Dear,

I am trying to port my mother number ([protected]) to another network because of the signal is very poor in our location hyderabad. I have connected customer care around 10 times but every time they are saying that it will resolve in the next 24 hours but since last one month its same answer i am getting every time and they are taking complaint but no result.

It’s very difficult for my mother to call us are receive any call every time she has to come outside and call to us.
Can someone please resolve from soon?

    We are surprised to receive a bill as detailed above. From june 25th 2019 onwards bsnl landline and broadband dead for more than 30 days. Complaint filled in customer care more than five times and the docket number:[protected] for your reference, after on august 2nd 2019 problem was solved by bsnl labours. But the bill amount received for non usage and the amount also excess from regular bill amount. We would request you to give refund for the bill.

      I bookd a new connection before 20 days. But till now i have not get any service from them. Where their tat is 7days for landline. One of bsnl executives name mr. Sanjoy saha called once and he demanded extra money for connection, when i refused him, there are no initiative for my connection from there end and also local bsnl office support that person ans they ask me directly that they can't give me any services.

        Baat krni thi call kre abhi[protected] pe, this type of numerous sms flooding my bsnl mobile inbox from bv - 655522. There are 20 to 25 sms coming daily. Ebery time i delet the massage a new massage pop up which is very annoying. Kindly block them

          I was issued a Land Line bill by BSNL on 6th August 2019 for 335/-. I paid the said bill on 6th August itself on line from my SBI account which was confirmed by SBI
          Thx for INB txn of Rs.335.0 frm A/c X7916 to BSNL... Ref#IGAGSZMLS3 on 06Aug19. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected].
          I checked from BSNL App and noticed that bill of 335/- is still outstanding.
          I went to BSNL office today but couldn’t find much help.
          I have been paying BSNL and electricity bills on line without any difficulty. Please resolve my problem.

            I have a very simple question.
            Do i have to pay the regular monthly bill to bsnl even if my land phone and broad is dead for about 18 days and above.???
            I have registered a complaint online and also i have constantly called over phone and conveyed my concern but still my land phone and broadband is dead and they are not responding but they do there sincere duty while sending the bill.
            Please help is a problem every time but this time the days are more in numbers.

            My Mobile Number is - [protected]. I have done recharge of Rs 1098 which provide unlimited data without any speed restriction. But my speed is restricted after using 1 GB, It come down from 11-12 MB/sec to 20-30 Kb/sec. I contacted customer care but they were not able to resolve my issue. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              I paid online for wings services of bsnl on 27/06/2019. There is no communication from bsnl either through sms or email after registration. I have the downloaded pdf that got generated after payment confirmation. I called several times but the customer care has no idea about wings services. Also i went physically to a bsnl office and given all details and they also could not activate the service. I sent several mails to bsnl which remain unanswered till now.

              Given two comlaints in consumerhelpline.gov.in but the complaint just got registered then closed and disposed. No feedback taken from consumer whether it actually worked or not.
              Pathetic service by bsnl.

                Sir my name is vinodchander 2 days back i have recharged 30 rupees to my bsnl number [protected] i got 22 rupees balance from 2 days i did not make even a single call nor i messaged to any one but my balance shown as zero today morning i have called bsnl customer care executive for half an hour my call is disconnected by the customer service i have spoken to 4 people but nobody give a correct reply to my answer and wantedly negligent disconnected my call and said one point that from my number messages is going to different moblie number but i reall that number i don't even know i checked in my message outbox there is no evidence that i sent those messages with out my knowledge the message have gone to different moblie numbers this is biggest technical problem from bsnl i have complianed to national consumer help center my compliant number is 1496292 slove my problem as soon as possible

                My phone set is having problem. I can’t place calls; after few rings it goes silent can’t hear the other side person’s voice. Also receiving calls have the same problem can’t hear from the person calling. I requested service from BSNL never got replaced the phone set. I need new phone set. [protected]

                    I am getting otp s from 57171.
                    I complaint about it but bsnl customer care did not respond properly. Yesterday there is deduction of rs 5 from my account.
                    Again i called customer care, they said they can't help.
                    Again in 1 hour rs.5 four times defected from my account. I called customer care they refuse to help, they said their surver is down they can't register my complaint.

                      Hello eveybody,
                      This is srikanth from hyderabad i went to home loan at bank of india rk puram branch hyderabad with the help of dsa (Direct sell agent) by bhaskar and yadagiri were they asked 5% of commission of sanctioned loan.
                      I have completed the process of home loan and given 5% commission to dsa.
                      The rk puram branch manager sanctioned loan amount 34, 50000/-. And dsa taken 5% commission of 34, 50000/- and informed that branch manager having a 2% percent share in these. Due to some other problem the branch manager did not call us and taken commission and not given the sanctioned letter.

                      I didn't download sinozo game but after recharge of any amount, sinozo game automatically cut 5 rupees Everytime. After some days it will continue deduction of 5rupees.                         Bsnl bengaluru employees seem to be conspiring against customers.

                        My landline and broadband has been down since last 40 days.
                        I am made to pay bills regularly, although my phone and internet connection are not working

                        What's worse is that they switch on the broadband connection every saturday for 5 minutes and the close my ticket. I then have to raise a new ticket and therefore my ticket never escalates.

                        There are no escalation mechanisms in bsnl and the lineman is the king.

                        He may or may not have got his salary, as a customer why should i suffer?

                            I am getting unwanted texts from bt-650550. Please stop that type of messages. Otherwise close your bsnl. We choose bsnl is best other than corporate companies. But bsnl doing this type of cheep business. Children are watching these messages. Please stop sending our numbers to private operators. How will come text from these numbers to us. Please check and stop.

                              Please deactivate bt-onmobl messages in my bsnl mobile number [protected]. These messages frequently come to my number and it is annoying. I tried activating donot disturb mode. But even then still messages are coming. Please provide either an option through which it can be deactivated or deactivate from bsnl. These messages are related to cricket scores.

                                I was a regular customer of bsnl landline phone. Despite so many problems and complain vide different docket numbers bsnl never bother about that and since october'18 we have'nt have been able to phone anybody or receive anybody's phone over land line number[protected]. Although i have duly paid monthly bill within due date. Being fadeup about the service provided by bsnl ultimately i surrendered my landline telephone on 17.06.2019. From bsnl office at mominpur i was guided to bsnl behala simultala office to surrender my telephone receiver. Accordingly i reached their office at about 10.45 a. M. But nobody entertains me upto 11.45 a. M. After that some in their old building beside room a203 at 2nd floor denies to receive my telephone receiver without any reason. Now i want severe action against bsnl for unnecessary harassment of the custonmer and at the same time want to get back the amount paid by my to bsnl for which no service was provided by them to me.

                                      Bsnl usually is known for not internet, but, hindernet. At the start of every month, it is a routine for them to block the google site with their logo and message to upgrade the existing speed of the net. For quite sometime, they have been using a block for availing free amazon prime membership, there by, blocking the google searches deliberately, driving the computer users to vexation. Two buttons are provided for decline and upgrade/positive response and if 'decline' button is clicked on, they won' t allow to use the google. It is ridiculous and highly deplorable. It is a gross violation of the rules and conditions of communications. Google are not bothered about bsnl' s acts that force their clients oblige. The ministry for communications should look into the concerned matter and advise bsnl to refrain from such undesirable acts. Best solution to penalise them!

Now i want severe action against bsnl for unnecessary harassment of the custonmer and at the same time want to get back the amount paid by my to bsnl for which no service was provided by them to me.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am unable to generate UPC code for porting. I tried to send the message in the format PORT to 1900 but message is not going. Kindly help.
                                        I have done all formalities of surrender land-line number[protected] on 4 Jan 2019 even after more than 6 months I didn't get refund I was tell by authorities that cheque of refund amount will be sent to given Adress within 4- 5 months.

                                        I am Divya Prakash Mishra and my BSNL mobile number is [protected] having issue "incoming call facility not available" when someone call to this number while I've extend it's validity till next 6 months
                                        We've payed BSNL bill but again bill came this month ...last month 2 months bill we have payed...bsnl disconnected our internet connection
