I surrendered on 30.11.2018 my landline number[protected] with instrument etc. As i shifted my residence. I have valid acknowledgement from bsnl having received required instrument/ documents.

Till date, after 6-7 months, refund of security deposit is awaited. I must get back my deposit of rs. 3000 along with interest.

Sir, i have deposited my postpaid phone bill. But i had a mistakes that my mobile number is [protected] sunila singh but i insert the number - [protected] and deposited 550/- my order id - [protected] by paytm on 27.6.19 at 2:02 pm. My paytm number is threw by i pay bill - [protected].

I shall be glad if you kindly refund my amount or adjust the amount with my biil.

On date 27 june 2019 at time 2:45 pm .I recive a call from[protected] for subscribe a service peess some number but i do not press any number even after that the caller say i recive your permission for subscribe in this way without my any permission Rs 30 deduct so register the complaint against[protected] and recover amount and creadit in mobile no [protected]...

I am regularly getting message on my BSNL mobile number [protected] from BP-BSNLIN of regular deduction of Rs. 5/- from subscription from 5 Nov 2018 till now when my balance reduced to Rs. 4.00 only. I don't know why it so. Please look into the matter and restore my subscription amount to the original level. I think it is fraud which must be investigated....

Since installation of land line with internet of bsnl in the year 2016 i noticed frequent faults. Despite i have been depositing the monthly dues. My landline telephone number[protected] is dead since the first week of may when the cyclone fani struck odisha. I have lodged complaint with bsnl but it is still showing as work-in-progress since the time of lodging of the complaint.
