    I have closed my bsnl post paid 12 april 2019 clearing all the dues regarding my post paid number which is [protected]
    After that i applied for refund of my security deposit of rs 1000 on the same day giving complete details of my bank account number.
    Till today as on 09 sept 2019 amount has not been credited to my account as well as i have not received any cheque on my residential address.
    It has been approximately 6 months and i have visited the bsnl exchange nashik several times and they tell one excuse after other. Kindly address my problem.

    My landline no is dead since 5 days. I have already booked the complaint but no action has been taken.Last week also same problem ocurred and it was solved by Operator.
    Kindly look into problem immdly .
    Refund for land line is due for a long time I am 60 years and paralyzed [protected]
    Sir, I had paid my undue Rs.1500 on dated 23/8/19 .But still I have not got my reconnection wimax due to negligence of department .I have already inform my nearest office 48 hours ago .Nobody can response my complaint against reconnection.What will be happen in future as Govt department .     I am not receiving post copy of my landline-cum- broadband telephone bills for the last few months. i am in kolkata circle of bsnl.
    there is no provision to make this complaint online on bsnl website/ customer care / bsnl grievance portal.

      My landline number 27065332 is dead for last two weeks and gives a wired noise. When trying to complain using bsnl's malkajgiri's complaint phone[protected], you hear that this number is bo longer valid. I don't know how this organisation is still surviving will h this sort of attitude towards customer service. Can someone responsible at least work on my complaint.

        Hi, last 10days back ported my sim [protected] from jio to bsnl, it was working few days later it was no incoming call and no incoming /outgoing message last 3 days. I call so many times to customer care. Insially said everything looks fine. After 4time call said some server issue with ported number. I am unable to get calls or otp messages for bank transactions.

        There is no response from bsnl customer care and i don't what can i do further.

        In my area bsnl internet is very slow
        There is no problem in calling but the internet speed Never stays Good it always fluctuates a lot and Everyone in our area is Facing the same internet problem
        and Due to BSNL slow internet speed many of customer had changed their Network and I am also Be forced to do the same
        so Please Fix it ASAP!!

            Bsnl changed my plan without any information and i have not received hardcopy of my bill when the plan changed.
            After few months when i reached at bsnl exchange the concern person told me that my bill was so much high which i am unable to pay..
            I want to disconnect the connection but i cant pay that much amount..
            No one is helping me for this...

Customer service person is telling that your mobile is not activated any service. Iam afraid that they may deduct continuously. Kindly resolve the problem & add rs.45/- to my balance.                   I have a prepaid mobile connection of bsnl, mobile no.[protected]. We are getting unknown deductions from my balance amount since last 6 months. I have lodged complain in bsnl local office but no response from them to stop all the deductions from my mobile account. But after one one i am in the same condition and deduction is continue from my account.

                  They are saying that it's our side problem of 4g so it will deduct 0.25 paisa every few minutes.

                  Please stop this auto deduction from my mobile so i can keep balance in my mobile.

                    This is in reference for removal of bsnl landline pole which is not in use. So i request to register my complain to remove the pole immediately as it is creating problem for general people in parking. Moreover is in front of my shop in the middle. The pole doesn’t have any connection on it and people are using it as electricity pole and its not safe. I hope this will be resolved soon.

                          Sir, I have a BSNL No [protected]. This no. is used by me passed so many year. On[protected] I got recharge it with RS428/- this plan has net as well as voice pack. After the recharge I found that the net is not working. I requested the customer care. They did not resolve my problem After some time they agree to register my complaint The DOCK NO .is 2H31284359. They tolled me that same may be resolve with in 12 hours. At 2.50 pm they called me from the [protected] I told them my problem . On 2.52pm they sent a sms that your complaint has been disposed off. I again called them same is not disposed off. They told me that we are taking the steps to solve your problem . Sir, these people have stop my incoming and outgoing call. Till date same is closed. Your are requested to ask them to refind my money with 18% interest. So that I can take the services from other provider .

                                landline/ incoming isd calls not working

                                My bsnl prepaid mobile number (Protected) is getting unwanted and unnecessary smss and other astrology and health matters which are not interested are posting to me. Even if i delete the blody messages my available balance is deducted and sending a message "your last call is charged this much amount" and still if you want to unsubscribe send a sms to so and so number, that message will fail. Mostly i am getting from ba, bt, which i don't want.

                                I request you to please kindly note the above and do the needful. Once again i request you to please stop all these junk.

                                  Which i have to get rs 14.95 talk time, but instead of that i get 265 free sms for 15 days. Sir i call customer care 3 to 4 times but i do not get satisfactory answer from them.

                                    I have lost my bsnl sim card and customer care is not helping at all to deactivate the number.
                                    I want to block my number [protected].
                                    Bsnl customer care is redirecting from one to another from past 2 hours and no help. It is really irresponsible. No way to file a complain.. No way to block the sim, which cause a security issue.
                                    It is customer cares duty to help the people in this case, but either numbers are not working or they are not helping.
                                    It is highly important for a customers service to listen to people’s complaint atleast when the person is saying it is an emergency
