In december’2017”bsnl chaukka - 444"pack was offering 360 gb data with 90-days validity but in march'2018"bsnl chaukka - 444" pack is offering 90 gb data with 60-days validity.

There is sudden reduction of 75% data and 33% validity days. It may be an unfair practice against consumer to benefit private telecom service provider reliance jio and other private telecom companies.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I am getting so much trouble from BSNL department. This ongoing torment disturbing me a lot.

    I do not have any BSNL connection but billing department persistently sending me bills for that connection which I even don't have. Last year Mr. Subhash Chandra Malviya (SDO) along with his colleagues came to me and requested to take BSNL connection, I am told that I will not have any problems with BSNL broadband as they are using fiber optical cable to provide services. I got convinced with them and ready to take connection after six months as I was availing another services from different provider and I already paid them for six months in advance. Mr Malviya asked me to just do formalities by filling up registration form along with a cheque of Rs 1032, he said that when they will provide the instruments, router etc after getting my signature only then the connection will start. I do not have any instruments, not availing BSNL services but still, I am getting bills from BSNL department. I called them up to solve this problem but I am told that they will not entertain on phone calls, I will have to go to BSNL office. I went to Nehru Park twice but I didn't get any proper response. Instead of solving this issue, I also called customer care but she was saying "Your account is not opened", those people threatened me to clear all dues otherwise they will take legal action against me. Now i got legal notice from BSNL through advocates of M.P High Court (Harish Gilke and Abhishek Gilke). I met personally Mr. Malviya but he behaved very badly. I also requested for GM contact number so that I can request him but no one has provided and told me I can't provide my high authority number.

    At the same time, i am being so desperate as well as having feeling of ire for this system. So, I request you to take the necessary action to resolve this issue and refund of security deposit at the earliest. BSNL needs to take action against such rude and ill-behaved people.

      Respected sir i as a customer of bsnl mobile. I am facing no 3g coverage in home. Sir i am sorry to say that the near by tower situated only 600metersfrom my home. And also my home's 50 meters distance the bsnl 3g coverage is excellent in home. But i am not getting the 3g coverage. Very bad sir. The bsnl mulanthuruthy tower located in the telephone exchange compound. I am unable to use internet what's up imo facilities. I have manly concentrated in data sir. But no use sir. I am not getting the 3g coverage sir. I kindly request you sir please help me.

        Our bsnl landline number[protected] is not working for the last two weeks.in the first week fully, communication was full of noisy disturbances. From second week onward, phone is being completely out of order. We raised a complaint one week back. Complaint registration number is[protected].
        But still no response from you. I will not pay this month bill if the problem has not been solved.

          I got a phone on my landline they asked me to send an sms to 56677 by typing bvas n then they told me my internet problem will be resolved after that they took my email i'd and now they have sent msg saying i have subscribed to something bsnl is trying to con people and make money fraudulently.

            My name is s kiran kumar. I am a customer of bsnl ftth connection with landline. My customer id is [protected]. My account number is [protected].

            I am mailing you as a last resort as i have got fed up with poor service of bsnl here in my area near masakalipalayam, close to sowripalayam.

            I am not getting my broadband services from the last five five days. I have registered complaint[protected] on 12 mar 16. I would have complained verbally on customer care regarding non attendance for the same at least ten times. No technical assistance or repair undertaken nor any person attended to it. This is causing immense inconvenience to me.

            I fail to understand at utter lethargic ness of bsnl services in redressing customer complaints. If i do not get assistance tomorrow i would not be availing service for full one week.

            Can you kindly inform me as to why should i pay my bill for full month when i have not availed services for good one week.

            Secondly, i have approached mettupalayam office, coimbatore for having soft copy of receipts of my account number for last one year. I need the receipts to put forward my case for reimbursement of telephone bills. To my utter surprise no one in the office is aware whether such a facility exists or not. They have directed me to self care which has its own set of issues.

            I am a government servant. I have taken bsnl against other telephone services to drive home the point that government services are most reliable. I find myself at cross roads now wondering if my decision was correct at all. I would be relieved if some action is taken by your authority.

            This is regarding status of my complaint. My anticipation was correct. No repair took place on the week end.
            I was fed up and complained again in the morning to customer care and asked for higher authority mail address. I demanded it and when I have got the mail id I immediately posted a mail.

            I did not get any acknowledgement but eventually the complaint got resolved by afternoon. No technician had come but the complaint got resolved.

            It is surprising why no action was taken earlier. No one is going to consider seven day non availability of BSNL service. It is as if we have resolved your complaint so get along with it.

            I am continuing my battle and am going to put across this absolute apathy towards customers. The idea is to improve the service standards and bring out the reasons as to why no redressal was done earlier.

            I have been recieved broad band bill for the plan 999 in the bill excess amount of rs 500/- charged for one time charges, I never demand for such type of facility why did the company charge the amount, Please justice in this regard.
            I live in bakshi ka tala near nagar panchayat, lucknow.
            Since last 6 months bsnl mobile is very bad and people r fed up with this...
            I request u to look into this matter...
            Even when electricity is gone..That time bsnl network becomes zero and no network shown...

                  I, ramrao konduji jumle, residing at akola in maharashtra have disconnected landline connection alongwith broadband no.[protected] on 31.10.2017.
                  The last bill of rs. 656.00 is already paid by me on dt. 30.10.2017.
                  Thereafter i have submitted an application to the bsnl office at akola on dt. 12.10.2017 to refund the security deposit of rs. 698.11 and thereafter reminder on dt. 19.12.2017.
                  But no action is taken as yet by the bsnl authority akola.
                  I therefore again request to bsnl authority to refund the security deposit after deducting final bill if any.
                  The cheque may please be sent on my address.

                      I have surrendered my bsnl landline due to deficiency / poor quality in service with effect from 31st aug 2017. Its 7th month running and i have still not received my deposit refund. I have made frequent visits to the bsnl office in my area but have not got any answer and have been directed to the accounts department time and again. The accounts department does not pick up phones and hence i have no answer to the status of my refund.

                      I have paid nearly 1100 per month for more then a year for deficient service and now running from pillar to post to get my deposit refund. I would want bsnl to now pay me back my deposit with interest for the months in delay.

                        I surrender my bsnl phone, mobile sim, and complete all formalities for refund of my security rs3000/- at bsnl, head office aligarh (UP) in october 2014. when i contact in dec 2014 in the office account section they told be that your application is lost. i again write an application and took NO from all concern branch and resubmit it on 8/12/14. till date i did not received my security. my landline no. was 2507133.
                        from last 8 month i am regularly going to account section of bsnl head office aligarh. during the contact i found that my security refund cheque was in the account section and not dispatched to my address from last 6 month. due to this cheque was time bar. the concern clerk started the cheque issuing process afresh. but till date i did not get my security back. when i contact the concern clerk he said 'come after 15 days' and this is happening from last 8 months.
                        is there no one who can take action against such irresponsible employee?

                          Hi team,

                          When i called up to bsnl office complaining about fake website created and provided our landline number as a contact number, many people call us seeking for a job in railway everytime we need to say wrong number.

                          Same issue we told to bsnl customer care, they suggested to come down to office and give a complaint. We are still working on old structure of coming to bsnl office and go round the tables taking our complaint form around. Although it telecast it is easier to get connected to bsnl and resolve query. Looks like nothing is proper still we are in same old structure.
                          Customer care dont have ethics to properly talk to customer, no proper records, many times they disconnect the call.
                          I want proper solution or timeline to resolve the query, although i was ready to send them query by email attaching all the supporting document but they dont have proper broadband to check emails or they dont work on emails.

                          This is really pathetic to work, i want compensation from bsnl for not taking any serious action on fake website account using wrong landline number and stating it is from government. By this way we are allowing crimes to go forward which is wrong.

It has become a routine to complain for its frequent disorder as the fault is not permanently cured. So i want to port this but bsnl is not providing my upc code to port my bsnl number. I have sent upc request to 1900 but did not get reply from them. I have sent atleast 25 to 30 massages but i did not got any reply...

                                  I am dhiraj nagar, my mob no is [protected] & my bsnl gsm acc no[protected].
                                  I have pay online bill amount of rs 329/- but no message is delivered on my mob no so again i pay the amount of rs 329/- on 28/02/2018 with the transations
                                  Transations are two times details given
                                  28/02/2018 prcr/[protected]/[protected]:15:30/sw dr. 329.00
                                  28/02/2018 prcr/[protected]/[protected]:10:38/sw dr. 329.00

                                  I enquire from bsnl toll free no they told me that excess amount is in your bsnl amount so in the next bill the amount is adjusted in next bill.
                                  But today i have recived the sms of rs 1160/- then i check the bill but the amount of 329/- that i have pay excess in last month is not adjusted.
                                  One thing also i am not satisfied that something is wrong in generating this bill of rs 1160/-.
                                  I want the full clarification & statement against my bill.
                                  Please revert me asap.

                                    This is to inform you Myself Manish Bansal, on dt 06/09/16 i got receipt to surrender my landline ph.[protected] but my security not refund till now. many times i goto sec-23 Telephone Exchange and sec-15A Telephone Exchange, but i didnt received any satisfactory response. i attach my receipt copy, pls find enclose and Kindly solve my security deposit issue as soon as possible.

                                    i m unable to make any payment online!!
                                    it seems that still babus n helpers/linemen have not come out from holi holidays, causing immense inconvenience to the customers!

                                      Disconnected my bsnl landline telephone on 1-sep-2016, & also deposited the instrument in working condition..
                                      I've paid my bill in advance but disconnected before the time period of advanced bill paying period.
                                      It's more than one year now but they have not refund my advance bill paid money nor my security deposit.

                                      Complained many times but no response comes, just said they don't have enough balance to repay.
                                      It's a government based service provider.

                                      No responce comes from BSNL yet...
                                      I had lost may mobile phone yesterday. so i need to deactivate my bsnl SIM card as soon as possible.

                                        I had applied for restoration of telephone no [protected]. But there is no response from the bsnl authorities after a 10 days. Plz restore my phone as mentioned above. I visited the telephone office so many times but they didn't take any care.
                                        It is very astonishing that the order for restoration was issued in some other persons favour.
                                        I made another request for correction it is still pending.
                                        Now it is requested that kindly restore my telephone as soon as possible
