Today in the morning at 10:30 a. M. I received a call from bsnl (Via number [protected]) asking to resolve any issues related to bsnl broadband or to upgrade bsnl broadband, they also confirmed from me that i have a bsnl broadband connection on the landline number and told me that he is a bsnl representative, i told him that there is a internet speed problem coming in our internet. For this, he asked me to message from my unregistered mobile number bvas and send it to 56677. He also said that you will get a message but after sometime when no message was received, then he asked me to do the same, i have again send the message, then also no message was received, then he told me to send the message from other unregistered mobile number, then also i do not receive any message, i do the same but at this time i become alert and he told me that after half an hour you will receive an message for an updated credentials (Login id and password) for bsnl broadband and i have started searching various sites and found that these are hackers and add services without my concern and also i have contacted to bsnl customer care (By dialing 1503) and have talked to bsnl executive regarding this, they told me that no call has been made via bsnl customer care at your landline number.
Kindly tell me a solution so that fraud happened with me can be corrected.
