I received a call at 10;44am on 2nd sept, 2018 with the number [protected], within 10 seconds of receiving it i disconnected the call as soon as i came to know that it is some sort of advertisement call. The moment i disconnected the call i received a text which said that i have been subscribed to some service and a balance of rs 30 was deducted promptly from my account without seeking my consent. Such malpractices have become quite rampant and the bsnl staff refuse to take the accountability of the same. When i asked them to lodge my complaint they disconnect the call.
Something needs to be done in this respect and this situation demands an immediate action. And i want my refund of the said illegally deducted amount.

Our landline instrument is not working 20/30 days

Request pls if early as possible Cheng usefull landline instrument
For last 3 months I have being receiving sms from 8 digit no starting from 54000, 52020020, 54646010 and charged Rs. 10 per sms from my bill. Every month extra Rs. 100 to 170 are charged on my bill. I have messaged 0 to 1909, but of no use. Please stop this from my phone bill.

    Raised a complaint for dead landline on 30/07/18 with docket no.[protected].
    The landline is still not fixed till date i. E 02/09/2018 and they have falsely updated that the issue is resolved.
    We are expected to pay the bill for these many days without using any of the bsnl landline services.
    Kindly provide justice as we can't afford to pay any amount due to bsnl even after closure of the telephone connection.

      My landline number is - [protected]
      From the last 2 month, i am not able to use the broadband, because of the poor connection. Many time i visited the nearest bsnl office, and a complaint against my issue. But no one came to fix it. One of the executives told me that, there is short of the worker in the office so you have to do what you like. No one is helpful there.
      I have also raised an online complain, but still, there is no progress on the issue. And currently, i am not able to use the broadband.
      Without using the broadband, i have been continuously paying the bill for the last 2 month.

      Please have a look on my issue and also waiver the bill amount that i paid without using the broadband.

        I paid the bsnl telephone bill for my phone number 2401213 at coimbatore on 28 th august 2018 for rs.1187. Though the amount has been charged to my sbi credit card a/c bsnl inform nonreceipt of amount and asked me to pay the bill.
        I request you to kindly refund the amount in my sbi credit card no.[protected] the amount of rs.1187 immediately by bsnl

            My Prepaid BSNL mobile No [protected] and [protected], while making or receiving a call we hear a crackling sound on both caller and receiver hand set and the call gets disconnected it's a frequent problem this is happening for the past 1 month i als changed the sim for [protected] considering sim problem and my phone shows full signal but the caller is hearing out of coverage area or phone is switched off this is also happening for past one month and the signal at my residence No 21, 20th street, DAE township, Kalpakkam-603102 is too weak and it is constantly interrupted like signal switching On and OFF plz look into and rectify at the earliest. thankyou.

              For customer id [protected] the bsnl vadodara office is sending me a bill when i have discontinued their service in may 2018. Also, prior to that they had stopped the service and yet were sending a bill. Is it not a crime to charge without rendering service. To which they mentioned that i have to give them a letter and only after that they will stop. Which i did. But they have not stopped sending me a bill every month since then. This is as recentl as 16th august 2018. I want them to stop charging me and send me an official communication of discontinuation of service from the date they actually stopped my service and refund me for the period since then.

                Sir,

                My sms settings is ok but unable to send those number like 1909, 1900, 53733 . I call customer care service they told me 3 settings about my phone. I checked. It all are ok.
                Trying to send sms 10 digit mobile number. And its working fine. At present i am using nokia 130. There are no other difficult settings to block those numbers.
                Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I had surrendered my old bsnl landline[protected] and broadband on 26-mar-2018.

                  I applied for new landline plan of rs. 49 per month with the same landline no as previous[protected]. After this plan change, i stopped receiving hardcopy of this landline connection i. E. Since apr-2018 onwards.

                  Also i had still not received security deposit refund for old landline phone surrender[protected].

                  I had to pay new sd for new plan.

                    The above number is installed a long time ago having broadband facility but non of the facility is efficiant to provide service properly, on making complaint i get the execuse that there is a fault in cable and will be resolved soon and you are billing the number without providing proper service since years, now number is shifted from bhaldarpur nagpur to gaodipura nagpur and after a week of shifting the broadband is not activated on comlaining the technician visted asked me that there is a lot of humming in the line, why have you shifted here, it won't work.
                    Hence i ask the demartment that if they are not effeciant to provide service than why they market for the product and provide the ntc just to squeez the hard earned money from public.

                      Now we are suffering with your service since satuer day. On dt.
                      25.8.18 phone was not working then i lodge a complaint again when
                      Monday i check my complaint that was closed and not repair till now.
                      Two land lines are not functioning, in[protected] is also working
                      For toll free [protected] for all over the state.
                      How can we work on this problem?

                      On 20.08.2018, I paid bill online for amount RS.295.00. While transacting, money was debted from my account but your server failed.

                      The same day again I tried and was successful but money deducted twice.

                      Please arrange for refund.

                      I am not getting any lines to talk to accounts officers to explain about this.

                          Closure of landline service - even after submission of all the related requisite papers on 10/5/2018, the deposit of rs. 3000/- paid at the time of installation of my telephone[protected] was not repaid. It is more than three months since the application was submitted for closure of service. Three reminders were sent to the helpdesk of bsnl at chennai, in vain.

                            The bsnl company of telecom send me a message on my contact no.[protected] to increase the date of validity with the recharge of rs 153 when i am recharging with rs 153 now the customer care saying that this recharge is not valid in your area i want to know why the company provided me wrong information. And now the refusing to refund my balance. Please help me in refunding my money and also taking some action against these companies who providing the wrong information to the customer and the the refusing to refunding that money

                              I am broad band user of bsnl since last fifteen years. But now broad band signal services from last sixx month is very poor inspite of repeated requests.. Now this bsnl connection had become a great headachr for allmember of family.                                 Sms from a number 57171 that they have charged rs.10/- for subscribing to service game. Bsnl also sent an sms that they have deducted rs. 10/- from my account. My mobile no. Is [protected]. This malpractice has happened twice in this month. Two years ago also this number 57171 had fraudulently deducted money from my account in the name of astrology which i do not believe. This is happening in connivance with bsnl, the service provider. I have also lodged a complaint with dotele vide complaint no. Dotel/e/2018/21411. If such malpractices are not stopped at once, i have to sue the concerned culprits in consumers court/higher courts of law. Deducted amount be refunded to my account. I am 74 and not interested in any sort of such services. Hope to get immediate relief. S. K. Darangia

                                  As our higher authorities as well as advertising they say that you can get new connection in a week since a year is going to pass but no body is giving us reply
                                  Before wrinting this complain i called bsnl compain dept. [protected] wher mr. Jitendra was present as i started discussing with him he said call me after wards and dis connected the phone

                                      The number-[protected] was ported to BSNL- Andaman& Nicobar Circle from Vodafone-Kolkata Circle in June, 2018.

                                      I have been receiving these messages from 1901 quoting “13 days left; your services will be withdrawn if you do not pay the final bill of your previous service provider and submit the payment receipt at the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre by 18-Aug-2018. Thank You”

                                      Someone calls to my land line number (Bsnl) from an unknown number and talks rubbish to my mother.. She tried to disconnect the call after the 1st time.. But, this person keeps on calling, even after we said that we would log complaint against him.. It does n't looks like a mobile number...
                                      Please give me the details of the number or suggest me the steps that should be taken in order to stop this nuisance.
