My landline broadband connection does not work properly last two month.

I am complain regarding this to local area office of b. S. N. L. But there is no response from theresometime it may works but almost they are useless for us. If they are not working properly i am able to disconnect that and apply for a private connection with in a three days of that complain recorded

I`m from hospitalization so, it may required the proper connection of broadband connectivity.

My telephone number [protected] was disconnected on dated 8/04/2017. But after passing above one year, my security has not been refunded till date. While i have gone in touch with bsnl sirsa.
After reminding again and again no refunded my security amount rs 4676/-.
You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund my security amount. Otherwise i will go to court to get justice.

But from last 5 to 6 months, sometimes, phone does not works properly or sometimes, internet not works properly due to telephoneâ€™s wire are old with many cracks & many joints.

Now, request to you, please replace old wires. With new wires, landline phone & internet can do work simultaneously.

I have been desperately trying to get my caller id activated on my land line phone of bsnl since last four days but of no avail. I tried through 1500 dialing, they gave me a complaint no. But nothing has happened. I am trying through internet and they are sending me otp but i am not receiving any otp from bsnl on my mobile. So please advice as to how i should activate my caller id?

My adsl link is regularly fluctuated which make disturbance in my works... This problem is continued since november 2017... I have already complaint about this problem to bsnl customer care (1504, 1500), local exchange office purnea as well. Many times in online transactions payment was deduced by merchant site but not reached to destination due to adsl fluctuation. Due to fluctuation i have loss approx 15000 to 20000 rupees. I have meet many time to bsnl office as well as sdo but yet problem was not shorted out...

Updated by NET INDIA My ADSL link is regularly fluctuated which make disturbance in my works... this problem is continued since November 2017... Updated by Narendaren Whenever I receive a message in my mobile no. [protected] from 54000 an amount of Rs 3 is deducted from my balance. I have not subscribed for any Value added service.
Don't deduct my balance. Please stop deducting money from my prepaid amount for receiving such message.

Please return/refund my amount deducted by BSNL for the same. I request You to take Immediate action, I don't need any service except making, receiving call & sms. Please deactivate sms

I have recently moved to bangalore. I want to avail broadband facility from bsnl. I registered online. Initially i had at least 10 people calling me from all branches of bangalore. Each one would ask me to find out who in my building has a bsnl connection, find their telephone number etc. This was difficult for me as i am working and new to the place. However, i did find out these details and called back one of the bsnl people to tell the number. The answer was, "this area has fibrenet, we don't deal with it." i also procured the number of one bsnl personnel at the branch closest to my area. I have called him umpteen number of times. He doesn't answer the calls. Now i have no option but to apply for some other service provider.
This is how good the customer service at bsnl is!!

This is to bring to your knowledge that we have earlier installed a bsnl broadband connection bearing account number [protected] and phone number cg[protected]_eid and its not working from the beginning itself, and we have paid the bills for the period april 2017, may 2017 and june 2017 even after not availing the broadband facilities, but as the bill is continuously raising from bsnl so please, forfeit the due amount of bill showing 32, 385/- showing on the latest bill no. Edcwb[protected], as the bill raising process should be stopped from the period 1st july 2017 to 31st july 2017 itself but it was not done.

I did the offer stv data78 on[protected] and i was credited 4gb instead of 2gb and deducted â‚¹156. The customer service girl told me that i have send two messages to the number 123 which i haven't (I still have the screenshot). When i asked for the return of â‚¹78, as i only needed the 2gb she said that since i have started using the service it is refundable. Also told me that the validity is only of a single offer. I think it is time i look for another service provider. At least the customer service wish me a nice day...

I had given an application to shift my tel[protected] from my poothole residence address to my office address at west fort on 9 may 2018 at punkunnam, thrissur office of bsnl. There is no proper response from the bsnl people and when enquired the status at the punkunnam office, the lady staff sitting in the front office / cashier was shouting to us without any reason.

Kindly make immediate steps to shift the telephone. We had already shifted another tel[protected] in feb 2018 without any issues.

Services under the above bill is interrupted several times in the past. My request is bsnl automatically reduce their bill during telephone dead period. At the same time they should provide continuous services by updating the materials such as wire etc. They message saying that the bill is not paid telephone will be disconnected. By paying the bill i am not sure of their good services. Please do the needful and direct bsnl for providing good and continuous services. If this is sure, i am ready to pay the bill after deduction for the dead period.

Signal is unavailable from yesterday. I tried rebooting and replacing the SIM in some slots. Nothing worked. Totally the signal is lost and I'm struck here. Only emergency calls is the thing I get.

. I am 76 years old. with an intention to support govt. I opted for bsnl. MY children are also patriotic and I encourage them to support govt. as my wife passed away on 25th of last month my children came fro USA
They are in need of more speed without interruption . The same explained to your dept. people 15 days back. But my efforts requests became vain. It is well known fact if go any private with in ours they solve problem It is a known fact many people are preferring for private for better service. In spite all these facts your dept. is in deep slumber like kumbakarna. I have 2 landlines 23323595 and[protected] since last 25 years. I am not happy with your service

My landline and internet not working since last 5days (stopped working since 03/05/18). Bsnl person in charge says they are not able to detect the fault. Wasted around 1000 rupees to recharge internet packs on mobile. The least bsnl could do is consider this whilst issuing bills
