Starting they have updated me that 5000 which we have given security deposit it was refundable totally but now these guys are telling 3000 charges and 2000 is the refundable I don't don't know tried to reach in many ways but no one is responding
From Feb 2021 I was trying to reach for returning my machine at last they came in Oct 23 2021 but refund is happened partially and when I speak to them they didn't even giving explain they say just 3000 is charges but when they updated us regarding refundable amount is 5000
No they tell me that they have wrongly updated itseems but I still have call recordings and screenshots that 5000 is the refundable amount

    I got this call from[protected] from Bharatpe (2 Nov 2021). They asked me someone took loan on my Name Srikanth. Then i confirmed, im not the one, may be there is some mistake. they asked me where im leaving etc, after that i asked the loan costumer full name and location. then immediately they said why u need those details, and denied the call. I called back multiple times, they denying my calls. Here my point is if they asked the details its fine, same way if we ask, its mistake. Is it fair. Worst costumer portal.

          Bharat pe debit my money in my bharat pe credit card without my permission .

          in 26 oct 2021 . time 07.25 bharat pe paid to 1999.58 rs any apple.com site without any otp confirmation.

          i want to know how be safe bharat pe customer if bharat pe deduct money without customer priority.

          i want my money refund immediately ..otherwise i will complain a fir agains bharat pe company

                I had purchased Bharat pe club membership on 20/9/2021 and cancelled it on the same day so as per company norms I am eligible for refund but even till today 23/10/2021 I haven't received any refund I have cplained many tes about this issue by calling customer care but they are negligent.i want this problem solved as soon as possible or I'll be forced to take legal action against the company.

                    They are calling our relatives which is illegal they cannot use our personal contacts we can file defamamtion against them the persons calling are also mannerless .Kindly clear this issue

                          Hi,

                          I had posted an ad on OLX on 19-Oct-2021- https://www.olx.in/item/new-3-door-wooden-wardrobe-iid-[protected].

                          A buyer named Rakesh Sarma contacted us. He told us that he is a merchant from Indiranagar and sent a QR code to scan and send amount and it would be refunded to us immediately.
                          We sent 15, 000 with 5, 000 in 3 installments. He kept asking us to do this fast and only then it would be refunded.

                          I have the withdrawal statements of this transaction and recording of the call. His UPI ID is - bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd

                          Please help with the issue.

                                    I am trying to call costumer care from last 2 weeks, i cant connect. where i can complaint? i cannot pay any bill from my today"s collection...sometimes some amounts also missing even debited from costumer"s account. where it is gone? i have around 20000 transactions daily, but still my runs is zero...:O. why? i paid 1000 rupees and made as gold member, bcos u r saying 20% discount of bill payment after being gold member. after become a gold/vip member i couldn't pay any bill from my account... i think it is not genuine...no any responsibility from your side. so i am stopping to use...

                                        Bharat pe is a totally scam company.First they make me paid 1000 for there membership for getting there speaker for transaction and said 500 will return to you in a bharatpe card.
                                        And when i try to track they said we don’t provide speaker and cards are on hold means 500 also got stuck.
                                        And there field sales guy are pathetic they all do scams to vendors.
