This is to bring to your knowledge that we have earlier installed a bsnl broadband connection bearing account number [protected] and phone number cg[protected]_eid and its not working from the beginning itself, and we have paid the bills for the period april 2017, may 2017 and june 2017 even after not availing the broadband facilities, but as the bill is continuously raising from bsnl so please, forfeit the due amount of bill showing 32, 385/- showing on the latest bill no. Edcwb[protected], as the bill raising process should be stopped from the period 1st july 2017 to 31st july 2017 itself but it was not done.

    I did the offer stv data78 on[protected] and i was credited 4gb instead of 2gb and deducted ₹156. The customer service girl told me that i have send two messages to the number 123 which i haven't (I still have the screenshot). When i asked for the return of ₹78, as i only needed the 2gb she said that since i have started using the service it is refundable. Also told me that the validity is only of a single offer. I think it is time i look for another service provider. At least the customer service wish me a nice day...

        I had given an application to shift my tel[protected] from my poothole residence address to my office address at west fort on 9 may 2018 at punkunnam, thrissur office of bsnl. There is no proper response from the bsnl people and when enquired the status at the punkunnam office, the lady staff sitting in the front office / cashier was shouting to us without any reason.

        Kindly make immediate steps to shift the telephone. We had already shifted another tel[protected] in feb 2018 without any issues.

          Sir..in our area 3g network is not working from yesterday afternoon...
          2g internet speed is also very slow... Plz resolve the problem as soon as possible... Spnwe can take advantage of bsnl.3g service... We all are suffering. Because in our area only bsnl network.. So sir plzz plzz... Solve it very soon...

              First i forgot my paytm password, so i call on reset number of paytm but bsnl don't provide that service. After that i tried to call bsnl complaint helpline number, but accroding to company these number is not avaliable. So i search another number but i found nothing. So they are also not giving good service

              I accidentally deleted my mobile number [protected] from my online account and could not add it again anymore since I have no more record of my account no. Can you please send it to my e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com
              Our landline number is[protected] is not working from past two days.
              In a week atleast for four days it won't work. Its our humble request to look into the matter and see to that our landline works 24 x 7.

                Services under the above bill is interrupted several times in the past. My request is bsnl automatically reduce their bill during telephone dead period. At the same time they should provide continuous services by updating the materials such as wire etc. They message saying that the bill is not paid telephone will be disconnected. By paying the bill i am not sure of their good services. Please do the needful and direct bsnl for providing good and continuous services. If this is sure, i am ready to pay the bill after deduction for the dead period.

                This is so disappointing. I tried many ways to freaking take off the ugly BSNL caller tune. Tried the toll fee numbers too. [protected] is my number. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna leave BSNL if I don’t get an answer.

                Signal is unavailable from yesterday. I tried rebooting and replacing the SIM in some slots. Nothing worked. Totally the signal is lost and I'm struck here. Only emergency calls is the thing I get.

                  Bsnl hungama service is a [censored]ing scam. [censored]es from customer service call and ask to send sms to 56677. Do not do that. Mother [censored]ers are running a scam to loot people. Bastards!
                  My landline and internet not working since last 5days (stopped working since 03/05/18). Bsnl person in charge says they are not able to detect the fault. Wasted around 1000 rupees to recharge internet packs on mobile. The least bsnl could do is consider this whilst issuing bills

                    This is mangalore. I had made a complaint to bsnl regarding my internet on 12th april 2018 (Docket no[protected]. For 2 days i got sparse internet & it stopped completely from the 15th. A few days later my dynamic lock got removed. I couldn't use my phone because there was persistent noise. They close the complaint if it is a line problem without solving the problem. They can close the complaint without asking the customer if the lineman do not want to check the line from your home till bsnl office. I have paid 3 months' rent without using the phone & pathetic internet that i got periodically before. Recently i came to know that there is a fibre optic option which will cost rs 1500/mth. This option had been there for 8 yrs & they had not even bothered to inform me about this available option when all the while i was struggling with the low class broadband. There is a pro which i did not even know till recently (I'm a customer for 23 yrs). I finally surrendered my phone & now i've got a full bill for the mth of april from the pgm's office when i have not even used it for half the mth. I have requested them to check my usage & deduct the bill accordingly.

                    On 05/05/2016, I applied for BSNL Wi-Max new connection and PAID Rs.2325/- in CASH, later they said no machine is available and hence can't provide the connection. I file an application to reimburse the amount but till now my paid amount of Rs.2325/- has NOT been returned. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER TO CONCERNED OFFICIALS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                      I was trying for restoration of by bsnl number, after 1 year they finally took my application for restoration. They told me within a week it will get restored at maldhaya, varanasi office. After 2 week when i don't get any response from bsnl office again i went to maldhaya, varanasi office they told me that it is in process and gave me number 581000 to asked them reason of delay, they told me that it's pahadiya, varanasi office number. When i call them they start misbehave and cut my call.

                      pls take action as soon as possible
                      My BSNL broadband connection gives me very slow upload connection, average of 50 KBPS, downloads are fine near about 1 MBPS but upload don"t even cross 60 KBPS under any conditions. Occasionally it bumps up to 100 KBPS but once in a very long period of time my network and modem information are attached to this complain. I am on rs 550 package.

                        The tel no [protected] of durga sankar mukherjee is officially surrenderd on 27/11/2017 at sehabazar tel. Exchange and it's receipt copy is with me. Also up to date bill on 27, /11/2017 has been paid by me. But still bill is coming. Now i request you please disconnect line immediately and i should not pay the incoming bill amt and since the tel device has been submitted on 27/11/2017, and so tel. Line has cut on 27/11/2017. All are done officially. I. E. Telephone faculty or tel. Connected with my house. So i do not pay the aforesaid bill amt and also i request to refund my cation money

                            Today in the morning at 10:30 a. M. I received a call from bsnl (Via number [protected]) asking to resolve any issues related to bsnl broadband or to upgrade bsnl broadband, they also confirmed from me that i have a bsnl broadband connection on the landline number and told me that he is a bsnl representative, i told him that there is a internet speed problem coming in our internet. For this, he asked me to message from my unregistered mobile number bvas and send it to 56677. He also said that you will get a message but after sometime when no message was received, then he asked me to do the same, i have again send the message, then also no message was received, then he told me to send the message from other unregistered mobile number, then also i do not receive any message, i do the same but at this time i become alert and he told me that after half an hour you will receive an message for an updated credentials (Login id and password) for bsnl broadband and i have started searching various sites and found that these are hackers and add services without my concern and also i have contacted to bsnl customer care (By dialing 1503) and have talked to bsnl executive regarding this, they told me that no call has been made via bsnl customer care at your landline number.

                            Kindly tell me a solution so that fraud happened with me can be corrected.

                              Sir, till yesterday morning i was getting good network coverage of bsnl 3g inside my home, but after that they decreased the frequency range. Now i'm not getting 3g. I paid for 3g internet and if i'm not getting any coverage then what's the use of paying for it. Either they have to increase the frequency range or i want my money back. Otherwise i will change my service provider

                                  Dear sir, my 76 yrs old mother, mrs bucchi devi staying at village dularpur, darbhanga. Bsnl sim no.[protected] alloted from pandoul with proof of her aadhar card no.[protected]. Without any notification mobile number has been stopped and realloted to someone my same number. After a long quirry alloted number individual deposited the above number to bsnl office madhubani. Now madhubani office says that you have to take new sin for same number from this office. Really it's a horrible matter whenever a number is active in mobile communication how it was realloted. Longed my complain with central grievance and head office bihar circle patna too to solve the matter. At the time of last call there was balance rupees 160/ above. Finally you are requested that please activate my same number to my old sim card already is in my mobile. Thanx

                                    I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is [protected].Wthout our request BSNL HANGAMA is connected to our telephone no. and started charging the amount.
                                    Please note that i am not interested to activate in BSNL-HUNGAMA PLAN. & immediate disconnected the scheme, arrange to refund money.

                                        I’ve surrender my both landline in december 2017 and submitting all documents along with one cancel bank cheque.
                                        Account officer of barrackpore asked me to come in april 2018 to know status of my refund status along with bank statement.
                                        I’ve visited twice to your barrackpore office in end of april 2018 and may 2018 but now account officer reply that bsnl having no fund to refund my security deposit and no tentative date shared.

                                        Request look into this matter and help me to get my security deposit refund.

                                        My both numbers given below and i’m 60 + female senior citizen, hope you concider my point on humanitarian ground.

                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        An unknown numbers are being sent to my mobile via messages from BT-TESYNC .i dont want those numbers to be sent to my mobile plz help in blocking it. It is sending namaste.plz call me back.etc etc.the numbers are starting with 5...and if we r calling on those numbers its just cutting the call.everyday we r getting 2 messages from this BT-TESYNC
