The land line no:[protected] is not working for the past 4 months. Many complaints had been made in person and through phone.

But no serious action not taken. Please see the land line no is repaired and work.

The previous bills of 4 month to be refunded to us.

The land line is in the name of ms. Gtp finance ltd. Kodambakkam high road, nungambakkam, chennai 600 064

      We have registered your grievance with docket number :bsnl/hq/2017/em-76231.
      Following this complaint the original bill of rs 1808/- due on 27th september was reduced to rs 329 on 22nd september.
      The due date was 14th october but already paid.
      Today i receive another bill of rs 4161. Besides bsnl has stopped sending the bill through email which they were sending earlier. Kindly look into the matter

        From the time i have ported my number from reliance (Tamil nadu) to bsnl (Karnataka) i could not recharge my number. I ported my number in the month of october, 2016.

        Though i am getting calls and sms on this number but could not call anybody.

        On bsnl website i could not lodge complaint because it denies that the service provider is bsnl.

        I think there is some problem with porting process.

        I tried calling bsnl complaint numbers several times and did not get a response just once.

        Please do the needful or else i will do the last thing i can do to get rid of this problem that is port it some other provider atleast they listen to the problems of customers.

          I can not utilize both broad band and land line services peacefully for the past 2 years inspite of several complaints made both personally and registered in the complaint register provided in the bsnl office. Frequently the service goes out of order. The only thing i am doing is making the prompt payment in time. I do not understand why the bsnl could not solve the problem permanently and satisfy the customer. The strong record is that i have paid 2 years bills for dead phone.

            I am a senior citizen and a retired employee of rbi. Bsnl hungama service has been thrust upon me by fraudulant means. Somebody telling that he represented bsnl, telephoned to me in the forenoon of 4th october 2017 on my landline phone and asked me about my internet problems, if any. As i had to change my broadband tariff plan online but the request was not being accepted online, i asked him to help me in this regard, if he could. He advised me to send an sms 'bvas' to some number (56677) and collected my email address and mobile number. After i sent the sms a reply came stating me that the mobile number from which i sent the sms was incorrect and i was asked to resend the sms from the registered mobile number. This sms came to me three or four times during the day. I did not resend the sms.
            In the evening, two sms messages and an email came to me intimating me that my hungama account has been activated and i was asked to login using the given password. I was surprised. I did not activat bsnl hungama at any time and i was not interested in having hungama service. The person who telephoned me, did not tell me that he was from bsnl-hungama neither was there any discussion regarding my subscribing to hungama. I did not know that 'bvas' means 'subscribe to hungama'. It was a misrepresentation and suppression of fact on the part of the bsnl hungama employee and any consent purported to have been taken from me by these means should be null and void.
            Such forcible connection amounts to fraud and it is unbecoming of a public sector company of the stature of bsnl to have collaborated with a company which resorts to such fraudulent activities. As the forum knows, many other bsnl customers have been duped like me.
            I tried to contact hungama over phone but phone service was closed. I also tried to contact through email but the email addressed by me to the sender of the mail which i has received, bounced back as hungama mail was from a 'no-reply' mail.
            I don't want to subscribe to bsnl hungama service and i don't want to pay any money for the subscription not used by me.
            The value added service has been added to my telephone account by fraudulent means.

            I have sent an email to hungama to immediately deactivate hungama from my telephone account and cancel the subscription offered to me suo moto, without my asking in case you have done it.

            I request indian consumer complaint forum to help me in this regard.

                I have written bsnl, kalyan to provide me mobile number of my choice which was closed by my brother. But one year has passed and no reply is being given by them. Now i have received sudden reply in rti that this number is allotted in pune.. I am surprised how this happens. It seems bsnl employees are not interested in any work as they get free salaries. They dont attend to any customers complaints. Government gives them free salaries.

I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon.                         I would like to file a complaint against bsnl. My complaint is, our phone is fully out of order, no speech and murmering sound. I'm already called the bsnl exchange office (Pathiyoor exchange kayamkulam kerala) three days before. And no one (Bsnl employees) came our home and they didn't check our telephone line. So bad of you... Everytime this pathiyoor bsnl employees did the same issues.

                          I am not being able to make calls from my bsnl mobile. Every time i try to make a call, it says recharge immediately, though i have balance of over rs 100/.
                          I am having this bsnl sim for about a year and i did not face problems till about two weeks back.
                          When i tried to call, it was just quiet. After several attempts, it said, "recharge immediately". I recharged, i got confirmation of a balance of rs 75/, i called and the call got through.
                          But next day, the same prob;em with the same advice, "recharge". I tried to recharge online, could not succeed. I recharged from a shop and received confirmation of having a balance of over rs 100/
                          But when i tried to call this time, got the same advice "recharge"'.
                          I do not understand what the problem is and the bsnl helpline did not respond.

                            Today, i unlocked my phone in the morning and suddenly, a message appeared saying that 3 rupees has been deducted from my account for subscription to something, and while i was checking what caused that, i got another message saying that 99 more has been deducted form my bsnl account for some game on my micromax mobile.
                            I know i never even touched the games section of the mobile, and so i need my money back

                              Sir (S),

                              I am a customer of bsnl kankaria branch which has been worsening broadband services with scamming and frauding the customers like me with (Pre) re-charging for 3g broadband services but provided with 2g or even no services frequently in the validity period.

                              So, i in a mood to screw the happiness of bsnl especially kankaria branch personnel for their approach and attitude to helpless customers in the real need of service and follow up. They are pretty careless due to their permanent government jobs and targetless performance in the same job!!?

                              So, why not to make them realize unsecured in the job when they performing repeated failure with drastic carelessness and playing with time, money and energy of moral customers?

                                My phone number [protected], bsnl, andhra pradesh. I have recharged stv444 plan on[protected] which provides 4gb/day for 90 days. But my plan got expired on[protected] without any notification & my money 232rs was debited from my main balance for using mobile data without any intimation. I want my money refunded back to my account & see such incidents do not repeat again.

                                There was no intimation that 30th September 2017 is the last day of my plan. And so I turned mobile data on and using on 30th sept night. The plan got expired and without any intimation it started using my main balance. Later my mobile data got turned off due to no balance & showed me 0rs balance. I have lost 232rs of main balance due to improper intimation of plan expiry & no acknowledgement to use main balance for data continuity. Its mere fault of bsnl of not intimating about the plan expiry and simply debiting my main balance without any intimation.

                                  This is Ahamed Munaskhan ([protected]) From Adirampattinam, Thanjavur District. Adirampattinam having Two Bsnl Tower. One is Bsnl Exchange and Second one is Big Jumma Masjid. If anyone call me the customer is out of coverage area message will come to bsnl.

                                  Main issues is Signal drop and customer is out of coverage area.

                                  Bsnl, i agree has got good coverage in india, but the worst part is that the signal is really bad.Inside and outside buildings the signal drop is so bad poor network

                                  After so many complaints, its still the same. I am sure if bsnl signal problem is not rectified, there are lot of customers who have been using bsnl for so many years, will shift to another provider when the mnp comes into effect.

                                  I kindly request bsnl to sort this signal problem at the earliest.

                                    Please refund my money as bill paid for landline no [protected] was paid by mistake for [protected] an unactive account.5128 rupee was deducted from my hdfc debitcard today i. E, 30th september 2017. As today my landline bill was 512 rupees so i have downloaded bsnl app to pay bill through debitcard of hdfc bank. My landline no is [protected]. But at signing in app my std code was. Wrong instead of5341 it was registered 5342. Sors 5128 was debited from my debitcard. Please help me.

                                        My no [protected] is activated by service (Devotional) without my knowledge and debited rs 30 from my prepaid balance. I de activated above service by complain to customer care. But i could not get my unauthorized debited rs. 30 from my prepaid account. At 12:08:04, 29/09/2017. Please refund my debited rs 30 and not activate such services without consumer consent.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
