruct these service providers to refund my amount to my debit account.

      With due regards I do lodge my complaint that I have recharged my BSNL mobile No. [protected] with Rs 159.00, Rs 65.00 and Rs 46.00 respectively on 11.7.2018 through online on www.myoxigen.com & www.easy mobile recharge.com vide the attachments already sent to your kind perusal, so I do request your good self to instruct the said service providers to refund my above amount to my SBI debit account at an early date.

        I surrendered my phone+BB connection in respect of phone number 222526 with BSNL Office at Nangal distt Ropar, Pb (dialling code 1887) towards the end of March 2018. I was informed that i had been disconnected only in the second week of April. Since then I have got a negative bill in May but the security deposit has not been refunded so far.

        Under TRAI rules the refund has to be made within 60 days of the surrender of the connection. This has not been done in my case. BSNL should immediately make the necessary refund.

        BSNL should also streamline its customer care process and make it easier and short.

          I have already switched my mobile No. [protected] from BSNL to Reliance JIO through MNP. The Mobile No already transferred to Reliance. However, I have not yet received my Security Deposit amount of Rs. 500 from BSNL. Further, BSNL has issued me bill for the current month amounting to Rs. 480.26. So, it is requested to refund my Security Amount and cancel the current bill.

          as soon as possible.
          We are not getting BSNL mobile signal at Bachupally mandal and village area. this is suburban area, but industrial and educational institutes are so many in that area,
          I've been receiving otp number from 57171. I have not made any transaction, nor made any request for the OTP.

            Hi,

            I have recently port my no to BSNL and it is horrible network, most of the time it shows no service, I don't get any OTP while transacting where I have activated mobile OTP option, so I wanted to go back to Airtel please help me, my mobile has single sim option and I am not able to use my phone at all, I raised multiple complaint but it did not worked. With this service I am not able to do daily activity.

              Hello, I'm sending "PORT [protected]" to 1900 but getting the reply: "Incorrect request, please send the UPC request with correct format". I have checked everything but nothing has helped. BSNL customer care has no idea and said they cannot help. Tried using country code along with the number but no luck. Please help. I'm frustrated now.

                I recharged my bsnl mobile for rs.20 through net banking .My balaance was deducted from my bank account but recharge is not showing in my phone balance.I recharge on 07.07.2018 at 11:49 a.m. I was informed through notification that Recharge will reflect within 24-48 hours but now it is greater than 48hrs till not it is not reflected in my account.This is fraud. I recharged through icici bank net banking.I either want my recharge to be done or my money back into my account.

                  Hi- I had already disconnected my BSNL Land phone connection (No[protected] at Kasaragod, Kerala on Feb 2018 . Had Personally visited BSNL office, at Kasaragod and have given the letter to the officals for disconnecting the landline, Feb 2018 . Which was accpted by BSNL office and was informed that land line will be disconnected with immediate effect. But regret to state that BSNL is still generating bill for the said Landline connection and sending me. Request to please stop sending me bills . Request BSNL to please acknowledge and confirm the same through an intimation notice

                    As we got the connection of bsnl wifi since many years ago but due to some conditions I disconnected bsnl service from my home and i submitted landline and all relevant documents and wires to the office and they said that you will get your refund within 1 year but it is now been nore than 2 years I didnt get my refund of appx 1000rs. or more.

                    My working mobile number is [protected].

                    Its pathetic that its been more than 2 years and i didnt het my refund from Bsnl.

                      I am regret and sad about the service of BSNL. My DND service deactivated by company and number of calls from different sources will come. The behaviour of your customer care is rude.The balance will cut when I receive call from " +[protected]". Please solve my problem.

                        Hi. Last month BSNL have charged extra 475Rs on my bill as one time charge for some hungama movies which I didn't subscribe for. I called them and told the same. Now I received my this month bill. Again the same thing. Please remove the extra charges from my bill or disconnect my connection. Am not interested in continuing with a company like this.

                          We have a land line from dp distance is just between 30 meter, Each and every alternative we had to raise complain either telephone dead, noisy, no incoming, Telephone service man always says our instruments is faulty when we know its a new one no problem at all. Many times requested them to connect on cable connection as this connection is within very very short distance. Now a days out going is ok but the sound of incoming calls are very much disturbed .. The people are very casual. Their department can check that the schedule payment of which is done on time each and every months, what type of service will they tender to their customer ..

                              I got a new sim going to BSNL office paying Rs.20/- fee standing in Q for an hour as the old sim was misplaced.
                              Even after two days the new sim (same number) has not been activated.

                              The customer care says my number is still blocked and I have to go the same BSNL office again and complain.
                              I do not understand why the customer care can not pass the same complaint to the "Same Bsnl" office themselves and solve the issue.
                              I have to spend 3 hours of my time 200 rs auto charges and probably another 20rs fee.

I have given request to bsnl customer care by mobile for activation of DND service.But they didn"t give me any service request ref no by sms or told me by phone after taking DND complain.Only told wait 7days.Tillnow my problem not solved.l have used sms data sended to 1909 & phone to 1909 cc.No solu"n made.so pl took necessary steps for my complain against BSNL CUSTOMERCARE.

                                  After lodging my complaint to bsnl that my landline is not working i received a call from a person that in order to get a complain number i have to send an sms bvas to 56677 and soon after sending message i started receiving sms messages saying
                                  1. Thank you for registering bsnl hungama service.
                                  2. User name and password
                                  I didn't think much of it at that time but when i went on the said website and saw the services activated, i immediately deactivated the services so that i don't get charged but today i received the bill amount with 300rs extra charged for the hungama services. Now this is complete fraud and i don't know how these guys got to know my number and the fact that i've lodged a complaint, it might be that bsnl is giving them our info.
                                  I have made my mind to disconnect my landline connection and would like to have some solution to this matter and my hard earned money back which those frauds charged from me.

                                    After complaint to several authority, the service is out of order for a number of days and i facing troubles. I have approached local authorities, they are indifferent to the customer. When we late to pay, the are charging late fee but when phone is kept out of order and delaying to repair, no concession is given but taking full hire charge. As a customer it very much difficult to continue with this company. There are several companies whose service is far better than bsnl. So it is better to leave the connection inoperative and stop for ever.

                                    From yesterday onward though the network is showing 3G no internet is available. I called customer care and opted language as English still the customer care executive was not ready to speak in English and each time i called my call was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. The service is pathetic. I have decided to port my connection.

                                        Iam mohan kumar lingasamy, residing at 1/226-1, c. O. Colony, collectorate post, virudhunagar-626002, tamil nadu.
                                        We are having landline connection[protected] for more than 15 years. Even in this era of mobile technology we are using this for the communication with our old aged parent as they are not versed with the mobile usages. Also this is being an ancient no., connecting to our friends.
                                        The problem is - for past five years our land line is not even working continuously for a 10 days time. Its going dead or not ringing in actual, line disturbance etc., etc., creating hindrance to communicate with our parent.
                                        Writing this after coming to the verge of changing the landline options with other networks.

                                        Since 1.2.18 my land line phone was not working properly, due to the fault of cable.Department informed me that due to non availability of cable, they cannot repair my telephone line. On 6.6.2018 my phone was repaired and the cable changed.Kindly arrange to refund the bill I have paid without using the facility.
