I have surrendered my BSNL landline telephone number [protected] on 20/05/2019. After checking the details I was told that refund of Rs.1029/- will be sent to my bank account for which I have given a.blank cancelled cheque. So far imspite of nearly 4 months still I have not received the refund amount of Rs.1029/- Many times I visited your office situated near patny circle Secunderabad but I was told that refund of said amount will be credited to my bank account.

Hence the issue is brought to your notice for necessary appropriate action in the matter.
I am a senior citizen aged 64 years + I hope that you will speed up my request and make me feel free from the issue.

    Please tell me what is the procedure to surrender a new postpaid sim. I am going to nearest branch where i took the sim, they are advice me that after 3 months, you will surrendered it. Pl you confirm me... I wanted to know that what is your policy about the surrender of new postpaid sim. If i agree to surrender my sim what is the problem of your branch. After 3 months when i am going to surrender it, then i paid 3 months bill also why i carry the bill without using it. Please you give a reasonable solution as soon as possible.

      Telephone no[protected], installation address - b-406 ram vihar, sector 30, noida. Line is not dis connected. Wall outlet is connected to land line telephone hand set through adsl filter. For the last two days, phone outlet port (Analog voice) is dead. When phone receiver is connected to adsl port, excessive noise makes use impossible. Bsnl staff not understanding complaint. Desire escalation to engineers. This is an exchange fault.

        I had discontinued my landline phone in april 2018. The amount of deposit was rs. 3000/=
        I was told that time that the refund will be sent to my home address within 6 months.
        But till now i have not received the refund.
        I contacted concerned officials of bsnl many times but every time they say there is shortage of funds hence we are not able to refund your deposit amount!!
        No body gives anything in writing.
        Latest information given to me by an official is that even i have not received my salary!! What to do?
        Request concerned minister to look into the matter urgently.

        BSNL used to disconnect our phone line if we fail to pay their bill in a month and charge us penalties!!
        Now they’re not returning our money for more than 2 years how much penalties they should pay us??

        My complaint dated 13th September 2019, about non refund of my deposit amount of Rs. 3000/=,
        was forwarded to BSNL’s customer support. But till now no response from them!!!
        Will anyone in senior management look into the matter and respond? When my money will be refunded??

        1) I had returned my phone and got my BSNL land line disconnected on 26th April 2018.
        2) I was promised that my deposit amount of Rs. 3000/= will be refunded in 6 months time. Why not immediately? No reply.
        3) I followed up innumerable times with all different authorities by personal visits, phones etc. for almost 18 long months. No positive response. Each time showing their helpless, as company has no money to pay back the deposit amount.
        4) All concerned Govt. Authorities are not bothered even to acknowledge the complaint.
        5) Will any body listen?
        Here also I wrote on 13th September 2019.
        Reminder no. 1 on 18th September 2019. No reply.
        Reminder no. 2 on 26the September 2019.

            Problem persists from 29th July 2019 to till date. Actual problem is dsl line is disconnected frequently and I could I not able to use internet at all. some days internet work in 5 minutes and after that it won't connect.
            I complained through customer care and to respective authorised person. But still no use. only one line man is there in my town, but he met accident in July so he unable to walk.
            I am requesting to Bsnl office, Kolar district, Karnataka state.

              My mobile no. [protected] is not receiving any incoming calls and messages from last 15 days. I tried calling customer care no. For almost 50 times aal they said was wait for 24 hours. Still facing the same issue please resolve as soon as possible.
              I am done with bsnl worst services and worst customer support please resolve so that i can port my sim to any other carrier.

                I am d. P bahuguna resident of nawasu kherakhal village. The complaint is regarding the non payment of rent by bsnl shrinagar garhwal uttarakhand. I haven't received the rent from last 10 months.. This like a torture for the family. I had even contacted the branch. They said the fund is not providing by company. What can we do for this problem.

                  Shall I know first fall, is it Accelyst solutions Pvt. and Freecharge is same or not please confirm, I recharged my mobile No [protected] though SBI Credit Card No.[protected] on[protected] at 9.05 am for Rs.447/- but I could not confirm or successful, I have waited 1 hour 35 minutes I did not get any information. Again I recharged through Freecharge on[protected] at 10.05 am for Rs. 447/- the transaction was conformed successful immediately and I got massage immediately.                       I have closed my bsnl post paid 12 april 2019 clearing all the dues regarding my post paid number which is [protected]
                      After that i applied for refund of my security deposit of rs 1000 on the same day giving complete details of my bank account number.
                      Till today as on 09 sept 2019 amount has not been credited to my account as well as i have not received any cheque on my residential address.
                      It has been approximately 6 months and i have visited the bsnl exchange nashik several times and they tell one excuse after other. Kindly address my problem.

When trying to complain using bsnl's malkajgiri's complaint phone[protected], you hear that this number is bo longer valid. I don't know how this organisation is still surviving will h this sort of attitude towards customer service. Can someone responsible at least work on my complaint.

                          Hi, last 10days back ported my sim [protected] from jio to bsnl, it was working few days later it was no incoming call and no incoming /outgoing message last 3 days. I call so many times to customer care. Insially said everything looks fine. After 4time call said some server issue with ported number. I am unable to get calls or otp messages for bank transactions.

                          There is no response from bsnl customer care and i don't what can i do further.

                          There is no problem in calling but the internet speed Never stays Good it always fluctuates a lot and Everyone in our area is Facing the same internet problem

                          so Please Fix it ASAP!!

                              Bsnl changed my plan without any information and i have not received hardcopy of my bill when the plan changed.
                              After few months when i reached at bsnl exchange the concern person told me that my bill was so much high which i am unable to pay..
                              I want to disconnect the connection but i cant pay that much amount..
                              No one is helping me for this...

Total rs.45/- deducted. Customer service person is telling that your mobile is not activated any service. Iam afraid that they may deduct continuously. Kindly resolve the problem & add rs.45/- to my balance. This message came from bt-bsnlcg (Thanks for subscribing for the service video ringtones (50500) you have been charged rs 15.0 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly.) regards,

                                    I have a prepaid mobile connection of bsnl, mobile no.[protected]. We are getting unknown deductions from my balance amount since last 6 months. I have lodged complain in bsnl local office but no response from them to stop all the deductions from my mobile account. But after one one i am in the same condition and deduction is continue from my account.

                                    They are saying that it's our side problem of 4g so it will deduct 0.25 paisa every few minutes.

                                    Please stop this auto deduction from my mobile so i can keep balance in my mobile.

                                      This is in reference for removal of bsnl landline pole which is not in use. So i request to register my complain to remove the pole immediately as it is creating problem for general people in parking. Moreover is in front of my shop in the middle. The pole doesn’t have any connection on it and people are using it as electricity pole and its not safe. I hope this will be resolved soon.
