Sir i have disconnected bsnl land line on april 2018 clearing all dues.
I need to get refund of rs 1587/-

I have deposited at dibiyapur, for refund they asked me to submit at etawah office.,

Submitted refund application on 16. July.2018 and received acknowledgement for the same.

It has been more than 3 months of submitting refund application.

Still now i have not received my refund amount. I have followed up with all the officers. Every time they are cooking up some stories that there is no fund for refund need to get from meerut.

    This is to bring your knowledge in (Cb/3c& 3d) dda flats few flats of cb block dda flats munirka unauthorized construction going on very rapidly which r very harmful of building as well neighbors... This is very risky to cross over there.

    Therefore i requested to take necessary action of on this illegal construction.

      I had changed the sim for 3g about a week back by paying rs.120. Later i recharged with rs429/ plan, supposed to be 3.25 gb per day for 3 months. I am getting speed of about 0.15 to 0.20 mb per second only. Anyway i can get the speed increased

        Dear sir,

        Landline with broadband no[protected]
        Surrendered on 3rd february 2018.
        We prepaid yearly bill of 12000+.

        Since 8 months we have not received refund cheque.
        The landline number is from panchmi bsnl office pune maharashtra.
        When we do follow up for refund cheque pune office says its
        Responsibility of mumbai office.

        How and to whom @mumbai office we should connect.
        Fyi: no change of address.

        Kindly help us thanks in advance.

          I was holding my BSNL landline for more than 23 years.I had surrendered my landline phone number[protected] and completed all the necessary formalities almost three moths back under reference no SL- 10, 248 Dated 17/07/2018.

          Unfortunately neither the security deposit has been refunded nor there is any positive response from your BSNL Ranikuthi, Kolkata, Accounts Office till date.

          It is so much disgrace to make such a complaint as while accepting the deposit your organization accept it upfront but while the question of refund comes you become so much unresponsive.

          I am attaching the scanned copy of the receipt with a request to taqke necessary action with the competent authority.

            More times are requested to bsnl officer, not respond in this matter

              From 7th of october my bsnl number [protected] of gangtok, sikkim has shown an issue of not being able to do outgoing calls and only incoming calls are being received other than that nothing has changed since. Even the recharge is already there and it's validity is still not expired yet. I hope you reflect on this issue and get fixed as soon as possible.

                My self madhu having mob no. [protected] not able to msg from same no. Every time it showed failure. I suffered a lot even my all online transaction got failure because of this issue.
                This no. I had long time back so i don't want scrap it. But due to worst services it seems very hard to go with same.
                Please look into and resolve the issue.

I want to get my sim active again as it contain lots of my contact and in few days i will be in bihar so i have to use this sim only. This sim is of bihar and right now i am in rajasthan.                   More than 2 months since I submitted request for shifting of my old telephone[protected] to new exchange (within same city).
                  No action has been taken. Nobody had even contacted me. All my visits to BSNL office yield no proper response (from both old exchange as well as new exchange).
                  My bsnl prepaid SIM not working from yesterday. My bsnl no. is [protected]. Please look into my issues and help me immediately.

                  How can BSNL disconnected after a small fluctuation in electricity? Don't BSNL ask to provide back up power supply wherever they have their towers? That's happening again n again in DSK Vishwa, Dhayari, Pune, Maharashtra, India. It's serious problem. Take a look.

                    I am using bsnl service for past 15 years, i have recharged rs319 on 3/10/18 at 8.20 am for cell no [protected] done by me to my father, unfortunately my father also recharged rs 319 on 03/10/18 at 6pm same day, what happened is my recharge amount rs 319 has been swapped or removed, now one recharge amount has been accounted

                    I request you to consider 2 recharges done on same day for accounting purpose

                      It has been 6 years until now since we lodged our application in the year 2012 for new connection at 59/3 baby nagar, madambakkam guduvancherry 603202 and we haven't been given a connection yet. Every time we call our exchange we have been given only excuses for the last 6 years.in our area there are 8 or more people that i'm aware require a connection but it has been proved it has been a waste of time. This is my last resort to bring forward to your attention hoping to see some good result.

                          Hi, my name is dinu and my mobile number is [protected], on dt-08/10/2018 at 2.30 pm, i have made recharge my phone by reload recharge application service on my number but by mistake he had recharges rs.399/- towards another number [protected], which seems same as my number, and the rs.399/- topup has been transfered to his number and he has denied to pay me. So, i have a request from bsnl (Government organigation) that in this situation what is the procedure to bring back any one money as this is against the law of conduct and justice. My request to government organisation to please make some more software for stopping such kind of mistake.

                            Sir/madam,

                            This is frequent issue we are facing we are facing with bsnl whenever we request for change of plan (I. E.) from higher plan to lower plan we are levied with the deposit charges of the new plan and old deposit was not getting adjusted with the bill. After we submit a complaint still the billing department not taking necessary action to reverse the charges this resulting in higher bill with late payment fee. Kindly take this issue and inform the respective department to reverse the charges after a complaint or intimation from the customer.

                            We will never pay the full amount even if there is a communication stating that charges will reversed at later date.

                                Hello sir, I Naresh Shrikishan Sharma having landline and broadband connection with no [protected]. From LAST TWO TO THREE MONTHS I am facing problems to access internet due to getting very low speed of internet signal due to BSNL fault. I has been number of complaints filing for this issue on customer care no.[protected] and 1504 and in-personaly and several times on phone number [protected] in the office of Shivaji Putala, Vazirabad, but problem is still persits, I attached the plan details image i get speed 100-200kb and sometimes 500-800kb and my plan is if RS675 and upto 10mbps till 35GB, upto 2Mbps beyond but within that 35GB i got the speed of 100-200kb.
                                so, please solve my problem on priority level.

                                  I am receiving regularly unwanted message. on 04 oct again i tried to register for DND. URN is [protected], but request rejected stating that the number is already registered in dnd registry. And if it is so then why i am receivivg unwanted sms.
                                  05 oct i received a message from HP-BNKPIN at 13:57. On 6oct i received message from bp-655050 at 1952 hrs.
                                  If DND is activated then how these message are coming to my
                                  mobile number is[protected]. Kindly intimate the phone number/ e mail id of concerned offficer where complaint can be made if you are unable to resolve / understand the complaint.in the manner my e mail is reverted shows unprofessionalism of staff

                                    Am writing this with hell level of fustration and regrets. Actually this contention is for a govt sector (Iti ambattur[protected] we experiencing is worse ever customer service from bsnl. Our line was down for nearly a month and every time we raise a compliment what happening is bsnl tech staff visit our place while away time, stating some reasons, mentioning some idiotic reasons to come again and leaves the place but they never returns and they also report that the issue is resolved that's where the trouble for us.
                                    Resently i spock to one of bsnl people (Gayathri - from chennai ambattur) she promised me that tech staff will be attending the fault in 1 hour, but till now no one have turned back. Is there some one really incharge or some1 could solve our problem in bsnl.?

                                      I want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our land phone[protected] we have lodged a number of complaints but to no avail. It has not been working properly for the last one month. Either the phone becomes dead or otherwise it works one way only. So, we are facing a number of problems regarding this. The telephone disorders have grown to be a serious problem. Most of the times, it lies dead. The service provided is very poor.
                                      It is the fourth time in a month that the phone is damaged.
                                      Repaired by as per my complaint but after a few hours it was damaged as if its old condition.
                                      I have no benefit over this phone now.
                                      Today i registered a complaint again regarding this issue, complaint no:[protected]
                                      In such circumstance, you are therefore, requested to kindly take personal interest in the matter and apply some effective measures to relieve us of the inconvenience caused by frequent telephone disorders.
