My bsnl prepaid mobile number (Protected) is getting unwanted and unnecessary smss and other astrology and health matters which are not interested are posting to me. Even if i delete the blody messages my available balance is deducted and sending a message "your last call is charged this much amount" and still if you want to unsubscribe send a sms to so and so number, that message will fail. Mostly i am getting from ba, bt, which i don't...

Sir, i recharge my mob no. [protected] on 30 aug 2019 of rs 20 in
Which i have to get rs 14.95 talk time, but instead of that i get 265 free sms for 15 days. Sir i call customer care 3 to 4 times but i do not get satisfactory answer from them.
They are asking that this is 3rd party problem from which you make request of recharge or make payment....

I have lost my bsnl sim card and customer care is not helping at all to deactivate the number.
I want to block my number [protected].
Bsnl customer care is redirecting from one to another from past 2 hours and no help. It is really irresponsible. No way to file a complain.. No way to block the sim, which cause a security issue.
It is customer cares duty to help the people in this case, but either numbers are not working...

On 23rd aug, i got a text message thanking me for subscribing to silverscreengupshup (55050) service and i have been charged rs 10.0 for that. I have no idea what that is. So i immediately called the toll-free number came with the text message to stop this subscription. There were no response from the other side. I called the number twice, still no response. I thought the service is deactivated. Today on 28th aug i got another message saying...

Dear sir,
I would like to submit that i surrendered my telephone 2595779 on 20.01.2018 and i applied for refund on 20.03.2018, the concerned clerk told me to come after six months and i visited him twice after six months, but every time i was told that they have not received the cheque.
On 23.10.2018 i again visited bsnl office and talked to a. O cash, he gave me in writing with his seal that they have not receive the cheque...

Unauthorised money is being deducting from my pre paid mobile several times in the name of services by 57171. I sent a sms stop to 57171 but till now it is continued. I wish to inform you to stop deducting amount from my mobile [protected] with immediate effect other wise i shall be compelled to go to the consumer court and will change the cellone service provider from my mobile.

I surrendered my tele no in jan 08. 2019 on surrendering i filled up a form regarding the place where to the refund and i gave my home address & bank detail, pass book xerox & cheque also
After three months when i enquired about my refund, bsnl replied that they've already send the document to be send cash & itsverified & approved the amount doc no. [protected], [protected]
Still i did not get the refund...

Bsnl had offered to my broadband phone free amazon prime videos in september 2018. From october 2018. They started adding rs.489/- in the bill stating as one time charges for hungama movies, songs, games, and it continued till august 2019 bill as one time charges, thereby collecting around rs.5, 000/- excess amount so far. I had not subscribed/registered for hungama services from my phone or from my e-mail but somebody played some mischief...

I lost my mobile handset along with my sim card at iscon temple chandigarh. My mobile no. Was [[protected]] and sim card no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

This is to inform you that the our internet connection was not working for ten days. Our customer id is [protected]. I had complained in customer care portal on 18.8.2019. But till date the complained was not solved by them. They were not respond the complained. So many times we had complained but no response we found.

So, i requested to you that look into the matter solve the problem as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that the our internet and telephone connection was not working for nine days. Our telephone no is[protected]. I had complained in customer care on 16.8.2019 my complained no is [protected]. But till date the complained was not solved by them. They were not respond the complained. So many times we had complained but no response we found.

Why bsnl give information of call list without fir i want to know conditions to give call list. I want to know my number call list can give by bsnl office to any one with my signature. I enquire in madanapalle bsnl office they give call list with out fir it is beyond conditions or not. I want give a suggestion to not give call list at any cost to anyreason to their own number too...

I have cancelled my bsnl land-line connection 9months ago and the bsnl officers said that it deposit amount will be transferred to ur account and still i have not received cancellation money to my account, whose in charge of this, bsnl worst service, why all government services take such a long process, as they never hesitate while accepting deposit charges, plz resolve this issue if connection bearing land-line number-[protected]....

I stay in rajouri district near dc office office rajouri, where exchange is just a few metres away from my residence
And i m facing this noise problem from a very long time. I use to complaint with local bsnl exchange office, but they dont take it seriously.
Not a single time a person from tecnical background with some tecnical knowledge came to see my problem, only a lineman come sometime, drink juice and go away with saying...

Sir tele verification for my bsnl number is not going to happen with when ever tried to call customer care number 1503 for last 2 days it was not going to connected with customer support so could help me out immideatly with my number [protected] the bsnl dealer has given a number 1507 to me and asked to call this number for televerofication but the given number is not working for me for activating my number...
