30th june 2018 i disconnected the land line phone. On 13th sep i gave my account number, ifsc code, security receipt of 2000/-and application. Phone number is [protected]. To mr गजराज सिंह clerk in sdo t office. Mr sdo t said your 1591/-will be send to yr ac jaykrishna maheshwari
Till now i didn't get any thing at least some notification should show in my mail and someone should call me about this
Why all government service are slow

Should i wait for till next year?
I went to office multiple times and the behavior of service man was too negative like i was asking something from their wallets
May i request to arrange refund of my security immediate, on the address mentioned in application form.
It's my money and i will never forget the way bsnl is treating to me
I am not free that much your service man is doing in his office
They always asked to come again and wait for sometime

I have been contacting your office in person as well as over phone on several occasions for the refund of deposit. But i am yet to receive the refund of deposit amount. You will agree to the fact that bsnl should return back the deposit amount within 60 days of surrendering the phone line.

You should contact to me on my number [protected] and at least explain about what going on

I am a BSNL customer for the last 10 years.For the last one year I am getting message from BT-BSNLCG stating "Your Pack Voice Chat (59797) is renewed with Rs.6.00 for 3 days" I am losing so much money once in 3 days In spite of sending STOP message so many time it is not stopped. They are deducting the money I also raised complaint under complaint section If you don't take any action & if it is not deactivated then I have to disconnect & shift my connection to some other services

I found the this seller listed in quikr selling puppie with ad i'd :[protected].
I ordered one and was asked to pay advance of 1500/- on 5/9/18. I made the payment through upi with transaction i'd :[protected]. After making payment the seller is not responding to my call and kept on delaying the delivery. When asked for refund he is not refunding. Quikr is not taking any step to recover my money.

My land phone number [protected] comes under aegis of. Pooyappally circle is not working since last week. I have lodged complaint in this regard through 198. But, no action has been taken to rectify the same so far. Since, this problem is being faced by me over three months, sometimes, it will be rectified within 2_3 days after lodging complaint


In vie of the above, please look into the matter and rectify it at the earliest.

I am not able to get upc code through sending sms to 1900. I am able to send messages to other numbers, but not to 1900. I want to port my number to a different service provider. Kindly help
I have been trying to send port to 1900 for the last one week. I lodged a complaint about this to their customer care. Still no action has been taken.

Now i am residing at suraj kund road, faridabad, haryana. Very very poor signal. Sometime i compelled to get the mobile 'off' then 'on' and call drop also there. Consequently, i wanted to 'port' the no. To other operator on 03.10.2018 but failed. (Reason - upc code mismatch as per msg). Again online formalities done for porting on 13.10.2018 but again 'code mismatch' msg has come. Why it is happening i don't know.
For information, i rechrged my no [protected] (Sim - kolkata circle) of rs. 429/- on 30.08.2018 but i am not getting as per tarrif. Again i recharged for rs. 45/- (As advised by cust. Care kolkata) for unlimited calls as per tariff but in vain.
I talked to bsnl cust. Care kolkata & haryana but problem not solved.
I want either smooth functioning of bsnl operator otherwise to help to port to other operator.

Hi... I had recharged my phone [protected] with 1099stv with net banking but first time transaction failed but after that i recharged again and it succeeded but i came to know that money has been deducted from first transaction also so i went to bsnl office and they said they will give refund but its been almost 3 months and still no refund given... Please contact me at given number and solve issue at the earliest

So i cannot place a call on my bsnl mobile number which i am using in delhi it says all lines to the route are busy pls try again after sometime i am facing this issue since many days and i contacted the customer support they say that they cannot do anything in the matter as they cannot find my mobile no in their system i’m very disappointed with the service at least not expected from bsnl....

Sir i have disconnected bsnl land line on april 2018 clearing all dues.
I need to get refund of rs 1587/-

I have deposited at dibiyapur, for refund they asked me to submit at etawah office.,

Submitted refund application on 16. July.2018 and received acknowledgement for the same.

It has been more than 3 months of submitting refund application.

Still now i have not received my refund amount. I have followed up with all the officers. Every time they are cooking up some stories that there is no fund for refund need to get from meerut.

This is to bring your knowledge in (Cb/3c& 3d) dda flats few flats of cb block dda flats munirka unauthorized construction going on very rapidly which r very harmful of building as well neighbors... This is very risky to cross over there.

Therefore i requested to take necessary action of on this illegal construction.

I had changed the sim for 3g about a week back by paying rs.120. Later i recharged with rs429/ plan, supposed to be 3.25 gb per day for 3 months. I am getting speed of about 0.15 to 0.20 mb per second only. Anyway i can get the speed increased

We prepaid yearly bill of 12000+.

Since 8 months we have not received refund cheque.
The landline number is from panchmi bsnl office pune maharashtra.
When we do follow up for refund cheque pune office says its
Responsibility of mumbai office.

How and to whom @mumbai office we should connect.
Fyi: no change of address.

I was holding my BSNL landline for more than 23 years.I had surrendered my landline phone number[protected] and completed all the necessary formalities almost three moths back under reference no SL- 10, 248 Dated 17/07/2018.

Unfortunately neither the security deposit has been refunded nor there is any positive response from your BSNL Ranikuthi, Kolkata, Accounts Office till date.

It is so much disgrace to make such a complaint as while accepting the deposit your organization accept it upfront but while the question of refund comes you become so much unresponsive.

I am attaching the scanned copy of the receipt with a request to taqke necessary action with the competent authority.

I am recently take the bsnl land line no : 222213 at guntakal urban area, 60ft road, guntakal, ananthapuramu dist 515 801, only 3-5 days are working my bsnl land line and net after to till to date not working land line and bsnl net
More times are requested to bsnl officer, not respond in this matter

Hence i request you please close the my land line serves

From 7th of october my bsnl number [protected] of gangtok, sikkim has shown an issue of not being able to do outgoing calls and only incoming calls are being received other than that nothing has changed since. Even the recharge is already there and it's validity is still not expired yet. I hope you reflect on this issue and get fixed as soon as possible.

My self madhu having mob no. [protected] not able to msg from same no. Every time it showed failure. I suffered a lot even my all online transaction got failure because of this issue.
This no. I had long time back so i don't want scrap it. But due to worst services it seems very hard to go with same.
Please look into and resolve the issue.

My number is linked with corporate as i'm getting the mnp id starting with cbtxxxxx my number is a prepaid connection. So there is no meaning in linking my number with corporate as a cug. Kindly change that to my name, so that i'll be receiving a mnp id starting with btxxxxxx, which will help me in changing my network from bsnl to some other. Now, i'm facing problems with changing my network with a mnp id starting...

I am using bsnl service for past 15 years, i have recharged rs319 on 3/10/18 at 8.20 am for cell no [protected] done by me to my father, unfortunately my father also recharged rs 319 on 03/10/18 at 6pm same day, what happened is my recharge amount rs 319 has been swapped or removed, now one recharge amount has been accounted

I request you to consider 2 recharges done on same day for accounting purpose
