My no [protected] is activated by service (Job portal) without my knowledge and debited rs 7 from my prepaid balance. I deactivated above service by complain to customer care. But she has not given any satisfactory reply in this regard. And i could not get my unauthorized debited rs. 7 from my prepaid account. At 02:21:53pm, 22/03/2018. Please refund my debited rs 7 and not activate such services without consumer consent.

    The holder of telephone number[protected], g. Muralitharan has surrendered the landline on the date of[protected], have not yet received the security deposit amount. While enquire regarding this on madurai commercial office, response was nil amount in deposit.

    And i am have all bills till now for proof without any dues. If needed i can submit.

      I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected] and sim card no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

        As per reference no ihh2976056 dated 18.03.2018 i had recharged my mobile number [protected] (Provider bsnl kerala) for rupees 220 (Two hundred and twenty only) via net banking. But till the date it is not reflected in my mobile account. My state bank account number is [protected] name gireesan p k. Please refund the amount to my account.

        I am a bsnl broadband user some of the bsnl operator r calling and giving fake excuses and taking email ID and mobile number and r activating unknown services by telling lies and are cheating us .i request to refund my money and take action on this operators
        Due to long-time i was out of country, non-operation the aforesaid number fell into inactive status. can i get my old BSNL prepaid Number after 2 years ?
        what is the process to get the old sim . the same number registered in adhar card also. maybe my number still not allocate to any one .

            My dad gets calls from some foreign number when he picks up the phone, the balance in the phone gets deducted automatically. The problem is persistent from 2 years now. We have complainted about this in bsnl office with no help. When we checked the call records from bsnl office they showed outgoing calls to foreign countries which never actually happen and bsnl people have no clue about this. Although they acknowledged this is happening and they advised not to pick up phone when coming from these numbers. However my dad is not able to disconnected phone always and whenever the phone is pickedup, all the balance gets deducted. So please help with this scam... Ph no [protected]

              Vpn connection installed in our offices is not working. From so many days we have been complaining about our vpn connections but no one has helped us and no bsnl official is responding to our requests. Our previous complaint lodged about 20 days ago, closed without resolving the issue. Sir, we are really disappointed with the poor service of bsnl.

              Kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue as early as possible.

                I exchanged my normal sim with micro sim for my mobile no [protected] on 18/03/2018 and i was assured that the same will be activated within 4-5 hours but even after 48 hours my sim is not activated.
                I regret to inform you that it is causing great problem to me as i have all my bank accounts associated with this mobile no and receive all information through this no. Only.
                Therefore i request you to please activate the same on the new sim card immediately.

                  My name is mathew k thomas residing at singanallur, coimbatore and i have a bsnl prepaid mobile connection.in our home we are using 3 other bsnl connections also.
                  The last three weeks, we are facing calling and internet connection problem.
                  I have tried several times to call customer care officer. But no one pick the phone. Our problem is pointed below:
                  1. For connecting to any other mobile, we need trying to several times. Every time we heard a replay that all lines are busy, try after some time.
                  2. Now bsnl net connection speed is too low. It shows symbol ‘e’. 3 weeks before it shows h+ and the connection also speed.

                  When bsnl clear the problem.

                    Non-working of bsnl land line & internet
                    I am having bsnl land line no:[protected] which is always out of order, line crossing, low speech & instrument problem. When complaint was lodged, the technician of bsnl did not come. This phone is being operational since more than 5 years. The payments are being regularly made by us but the service provided by bsnl is not satisfactory. The senior level of bsnl may look into this matter and needful rectification for continiuty available of service is solicited.

                      In december’2017”bsnl chaukka - 444"pack was offering 360 gb data with 90-days validity but in march'2018"bsnl chaukka - 444" pack is offering 90 gb data with 60-days validity.

                      There is sudden reduction of 75% data and 33% validity days. It may be an unfair practice against consumer to benefit private telecom service provider reliance jio and other private telecom companies.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        I am getting so much trouble from BSNL department. This ongoing torment disturbing me a lot.

                        I do not have any BSNL connection but billing department persistently sending me bills for that connection which I even don't have. Last year Mr. Subhash Chandra Malviya (SDO) along with his colleagues came to me and requested to take BSNL connection, I am told that I will not have any problems with BSNL broadband as they are using fiber optical cable to provide services. I got convinced with them and ready to take connection after six months as I was availing another services from different provider and I already paid them for six months in advance. Mr Malviya asked me to just do formalities by filling up registration form along with a cheque of Rs 1032, he said that when they will provide the instruments, router etc after getting my signature only then the connection will start. I do not have any instruments, not availing BSNL services but still, I am getting bills from BSNL department. I called them up to solve this problem but I am told that they will not entertain on phone calls, I will have to go to BSNL office. I went to Nehru Park twice but I didn't get any proper response. Instead of solving this issue, I also called customer care but she was saying "Your account is not opened", those people threatened me to clear all dues otherwise they will take legal action against me. Now i got legal notice from BSNL through advocates of M.P High Court (Harish Gilke and Abhishek Gilke). I met personally Mr. Malviya but he behaved very badly. I also requested for GM contact number so that I can request him but no one has provided and told me I can't provide my high authority number.

                        At the same time, i am being so desperate as well as having feeling of ire for this system. So, I request you to take the necessary action to resolve this issue and refund of security deposit at the earliest. BSNL needs to take action against such rude and ill-behaved people.

And also my home's 50 meters distance the bsnl 3g coverage is excellent in home. But i am not getting the 3g coverage. Very bad sir. The bsnl mulanthuruthy tower located in the telephone exchange compound. I am unable to use internet what's up imo facilities. I have manly concentrated in data sir. But no use sir. I am not getting the 3g coverage sir. I kindly request you sir please help me.

                            Our bsnl landline number[protected] is not working for the last two weeks.in the first week fully, communication was full of noisy disturbances. From second week onward, phone is being completely out of order. We raised a complaint one week back. Complaint registration number is[protected].

                                My name is s kiran kumar. I am a customer of bsnl ftth connection with landline. My customer id is [protected]. My account number is [protected].

                                I am mailing you as a last resort as i have got fed up with poor service of bsnl here in my area near masakalipalayam, close to sowripalayam.

                                I am not getting my broadband services from the last five five days. I have registered complaint[protected] on 12 mar 16. I would have complained verbally on customer care regarding non attendance for the same at least ten times. No technical assistance or repair undertaken nor any person attended to it. This is causing immense inconvenience to me.

                                I fail to understand at utter lethargic ness of bsnl services in redressing customer complaints. If i do not get assistance tomorrow i would not be availing service for full one week.

                                Can you kindly inform me as to why should i pay my bill for full month when i have not availed services for good one week.

                                Secondly, i have approached mettupalayam office, coimbatore for having soft copy of receipts of my account number for last one year. I need the receipts to put forward my case for reimbursement of telephone bills. To my utter surprise no one in the office is aware whether such a facility exists or not. They have directed me to self care which has its own set of issues.

                                I am a government servant. I have taken bsnl against other telephone services to drive home the point that government services are most reliable. I find myself at cross roads now wondering if my decision was correct at all. I would be relieved if some action is taken by your authority.

                                This is regarding status of my complaint. My anticipation was correct. No repair took place on the week end.
                                I was fed up and complained again in the morning to customer care and asked for higher authority mail address. I demanded it and when I have got the mail id I immediately posted a mail.

                                I did not get any acknowledgement but eventually the complaint got resolved by afternoon. No technician had come but the complaint got resolved.

                                It is surprising why no action was taken earlier. No one is going to consider seven day non availability of BSNL service. It is as if we have resolved your complaint so get along with it.

                                I am continuing my battle and am going to put across this absolute apathy towards customers. The idea is to improve the service standards and bring out the reasons as to why no redressal was done earlier.

                                I have been recieved broad band bill for the plan 999 in the bill excess amount of rs 500/- charged for one time charges, I never demand for such type of facility why did the company charge the amount, Please justice in this regard.
                                I live in bakshi ka tala near nagar panchayat, lucknow.
                                Since last 6 months bsnl mobile is very bad and people r fed up with this...
                                I request u to look into this matter...
                                Even when electricity is gone..That time bsnl network becomes zero and no network shown...

                                      I, ramrao konduji jumle, residing at akola in maharashtra have disconnected landline connection alongwith broadband no.[protected] on 31.10.2017.
                                      The last bill of rs. 656.00 is already paid by me on dt. 30.10.2017.
                                      Thereafter i have submitted an application to the bsnl office at akola on dt. 12.10.2017 to refund the security deposit of rs. 698.11 and thereafter reminder on dt. 19.12.2017.
                                      But no action is taken as yet by the bsnl authority akola.
                                      I therefore again request to bsnl authority to refund the security deposit after deducting final bill if any.
                                      The cheque may please be sent on my address.

                                        Please note that i am a broadband customer and paying monthly rent regularly. From last one week, there is intermittent stoppage of internet connection and no amount of local complaint to 1504 and local exchange has solved the problem.

                                        As there is no reduction in tariff for non utilization, i request you to kindly look into my problem with earnestness and rectify the same.

                                        Call dropped in maximum time in a day and net speed is very slowly and response network speed is 2G maximum, I complaint manytime the problems is not solved
