I have complainted on 24/5/18.
After complaint also no reply or solution received so far, and yesterday we received a message that, to disconnection of line for non payment.
Without using how can we pay bills of two months
Dear sir,
As iam using bsnl land line no for the past 15 years. From past 3 months this issue is in demand.
As i was using bsnl landline no 24111450 which was not functioning. So, i complained several times to bsnl authorities. They said me that the cables underneath the earth are broken and we will replace with new phone and new contact no with free of cost. So, they have not replaced any new phone not repaired line but getting bills every month with penalties.
When phone is not working and not utilising free calls facility, why should we pay rental charges and penalties.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange for repair and new phone and revised bill to my no 24111450. For clarity you may contact on mobile [protected].
