Please provide me the details of incoming and outgoing calls of last 6 months of my bsnl mobile number.

Can i get it from bsnl regional office nearby.?
Or is there any way that i can get it from bsnl website.?

I need them urgently, so please look into this issue and solve this as soon as possible.

I recharged my account BSNL mobile account on-18/06/ 2019 with Rs 429 to my Axis Bank account . but could not be recharged my account and yet not refund my money . I informed bsnl customer care executive but not care my issue. I requested to kindly help me to solve my problem and return my money in my account.

    I had sent the email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, reporting the complaint to reimburse the amount for the service not provided due to the mistake of BSNL.

      I have paid for the prepaid plan named stv448 for 448 rupees on 22 july 2019 and i got the message that i am entitled to get 3 gb per day 100 sms per day.
      Suddenly in the morning of 1 july 2019 i am getting message that bsnl have changed its plans and i will get only 1 gb per day.
      Customer service is not able to give satisfactory reasons.
      This is not fair. I have paid for 3 gb per day so why i am getting 1 gb per day?
      I am enclosing screenshots of the message which tells about service offered and services that i am getting.

        No response received up till now for the redressal of my this complaint. I am still getting telephone bills even after surrendering of this land line connection and no security money refunded to me so far.
        Want to know changed number, old number is 62309 of std code 02764
        I surrendered my landline No [protected] on 7 June 2018. Till now my security deposit amount which is RS 3100/- has not yet been received to my Bank Account.             I surrendered on 30.11.2018 my landline number[protected] with instrument etc. As i shifted my residence. I have valid acknowledgement from bsnl having received required instrument/ documents.

            Till date, after 6-7 months, refund of security deposit is awaited. I must get back my deposit of rs. 3000 along with interest.

                  I am regularly getting message on my BSNL mobile number [protected] from BP-BSNLIN of regular deduction of Rs. 5/- from subscription from 5 Nov 2018 till now when my balance reduced to Rs. 4.00 only. I don't know why it so. Please look into the matter and restore my subscription amount to the original level. I think it is fraud which must be investigated.

                    Since installation of land line with internet of bsnl in the year 2016 i noticed frequent faults. Despite i have been depositing the monthly dues. I have contacted local sdo, filed several complaints but to no effect. For few days i am getting line. But in other days the line becomes dead. Sdo is suggesting to change the bsnl line to jio. To my utter surprise thge sdo, bsnl telephone is getting his salary from bsnl and working for jio. What to do?? Please bring it to the notice of higher authority to resolve my problem.

                      I surrendered my landline No [protected] on 7 June 2018. Till now my security deposit amount which is RS 3100/- has not yet been received to my Bank Account. All details have been given correctly. It is more than one year and when enquired was told it is not yet received. Please resolve my problem. Venkata Nagesh Subramanyam. It is more than one year and still BSNL has not made any necessary arrangements to return my Security Deposit. I have been visiting BSNL office regularly but to no avail. I even submitted a written complaint to BSNL in this regard but no action has been taken by Them till today.

                      I request you to please take necessary action against BSNL so that the innocent public do not have to suffer and bear the agony of these Govt. agencies. When we do not pay bills in time they charge penalty or even disconnect the connection but when they can trouble the customer by delaying it for more than one year, then no action is taken against them.

                      Please do the needful and help not only me but all the other BSNL subscribers also who are also put to trouble to get back their own money.

                        Bsnl hungama service is still being billed instead of repeated request for cancelling. They are billing me via credit card number. Please stop and confirm saying it is cancelled else i may go to police.

                        I have been billed for hangama service which i did not ask for. Asked for unsubscribe and yet billed in the current month.
                        The hungama sales persons are tricking common man saying it is survey and trap us. This needs to be stopped by bsnl a reputed company for so many years

                        This issue is not yet solved and they keep on billing every year. The recent billing is on 1/05/2019 via amazon pay a direct debit to my credit card. Deducted amount is rs.999. My phone number[protected].
                        I am not using this service and do not know what it is. Please arrange to cancel is service at once. And refund my amount.

                          Inspite of repeated requests and several visits for closure/surrender of my land line no[protected] due to my transfer and shifting to jajpur road, the officials at bomikhal office for kalpana exhannge area under bhubaneswar circle, odiham after much hesitation accepted the application for the purpose at last on dt 01.05.19 with an assurance to comply within a couple of days. Even if in a mischievous manner rs 120 /-was demanded and kept with them without any receipt to provide incoming call to my mobile and issue hand over the same within 2/3 days nothing has happened till date. More over rs 1880/- has been slapped on me as bill for 2 months. If this is the state of affairs and quality of service by the officials of bsnl then only god can save the organisation

I have lodged complaint with bsnl but it is still showing as work-in-progress since the time of lodging of the complaint.                                   2. Sir, i surrendered my bsnl brandband connection no.[protected] on 15/09/18 and 17/09/18 at lal bazar, trimulghery, secunderabad bsnl a. M. Office. But till date i have not received rs.9207/- (7932+630+645) since last 9 months.
                                  Out of rs.9207/-. Rs.7932/- was paid to bsnl on 21/5/18 due online transaction failure. On receipt bsnl bill rs.3966/-, i was try to pay on 21/05/18 through online. But due to online transaction failure, i was try to pay the bill through online till the transaction is successful. Accordingly, while my third transaction was successful. Later my previous 2 failed transaction also successful. So i paid rs.11898/- on 21/5/18 to bsnl instead of rs.3966/-. Since i ask to refund the excess paid amount. But they tell that no such provision exists in bsnl and it will adjusted in your future bill.in the mean time i am surrendered the connection 15/9/18 due to my transfer. Hence, request direct concerned bsnl department to pay my all dues i. E rs.9207/- imdtly pse. Thanking you sir.

                                    On inquiry they told me that now your plan has changed. But they never informed me or asked me to change plan.
                                    So i asked them to dis connect my no.
                                    They told that your request is registered online.in april.
                                    But still they are generating my bill every month

                                      I have surrendered my landline phone number, and applied for refund of excess payment as well as deposit. I made my last payment on 20/10/2018. Eight months have been passed still no refund received. When i asked at telephone exchange about refund, they said you will receive the cheque by post within 3 months. On 22/03/2019 i again generated grievance online but nothing changed.in april'19 i called in customer care to know the status, but the way i received the answer was so irresponsible. The lady sitting on the other side was not agree to register my complain. She was insisting me to wait for one month. After a debate of 10 minutes i cut the call in frustration. Now i don't know whom to ask for this matter, because nobody is serious.
