Now we are suffering with your service since satuer day. On dt.
25.8.18 phone was not working then i lodge a complaint again when
Monday i check my complaint that was closed and not repair till now.
Two land lines are not functioning, in[protected] is also working
For toll free [protected] for all over the state.
How can we work on this problem?
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 20.08.2018, I paid bill online for amount RS.295.00. While transacting, money was debted from my account but your server failed.

The same day again I tried and was successful but money deducted twice.

Please arrange for refund.

I am not getting any lines to talk to accounts officers to explain about this.

      Closure of landline service - even after submission of all the related requisite papers on 10/5/2018, the deposit of rs. 3000/- paid at the time of installation of my telephone[protected] was not repaid. It is more than three months since the application was submitted for closure of service. Three reminders were sent to the helpdesk of bsnl at chennai, in vain.

        The bsnl company of telecom send me a message on my contact no.[protected] to increase the date of validity with the recharge of rs 153 when i am recharging with rs 153 now the customer care saying that this recharge is not valid in your area i want to know why the company provided me wrong information. And now the refusing to refund my balance. Please help me in refunding my money and also taking some action against these companies who providing the wrong information to the customer and the the refusing to refunding that money

          I am broad band user of bsnl since last fifteen years. But now broad band signal services from last sixx month is very poor inspite of repeated requests.. Now this bsnl connection had become a great headachr for allmember of family.             Sms from a number 57171 that they have charged rs.10/- for subscribing to service game. Bsnl also sent an sms that they have deducted rs. 10/- from my account. My mobile no. Is [protected]. This malpractice has happened twice in this month. Two years ago also this number 57171 had fraudulently deducted money from my account in the name of astrology which i do not believe. This is happening in connivance with bsnl, the service provider. I have also lodged a complaint with dotele vide complaint no. Dotel/e/2018/21411. If such malpractices are not stopped at once, i have to sue the concerned culprits in consumers court/higher courts of law. Deducted amount be refunded to my account. I am 74 and not interested in any sort of such services. Hope to get immediate relief. S. K. Darangia

              This is j. K. Jewellers ankleshwar i had applied for new connection on dt 18/09/2017. Inspite of several verbal as well as personal visit to bsnl they are not providing me services. The dnid;[protected]
              As our higher authorities as well as advertising they say that you can get new connection in a week since a year is going to pass but no body is giving us reply
              Before wrinting this complain i called bsnl compain dept. [protected] wher mr. Jitendra was present as i started discussing with him he said call me after wards and dis connected the phone

                  sudden withdrawal of mobile services from my phone number.

                  The number-[protected] was ported to BSNL- Andaman& Nicobar Circle from Vodafone-Kolkata Circle in June, 2018.

                  I have been receiving these messages from 1901 quoting “13 days left; your services will be withdrawn if you do not pay the final bill of your previous service provider and submit the payment receipt at the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre by 18-Aug-2018. Thank You”

                  Someone calls to my land line number (Bsnl) from an unknown number and talks rubbish to my mother.. She tried to disconnect the call after the 1st time.. But, this person keeps on calling, even after we said that we would log complaint against him.. It does n't looks like a mobile number...
                  Please give me the details of the number or suggest me the steps that should be taken in order to stop this nuisance.

                    I have a bsnl broadband connection on landline no.[protected] on which hungama plans are activated without my requisition. Neither i have activated the plans online nor i have given any written request. Hungama entertainment unlimited, hungama movie plan, and hungama gaming café are activated. Bsnl has charged me for this activation. This is to request to deactivate all three no. Plans.

                      I am a postpaid consumer of BSNL.The said provider withdraw my outgoing facility 05/06/2018 whereas my due date was 25/06/2018 and before crossed credit limit. Incoming calls also bared within one month, no massage's of bank school.gas connectio, and all other important survices highly hampered because such activities of BSNL, though still BSNL tower shows in my mobile set, but no services got from the said connection. In this way BSNL misguided me.I not availed the minimum services by BSNL being a postpaid consumer whereas prepaid consumer got free incoming for long days.I repeatedly mailed but they sent only a hardcopy of bill of the month may'18.I want your help. Please do NEEDFULL.Thank you Sir.

                        I had a land line connection vide telephone no[protected] since last 25 years. Subject phone connection was out of order since last one year and no repair has been carried out by the concerned authorities despite of repeated requests for its functional. Being a old and reliable customer, i want to enjoy the bsnl service. Authorities concerned reluctant to repair the subject phone and further stated that to disconnect it. Bill received l for an amount of rs 625/ — has been received by me for service charge.

                        It is however, requested that i may please be repair my faulty land phone at the earliest.

                          I have booked my complaint through bsnl customer service and they provide me complain number [protected] and assured me to repair it in 48 hours but no have came to repair it. After 48 hours i again called them and they put my complaint on escalate mode. But still no has came. It always happen that bsnl employees take at least a week to resolve issue.
                          I hope they will realize my problem sooner and fix it asap.

Lot of complaints at local exchange and thro customer care. After one month i was told that your modem is defective . I have purchased new modem.
                                  I made about 5-6 visits at exchange. Handed over the modem 3-4 times. No response over telephones.Made a complaint with bsnl docket also ref:- utr/co/2018/669 2 days back and waiting for solution.I have already made a loss of time and money over this issue. Without services i have been issued bill for this period also.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and do proper solution.

After changing from bsnl to vodafone, i had recharged my mobile number twice but i didn't even maked a call from that number. So on april 7th that number had blocked and it returned to bsnl. It's one of my important number, so please try to reactivate that number as soon possible.
