Rs 20 has been deducted from my bsnl prepaid account towards video service 51008 without me subscribing. Calling to 1503 customer care i am told that this will happen if i use internet due to advertisement. But i have not clicked any spam ads. From the customer complaints i see this occurred to multiple users today. This is real scam from bsnl's value added services. Please stop this scam and issue refund immediately.

It also happened to me. Called the customer care and they are talking like its our fault. Called two times but i didn't got any satisfying replay from them. I am going complaint to the higher authorities.

      Without subscribing to video 51008 rupees 20 has been deducted form my account as subscription charge for the above services. Please take action for this issue. Customer care service at 1503 doesn't give me solution for this issue. Also when i am trying to reach the customer care again, it's automatically gets disconnected. I think they are intentionally doing it. So please take action immediately. Thanks in advance.

        Without subscribing to video 51008 rs.20 is deducted form my account for video 51008 subscription. Please take action for this issue. I even messaged stop to 155223 but a message that no vas is been subscribed. Please take action and unsubscribe it. Customer care service at 1503 doesn't give me solution for this issue. So please take action immediately.

          Dear team,

          I have complainted on 24/5/18.

          After complaint also no reply or solution received so far, and yesterday we received a message that, to disconnection of line for non payment.
          Without using how can we pay bills of two months

          Dear sir,

          As iam using bsnl land line no for the past 15 years. From past 3 months this issue is in demand.

          As i was using bsnl landline no 24111450 which was not functioning. So, i complained several times to bsnl authorities. They said me that the cables underneath the earth are broken and we will replace with new phone and new contact no with free of cost. So, they have not replaced any new phone not repaired line but getting bills every month with penalties.
          When phone is not working and not utilising free calls facility, why should we pay rental charges and penalties.

          I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange for repair and new phone and revised bill to my no 24111450. For clarity you may contact on mobile [protected].

            Date of incident: 28/5/2018, time around 8:30 am
            I was facing some incoming issues on bsnl service. On calling the customer care there was this lady some ramani jena (First name not sure as the lady didn't tell her name on asking) who behaved in a highly unprofessional way and misbehaved. I disconnected the call and spoke to another executive and after discussing my bsnl service issue, i asked the other lady about a way to raise a complaint against the first executive who misbehaved. To my surprise her response was nothing will happen if you complain. This is really very pathetic in comparison to the other private service providers where they do care about customer feedback.

            I have recharged my number [protected] through bsnl online portal with voice voucher 13 rs combo pack which gives 15 rs talk value and 19 mb data for 2 days but they don't credited my amount .there customer care executive clerly said this is bsnl's but we can't resolve this sorry sir.and they disconnected my call.please do something regarding this.

                  I applied for ftth connection on 28/4/2018 by submitting the completed application form and necessary documents at bsnl office. I received mobile confirmation with docket no 18001607 from bsnl thrissur ssa. I was told i will be informed about feasibility soon. On not hearing from them i went again to bsnl office and met chief officer on 16th may 2018. I was told again to wait for some more time and another message came in my mobile with docket now 18003218. Today is 25th may 2018 and i still have no information from them regarding the feasibility..

                        Hello.
                        I have been getting a high ping on all the online games for the past 4 days. Before i used to get a ping of about 100ms but now it reaches above 200ms which makes online gaming unplayable. Im really confused why this is happening because i haven't messed around with the settings of the router or anything. When i do a ping test it shows me that i have a ping of 32ms but while online gaming it reaches above 200ms. And i dont think there's a problem with the gaming server because i get a high ping on all the games.
                        Please resolve this issue asap because the main reason i got bsnl broadband is for online gaming which i cant do it now.

                            I am complain regarding this to local area office of b. S. N. L. But there is no response from theresometime it may works but almost they are useless for us. If they are not working properly i am able to disconnect that and apply for a private connection with in a three days of that complain recorded

But from last 5 to 6 months, sometimes, phone does not works properly or sometimes, internet not works properly due to telephone’s wire are old with many cracks & many joints.

                                    Now, request to you, please replace old wires. With new wires, landline phone & internet can do work simultaneously.

I tried through 1500 dialing, they gave me a complaint no. But nothing has happened. I am trying through internet and they are sending me otp but i am not receiving any otp from bsnl on my mobile.
