Sometimes my agent doesn't recieve payment confirmation done by the consumer.It become very difficult sometimes....

after registering complaint, we got a video call to diagnose the issue.. they told battery issue is there.. we will replace it within 4-5 days... but since then we are following up every 2-3 days without any resolution....

I have transfered my amount to my account from bharath pay but the amount is not transfered still & its not showing in bharat pay also...

I had purchased from bharathpay merchant and my credit card swiped for 95000 but in my credit card statement amount reflected is 96120. I called to my card customer service they confirmed merchant problem. And I asked merchant. He showed his statement for 95000. Bharathpay swipe system is fraud. I need my amount back....

What it means is that the money withdrawn from you does not come into my account on time. The money will be transferred from your account to my bank account before you hit emi but you bought me a bonus charge twice and I am going to change your QR in my establishment...

I made online transaction of ₹80000 through bharatpe card on 28th feb and it got failed.
Merchant confirmed the failed transaction and sent me email regarding the failed transaction and refund will reflect in card source in 7 days.
