Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — payment successful but failed, in web portal refund money

I have paid Bsnl broadband bill of rupees 1190 on 19/12/2020 through paytm gateway from phone pay, transaction was successful and the amount deducted from my SBI Acount but in the Bsnl portal still it is showing I need to pay the bill. Kindly resolve my issue.

The transaction was successful and amount was deducted from my J & K bank account but on the bsnl portal, it shows payment is pending and neither does broadband services resumed. I request you to kindly return the paid amount and resolve the issue.

I have paid the bill amount of 523 on October 4, the amount has been deducted but the bill shows still unpaid
