Just tell me you refund my money or not, my next step is I'm complain police station fraud with me Bharatpe.

      The whole thing was explained by me personally at the time of my visit to your office . I have gone all the way from jammu to your office and i was assured that needfull will be done within 24 hrs but no result till date. as such you are requested to plz look into the matter and do the needfull as lot of time has alreday passed.

          after registering complaint, we got a video call to diagnose the issue.. they told battery issue is there.. we will replace it within 4-5 days... but since then we are following up every 2-3 days without any resolution.

              Hi Sir/Mam,

              This is Dhiraj Chordiya, On 10/3/2022 I made two transactions through the BharatPay swipe machine by debit card of rupees 1471 each.
              But both transactions failed and money got deducted from my account, And it's not credited back into my account yet .
              Can you please look into this issue and help me out to get my money back.

                      I had purchased from bharathpay merchant and my credit card swiped for 95000 but in my credit card statement amount reflected is 96120. I called to my card customer service they confirmed merchant problem. And I asked merchant. He showed his statement for 95000. Bharathpay swipe system is fraud. I need my amount back.

                          Pursuant to numerous complaints placed by me over the call (last call made on 11.03.2022, Request ID: 53718, Machine Serial No: G200WVD2096.)in order to return the BharatPe Swipe machine for its inefficient working, please be informed my complaints went in vain.

                          The request got cancelled automatically and due to reasons best known to your company for the fourth time and no action was taken for the same in any sort, whatsoever..

                          Now I am compelled to write this email and also warn you against filing a suit against your company if the matter is not resolved.

                          I am hereby stating my demands clearly for the last time.
                          1) I want to return the BharatPe swipe machine. Take a note of it.
                          2) I want my refund at the earliest.

                            I have a shop in the name of vishnu bakery in narayanpur mirzapur up india.
                            I have taken wallet payment services from bharat pe, in which my local client will scan my QR code and pay fund direct to credited to my linked bank account. But from 8th jan 2022 my fund transfer facility was blocked, I file a complain on their register no :: [protected] from my register no :: [protected]. and they provide me the token no 6679076. They ensure me that it will be resolved with in 7-10 working days and after that i am able to transfer all my fund available approx :: 76900.12 till date. But still when i will call to their customer care no then they only give us time, they are not telling the problem that what happen, why our fund was blocked.

                            please help us, ass bharat pe was doing fraud with me and i am afraid that if they blocked my fund without confirming me reason. their are lots of more small business man who are also facing same problem.

                              Sir the recovery agents are harassing me and my contacts and they are telling my contacts that he has submitted your documents as guarantee whereas I didn't do so please help my shop was closed due to lockdown currently I am unemployed I told them that I'll deposit the amount in emi's very soon but they are not listening please help

                                  I made online transaction of ₹80000 through bharatpe card on 28th feb and it got failed.
                                  Merchant confirmed the failed transaction and sent me email regarding the failed transaction and refund will reflect in card source in 7 days. I made complaints to bharatPe it is not responding to the issue and it has been 13 days my money got strucked with bharatpe. Please help me to get my money back.

                                      I has taken loan from Bharat pe for which I have to pay Rs.1463 on daily basis. But due to some money problems and some personal issues I am not able to pay off Rs.1463 on daily basis. The recovery agents from Bharat pe are calling me more than 30 times in a day and are threatening me by using abuse words. They have scanned my phone's personal details and threatened me by saying they will call to all those people in my contact list which affects me mentally. Due to this their are not any personal things in my private life. My phone access are with Bharat pe so if the Bharat pe recovery agents call anyone from my contact list and if any of my private photos or information get open I will be slander for which Bharat pe will be responsible.bharatpe not following rules RBI.
