I had taken new land line connection and with continues followup with BSNL i was allotted new connection with No[protected] on[protected]. From the day 1 the phone was note working properly. There was lot of disturbance while speaking. Cannot hear what the other side was speaking. Sometimes gets dead by itself. Several calls and complaints were made but there was nos response. the wiring done at residence is very shabby i is can get cut any moment. Such very poor response I have have never come across. I feel i made a blunder mistake in going for BSNL. Stern action has to be taken against the Officer for not providing proper service and not ready to speak to the customer.Feel one day or the other they will lot customers to the private service provider who are coming up with better and latest technology service.
Now please disconnect my landline connection and refund the amount immediately.

    I have recharged my phone with the 187 offer that comes with a free CALLER TUNE. I have tried with the BSNL tunes app and also with the SMS method. Nothing is happening.
    I took this offer only because of the CALLER TUNE subscription and now I don't get that.
    I believe this is a serious issue where you are not providing what you promise for. It is a blackmark on the company's reputation. Hope you will do something very soon.

      Today I had been to BSNL office in Anna nagar to surrender my landline alongwith the deposit receipt of Rs.15, 000/- paid during 1997. To my shock the official informed that the deposit amount is nil as the same has been returned to me in the form of rebate of telephone bill. As per the demand note it says the amount will be returned back on surrender to the applicant or legal heir on submission of death certificate. Then how come the same is adjusted. Whom should I complain further

      Dear Sir/Madam, My landline phone of BSNL Odisha bearing No.[protected] as well as internet connection is out of order.
      I have been contacting the authorities of BSNL, Odisha Circle time and again, but no result.
      BSNL Land Line and Broad Band Connections are NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Lot of disturbance in the line. Especially when it rains.
      The sorry part is that the responsible officer is NOT WILLING TO LIST ION TO THE COMPLAINTS. Disconnects the Phone.
      All the line Cables are toooooo Old and Damaged,

        Our honorable PM Mr. Modiji declares digital India But BSNL service in Shriwardhan District: Raigad is very poor quality and unreliable. The staff ignores customers complaints though monthly bills arrives at the door step on time without discount and office insist us to pay within due date. The staff does not seems to care and either not competent enough to understand technical/ problem solving knowledge or unwillingness to answer the complaints or direct to waste basket.
        If this is not your area to solve the situation please direct to proper BSNL's jurisdiction area and who may look after with real interest to improve the service. My BSNL lanline # is [protected] ( at moment is dead! & complaint several times))

          MY LANDLINE No. IS[protected].The land line is out for several months . I have lodged complaints several times on your customer care. But it remain unresolved. It s not possible to keep changing the service provider because the land line phone once installed, provided to many other places.

          Even without using the landline, I have paid Rs1074 on 9th July 2018, to bsnl as your reminders keep coming without attending the landline. hope somebody would notice and attend the line.

            Sir I requested a Port my no.to another company and I send SMS and I get porting code and though this code I bought a new sim card of another company and bsnl give me 7 days for this process but after 7 I called bsnl and ask him to what's my port status then they tell we cannot find your request please try again . What a hell is this I brought new sim from that code but they tell we cannot find your request and bsnl exicutive behave very rudely . Bsnl you cheat with me I hate you please resolve my problem .

              The BSNL wimax network in SIVASAGAR DIST, (ASSAM) is not working properly since last two months . The network often fluctuating time to time and sometime it shows DNS server not responding .The Deoartment workers also never take care of responsibilities on this matter .               Getting unwanted messages from unknown numbers with ugly links and stuff. Numbers are like BZ-6*****. I don't want such messages. Kindly don't disturb me.

              I want to change the name one to my wife's name and other to my son's name.
              But BSNL Customer Service informed me that it is not possible as both the sim have been Aadhaar updated in my name.

                  In May, 2018, my landline phone was completely dead for 20-25 days and still I received a bill of around Rs 1200 and in June also dead for 10-15 days and still I receive a bill of Rs 600 as I changed my plan in June.

                  I dont understand why should I pay for service I not used. BSNL is cheating their customers. I sent so may emails to their customer care team and BSNL CMD but no response.

                  Please help me in this matter.

                    I am using bsnl landline broadband service. Today i got a call saying he was a bsnl representative and asked me whether i am facing any connectivity issue, to my bad luck i was really facing an issue and conveyed to him. He told me to send a message bvas at 56677 from my alternate number and my issue will be solved. When i sent him the message he said that i have successfully subscribed for bsnl hungama services. I was shocked to here this and immediately questioned him why such service is activated when the call was for solving connectivity issue.

                    Bsnl hungama has cheated me by giving false information and made me subscribe to a service fraudulently.

                    I request you to kindly deactivate the service and take strict action against them and request you to reimburse the charges which they will be charging me.

                      Land line phone no[protected] of govt. Middle school rajowal is not out of order and broadband is also not working since may 5, 2018 . I had logged complaint so many times at nearest telephone exchange and also customer care but no solution .
                      Its a school connection . We are facing so may problem to check daak send by our department .

                            I surrendered my phone+BB connection in respect of phone number 222526 with BSNL Office at Nangal distt Ropar, Pb (dialling code 1887) towards the end of March 2018. I was informed that i had been disconnected only in the second week of April. Since then I have got a negative bill in May but the security deposit has not been refunded so far.

                            Under TRAI rules the refund has to be made within 60 days of the surrender of the connection. This has not been done in my case. BSNL should immediately make the necessary refund.

                            BSNL should also streamline its customer care process and make it easier and short.

However, I have not yet received my Security Deposit amount of Rs. 500 from BSNL. Further, BSNL has issued me bill for the current month amounting to Rs. 480.26. So, it is requested to refund my Security Amount and cancel the current bill.

                                I have recently port my no to BSNL and it is horrible network, most of the time it shows no service, I don't get any OTP while transacting where I have activated mobile OTP option, so I wanted to go back to Airtel please help me, my mobile has single sim option and I am not able to use my phone at all, I raised multiple complaint but it did not worked. With this service I am not able to do daily activity.

                                    I recharged my bsnl mobile for rs.20 through net banking .My balaance was deducted from my bank account but recharge is not showing in my phone balance.I recharge on 07.07.2018 at 11:49 a.m. I was informed through notification that Recharge will reflect within 24-48 hours but now it is greater than 48hrs till not it is not reflected in my account.This is fraud. I recharged through icici bank net banking.I either want my recharge to be done or my money back into my account.

Had Personally visited BSNL office, at Kasaragod and have given the letter to the officals for disconnecting the landline, Feb 2018 . Which was accpted by BSNL office and was informed that land line will be disconnected with immediate effect. But regret to state that BSNL is still generating bill for the said Landline connection and sending me. Request to please stop sending me bills .                                         As we got the connection of bsnl wifi since many years ago but due to some conditions I disconnected bsnl service from my home and i submitted landline and all relevant documents and wires to the office and they said that you will get your refund within 1 year but it is now been nore than 2 years I didnt get my refund of appx 1000rs. or more.
