I surrendered my landline No [protected] on 7 June 2018. Till now my security deposit amount which is RS 3100/- has not yet been received to my Bank Account. All details have been given correctly. It is more than one year and when enquired was told it is not yet received. Please resolve my problem. Venkata Nagesh Subramanyam. It is more than one year and still BSNL has not made any necessary arrangements to return my Security Deposit. I have been visiting BSNL office regularly but to no avail. I even submitted a written complaint to BSNL in this regard but no action has been taken by Them till today.

I request you to please take necessary action against BSNL so that the innocent public do not have to suffer and bear the agony of these Govt. agencies. When we do not pay bills in time they charge penalty or even disconnect the connection but when they can trouble the customer by delaying it for more than one year, then no action is taken against them.

Please do the needful and help not only me but all the other BSNL subscribers also who are also put to trouble to get back their own money.

Dear sir i m sending msg to 1900 PORT [protected] 5 times but not generating upc
Sir,
My BSNL Broadband is not working from the last 1 and half months Tel No:[protected], Ernakulam District, Moozhikulam Exchange. I made a lot of complaints but they are not responding. I'm getting the monthly bills without fail. Please do the needful to resolve this issue.

    Bsnl hungama service is still being billed instead of repeated request for cancelling. They are billing me via credit card number. Please stop and confirm saying it is cancelled else i may go to police.

    I have been billed for hangama service which i did not ask for. Asked for unsubscribe and yet billed in the current month.
    The hungama sales persons are tricking common man saying it is survey and trap us. This needs to be stopped by bsnl a reputed company for so many years

    This issue is not yet solved and they keep on billing every year. The recent billing is on 1/05/2019 via amazon pay a direct debit to my credit card. Deducted amount is rs.999. My phone number[protected].
    I am not using this service and do not know what it is. Please arrange to cancel is service at once. And refund my amount.

      Inspite of repeated requests and several visits for closure/surrender of my land line no[protected] due to my transfer and shifting to jajpur road, the officials at bomikhal office for kalpana exhannge area under bhubaneswar circle, odiham after much hesitation accepted the application for the purpose at last on dt 01.05.19 with an assurance to comply within a couple of days. Even if in a mischievous manner rs 120 /-was demanded and kept with them without any receipt to provide incoming call to my mobile and issue hand over the same within 2/3 days nothing has happened till date. More over rs 1880/- has been slapped on me as bill for 2 months. If this is the state of affairs and quality of service by the officials of bsnl then only god can save the organisation

        So kindly please do the needful as soon as possible as it is very urgent.

          My landline telephone number[protected] is dead since the first week of may when the cyclone fani struck odisha. I have lodged complaint with bsnl but it is still showing as work-in-progress since the time of lodging of the complaint. I have spoken to many bsnl officials but nothing has been done till now to rectify the complaint. I don't know what else i need to do to get the complaint resolved.

            We have surrendered landline no 2751432 in the name of DIPAK HIRALAL POPAT to patel colony office, Jamnagar, Gujrat beofre 18 months. Till date we have not reveived refund of deposit. We also visited BSNL office but they can not give peoper reply. Please refund deposit as early as 18 months passed no reply received from BSNL. Please refynd deposit with interest of 18 months also.

              2. Sir, i surrendered my bsnl brandband connection no.[protected] on 15/09/18 and 17/09/18 at lal bazar, trimulghery, secunderabad bsnl a. M. Office. But till date i have not received rs.9207/- (7932+630+645) since last 9 months.
              Out of rs.9207/-. Rs.7932/- was paid to bsnl on 21/5/18 due online transaction failure. On receipt bsnl bill rs.3966/-, i was try to pay on 21/05/18 through online. But due to online transaction failure, i was try to pay the bill through online till the transaction is successful. Accordingly, while my third transaction was successful. Later my previous 2 failed transaction also successful. So i paid rs.11898/- on 21/5/18 to bsnl instead of rs.3966/-. Since i ask to refund the excess paid amount. But they tell that no such provision exists in bsnl and it will adjusted in your future bill.in the mean time i am surrendered the connection 15/9/18 due to my transfer. Hence, request direct concerned bsnl department to pay my all dues i. E rs.9207/- imdtly pse. Thanking you sir.

                I was having bsnl land lineconnection in kosamba dist surat gujarat
                My no. Was[protected].
                My plan was 59 rs. But after few month suddenly i was getting bill of 250 to 400 rs.
                On inquiry they told me that now your plan has changed. But they never informed me or asked me to change plan.
                So i asked them to dis connect my no.
                They told that your request is registered online.in april.
                But still they are generating my bill every month

                  I have surrendered my landline phone number, and applied for refund of excess payment as well as deposit. I made my last payment on 20/10/2018. Eight months have been passed still no refund received. When i asked at telephone exchange about refund, they said you will receive the cheque by post within 3 months. On 22/03/2019 i again generated grievance online but nothing changed.in april'19 i called in customer care to know the status, but the way i received the answer was so irresponsible. The lady sitting on the other side was not agree to register my complain. She was insisting me to wait for one month. After a debate of 10 minutes i cut the call in frustration. Now i don't know whom to ask for this matter, because nobody is serious.

                    My broadband connection installed on telephone no [protected] is not working for last 21 days. I have complained so many times fortnightly. But no action has been taken from the company till date. I am paying the bill for whole month whereas no connection for 22 days. For better connection, without any option, I had chosen BSNL. Now it's felt like suffered. Till date nobody from BSNL has attended my complaint.

                            Hi i have been using fibre optic internet connection for[protected]. From 14 th june the connection is dead and inspite of complaints being booked, bsnl wouldn t bother. I have decided to surrender my connection. But for that also bsnl makes me run from pillar to post. I can just choose to not pay leave the connection as it is, but i want to close the connection properly. Bsnl harrasses customers.In saibaba colony office in coimbatore, the officials are totally hopeless.

                              I recharged my BSNL account online but my account was not recharged and my bank account was cut off. How will get balance in my account? Why not recharge my account? I recharge my account again and again but my account can not be recharged and when I call customer care, it is always said to be a server problem.Why does this happen why my account is not recharged and whenever I complain whenever I call the customer care, I am told the server problem.

                                We are using two mobiles and the subscriber is BSNL since ~2years. Till now we have anot encountered any issue. Now from 10days we are not getting the signal around and inside the Home. we are facing lot of issues due to signal issue. Ex not getting OTPs and not able to attend critical calls.
                                Called customer care and PGM office many times and informed. But no use. This issue is many o[censored]sers in our Layout. Kindly check and helpus

                                  This subscription has been active on my Landline Broadband since the last 3 months and the charges are also 410. The process is cumbersome.. the toll free of hungama never connects. We dont know when the subscription was started.. This is a huge scam. Kindly refund my money.

                                  187 rs wrough recharge on bsnl number [protected] on date[protected] and want to it return from that number
                                  When I respond to an incoming call, the call will be disconnecting suddenly after 2 minutes.This has been going from one month.This phone(No.[protected] Tailorpet, Vijayawada.
                                  On 8th of June 2019 in my mobile number [protected] recharge for an amount of 49 through bsnl official site and recharge was failed and amount is debited from account so I request you to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible

                                    I am a user of BSNL sim since 2016. I purchased it from Kanpur (UP), number : +91-[protected]. Since 15 days I am unable to receive any call and message. Outgoing call and messages are going. But I am unable to receive any call or message. I contacted your customer care several times but it didn't connected. Luckily one time, it was connected and she told me to recharge with Rs75 plan to extend validity. I did it but still nothing happened. Still I am unable to receive any call and message. I have also attached the screenshot of the recharge which I did. Kindly help me at the earliest.

                                      My mother is a senior citizen age 92 years and she relies on the landline to contact family members and doctor. The handset is faulty. She cannot make outgoing calls and the volume of receiving calls is very low. Despite making several requests the fault has not been rectified. Please do the needful and help.

                                        I am having BSNL land line with broad band facility for my number[protected]. BSNL service broke down between 01.04.2019 to 05.04.2019 and even on line complaint registration failed to register. I lodged complaint with BSNL bearing No.[protected] dtd 13.5.2019 when they charged the rental value for full month of April 2019. The bill for previous month normally sent me by email in first week of succeeding month, hence complaint was lodged in the month of May 2019. BSNL not responded to my complaint
