Hi,
Im living in sholinganallur. I expected that bsnl is good in network. But the worst part is that the signal is really bad. Inside buildings the signal drop is so bad, that we need to run out to the open to speak to people.

After so many complaints, its still the same. I am sure if bsnl signal problem is not rectified, there are lot of customers who have been using bsnl for so many years, will shift to another provider when the mnp comes into effect.

I kindly request bsnl to sort this signal problem at the earliest.

    Of 30rs deduction for some crap vc app bsnl service activation for 15 days. I called the customer care but they refused to pay my money back this service we didn't activate this service even i don't have any android phone kindly refund my money back this type of thing customer will not tollerate stop stealing public money

      I have a land line phone since 1992 at that time i was a govt servant. But land line services of bsnl staff is extreamly downward. When ever we go at the sto, bsnl to lodge the complain, no body has been found to receive the complain or they mere assure that will be resolved very soon.

      I had a lodged complain of my land phone[protected] over telephone to the sto, gb bazar, agartala on 19th march 2018 at 11:37 hours to [protected], but they failed to compel my complain.

      On 21.03.2018 i personally visited to the above address and request to resolve my land line phone problem. One mr tapas... Has said it will be in order with in a very short period of time.

      That sir, my age about 83 years and age of my wife is 77 years, we not in a position to operate the mobile phone. We depends only on bsnl land line phone. I always feels proud having a bsnl land phone since 26 years long.

      I even know that disconnection of land phone percentage increasing day by day. If this kind of services will continue some days more, i may in a position to surrender the land phone.

      So my earnest request you to kindly take necessary action in this regard.

        I received a call from [protected] i just did cut the ph. N after that i received a msg
        "you are subscribed for service vc app for 15 days. To unsub send sms stop to 155223."
        Of 30rs deduction for some crap vc app bsnl service activation for 15 days. I called the customer care but they refused to accept my complain. I said to write down my complain in thier system, she said ok. You will receive a msg of this complain no. I didnt get any complain no. Msg.

        I have surrendered my phone on[protected].I am yet to get refund of my deposit of RS.2202.Pl.make necessary arrangements for early refund of deposit
        5 rupees has been deducted 5 times from my bsnl mobile number [protected] prepaid balance account for no reason at all. I did not opt for any services for which my balance has been reduced by 25 rupees. Please look into the issue.

          I just received a call on my landline from [protected] claiming that they are calling from bsnl. They said, they are updating my broadband connection but for this i need to send sms to 5667 with "bvas". I think its a fake call but the point is, how they knew my registered mobile number? My details are leaked from bsnl to scammers? Bsnl should look into this matter asap.

              In voice call they use miixed recorded voice and in sms the format to deactivatio is not clearly defined. They make a statement with confusing words and formats. They use confusing methods to cheat the customer.

              I am being one of your BSNL customer of phone number [protected], getting some vulgar and unwanted SMS from BT-654000, BT-655678, BA-611111.so please help me get out of these SMS these are not only irritative but also causing much disturbance so please do the need for me.

              My cell no is [protected].The voice chat is activated w/o my knowledge. I want to stop the voice chat i., e deactivate. When contacted through 155223 no. by message and calls again and again it is not stopped. They actually during the customers through sms. So please deactivate voice chat or I may go consumer court.
              Deactivation of BSNL number - [protected] on urgent basis
              SIm card lost, and there are chances someone might use ISD & STD calls

              Request for cancellation & deactivation of sim card of the given number on urgent basis.

                I have surrendered my landline telephone no.[protected]Id.:[protected]) with all necessary documents in originals, such as, (1) all bills payable in advance i. E. Money receipt (2) registration card (3) first paid bill, which contains, security deposit of rs.3, 000/- (4) last paid bill before surrender of telephone (5) bt-92 (L), i. E. Recovery certificate of instrument issued by the jto, baranagar, kolkata 700036

                The above original documents have been handed over to the aotr/nb-ii, bsnl, calcutta telephones, 58, raja dinendra street, kolkata 700006 on 01/12/2017
                More than 3 months have been passed but till date i have not received my security money of rs.3, 000/-. Kindly expedite refund at an early date.

                    My landline service is dead since 7 days. As i trust and use landline phone a lot as my personal phone, it poses very much problem to us. I tried calling the customer service toll free number but no response.
                    Kindly consider the issue utmost important and take remedial measures to solve the issue.

The incoming calls to my number [protected] are barred, i have contacted customer care for almost a dozen times and visited bsnl office srinagar as well. I have been repeatedly said that my number is the chemically alright but the fact is that the incoming call facility is barred. Kindly look into the matter....

                      I have paid the bills except the current one which is due on 24th april 2018.
                      Unfortunately i have no internet access through my wimax connection since last 3 days. We pay a fixed amount for a month irrespective of irregular wimax service. Why should i pay for those days during which wimax connection was not there? My wimax connection should be immediately revived and bill may be accordingly prepared taking care of the period of service not provided.

[protected] and till date the Internet connection is out of order.And then I booked a complaint by dialing the local customer care number.. still nothing got done.. third time I went to BSNL office in person and booked a complaint.. still no reply.. though I got the bill of last month!!Just pathetic customer service.Just hopeless.

                            Wrong recharge of rs 187 to my number [protected] through paytm which was already recharged with rs 485. Please do refund back and cancel recharge rs 187 from this number. And i would like to know why this customer care no. Is not accessible from other services?
                            This is the reason bsnl is losing its loyal customers.

                              I am bsnl prepaid user. Bsnl stopped my incoming services without any prior intimation. Outgoing & sms is not barred, but can not get any call at my number. I tried different mobile phone as well as dialed from various numbers, always ivr says "the number you have dialed does not exist."
                              I already lodged a complaint online whose docket no. Is 1d05562407. I lodged on 03 april 2018 on 23:21:50.

                              Its almost 7 days post lodging the complaint but issue is remain as it is.

                              Before lodging the complaint i tried on their customer service toll-free number that is[protected]. This helpline number is also not in service.

I have used a mobile it used sims name are bsnl (Sim2) and airtel (Sim1) bsnl no:[protected] the mobile number used in last four months (Approximate). This number used for many places (Ration, lpg, aathar...) but any service send for otp i will not received that time. I'm received for after 30 minutes. Spot time is use otp. What use after received otp. And many customers calling in my bsnl no:[protected] that time is not reachable or switch off the number. Many times this problem. I have live in chennai this area is not reachable? So i will recurce permanent solution.

                                    Sir, there is a mobile tower of bsnl tower at pratapur square, purushottampur block, ganjam. Due to philene the tower has been broken in 2013. And it is not repaired yet. There is about 6000 people is dependent on that tower for communication. The peoples are facing so many problems. Proper communication cannot takes place properly. So we people of pratapur request you to please re-construct the bsnl tower at that place in pratapur.
