On 3rd instant i registered a complaint under no[protected]. On 5th instant it was informed me as resolved but not real. I registered another one under no[protected] on the same day. 0n 11th instant a reply as resolved was received. It is also unreal.. Why the responsible department is lying always. Still my complaint persists. Dont give irrelevant reply. Phone no[protected], under karaikkudi district.in tamilnadu.

    श्रीमान महोदय अवगत करते है की मैंने 05 /05 /2018 को brodband बिजनेस प्लान लगाया है विभाग की तरफ से ४ एमबीपीएस स्पीड देने को बोला गया लेकिन मुझे १ एमबीपीएस से ज्यादा स्पीड न मिलने के वजह से बार बार विभाग का चक्कर लगाना पड़ रहा है, विभाग द्वारा मुझसे पूरा पैसा जमा करा कर सिर्फ लाइन चालू कर दिया गया, उसके बाद मैंने बाजार से madam खरीद कर खुद ही सेट किया लेकिन स्पीड न होने से काम नहीं कर पा रहा हु | एक महीने से ज्यादा हो गया बीएसएनएल ऑफिस जाता हु तो सभी इधर उधर की बात करते है, कनेक्शन का बिल भी आ रहा है, मै जिओ सिम से काम कर रहा हु |
    मेरा लैंडलाइन चालू है सिर्फ brodband बंद करना है जो विभाग नहीं कर रही है |

    I am from Thodupuzha and I had opted for the 700 plan where the net speed is supposed to be 10 Mbps FUP included but in reality the speed is less than 4 Mbps. I am a working professional and feel cheated by BSNL. BSNL broadcasts 10 Mbps Speeds but in reality the speed is less than 2 Mbps, this is literally pathetic.

      I'm facing an issue with bsnl broadband connection, i lost the connection last week and i registered a complaint in bsnl customer care, but there's no response from their side. The issue is still live and i'm going to disconnect the connection of bsnl. They providing poor internet connection and full of problem.
      They didn't give the actual speed of bb plan provided by the company and saying that the internet speed will reduce with the increase of distance from exchange to home. Then why did the company providing the speed limit.

      I'm booking complain of my bsnl landline number and broadband since last 20days but no rectification has been carried out till date.The services of bsnl is extremely poor and pathetic.

      This is to inform you that my postpaid mobile is not functioning from 08.06.18 afternoon. It is showing SIM rejected. Please arrange to activate the SIM at the earliest. My postpaid mobile is very essential without which I am facing problem.

      Half the time the phone does not work, also for the rent i am paying every month i could get an airtel connection for 3 months at the same price, now there are adequate service providers, Idea, Vodafone, Airtel, allthese company's are giving special deal's on prepaid and so i would like to discontinue your services.q

          very high ping to singapore servers

          For the past 1 month the ping to south east Asia valve servers been at 300+ ms. I use my internet connection mainly for gaming. Before the ping used to be around 120ms but for the past 1 month it is at 300 ms which is not usable. i speak for a lot of my friends and frustrated gamer's in my region who are suffering because of this high ping. kindly fix the issue...

            I have made a payment of rs.2000/- for trade license of karimnagar dist through billdesk by sbi net banking on 08/06/2018.
            The payment has made successfully and amount got debited in bank account but it has not get submitted application.
            Here iam attaching the payment challan available with me please revert the issue by refund or through submitting application.

              Hi, my name is umar and i am facing problems with my bsnl number which is [protected]. The incoming calls on my number are barred which suggests my number to either be wrong or something like that. I have visited bsnl office srinagar, j&k numerous times, i have contacted customer care service but they couldn't solve the problem either which is very disappointing. I have launched complaints in this platform as well but never got any resolution. This is the final time i am launching a complaint before quitting bsnl. Kindly look into the matter and at least give a damn about the problems of your customers.

                Hi BSNL Team,

                Please help in getting this issue closed . This is open since long and it is causing a lot of inconvenience. Due to this reason only I got my Landline disconnected and now I am running behind you for getting the security money refunded . Please treat this issue as a kind reminder for one more week starting from today dated [03/07/2018] failing to which I will be liable to take any further actions on BSNL for which BSNL would be solely responsible and BSNL would have to bear the expenses for the same . Hoping to hear positive response from your side soon

                  It's been so many years we have been using bsnl broadband service. Currently we are subscribe to 10 mbps combo plan and we are paying 1630rs./month. As per our plan speed should be 10 mbps and we are getting negligible speed. We did complain in the bsnl office they came and checked also, but response from the company fellow was not good and he told that also, how much ever you will try it wont give enough speed because the number of connections from same hub is way to high to deliver actual speed as per plan.

                  I have also attached snap shot of speed test by ookla, which shows 0.06mbps download speed.

                  We want to resolve this problem as in our area everybody is facing the same problem.

                    My phone got dead and therefore internet serviced are discontinued from 05.06.2018. Now we are unable to telephone anyone and also we are not able to access internet services. The complaint regarding same has been booked on customer care services on 05.06.2018 itself. But no action has been taken so far. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

All the processes against the request of refund has been already made alongwith the last copy of bill and my bank account number but the refund has not been yet deposited till today. There fore, i request the refund to be deposited to my bank account as soon as possible.

                        By mistake i got my phone number (Prepaid) recharged for balance instead of data. So now that i have sufficient balance in my phone to get a ussd recharge i'm unable to recharge it. Some message is displayed like no bundles available for the bundle id.
                        So please tell me what should i do with that balance.
                        Why is this ussd feature if it doesn't work?

                          Your kind attention is invited towards the long pending request in regard to refund of my security deposit and the credit amount in my account,, it is submitted that :

                          The services of landline telephone no[protected] has been discontinued with reference
                          To the request dated 17.05.20417.

                          The disconnection order was also issued vide no. [protected] dated 05.07.2017.

                          The telephone instrument was also deposited vide dated 06.07.2017.

                          A request has already been made to refund the deposit amount with the credit available in my account,
                          But the response is still awaited.

                          I have neither received any communication nor the refund amount.

                          It is again requested to please refund the amount at the earliest possible.

                            If bsnl provide a good internet offer, then bsnl has to be provide also a strong network,. Here i am facing veryy very poor network of bsnl. That is not worth for money, totaly wastage of money. We facing same problem at our location in everywhere. We all requesting to recheck the tower/ network problem at this location and want a good service from bsnl. If you kindly do this we all will be thankful to you.

                              My house bsnl broad band is not working from may - 2018, i complained telephone exchange kemmannu, they are telling will do today, i complained 12 times without scolding, but getting regular monthly bill. I will happy if they say it is not possible. I will cancel connection, i know my cancellation will not effect bsnl.
                              I am irritate when i saw ad of bsnl new offers.

                                Hello sir my name is venkat and i am a customer of bsnl network for the past 10 years. All the people in my family is also users of the service for the past several years.
                                For the past 1 month, i noticed that several messages like "i miss you. Call me im waiting for you not able to sleep dear hi dear, you are very special to me, please never stop talking to me on 5630066" are been sent from various service numbers like bt - 656300, bt - 655678 etc.. Later i enquired with my friends who are using bsnl network and it was annoying to find that all of them are getting the same messages. Only to female mobile no. S
                                I request you to please check and stop such activity...

                                  I surendra yadav bsnl prepaid consumer bearing number [protected] would like to appraise that like in the past few years bsnl automatically extended valiity after deducting recharged amount from main balance. But this time my validity have expired and i couldn't realise that. As such i have to face a lot of problem. On the othethand there is not option to recharge manually from main balance. Hence, i have to face great losses. So needful step is requested.

                                      Without subscribing to video 51008 rs.20 is deducted form my account for video 51008 subscription. Please take action for this issue. I even messaged stop to 155223 but a message that no vas is been subscribed. Please take action and unsubscribe it. Customer care service at 1503 doesn't give me solution for this issue. So please take action immediately.

                                      I am R.Nandakumar. My number [protected] in BSNL network. Without subscribing to video 51008 rs.20 is deducted form my account for video 51008 subscription. Two times deduction for this service. total amount is RS 40. Kindly please refund the total amount and further not deduct on my account.
